      "body": "I am not a parent myself, but have been privy to a similar debate that happened in a dear friend's household. They tried homeschooling/unschooling for his kindergarden year, but it didn't work out for them. However, when it came time to look for a school, they found a charter school that fit his needs--much smaller class sizes, classes grouped by a multi-year age range, and scheduled time every week for the kids to pursue their own interests (which the teachers help design lesson plans around). Keep having the conversations with your husband, but also keep your eyes and ears open to what kinds of schools may be available in your area. There may be something out there that fits your family when the time comes.",

But I want to specifically offer Somatic Experiencing (often referred to as SE) as a therapeutic option. Its a form of body work that specifically deals with trauma that is held in the body, originated by Peter Levine. There is a large network of practitioners, and the work can be powerful.",

      "body": "Thanks so much! For me, the method has really become a way of looking at life. Its not just about moving easer, but *functioning* easier in the world, both mind and body. And I have been doing a lot of internal integration of the Feldenkrais Method and my studies in depth psychology. They really say many of the same things, but Feldenkrais mostly approaches through the body, and depth psychology approaches from the mind (including the realm of the unconscious).\n\nWhere have you experienced Feldenkrais before? I'm always curious to know all the various places the method pops up. :)",
