There are attack-speed-focused hyper carries like Kog'Maw, Vayne, and Tristana, and then there are the face-melting high early damage carries like Draven and Jhin. Fortunately, the current ADC meta allows players to choose whichever one suits their tastes, because they're all mostly viable right now.\nThis list of top-tier champions can be affected depending on a number of things. Sometimes the meta shifts for no apparent reason other than players’ tastes, but usually there’s some kind of balance change behind it. His spinning axes deal so much damage at early levels that, for an uncoordinated team in solo queue, he's very difficult to deal with. Because of that early oppression, he also snowballs harder than any other marksman in the game. He deals decent damage and commands an imposing threat during all stages of the game, and he only needs a couple of kills to come back from most losing scenarios.\n\nTwitch\n\n<p><center>https://dm6jf9380nk1h.cloudfront.net/thumbor/UV66wIIUOPVYKB4e61eWI12Q-J4=/1200x0/filters:no_upscale()/https://dm6jf9380nk1h.cloudfront.net/article/a6984252-ef1a-4087-86b5-0858b1500e34.jpg</center></p>\n\nTwitch may not have the highest single target DPS of all the ADCs, but he's the undisputed king of teamfights. His ultimate is an absolute game-changer if used properly, and with massive Blade of the Ruined King buffs and cost reduction on Zeal items this season, he's feeling right at home. Twitch needs to scale just enough to finish his BotRK and Runaan's Hurricane to turn into a proper monster, and with the new Doran's Shield and a ton of passive support champions on the rise, he can comfortably farm under his tower until he gets there. Although he's an extremely safe pick in that regard, he has enough damage after his first or second recall to throw down in some two-on-two situations. But it's a tad more difficult than on other ADCs, so be sure you're a practiced Twitch player before trying the more risky fights.\n\nTristana\n\n<center><p>https://dm6jf9380nk1h.cloudfront.net/thumbor/xu_wGkCwzanaQ6f1gaJtJC0h8oM=/1200x0/filters:no_upscale()/https://dm6jf9380nk1h.cloudfront.net/article/cbd9728a-dea0-44a1-998a-c30ab28fe95e.jpg</center></p>\n\nTristana is one of the scariest hyper carry ADCs in the game right now, and with her high skill ceiling and flashy abilities, she's an absolute blast to play. Tristana scales extremely hard into the later stages of the game, and she excels at shredding tanky frontlines that are so prevalent in the meta right now. Not only that, but if she gets an early lead in lane, she becomes nearly unstoppable. Her power to disintegrate towers after making a quick push is unmatched, and she's an all-around great pick, despite her arguably weak early game.\n\nTier Two\nThe second most powerful ADCs take a little bit more effort to play well, but when executed properly, they can carry a game just as hard as the best.\n\nJhin\n<center><p>https://dm6jf9380nk1h.cloudfront.net/thumbor/ugAMEIQDyiZ0YaYizk_ukve1z5w=/1200x0/filters:no_upscale()/https://dm6jf9380nk1h.cloudfront.net/article/9042959e-57ee-4ed4-adc3-06edd222750f.jpg</center></p>\n\nJhin stacks AD higher than any other marksman in the game, and his kit gives him eye-popping bursts of damage that will kill squishy targets faster than they can blink. He works reasonably well in both the critical strike meta and the lethality meta, so wherever things go, he can usually find a place. His weak spot is certainly his inability to deal sustained damage to bust through tanks, so it's usually smart to play him against squishy teams or if you have a Malzahar mid to work as a tank-buster in his place.\n\nMiss Fortune\n<center><p>https://dm6jf9380nk1h.cloudfront.net/thumbor/pBdQT8b42MdfJwlZ1c6HvgfpNpA=/1200x0/filters:no_upscale()/https://dm6jf9380nk1h.cloudfront.net/article/7b35f9df-3d7a-4864-8d5f-1494fdda5cec.jpg</center></p>\n\nMiss Fortune has risen to the top of the meta again alongside the recent lethality changes, and she's performing very well in solo queue. Like Draven, her harass in the early laning phase is very hard to deal with. And like Twitch, she has extreme pressure in teamfights with her ultimate ability. The only reason she's not in the first tier is because, without lethality, she's much less useful. In fact, before the lethality changes in Patch 7.14, she wasn't doing very well at all, and if that meta fades away, Miss Fortune probably will as well.\n\nXayah\n\n<p><center>https://dm6jf9380nk1h.cloudfront.net/thumbor/ARFtooR8DJ4lpJzz3_ZTWvrdqkA=/1200x0/filters:no_upscale()/https://dm6jf9380nk1h.cloudfront.net/article/aeffcc92-526d-4cfa-bacc-afde7a30e3af.jpg</center></p>\nXayah has a passive that allows her to pierce through enemies with her auto attacks to set up for extreme playmaking and teamfighting power, and for that, she's very potent as a late game ADC. Where Twitch has his ultimate, Xayah can show her power throughout an entire teamfight with her passive, and her ultimate provides a brief moment of invulnerability that can be used to dodge big attacks. Xayah's weakness is that she needs a beefy frontline to succeed. She needs big, distracting, crowd-control heavy champions to draw attention away so that she can dance around fights to lay down her feathers. Without that, she's not nearly as useful as she could be.\n\nTier Three\nThis is an interesting tier because champions at this level aren’t exactly strong in the meta, but if you can learn how to play them well, you can still make them work to carry games. She also has decent tools for escaping trouble and a very meaningful ultimate ability. Because of her robust kit, she has stayed relatively strong despite her recent nerfs to attack speed and her synergy with Runaan's Hurricane. He has extremely high mobility and tools that can really outshine competition in the right hands. He's very strong, and there's a plethora of ways to build him, but his short range and sheer difficulty make him a bit of a problem to get used to playing. When you eat a large meal, your body either has to burn up all that energy quickly or it will be stored as fat for later use. When you eat smaller and more frequent meals, you're only giving your body what it needs. It's much less likely that it will store a big chunk of that meal as fat.\n\n2. Stay Away From Liquid Calories. Liquid calories are generally bad and you should stay away from them to maintain a healthy diet. Drinks such as soda, fruit juices, energy drinks, sweet tea and coffee (with sugar) are all great examples of empty calories. They're high in sugar but offer little in the way of nutrients such as vitamins, minerals or fibers.
