      "body": "![360截图165702026890103.png](https://cdn.steemitimages.com/DQmQCh7ci2FhV2M7QaGiJf35Kopxtn4uLjbrRkEc6BVjxCu/360%E6%88%AA%E5%9B%BE165702026890103.png)\n小县城基础教育的黄金年代，是以无数优秀的知识分子，被迫扎根在基层从事基础教育为代价换来的。现在，这样的情况恐怕再也不会发生了，所以，奇迹之后，再无奇迹。\n\n最近很流行的说法就是北京的学生考清华北大很容易，那么北京的学生和外省的那些状元们相比水平会有差么？如果在进入北大清华之后，地域的差异并没有影响个体的发展高度，是否意味着现有的选拔制度是合理的？\n\n我有必要开宗明义地讲一下，我只是陈述我这些年的见闻。我老家在农村，初中就读于一家小县城中学，高中来到省会城市，大学考到北京，大学期间还辅导过学生，我亲身体验到了中国各个发展程度不同的地区在教育资源上的差异。\n\n至于社会是否公平，制度是否合理，不在我讨论范围之内。所以如果你觉得我描述的现象不公平，那也请你想清楚，我，就是你所说的不公平遭遇的实际经历者、承受者。\n\n我相信我的答案还是道出了一些人的心声的，所以我也希望有的人不要把赞同我的回答等同于维护这个制度，谢谢。\n\n作为一个外地考生，我曾经一厢情愿地以为，清华北大在北京招生名额多，所以北京学生比起我们一定弱爆了，你们有啥了不起啊，信不信来陕西我分分钟考死你啊。呵呵，老子来清华了，你们就等着给我们垫底吧。\n\n结果实际上，北京学生的表现整体上是比较优秀的，而且实际上名牌大学里比较容易堕落垫底的是小县城学霸……\n\n小县城教育条件落后，学霸为了考入名牌大学在学习上投入的时间要多于京沪大城市学生，兴趣爱好、视野就逊色了。\n\n![360截图16560311396137.png](https://cdn.steemitimages.com/DQmZGji8C43n1U594gKYFTeCaxB7G7Xcf7ymjuXUxeyDSTb/360%E6%88%AA%E5%9B%BE16560311396137.png)\n\n有不少人质疑才艺的作用，并且玻璃心地认为我说大城市学生有更多的机会发展自己的才艺，所以素质更高更应该被录取。才艺最重要的价值不是拿来比较考核，才艺最大的作用是丰富学生生活，让人快乐起来。\n\n我说小县城学霸容易缺少发展个人才艺的机会，不是说他们素质低人一等，而是他们太容易把考试第一当作自己唯一的爱好了，但是当他们到了强手如林的名牌大学，第一名离他们远去之后，太难找到生活的乐趣所在了。\n\n有种观点很有趣，意思是说“从落后地区考入清华北大的学生天赋上自有其过人之处，所以……”。这句话符合大多数人的想法，但以我多年来的实际观察，对来自教育相对落后的地区考入名校的学生而言，这种想法带来的负面作用远大于正面作用。对他们来说，最重要的不是相信自己的杰出而是接受自己的普通，不是盲目相信自己在中小学时代神话将会延续，而是从独立完成每一次作业、跟上每一堂课开始做起。\n\n而他们的普通，并不是彻底的泯然众人，而是在优秀环境中的普通。但是的确有许多人没有完成从“英雄”到“凡人”的心态转变而堕落。但只要坚持下来的人，最终取得的成就还是不错的，但是在他们所比较的环境来看，他们取得的成绩依然是“普通”的。\n而北京学生的优势在哪里?\n\n视野、才艺这些容易引起争议的，我就不说了，只说学业。\n\n北京在基础教育上的优势之大是我在外地的时候难以想象的。\n\n我曾经在北京一家教学机构长期辅导高中生参加物理竞赛，也带过多年的家教，北京优秀的中学生的水平真是好的出人意料。\n\n而且我发现，尽管清华北大在北京招生名额很多，但是父母教育程度不高的北京土著家庭却很少有孩子考上清华北大。\n\n就我在北京的生活经验来讲，尽管清北在北京的招生比例远高于外省，但是对于很多土生土长的老北京而言，清北还是那样遥不可及。\n\n我甚至可以讲，清华北大在北京的招生名额，多数被那些早些年通过自己努力考入北京、留在北京的外地人的后代所瓜分。