      "body": "<html>\n<h3>This meditation is super-charged with the magnetic strength of great wealth. &nbsp;<strong>Wealth may appear to you as financial independence, social prosperity, or spiritual enlightenment. &nbsp;This affirming meditation will you release the obstacles to alignment with your natural state of bounty, and help to rewire the way you think about success into a more fruitful way.</strong></h3>\n<p><br></p>\n<p>I invite you to read this before you go to sleep for 21 nights in a row, and share your experiences here later. First, sit or lie with your spine straight, but relaxed, in a quiet comfortable place. Begin when you are ready with three deep cleansing breathes:</p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p>Breathing naturally, I am aware of the breath flowing in and out of my lungs.&nbsp;</p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p>Inhaling, I prepare to let go all my resistance to my every success today, and every day going forward. I say goodbye to those old resistances.&nbsp;</p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p>Exhaling, I smile softly, knowing full well that everything is working out for me right in this sweet moment, now and forever.&nbsp;</p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p>Inhaling, I trust that all the choices I have made in the past have led me to this this perfect place, no matter how it appears.&nbsp;</p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p>In this perfect moment I know that I am safe in the center of All That Is, that I am eternally secure, that all my needs are met eternally. &nbsp;</p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p>Exhaling, &nbsp;I feel myself expand into the space around me. I am in no hurry. Relaxing more and more, I breathe into this expansion, as a curious witness, as my own best friend.&nbsp;</p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p>Inhaling, I flow further out into the world as light, expanding out to the surrounding areas. &nbsp;I flow up toward clouds and sky. I flow deep into the earth.&nbsp;I flow through cities and countries. My boundaries are fluid. I am a secure emitter of power.&nbsp;</p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p>Exhaling, I now may feel aware of a subtle internal power as a small seed in the center of my brain or heart. I just notice it, softly.&nbsp;</p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p>With that light-seed of power held in my powerful field of attention, &nbsp;I recall now that I am one with all that I can conceive of. &nbsp;Whatever I appreciate, grows. Whatever I celebrate, expands. Whatever I praise, I experience. I love knowing how this works!&nbsp;</p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p>Expanded, I feel strong and relaxed, even as I am charged with this new understanding.&nbsp;</p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p>Breathing, I begin now to allow all the wealth I am ready for to flow into my life. I imagine the warmth of the sun on my skin, the feel of sand on my feet, the cool smashing of clear water in a pool beneath a waterfall, the pure freedom of time I enjoy as I wish. &nbsp;I know wealth is as rightfully mine as are the elements of the earth. There is no struggle because all I do invites wealth to flow to me.&nbsp;</p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p>I am growing familiar and easy going about the Law of Increase.&nbsp;</p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p>My talents and intents easily draw prosperity to me and my family. All who come into contact with me may benefit. I have plenty to enjoy and to share. I sigh, in the relaxation of knowing that all is right. All is on time. All is well.&nbsp;</p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p>Sitting quietly in the power of my existence, I realize that I am comfortable with wealth in all its forms. I know my worthiness, more and more, with each breath.&nbsp;I am introduced to new talents and desires as I allow the Law of Increase to work in me.&nbsp;</p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p>As I breathe I am filled with awareness of my increasing prosperity and success.&nbsp;</p>\n<p>If wealth for me is being closer to God, then God draws closer to me. If wealth to me is freedom to travel, then my life begins to align for travel. If wealth to me is funds, then money grows like an abundant garden. If wealth for me is true friendship, then loving friendships. If wealth to me is love and intimacy, then true love blossoms in my life.&nbsp;If wealth to me is art, then my creativity explodes like never before.&nbsp;</p>\n<p><br>\nI love how open I am beginning to feel!</p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p>I am already light and I am already wealth. Energy flows powerfully now, as I remember my true value!</p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p>I sit with this clear confidence, allowing whatever feelings come up. I may cry, I may smile. I welcome all feelings. Feelings arise and pop like iridescent bubbles.&nbsp;</p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p>I allow the seed of awareness of my innate worth to change my DNA, letting it rewire my thinking to a wealth-bias, letting it charge all my actions into a wealth-bias. I enjoy new wisdom, sharp clarity, sweet integrity, and bold creativity.&nbsp;</p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p>Naturally, I exhale now and soften all the muscles in my body. I soften my spine and my neck and my face, and release any remaining tension. I witness myself and notice the shift I feel. I am more confident, and more trusting, with each soothing breath.