      "body": "In a word full of unhealthy people going day to day eating what ever suits there desires. Drinking down whatever satisfies their urges. We come to wonder, does god want me healthy? The short answer yes. However there is a fine line of being healthy and concerned and just downright idolizing ourselves. We mustn't stray from the bigger picture of God and his word for us. I am very certain within the love of our father that his love also is in turn for the bodies he gave us to be in great working order. He wants us to be able to jump that jump or race that race, I couldn't imagine God looking at one of his children heavily wasting away on the couch eating fritos and burgers sweating sugar and saying \"Aaahh that is my creation, and I am proud!\". But when we are on our journey of fitness and health we must remember to not lose track and worship our new found healthy bodies. Some people when they start to change physically their mind changes as well. Some one who used to say man I'm worth nothing might say man I'm worth everything. You must find a balance in this world and when that balance comes, you can, and will enjoy all the things you feel you ought not too, as long as you have the lord in your heart and never lose track of him.\n\nIf you find yourself obsessing daily over what food your eating or what hours you spent at the gym,take a second to say, what is it that drives me to  want to be this way? Is it love for attention, lust, am I doing all this to post on my social media and say HA see I am better than you are! Or am I doing it because I know I will be more happier and able to satisfy the lord in living a happy life. Find your purpose, but never lose sight of who gave you that purpose.
