Will The Plunge Protection Team Show Up This Time?                                                                                 \n\n\"Things are not always what they seem; the first \n  appearance deceives many; the intelligence of a\n  few perceives what has been carefully hidden\"\n                                                                         \n -Phaedrus\n\n\n8/3/2017\n\nThe U.S. Dollar Index has just fallen below 93.00 handle falling to fresh 17’ lows, and closing in on three year lows, and its 200 day moving average on the weekly charts as well, threatening to take this to the next level:\n\n ![$USD - 8.3.17.png](https://steemitimages.com/DQmSP7MSCbAbkYBtYrchXExaeckodYbVwf7FE9gH78zG3Yh/%24USD%20-%208.3.17.png)\n\nGiven the continued loss of control of the Deep State in their Illegal Middle East Wars, the Petro Dollar continues to be shunned by world economies as the Silk Road, and other non Centralized Banking systems backed by real money precious metals gain a foot hold. This begs the question, how has it been possible that the Stock Market has continued to rise in the face of the Dollars weakness? Well by now most of you reading this are well aware of the fact that the Central Bank in the U.S., and Europe, and Japan have been utilizing the fractal-banking scheme to print money (fiat electronic credits) seemingly into infinity and purchasing millions of shares of the major stock market components around the world.  Just take a look at the top ten holding of the Swiss Central Bank: (800 bill. I would go so far as to use the Biblical term “dishonest weights, and dishonest measures”. In fact, instead of lending to the public, it has come to light that major U.S. Banks have been reinvesting in their own shares, not lending into the economy as what most people would believe is there mandate. No, they have not been providing money to help new business, finance public projects, etc., they have been reinvesting trillions into their own Bank Shares. Why you ask? Imagine if the trillions of dollars that are kept within private corporations actually were funneled out into the economy? I’ll tell you: Massive inflation. The exchange stabilization fund has hoisted a corrupt system upon which when the public becomes aware, I believe will create an awareness of this system that in the past has been ruthlessly hidden, and anyone that has exposed this has had their careers, lives destroyed.       "body": "It is commonly believed that in 1868 the 14th Amendment was “ratified” ending slavery by giving all Americans “Citizenship”. -“All persons born or nationalized in the United States, and subject to the jurisdiction thereof are citizens of the United States, and of the State wherein they reside.” (U.S. code annotated Amendment 14) What the public was not told was that under the Lieber Code a 14th Amendment Citizen can only be found within the jurisdiction of the United States, i.e. “American Citizen” meant all Government Employees, all those living in the territories occupied by the Federal Government (Washington D.C.) and former slaves. The rest of the population was not subject to the 14th Amendment, and thus still claim jurisdiction under the original Constitution For the United States of America (1787). After the Civil War the Federal Government occupied the southern states placing these “captured citizens” under the jurisdiction of the Lieber Code. Southern States had to agree to ratify this agreement in order to be granted their freedom from federal rule, thus instead of ending slavery the 14th Amendment held all captive southerner’s as slaves in the plantation known as the Corporate United States Of America. Just like how all citizens were turned into corporations in 1780, to subject them to the revolutionary war debt, 14th Amendment citizens were created to be “franchisee’s” subject to the corporation known as the United States, Inc. Like all corporate grants, you do not have any Constitutional Bill of Rights protection’s. Proof of such is the all caps version of your name: JOHN DOE vs. John Doe which signifies a Corporate entity. So how did they pull this off? After the Civil War the United States defaulted on its debt. During the bankruptcy proceedings cunning Lawyer’s in league with International Bankers found a loop-hole within Article 1 Section 8 clause 17 in the U.S. Constitution which allowed the creation of a duplicate entity known as the corporation of “THE UNITED STATES OF AMERICA” to replace the now bankrupt, and defunct Republic of the United States of America. This occurred with the passage of the “District of Columbia Organic Act of 1871” which incorporated the area of the District of Columbia into a private foreign corporation, and became the seat of the government of the United States, Inc. Chartered in The City Of London, and known as the United States, Inc. This corporation designated Congress as the “Board of Directors” to continue the business needs of the government under Marshal Law (explains a lot of what we see today) Thanks to the Lieber Code, Federal jurisdiction was expanded to include not only all captured citizens of the Southern States, but all Americans in all States. During this time the Corporation of the United States adopted its own Constitution identical to the original National Constitution with one word changed from its original form: for to of. “The Constitution for (for the people) the United States of America” (1787) to its present day all capitalized one which signifies a Corporate entity: “THE CONSTITUTION OF THE UNITED STATES OF AMERICA” (1861). With the passage of the 14th Amendment in 1868 we the people became we the Citizen a corporate fiction subject to the municipal government removing our sovereignty and protections under the bill of rights. Just go into any court room in America, and try to envoke your rights under the constitution or U.C.C. and you will find that you are legally perceived as an incompetent, dead child lost at sea subject to Maritime Admiralty Law in direct violation to the original Constitution, and zero jurisdiction under U.C.C. In his seminal speech in 1867, President Andrew Johnson who signed the Bill into Law under duress, sighted “The 14th Amendment created a different form of government, and a different form of citizenship than what the Founders created, and intended therefore the supremacy Clause strikes it null. In closing, I would cite another very small difference in the original Constitution and the 14th Amendment. The 14th Amendment is NOT the citizenship the original Constitution created for us to be, Article 4 sec. 2, “The citizens of each state shall be entitled to all privileges and immunities of Citizens in the several states. The 14th Amendment in 1868 gave us the small “c” citizenship of the United States which is the municipal corporation (28 u.s. code ss 3002 part 15) by making us a citizen of a state we are all now property of that Corporation which are owners of all property thereof. Did we not fight a war over this?\n\nSolutions:\n\nAmend the United States of America to “Citizenship of the United States of America”.\n2. Go back to making all citizens of the Republic, and jurisdiction there of.\n\n3. Amendment to make “Voluntary Slavery” or “Servitude” Un-Constitutional, and Illegal. (without the written consent of the enslaved/enserfed, must be in full possession of all the facts, knowledge, rights, benefits, and privileges etc. (they would have to tell you about this, about everything).\n\nLastly, the will of the people. All problems are 14th Amendment problems. Gun Control, Income Tax, Healthcare, on and on… The question is; if the vast majority of the people realize the extent of control their government has over them, as well as why 50% of hard-working Americans end up dying broke, can their will be strong enough to re-establish the original form of government that their forefather envisioned, and died for?\n\nNext up: The I.R.S & The FED.",
