      "body": "My name is Jason.  Last year I lost almost 70 pounds working out on a stationary bike every day.  My driving force to do this was my plants vs zombies game.  It gave me a happy place to go to while being miserable on a bike for an hour.  When PVZ 2 it's about time came out I was super excited about it until I realized it was a pay to win style of game.  I was halfway or so to my weight loss goal and tired of the original PVZ so I downloaded it and started playing.  Over the next couple months I reached my weight loss goals and during that time also bought everything that game had to sell me.  Having lost weight and feeling good I managed to injure my back and had to have surgery.  As someone that has been heavy my entire life you can imagine what happened during a six month back surgery recovery.  So when I get to where I can start riding my bike again I download PVZ2 on my new iPhone (I had previously played it on android) I was not surprised that none of my items or progress was there.  I'm thinking no big deal, I have records of my purchases, I can just call them and get it transferred.  This is where the fun begins.  I got on their website and quickly realized that calling these people is not an option.  I followed their procedure for support and sent an email.  Two days go by and this is what I got.  \n\n"Thanks for playing Plants vs. Zombies 2: It's About Time!  We're thrilled to hear you're playing it on both iOS and Android platforms.  Unfortunately, since the iOS data is stored to Apple's iCloud, and Android data is stored to Google's Cloud, there is no way to transfer the information.  We're sorry for any disappointment.  We have closed this case for now, you can reach us at help.ea.com for further assistance."\n\nTo say the least this annoyed me.  They completely dismissed my concern by providing me with information I already know and closed the case.  I'm fine with losing my progress, I expected that.  What I'm not fine with is having to re-purchase the plants I bought.  When I buy a house with a garage I don't have to replace the garage every time I replace my car, this to me is no different.  I'm playing the same game by the same company and I want the items I bought restored.  I went through the process again and sent them another email with proof of my purchases and also included what I stated above.  This time a week passed and the following is their response.\n\n"I'm sorry for any frustration this has caused, but unfortunately we are unable to move content from the Android version of PvZ2 to iOS.  You had made those purchases through Google Play and if you would like refund you can contact them directly at support.google.com.  We have closed this case for now .  You can reach us at help.ea.com for further assistance."\n\nAt this point I'm very unhappy with this company.  I tried again to find a phone number and had no success and at this point have not pursued it further.  I've been working out playing my way through without my purchases hoping to find a way to get my nearly 100 dollars back.  I don't feel like it would be that big of a deal for them to credit my iTunes account the amount that I spent on the game they sold me items in.  I feel like when a person purchases something whether it is a virtual or physical item that person is entitled to it.  They made a cross platform game, they should offer cross platform support.",
