      "body": "PeakD\nA singing bird silhouette to start with.\n4 Comments / 3 reblogs\npapilloncharity83\n19 days ago in Photography Lovers\n3 min read\n  \nI have some random shots of lovely birds to show you in here.\n056.jpg\n\nYou will see the identity of the silhouette bird later in the post.\n\nThe migrant birds have all disappeared to warmer climates up north in Africa, and some also to Europe, as we now have the winter cold over here at the southern tip of the African continent. So, I will show you some local birds that are all endemic to South Africa. Meaning that they don't fly away to other countries, as they all stay here during the winter season.\n\nWe heard that there are still some flamingos high up on the west coast of the Cape, but it is too far away for us to go and see them. At the beginning of this day the weather was very bright and unlike yesterday the weather was dark and heavy rain, and yesterday I couldn't hunt as usual because my daily routine is always hunting small animal species in the forest, and before leaving I didn't forget to bring a smartphone camera, and clean the dusty macro lens before I put the lens in the small bag that I carry wherever I go.\nAnd after preparing my equipment and at that time I immediately went on my motorbike to go to the forest that I was heading to this time, and when I arrived there I immediately walked towards this small forest even though at that time I had to pass through dry bushes and other wild plants, and a few minutes I circled the small forest finally bore sweet fruit because I found two insects of the small beetle species, and at that time I saw a pair of insects making love.\nAnd now I saw these two species of small beetles crawling on one of the wild leaves. And the small body shape with a yellowish orange color and both wings have small black circles that look very unique and interesting, and at that time I immediately took my smartphone camera and macro lens in my small bag, and at that time I immediately took several different angles of pictures and looked very beautiful and graceful, and you can see them below.\n\nThen after I photographed a pair of this small beetle species. It had now turned night-time and the rain was getting heavier. But that didn’t stop me from taking a few snapshots before heading off by bus through the rainy night. Back in the Scottish capital, the rain had pretty much stopped and I took a stroll through the streets with my camera in hand.