\n\n\n![360截图16550421118148100.png](https://cdn.steemitimages.com/DQmY2anjeJZRE4Vf7vRCbKca1X4PzqKjjXFAPnhr6nFskde/360%E6%88%AA%E5%9B%BE16550421118148100.png)\n我在清北认识的北京同学，大多数父母教育程度都很高，就职于北京的政府机关、高校、科研院所、高科技企业等。\n\n你只要想想，每年有多少学生考入北京的高校，然后留在北京继续发展就可以理解，北京的学生家长这个群体相比外地学生家长这个群体，在教育程度上的优势是不断扩大的。\n\n清华北大纯理科专业的学生，有不少因为就业的压力选择当中学老师。\n\n我当年在做物理竞赛的时候，老师把很多题目讲的绕，而我吃透这些题目后就非常简洁直白的做了出来。我在给我的学生讲的时候，学生就会觉得这题目原来这么简单直接。\n\n其他人反复提到一个事实，就是北京高考题难度比较小。但是北京的尖子生日常训练的题目，难度绝对是不小的。而且水平较高的老师往往把难的东西讲解的很简易，所以北京的尖子生也往往自以为自己学的东西很简单。\n\n学习好的学生不是刻意教出来的，但是往往是熏陶出来的。教育程度比较高的父母、老师熏陶出成绩好的学生，容易太多了。\n\n北京学习最顶尖的学生是非常强的。而且近年来的趋势是北京最优秀的学生选择直接出国，而不是上清华北大。\n\n最后，我对那些即将进入清华北大的外地考生，特别是小县城的考生说：你们的确比北京考生付出了多得多的努力，但是你们多出来的努力并没有用在学习新知识上，只是重复性的训练以求少犯错误而已，而你们将来的北京同学，有不少已经在大学的课程上走了很远很远了。\n\n我再补充三点：\n\n1、我只是在陈述事实，我并没有表达”北京人考清华北大更容易是合理的“这样的观点。\n\n2、有一些人热衷于用开国领导人举例。的确，以今人的眼光来看，中国的开国领导人普遍文化程度是不高的，也没上过名校，但是考虑到当时中国识字率之低，文盲数量之庞大，战乱、饥荒之频繁，而他们能在学校念书，并且在念书的时候能够接触到各种政治思想，这说明：在大学教育日益普及的今天，以今人的眼光来看，他们的确文化程度不高；但是从他们所处的时代来看，他们的起跑线真的领先绝大多数人太多了。\n\n同理，那些认为科举给了寒门弟子机会造就了社会公平的人都没有认识到，古代农耕社会下，能读书接受教育参加科举的人，普遍来自士绅阶层，他们的家庭条件比绝大多数人优越太多了。所谓的寒门弟子，也是和皇亲国戚相比的。把科举理解为现在交百十块钱就能参加的高考，实在是太不了解古代社会和现代社会的区别了。\n\n3、中国经济相对落后的地区的确有一段基础教育的黄金年代，但是这段黄金年代即将成为历史，落后地区和大城市在基础教育上的差距是在不断拉大的。\n\n我的父亲当年在陕西的一个农村读书，而他的高中数学老师，是西北大学数学系的教授。\n\n为什么?Wenge。\n\nWenge的确伤害了很多优秀的知识分子。很多本来大有可为的知识分子，不得已劳动改造，但是颇为黑色幽默的是，这又让很多偏远落后地区的孩子误打误撞地接接受到了比较好的教育，比如我的父亲。\n\n在那个政治运动如火如荼的年代里，北京上海等大城市的学生在政治运动中卷的太深了，而我父亲这样落后地区的人，反而有了安心读书的时间，并且在被下放的知识分子的教导下，学到了很多东西。\n\n我父亲这代人，在高考之后很快就崭露头角。\n\n而我父亲这代人在考学的时候，城乡二元制是很森严的，农民是农民，干部是干部，许多来自农村的优秀的孩子，因为急于摆脱农民身份，加之信息闭塞，报考的志愿往往严重低于他们的水平。很多本来学习非常优秀的学生，误打误撞成了小县城的中小学教师。他们凭借扎实的功底，创造了落后地区基础教育的第二波奇迹。我清楚地记得，我初中的时候一个中年化学老师，做初中数学竞赛题，如同砍瓜切菜，比很多年轻的数学老师都要熟练。\n\n但是这第二波奇迹，也在逐渐离我们远去。因为小县城出现这样优秀的老师会很快被大城市的中学挖走，而且这波人，也到了退休的年纪。\n\n以陕西为例，曾经考上清华北大的学生在各个城市、县城是比较平均的。但是这些年，清华北大在陕西的招生名额日趋被几所超级中学垄断，而周边的小县城，年级第一能考个西安交大就谢天谢地了。\n\n而那个小县城基础教育的黄金年代，是以无数优秀的知识分子，被迫扎根在基层从事基础教育为代价换来的。\n\n而现在，这样的情况恐怕再也不会发生了，所以，奇迹之后，再无奇迹。",
