      "body": "Staying motivated can be very difficult while in stressful situations or even trying to just accomplish a goal, for me trying to stay motivated can be difficult when something is just not working out how i planned it to go. I have done some research on how to stay motivated. So here are 5 ways to stay motivated.\n\n\n1. Make what you are doing fun\n\nObviously this method cannot be applied to all tasks because some tasks can be very serious and aggravating but for goals and targets you have set, try and make it fun and have an enjoyable time. Emotion is everything and having a good time could overall increase your happiness and help you stay motivated in those difficult situations.\n\n2. Stay around positive people\n\nStaying and working around positive people is key, if you have a big ambition for example i want to be Pilot, stay around people who support you and who are positive, this doesn't mean don't hang around with people with small ambitions, but means don't hang around with people who are negative as this can affect and demotivate you but this doesn't always mean you wont work harder and prove them wrong.\n\n3. Get away from distractions \n\nFor me this is a good one as this can help you stay on task and will not interfere with you mindset. This can apply to anything for example during my final exams i found revising difficult as i always wanted to play on my PlayStation, but i ended up giving it to my parents to stop me from using it and it worked and it helped me to carry on without any distractions. Having something distract you especially if you are trying to do something important can in the worse case make you give up with that task. So stay away from phones etc...\n\n4. Have a positive attitude\n\nHaving a positive attitude is important and telling yourself \"you can do this\",  \"i am going to have a great day\" already sets you up for the day and that positivity will hopefully stay with you through out day. But having a negative start and telling yourself \"i cannot do this\" is already setting you up for a bad day, so the best advice is to just stay positive. \n\n5. Break a goal down into smaller pieces\n\nFinally break down you goal into smaller sections and achieve mini tasks, building up to that main goal. accomplishing these mini tasks may help you feel even more motivated and all of them will lead up to that big reward, which is your happiness.\n\nThank you for reading this post if you have any suggestions on what i should write next please leave a comment, but otherwise enjoy life and stay happy.",

      "body": "Hello, my name is Jasper and i am thankful that you have clicked on my post. I am fairly new to this platform as i have only read about steemit  online and i thought i would give it a try instead of creating my own website to write blogs. I have one goal in life and that is to make others happy while my dream on the other hand is to become a Pilot, i'm currently in college and want to use steemit to write useful and motivational posts to help others in the community, this could be tips on ways to stay stress free or even a top 5 tips on how to stay motivated, this is the general content i will be posting and anything else if anyone suggests it. \n\nI wanted to start steemit because for me i struggle to stay motivated or to stay on task,  so while you're learning new things i will also be learning with you. My aim is to create a helpful community to help others around the platform, and i am hoping to be creating  helpful and useful content a few times a week or even daily!  so you can face whatever life throws at you.\n\nPosts in the future will be longer as they will contain more information, just to let you know :)\n\nThank you so much for reading my introduction post and hope to inspire you, so you can be better than you thought you could be.",
