      "body": "## Sin editar el video\n\nEl tema es evitar el muy lento y engorroso proceso de la edición de video, (El cual es todavía más lento y mas engorroso usando una antigua computadora) por lo que he estado investigando un flujo de trabajo que nos deje un producto con una calidad aceptable, con música de fondo digital (que no se escuche mal como cuando entra de nuevo por el micrófono) y que el audio no se entrecorte o le de hipo, y que sea viable en una vieja computadora incluso con windows 7:\n\n\n## Screenrecording o screencast en la tecnlogia adecuada\n\nLo mas adecuado para hacer en nuestros equipos obsoletos windows antiguos,  la mejor herramienta que he encntrado hasta ahora es CamStudio y para reslver  la parte del audio us un driver special que nos habilite el Stereomix, en mi caso solo fue necesario remover el driver de la tarjeta de sonido interna \n\n \n\nIngredientes:\n\n1. Una laptop antigua, yo uso una netbook acer aspire one con windows 7\n2. Unos audífonos, necesarios para evitar la retroalimentación y monitorear.\n3. Descargar el software CamStudio https://camstudio.org/\n4.
