      "body": "En la sede de la Unidad Territorial Fundacite Amazonas se realizó este jueves 15 de marzo el 1er Encuentro Estadal de Estudiantes Universitarios con Discapacidad, con la finalidad de promover la participación de los estudiantes con discapacidad y analizar desde su óptica los avances y desafíos en la universidad inclusiva, bajo los principios de igualdad y equiparación de oportunidades.\n\nEste encuentro es parte del despliegue nacional con la participación de los estudiantes universitarios con discapacidad orientado por el Ministro Hugbel Roa, permitiendo reconocer y sistematizar avances y desafíos dentro del sistema de educación universitaria en acda estado:  Regionalmente los mismos fueron presentados en plenaria con las conclusiones respectivas luego del desarrollo realizado por las mesas de trabajo conformadas.\n\nFinalizada la plenaria, los estudiantes universitarios con discapacidad procedieron a elegir desde su seno a dos estudiantes, quienes junto a la responsable de Bienestar Estudiantil Kenny Cadenas, serán los Voceros por el estado Amazonas en el encuentro nacional a realizarse el venidero 19 de marzo del presente año en la sede del Ministerio del Poder Popular para Educación Universitaria, Ciencia y Tecnología, ubicado en la Avenida Universidad, esquina del chorro, Torre Ministerial piso 22.  Los estudiantes con discapacidad seeccionados como voceros por el estado Amazonas fueron Lavinskys Salamanca y José Rojas.\n\n\n\nNota: Jaime Mora (MPPEUCT - UT Amazonas)\n\n![IMG_20180315_100318.jpg](https://steemitimages.com/DQmcLzCA3fRG82AsuTxyzBjeut4WLPij7nTMzD8nUFRNGeL/IMG_20180315_100318.jpg)",

      "body": "Uno de los argumentos con los cuales se ha caracterizado a la cultura rentista venezolana es la denominación de “economía minera”. Y es exacta en lo que afirma. La extracción del petróleo (mineral) hace que nuestro país se debata entre una economía de enclave, con un proceso incompleto de sustitución de importaciones y con una inflación estructural. Aunado a esto la posición “parasitaria” de las clases sociales, en las cuales recae la responsabilidad de producir, en un esquema de respeto hacia la propiedad. Esto hizo durante todo el siglo XX que Venezuela fuese incapaz de lograr la realización plena de aquella bella metáfora de “sembrar el petróleo”. Las exportaciones crecieron y la producción nacional estancada y en un franco retroceso oculto por la catarata de dólares provenientes de la comercialización de nuestro principal mineral.\n\nHoy cuando estamos a punto de entrar en la segunda década del siglo XXI, Venezuela lidera un nuevo tipo de economía “minera”. Y es que nuestro país se ha unido de forma audaz e intrépida a la revolución de las llamadas “Blockchain”. Esta revolución apunta a una transformación estructural del mundo, del poder económico y de las relaciones humanas hasta en sus aspectos más básicos. Es en otras palabras una revolución que viene a poner sobre el tapate la cuestión, no de la “redistribución” de la renta o el capital. Apunta más allá, al cuestionamiento directo de la distribución, del modelo capitalista actual. Esto tiene una mayor repercusión en el sistema financiero global, el cual, aunque parezca mentira, está regido por principios y patrones del siglo XIX. Además de ser el sector más resistente a cambios que no le aseguren mantener y acrecentar su predominio.\n\nLa principal característica de la revolución del Blockchain no es que conecta, sino que hace partícipe al individuo de un sistema económico que está “naturalmente” vedado para la mayoría de las masas del mundo subdesarrollado. Es un salto cuántico que todavía no se ha analizado en su justa dimensión, se pasa del internet de la información al internet del valor. La democracia de las llamadas sociedades occidentales es la construcción de una antropotecnia de dominación, un marco jurídico y legal donde opere el mercado “a su libre albedrío”. En estos términos, la superestructura democrática tiene una infraestructura económica que tiene su piedra angular en la explotación laboral y la apropiación indebida del excedente. Esto bajo la promesa de un intercambio económico, el cual es absolutamente asimétrico, se ha construido una “cultura democrática” más proclive a la exclusión que a un reparto en condiciones más o menos igualitaria de las riquezas que produce un Estado-Nación entre sus ciudadanos. Es por ello que un cambio básico en lo fundamental de las estructuras económicas supondría un nuevo replanteamiento democrático, en los mismos términos de inclusión e igualdad que propone el protocolo de las Blockchain. Un cambio en la concepción del “ciudadano”, un verdadero seguimiento de gestión, de la inversión de los fondos públicos. Es por ello la campaña de descrédito contra la iniciativa venezolana, El #Petro.\n\nEs más, pensar en un intercambio entre ciudadanos sin la intervención del Estado, del mercado o de instituciones es algo que todavía requerirá de un cambio de mentalidad y cultural para que pueda ser aceptado por las personas que están más en los extralímites de la periferia explotada. Las modernas tecnologías sustentan la automatización de trabajos serviles en la periferia, la revolución del Blockchain apunta hacia la desaparición del centro económico. El valor pierde su fetichismo circunspecto a la mercancía y se toman en cuenta nuevas unidades como el tiempo y la energía. Se busca una nueva economía igualitaria sustentada por instituciones verdaderamente confiables y legítimas más que legales. Pero como toda nueva iniciativa, ésta tiene que ser llevada de manera responsable y no ceder ante presiones de los viejos y anacrónicos actores económicos. Así las cosas, nuestro nuevos “mineros”, el ciudadano común que es incluido y participa directamente en la distribución más igualitaria de la riqueza producida, es también responsable de su producción. De simple espectador pasivo a actor principal de un modelo hecho para su superación.