&nbsp;</p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p>Now, I sit quietly in the perfect calm of all that is, in the vortex of the Source of All That Is. I am loved and loving and fully content in this unfolding.&nbsp;</p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p>I am still, as a witness to all sensations now. I notice whatever feelings arise, without naming them, just feeling them.</p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p>I rest now with eyes closed or softly focused, as pure awareness.</p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p>I rest for 5 more minutes and witness all that I am now experiencing before I arise.&nbsp;</p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p>I am renewed, balanced, and ready.</p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p>I am One with All That Is.</p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p>I AM.</p>\n</html>",

This affirming meditation is infused with a great and mighty love and with high-vibration intentions for generating more love in all relationships and in throughout the planet. \n\nI hope you enjoy it either alone, or share it with a friend or meditation group. Individuals and collectively, we can bring more love into the world. \n\nYou may want to pause for a few seconds or minutes between each line, especially, if you are leading a meditation group. \n\nFirst, sit with spine straight but relaxed in a quiet comfortable place. Begin when you are ready with three deep cleansing breathes:\n\n\n\nBreathing deeply into this new day, I invite myself to become more and more aware that I am one with pure Love. \n\nInhaling, I feel my shoulders rise and roll back slightly. Exhaling, I feel my shoulders relax and drop. I let myself sink into this luscious feeling of relaxation. \n\nIt is my turn to feel good. It is my turn to know love.\n\nI invite love. I allow it in, inhaling. I share it, exhaling. I am ready for what blooms in this loving atmosphere in which I am encircled. \n\nInhaling, I feel the air gently flow through my nostrils, without effort. I breath naturally, easily, allowing a sense of sweet peace to flow into my face, throat, and chest. \n\nExhaling, I envision a gold or blue light hovering above my head; I can choose blue, or I can choose gold. The blue or gold light suddenly forms into an orb floating above my head and grows brighter. \n\nInhaling, I pull this orb of light into the top of my head, and witness it flowing down deeply into my skull, head, neck, shoulders and spine. \n\nI notice that I am feeling more and more soothed. Thoughts come and go like iridescent bubbles rising, then popping silently. I become freer and freer in each moment as my awareness of how soothed I feel as my inner light brightens. \n\nExhaling, I know I am love. Inhaling, I know I am love. \n\nBreathing, I realize proof of this love can't help but manifest in my life as I meditate deeply into the sensations of my body. \n\nTears may flow. I allow that, breathing. Or, I may have the urge to laugh. I allow that too. I may feel drowsy, I allow that, breathing. My heart beats: love, love, love, love, love, love.\n\nI feel the blue or gold light now soothing me as it infuses every cell of my body with its grace, power, and love. My veins are warm. Small waves of cleansing joy roll through me. \n\nI am charmed by my new awareness, and by the way love flows. Of course! I think. I Am This. I have the inside scoop on love!\n\nI willingly drop preconceptions. I am love, just as I am. There is nothing to fix, or to change. There is nothing to do, or to not do. All actions align with this love as I dive deeply into the sensations of my body, allowing love to sooth, allowing energy to move and flow. \n\nInhaling, I now notice in my mind's eye two large heavy doors. I walk slowly toward the doors and with just a thought, I open them. As I enter, the room lights up in my presence. Faces greet me with smiles and warm eyes. \n\nThe light I bring with me flows out from my fingertips, my eyes, my hair, my feet. All my chakras hum a song of clarity and celebration for my discovery, my choice: I. Am. Love. \n\nI know I will never be quite the same after this experience. My friends want whatever it is I am taking! \n\nLove doesn't stop its flow now that I have expanded to allow this mighty and powerful force to influence my future decisions. Choices become clear. My relationships flow so easily. \n\nMy very cells and DNA are restored into harmony, balance, and renewed passion for life. \n\nExhaling, I dive into these sensations now. I allow my attention to flow from the top of my head, down my neck and shoulders, trunk and hips, arms and hands, legs and feet. I dissolve into this pureness. \n\nInhaling, I allow whatever tightness I still feel to fully release. I know this love is growing in me now, and I am radiating the joy of it. \n\nBreathing easily and naturally, I sit with whatever sensations arise now, in this vibrating field of love, letting go of resistances now, little by little, or en masse. Calmly, I witness myself in this place of pure love.\n\nI sit quietly for 15 minutes or so in this deep calm until I am ready to move on. \n\nMy heart expands. My mind feels swept clean of its dust bunnies. Anything can come out into the light now, because I am love. I have nothing to fear, and nothing to lose, because I am love. \n\nI take a deep breath and raise my arms up slightly and upturn my palms to accept the divine peace that surpasses all understanding and release any old unwanted patterns, now.  \n\nMy creativity now soars, because in this love, my blocks dissolve. \n\nMy relationships mend, or drop away, or gain sweetness according only to one thing: Love. I need not analyze or decide. Breathing, I remember, I am love. \n\nMy life unfolds with ever-more ease. \n\nNow, I begin to fold this new awareness into my heart. Exhaling, I feel a gratitude like I have never felt before. My appreciation for everything reflects the great love that has become the most important part of my awareness. \n\nIn peace, I begin this next chapter of my day, month, life. In joy, I look through eyes filled with love. \n\nNow I take three deep cleansing breaths and arise, full of appreciation. \n\nI will drink plenty of fresh water today and celebrate what I know beyond a doubt: \n\nI Am Love.",

