      "body": "<center>https://2bitshub.com/wp-content/uploads/2020/01/hemp-field-768x478-1.jpg</center> <br/><p>A Minnesota hemp farmer facing felony drug charges over a 2018 crop that went hot still has the right to challenge the loss of his hemp license, a federal judge ruled Thursday.</p>\n<p>Luis Hummel, who owns 5th Sun Gardens in Lanesboro, grew roughly 2,000 pounds of hemp that passed state THC tests before harvest.</p>\n<p>But after the plants were harvested, their THC levels ticked above the legal limit of 0.3%, police say.Hummel, whose criminal charges are pending, sued the Minnesota Department of Agriculture, saying the agency revoked his hemp license without giving him due-process rights to challenge its decision.</p>\n<p>U.S. District Judge&nbsp;Patrick J.       "body": "<center>https://2bitshub.com/wp-content/uploads/2019/12/image-asset.jpeg</center> <br/><p>Federal agriculture authorities on Monday unveiled a new pilot crop insurance program for hemp producers.</p>\n<p>The Risk Management Agency of the U.S. Department of Agriculture (USDA) is offering a new option for protecting hemp crops that will provide Actual Production History coverage under 508(h) Multi-Peril Crop Insurance for eligible producers growing fiber, grain and flower. Section 508(h) of the Federal Crop Insurance Act requires the Federal Crop Insurance Corp. (FCIC) to publish any policy, rate or provision of a policy approved by the agency’s board and make such policies available by other FCIC-reinsured companies, according to the RMA.</p>\n<p>Multiple Peril policies are typically sold by contracted insurers that have agreed to participate in federal crop insurance programs and have been approved by the USDA. The insurers distribute the policies through independent agents that collect premiums, issue policies and pay claims.</p>\n<p>“We are excited to offer coverage to certain hemp producers in this pilot program,” RMA Administrator Martin Barbre said in a statement from the agency.</p>\n<p>“Since this is a pilot program, we look forward to feedback from producers on the program in the coming crop year.”</p>\n<p>The Multi-Peril Crop Insurance (MPCI) pilot program will be offered to farmers in select counties of 21 states for the 2020 production season:</p>\n<ul><li>Alabama</li><li>California</li><li>Colorado</li><li>Illinois</li><li>Indiana</li><li>Kansas</li><li>Kentucky</li><li>Maine</li><li>Michigan</li><li>Minnesota</li><li>Montana</li><li>New Mexico</li><li>New York</li><li>North Carolina</li><li>North Dakota</li><li>Oklahoma</li><li>Oregon</li><li>Pennsylvania</li><li>Tennessee</li><li>Virginia</li><li>Wisconsin</li></ul>\n<p><strong>Qualifying for insurance</strong></p>\n<p>Eligibility for the MPCI pilot program and other USDA-administered programs will require that hemp producers are:</p>\n<ul><li>Compliant with applicable state, tribal or federal regulations for hemp production.</li><li>Experienced with hemp, having produced the crop for at least one year.</li><li>Under contract for sale of the insured hemp crop.</li><li>Licensed under a state, tribal or federal program approved by the USDA under the&nbsp;<a href=\"https://hempindustrydaily.com/usda-announces-domestic-hemp-production-program-rules-to-be-released-this-week/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">interim final rule</a>&nbsp;for federal hemp production, or part of a state or university research pilot program authorized by the 2014 Farm Bill.</li></ul>\n<p>The MPCI program will not cover hemp crops that exceed federal acceptable limits of 0.3% total THC.</p>\n<p>The new pilot crop insurance coverage is offered in addition to the Whole Farm Revenue Protection coverage plan the&nbsp;<a href=\"https://hempindustrydaily.com/hemp-farmers-eligible-for-usda-programs-under-new-federal-rules/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">agency introduced to hemp producers</a>&nbsp;in August for the 2020 season.</p>\n<p><strong>More coverage coming for container-grown hemp</strong></p>\n<p>In addition to current federal hemp insurance programs, hemp will be insurable under the nursery crop insurance program and the Nursery Value Select pilot crop insurance program starting in the 2021 crop year.</p>\n<p>Under these two programs, hemp producers growing the crop in containers will be eligible for insurance as long as they are compliant with state, tribal and federal regulations.</p>\n <br /><center><hr/><em>Posted from 2BitsHub with <a href='https://wordpress.org/plugins/steempress/'>SteemPress</a> : https://2bitshub.com/usda-issues-new-crop-insurance-program-for-2020-hemp-production-season </em><hr/></center>",

