In so doing people needs to plan to succeed and for to hits its demand ,there must be proper organisation for its to accomplish its task.\n\n\n*Increased access. Participation enable everyone to be able to contact officials in government,with the help of accessibility government will be able to know the demand of the people .\n\n\n*Rule of law. participation will be active if there is rule of law which equity. Our society today does not practice raw law because we don't have independent judiciary. If  the judicial system can stand on their own and execute the right judgement ,the masses and public will participate till their last strength to get what is right to be done .\n\n\nBENEFITS OF POPULAR PARTICIPATION\nThe following are benefits of popular participation\n\n\n*participation improves understanding of development issues that sustainable,both within and between interest groups.\n\n\n*participation leads to having many committed individuals who are constantly communicating with themselves and also with other institutions e g government agencies\n\n\n*participation makes government and platforms more responsive and accountable.\n\nWHY PEOPLE DO NOT PARTICIPATE  IN POLITICS\n\n\n*To participate in politics you will have to pay a price. This is because participation involves passion and making of sacrifice and most people will not want to go in in such commitment\n\n\n*participation at times involves the use of resources eg like transport meeting venue and equipment to reach out the audience .Some people do have these resources also when some have ,they are not willing to give them up for free. They intend to make profit out of it.\n\n* political violence may discourage people from participating in politics .politics must be made peacefully for citizen to participate . It involves the process of decision making .But some politicians take to violence because they to win by all means. We must not allow people to perpetrate evil in the name of politics.\n\nIn conclusion \nFor every sector or  steemit chain line to achieve its goals needs 80% participation .Every citizens   or members should either be part of those who stand for election or steemit chain line to achieve its actual aim.