Being when you are ready with three deep cleansing breathes: \n\n\n\nBreathing deeply, I am One with all that is. \n\nInhaling, I begin to sense the floor beneath me. \n\nExhaling, I feel myself expand into the cushion in which I sit, and then into the ground beneath that; I flow out through the walls, and beyond.  \n\nInhaling, I flow into the grass, the fields, the forests, and then deeper into the earth's crust. \n\nExhaling,  deeper through the earth and on further and further, to clear blue seas and sky.\n\nRooted, I feel the earth breathing, its rivulets of streams, in me. I am one with this earth. The earth is one with me. \n\nExpanded, I feel the strength in my spine of the mightiest trees; I flow up through the trunks and into receptive leaves. \n\nThen, I feel myself as a sparkling light in the smallest seedling, reaching gently for the sun with my green leaves, finding nutrients, finding home in the rich loamy soil. \n\nI feel myself growing, expanding ever more into fields of flowers, and through great mountain passes. \n\nI see a bubble of light around the earth. The energy is growing. \n\nI join sisters and brothers in this collective growing bubble of light. \n\nI am also surrounded in a pale blue light. I inhale and the light brightens. I exhale and the light brightens even more.\n\nMy spine is strong. I inhale life, and power, and softly restore my body, with the earth, to its natural balance in pure harmony.  \n\nThe bubble of light I am in expands and brighten till it fills the room, and then then spreads beyond. It grows to encircle my whole village, town, or city with love. \n\nI exhale and now notice a funnel of golden light above my head, shining forth toward the sun in a great beaming expanse.\n\nI am still connected to the planet, and the surrounding light expands, and  grows, and brightens. Inhale. Exhale.\n\nInhale. Exhale. I feel the air pass over the soft pallet of my mouth as I breathe through my nose. The sound of my breathe is rich and light. \n\nAs I breathe I am filled with calm, even ecstasy. I know every cell in my body is being restored. The bubble of light grows to encircle the whole earth, while the funnel of light I feel on the top of my head receives and returns more and more energy to and from the sun in an open feedback loop. \n\nThe energy grows.\n\nI am light. The whole earth is light. Energy flows powerfully now! I sit with this in quiet bliss for a few minutes. \n\nNaturally, I exhale now and soften all the muscles in my body. I soften my spine and my neck and my face, and release any tension left anywhere. \n\nNow, I sit quietly in the calm of all that is, of this perfect Oneness. \n\nI am still, as a witness to all sensations. I feel blissful, calm, and ever so vital.  \n\nI rest now with eyes closed or softly focused, just as a pure witness for 15 more minutes to all that I am now experiencing  before I arise, renewed, balanced, and in deep awareness and peace.  \n\nI am One with All That Is. \n\nI AM.",

      "body": "My stack of pillows on this wooden floor feels like the cool bottom of a hypnotist’s cave. Elbows on knees, my feet still pulse with the bareness of petals and rabbit shit and the detritus of a catkin storm. My floor is smooth like sand after the ocean has gone out, and I wonder\n\nwhat I did right to deserve this Beloved squirreling me away like a treasure for later, for the sudden sprout of now. And then I know I did nothing for this but turn on some small bare bulb.\n\nI am a tin recycled into a second use as a place to store cosmos seeds, and the gnostic rain of purple star garnets, free for any thirsty mystic who comes my way. I will. I do. I throw diamonds like confetti at the violinist who broke my heart, as she ran in all black, in night, late to her performance, her ears curled the color of walnuts and harmony, pitch perfect.\n\nMy heart shattered at least ten times yesterday. Everyone I met was a slam poet. Everyone I met was a genius ready to explode. Every one I met was a shy lover. Every ONE I met was the Beloved, like a fresh glass of water as clear as the moon, as blue as a ticket.\n\nEveryone I met was my waking up in the middle of the hot and hungry promenade. It’s a purple night rain to begin anything, and everything I will do because I can.\n\nTag you are it! Oh, my Beloved runs so fast, her skirts flying like pages, her laugh ahead of both of us.\n\nI awoke with the swept-out feeling that comes as stealth as a tooth fairy after weeping. And then I wept again when I awoke to the note in the beak of a dove that cried: Your supernova doesn’t need slow.\n\nI almost started to say to the morning: No more! Enough, enough of this love! I entertained how close I was to wilting into death, or into the well of my hips under the radiance of no walls, of so much home, so, so much Home, and for how perfection has no right angles. Almost, it was a close one.