      "body": "<p>Relative hemp newcomers&nbsp;<a href=\"https://www.ams.usda.gov/sites/default/files/media/LouisianaHempPlan.pdf\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">Louisiana</a>,&nbsp;<a href=\"https://www.ams.usda.gov/sites/default/files/media/NewJerseyHempPlan.pdf\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">New Jersey</a>&nbsp;and&nbsp;<a href=\"https://www.ams.usda.gov/sites/default/files/media/OhioDepartmentofAgricultureStatePlan.pdf\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">Ohio</a>&nbsp;have leapfrogged states with more established hemp programs in winning first approval for their 2020 regulations.</p>\n<p>The U.S. Department of Agriculture (USDA) said&nbsp;Friday that those three states are the first with&nbsp;<a href=\"https://www.ams.usda.gov/content/usda-approves-first-state-and-tribal-hemp-production-plans\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">approved hemp regulations</a>.</p>\n<p>The three plan to allow commercial cultivation for the first time in 2020.The USDA also approved hemp plans from three American Indian tribes:</p>\n<ul><li><a href=\"https://www.ams.usda.gov/sites/default/files/media/FlandreauSanteeSiouxApprovedHempPlan.pdf\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">Flandreau Santee Sioux</a></li><li><a href=\"https://www.ams.usda.gov/sites/default/files/media/LJTribeHempPlan.pdf\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">La Jolla Band of Luiseno Indians</a></li><li><a href=\"https://www.ams.usda.gov/sites/default/files/media/SantaRosaBandofCahuillaHempPlan.pdf\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">Santa Rosa Band of Cahuilla Indians</a></li></ul>\n<p>Federal law allows states, territories and tribes to take the lead on regulating hemp production – but only with the blessing of the USDA.</p>\n<p>Requirements include the collection of geographic data on hemp producers and a plan to destroy any hemp that exceeds the federal limit of 0.3% THC.</p>\n<p>The USDA’s&nbsp;<a href=\"https://hempindustrydaily.com/usda-hemp-rules-a-handbook-for-hemp-cbd-businesses/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">baseline regulations</a>&nbsp;came out at the end of October, starting a 90-day clock for the agency to start approving or rejecting state and tribal hemp plans.</p>\n<p>The USDA said it has received hemp proposals from an additional 16 states, though some came in before the national rules were released.       "body": "<center>https://2bitshub.com/wp-content/uploads/2019/12/usda.jpg</center> <br/><p>Federal agriculture authorities on Monday unveiled a new pilot crop insurance program for hemp producers.</p>\n<p>The Risk Management Agency of the U.S. Department of Agriculture (USDA) is offering a new option for protecting hemp crops that will provide Actual Production History coverage under 508(h) Multi-Peril Crop Insurance for eligible producers growing fiber, grain and flower. Section 508(h) of the Federal Crop Insurance Act requires the Federal Crop Insurance Corp. (FCIC) to publish any policy, rate or provision of a policy approved by the agency’s board and make such policies available by other FCIC-reinsured companies, according to the RMA.</p>\n<p>Multiple Peril policies are typically sold by contracted insurers that have agreed to participate in federal crop insurance programs and have been approved by the USDA. The insurers distribute the policies through independent agents that collect premiums, issue policies and pay claims.</p>\n<p>“We are excited to offer coverage to certain hemp producers in this pilot program,” RMA Administrator Martin Barbre said in a statement from the agency.</p>\n<p>“Since this is a pilot program, we look forward to feedback from producers on the program in the coming crop year.”</p>\n<p>The Multi-Peril Crop Insurance (MPCI) pilot program will be offered to farmers in select counties of 21 states for the 2020 production season:</p>\n<ul><li>Alabama</li><li>California</li><li>Colorado</li><li>Illinois</li><li>Indiana</li><li>Kansas</li><li>Kentucky</li><li>Maine</li><li>Michigan</li><li>Minnesota</li><li>Montana</li><li>New Mexico</li><li>New York</li><li>North Carolina</li><li>North Dakota</li><li>Oklahoma</li><li>Oregon</li><li>Pennsylvania</li><li>Tennessee</li><li>Virginia</li><li>Wisconsin</li></ul>\n<p><strong>Qualifying for insurance</strong></p>\n<p>Eligibility for the MPCI pilot program and other USDA-administered programs will require that hemp producers are:</p>\n<ul><li>Compliant with applicable state, tribal or federal regulations for hemp production.</li><li>Experienced with hemp, having produced the crop for at least one year.</li><li>Under contract for sale of the insured hemp crop.</li><li>Licensed under a state, tribal or federal program approved by the USDA under the&nbsp;<a href=\"https://hempindustrydaily.com/usda-announces-domestic-hemp-production-program-rules-to-be-released-this-week/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">interim final rule</a>&nbsp;for federal hemp production, or part of a state or university research pilot program authorized by the 2014 Farm Bill.</li></ul>\n<p>The MPCI program will not cover hemp crops that exceed federal acceptable limits of 0.3% total THC.</p>\n<p>The new pilot crop insurance coverage is offered in addition to the Whole Farm Revenue Protection coverage plan the&nbsp;<a href=\"https://hempindustrydaily.com/hemp-farmers-eligible-for-usda-programs-under-new-federal-rules/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">agency introduced to hemp producers</a>&nbsp;in August for the 2020 season.</p>\n<p><strong>More coverage coming for container-grown hemp</strong></p>\n<p>In addition to current federal hemp insurance programs, hemp will be insurable under the nursery crop insurance program and the Nursery Value Select pilot crop insurance program starting in the 2021 crop year.</p>\n<p>Under these two programs, hemp producers growing the crop in containers will be eligible for insurance as long as they are compliant with state, tribal and federal regulations.</p>\n <br /><center><hr/><em>Posted from 2BitsHub with <a href='https://wordpress.org/plugins/steempress/'>SteemPress</a> : https://2bitshub.com/usda-issues-new-crop-insurance-program-for-2020-hemp-production-season </em><hr/></center>",

