      "body": "千万不要让自己成为低端人口\n \n这是今天晚上和小伙伴聊天的结尾句子，我们是发小但是从高中开始就不经常在一起。这也是我最近想的最多的一个问题，千万千万不要让自己成为低端人口。\n \n![IMG_20180104_101813.jpg](https://steemitimages.com/DQmPMn7RgvizLSF9VyiYW3btMWxbi2H7v63pmXuXx9BmuAQ/IMG_20180104_101813.jpg)\n\n\n在天朝，平民是不可以讨论政治的，或者说在各个社会群体中，低端人口是不可以讨论大事情的，这是刚刚学到的聊天技巧。生活在社会底层的人，谈论时政类的信息更多的是抱怨，而抱怨时政会显得一个人特别的low，低端气息暴露无遗。\n \n2018年元旦前夕，中国的社交网络疯传#我的18岁#，因为截止2017年12月31号，所有的90后小伙伴均已年满18周岁。作为第一代网络原著居民的90后纷纷在网上晒出自己18岁的照片，瞬间在90后形成了一股怀念潮，而我也在其中。\n \n我没有在网上晒太多的东西，只是在朋友圈发了几张18岁的照片。因为我这个年纪，已经不喜欢在社交网站上晒太多和自己相关的东西。18岁我记得生日的那天还是和我的初恋一起去网吧上网了，那天终于可以用自己的身份证在网吧光明正大的上网了，也算是比较有纪念意义吧。只不过现在不仅仅对去网吧不感兴趣了，而且初恋已然成了前任。\n \n虽然没有在社交网站上分享太多内容，但是#我的18岁#这个话题还是着实让我难受了一番。想一想18岁之后的生活状态，自己也觉得非常失败，但是伤感过后依然还是要有一颗小强一般的心态，不然接下来的路怎么走呀。于是在悲伤难过的时候为自己选定了几个新目标（有人说不要在伤心的情况下做任何决定，因为事后都会觉得那是不理智的决定）：\n \n第一，减肥吧！年轻的时候我觉得内在美就够了，现在看来外在美不仅仅是用来炫耀的而且也是良好生活状态的一个表现，抛开现在“疯狂晒脸”的网络氛围，仅仅是为了给自己一个健康的身体也是极好的事情，而且就目前的生活状态来说，保持一个好的身材是比较困难的事情，不仅仅要吃好喝好，而且还要精致的管理自己的生活习惯。这确实是一个有难度的事情。\n \n第二，远离社交网络，做好自己的工作，成为更好的自己。后面的两个小目标比较空洞，但是远离社交网络确实能够给自己更多的时间做有意义的事情。直至99年12月31号的90后年满18周岁的时候，我依然非常的纠结一个微信名字、微博名字甚至于系统自动分配的数字域名是不是特别，陷入了如何使用各种工具的幼稚境地。纠缠于这样的小事情让我没有更多的精力去关注工具给我们带来的价值。从虚拟网络延伸的现实工作，我纠结于应该干什么才能让自己显得特别，应该用何种形式风格来与人相处而忘记了我的目标是什么，我与谁相处这样根本的问题。\n \n第三，真诚的赞美他人的成绩。截至90后全民18岁的那天，我一直都是一个非常自我的人，脑子里关心的更多的都是自己，而忘记了与人相处的重要性。当我发现自己身边的小伙伴一个个都有了自己的事业、家庭之后，我非常的焦虑同时拒绝与他们交往，因为我不希望赞美他们，因为我没有那样明确的目标，但是那一晚上我突然想明白了，其实没有必要选择逃避，如果人生是一场打怪升级，每个人都有自己的升级经历打野区域，无论快或者慢，最后的归宿都是一样的。而且，我还有自己的路要走，为什么要把精力放在看不惯别人怎么怎么样这种无意义的事情上面呢？真诚的赞美他人的成绩，更是一种自信的表现。接纳别人的同时，也是接纳自己。\n第四，接纳自己，正确的评价估量自己。人不能生活在自己的想象中，那些或在想象中的人基本都没有什么好下场，正确的姿势应该是有自己的想象力同时又能够很好的区分和现实生活。接纳、善待自己，不足之处要尽力提高，优势长处要好好发挥。生活其实非常有趣，走出去看一看吧。\n \n这就是最近一段时间的感悟，大致就是千万小心，不要让自己成为低端人口，首先精神上不要低端，其次在经济上也不要被抛弃。当然了，还要感谢生命，让我如此多舛。\n \n最近想买一个移动硬盘，同学们在元旦的时候有没有去看过冯小刚的《芳华》电影，我看过之后感觉真的非常一般，没有网上吹嘘的那么好看，剧情混乱，可能除了浓重情怀以及稍好的画面之外我不会多看他一眼的，听说《前任3》最近也很火。下一次想要写一写个人知识管理、数据存储的问题。\n \n大丈夫，应该有大担当大智慧大勇气。感谢阅读、评论、关注分享！\n \n \n2018年1月5日晚   东营 研磨时光咖啡宾馆",