\n\nLike I had gone inside every wrinkled piece of love letter trash and found the map. Like I had spilled out onto the night brick pathway from the empty red plastic party cups drained of their leftover hollers, blisses, cradle cries, magic spells, and 2 a.m. kisses. The quail are yelling at the cats!\n\nThen yes tapped the sweet spot and like the scent of viburnum after the sun has hung up her robes, my raving took me underneath my own soft arms, and lassoed my ribs, and turned me upside down like I was a bottle of molasses for the beloved’s tea.\n\nShe laughed, hard, too. This is what I’m for, I think.\n\nThere is this sweetness, and this song, and this mirror, and there is no end. There is no slowing down now. There is no such thing as waiting!\n\nThere is no more no. There is no death. There was never lack. It’s all now. It’s a backstage pass. It’s the violinist sliding into home base. It’s the mistake of thinking there was such a thing as mistake. It’s the fearlessness of going without bones. It’s a superhero’s cape.\n\nThere is only this extra time, and this blackness, and these tears, and this hot urgency strutting out into the world like a lightning bug wooing everything in its path.\n\nHer kiss was as strict and playful as pollen and serious as a pink moon.       "body": "I'm lucky to have lived such an intimate life. I have tossed over a cliff a tiny leather pouch I picked up in Greece, and its contents, the used-up molar of a former lover. I don't know how closely it landed to where HeyZues, the rooster's corpse had been a meal for some eagle or coyote. The tooth was heavy, so I think it flew out beyond the threadbare teddybear with black button eyes, and red plaid cotton baby blanket I'd used till I moved out of the house when I was seventeen. My mother had sewn the quilt, and red yard ties every few inches apart. The ties were little red nubs now, like a pox, the last time I saw that quilt as it soared out across the salt-blue sky over the cliff above The Columbia River somewhere before my 48th birthday. I imagine birds picking threads from it, and stuffing from the teddy bear, to make a nest the way I saw birds do with Ramona, my cat's hair, the last time she was combed in the yard before she died.\nThinking of these nests move me even deeper internally. I am a recluse inside a hermit's heart. I am raving that my stories are so intimate I could tell them only to a trusted friend, or write them as a fiction. The external stories are there, I too had a first fish I caught; it made me sad, and there was a red collar on my shirt the same as the blanket. (My mom chose red plaid for me. My choice was the color of freshwater pearl. I would have painted my room freshwater pearl pink if allowed. When I could, I bought angora with pink flecks, just to feel softness.) I had a first kiss too, but being only five years old, and me having compelled a four-year-old to come with me behind a mattress leaning up against the wall in our dark garage, to face each other, cross-legged, and kiss, made it feel to intimate to tell. I couldn't have imagined, being so young, the context of a mattress, then, but darkness, I knew, was where this secret kiss should happen.\nI turned the light onto life's intimacies a million times, whenever it tried to turn inside-side-out, I reversed it to to turn outside-in-again, and I adjusted my eyes to the dark. Alone in a crowd on a yacht in Newport Bay, alone, because I was the only person sober on a boat my parents made the rare error in what they thought was good judgement to let me, at 16, go with a friend and his family, not knowing they and their young teenage kids would be sauced and diving off naked into the bay. I saw fun, I witnessed it, and tried to find the steering wheel and figure out if I would be able to drive the boat back, in the event the adults forgot how. The other teenagers were drinking too. I wanted to join them in their revelry, but I hadn't been drunk before, and I had never seen adults drunk (maybe not even drinking alcohol, up close) before that day. I didn't know that drinking adults could still drive a boat, and get us all back safely to shore. \nMy memory is of the intimacy of fear (afraid they would all being caught by my teetotaling parents!) and a misplaced sense of responsibility that we wouldn't drown. I must have been such a wet rag, but the gold on the water painted its way to the quiet in my heart.\nI grew there, among the bronzed and oily laughter, and waves smacking the boat, I grew a fine coat of other new sensitivities, a refining knack for intimacy as a way of life, for internality, at first as a way from feeling so outside ever again, and then as a lens to see the brightest colors, and the fine lines, life's fingerprints. I grew into someone who could pluck gold flecks of water and see the horizon among the drunken worlds. I could be the drunkest in spirit of all, where intimacy meets the Divine, where confession is like an old map with frayed edges, beautiful, preserved for its keys to buried treasures/ I find my stories don't have a beginning, a middle, or end. Their arc is always soaring deeper and deeper, they are tones, they are shades, they are grasshoppers whispering at dusk, and they move me closer to the center, where there are no boundaries, and no need for them. What to do when you dropped your stories before they even got made, when all your stories flowed past you like a river, while you were watching the light mirror in the eyes of this beloved, or that? You get to celebrate that.\nI'm delighted by the feathery toy dangling before my paws in the form of this external world, with its contrasts, the holograph I can validate like a parking ticket at Intimacy's great hall, and I can drive out, free.",