The story starts with <a href=\"https://cannaguitars.com\">Jakob Frank</a>  and <a href=\"http://Drumparam.at\">Norbet Schmid</a>, Several years ago they started working with Hemp Stone to create their hemp canna guitar </h4>\n<h4>Hemp Stone is an organic material that forms a solid body by using Hempfiber and water that was developed and patent in the 90s. </h4>\n<h4><a href=\"http://Drumparam.at\">Norbet Schmid</a> has worked with the material for over 13 years and he is very interested in working with designers artists and instrument makers. He has perfected his style of using the Hempstone in designing guitars. He works in Austria and mainly making Didgeridoo's out of  Hempstone .</h4>\n<center><div class=\"wp-block-image is-style-circle-mask\"><img src=\"https://2bitshub.com/wp-content/uploads/2019/12/IMG_5669dynamikrunter-1-1024x683.jpg\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-9560\" width=\"354\" height=\"235\"/></center>\n\n<h4>Jacob Frank started developing the Canna guitar as part of his Bachelor thesis in industrial design he always focused on the functionality over the pure aesthetics. In other words, form follows function. For him to be able to design something in the true meaning of that he would have to first understand how it works. The major improvements in his designs were  Sparked by constructional and functional improvements. The reiterating of the design so the sound of the guitar is improved and never ceased to amaze musicians. Most of the people would agree the most important aspect of a guitar is the sound, the reason why the sound is so unique in a canna guitar is that the round body creates a more lively volume compared to a square one. It reflects the sound waves created by the top more efficiently in then increases the response. The material shrinks up to one-tenth of its volume creating a very dense material. He has perfected his style of using the Hempstone in designing guitars. In other words, form follows function. For him to be able to design something in the true meaning of that he would have to first understand how it works. The major improvements in his designs were  Sparked by constructional and functional improvements. The reiterating of the design so the sound of the guitar is improved and never ceased to amaze musicians. Most of the people would agree the most important aspect of a guitar is the sound, the reason why the sound is so unique in a canna guitar is that the round body creates a more lively volume compared to a square one. It reflects the sound waves created by the top more efficiently in then increases the response.       "body": "<p>HEMP &amp; CBD</p>\n<p>Hello everyone, I have recently joined a company I believe in! I truly believe INDUSTRIAL HEMP is the future!</p>\n<p>Henry Ford that brilliant industrialist saw this, just way too early in industrial America. He saw and invisioned a car not only made of HEMP but even the fuel was made from HEMP, of course the engine and key components were made of metal. It was a beautiful concept, but too early because excess was fashionable at the time in the world. Factories belched out noxious fumes and at a feverish Pace excess was invented,with no care of the future of our planet!</p>\n<p>Well excess is NOT fashionable anymore, today we think of the future for our children and their children's children. We have finally GROWN UP and become responsible not only for the sins of the past, but the sins of the future. We finally figured out that our excess will be an overdue bill our grandchildren will have to pay. I used old Henry as an example if he was here today I am sure he would say I TOLD YOU SO!</p>\n<p>I am now investing in the future, I can make money and help the world. In 2017, Dietzen’s first hemp-bodied sports car rolled off the line.<br>It’s a concept almost 80 years in the making.\n\n</p>\n<p>\nHenry Ford developed a similar plant-based car in 1941, fueled on agricultural residues. A titan in the automotive industry, the hemp car was one idea that never caught on for mass production.\n\n</p>\n<p> If plant-based cars had started rolling off the line then, “we would not have this climate crisis that we have today. we would have a much safer world,” said Dietzen. Sustainability is exactly what this material can help achieve. Dietzen’s designer cars all utilize carbon-negative technology, which means that they reduce the amount of carbon dioxide used instead of adding more. </p>\n<img src=\"https://2bitshub.com/wp-content/uploads/2019/11/5d892a7290394.image_.jpg\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-8592\"/>\n<p>\nPlant-based materials such as hemp are a key countermeasure to fossil fuels and manmade components such as plastic.\n\n</p>\n<p>\nEven using lightweight material such as carbon fiber to manufacture cars, though it can save gas mileage, comes with a drawback. On average, producing a 25-pound carbon fiber car hood generates about 500 pounds of carbon dioxide into the atmosphere.\n\n</p>\n<p>\nSince Dietzen’s cars are made from hemp fibers and held together with a soy-based epoxy, the plant materials take carbon dioxide out of the atmosphere instead of creating even more.\n\n</p>\n<p>Automobiles aren’t the only industry that could benefit from the practice.
