      "body": "Tomorrow is the summer solstice, and this is perhaps the most important one we have lived throw. Allot of activity happens on solstice, allot of dark stuff but also allot of lighter activity I will personally be going to my local park lighting candles and meditating. The solstice will mark the gateway to the age of aquarius, some people who are mainly in charge don`t want information to come out.       "body": "Well was unsure about posting anything in reference to this but here we go. Over the years I have gone from not speaking about things to speaking about things on and off, but over the last few years I have felt as though speaking is necessary.\n\nAt times some of my posts, have been made on emotion and perhaps I should have backed some of my views up a bit in terms of reference. That being said I will not adhere to people`s snap judgements of me, or buy into beliefs surrounding credible sources, I have no doubt that their is so called \"fake news\" out their, and I stand by the logic of trying to consider all available information and I will weight that up against personal experience, and intuition, as well as trying to gather information away from the media, or literature.\n\nAt this point in time the TV is being showed for being a dangerous thing especially when watched in the high amounts allot of people view it. The mind will often see and believe, but news STORIES might have allot more about them things we did not expect, we don`t know who is behind them and most importantly the truth about them and even how valid the stories are.\n\nNow I have spoke allot over the couple of few years, I have usually tried to respond to people without arguments and often will stop responding before it get too far or if I don`t think the person will sit with any uncomfortable theories.\n\nI will only post on my own page, but there was a lynch mob, often abusing my trust of letting them speak who are largely gone how who would see a controversal view or attempt at disussion and jump all over it for their own ego,social and self aprovel, and try and set the narrative as right you have to prove this to me using references I approve of, if you don`t you agree with my closed minded judgements of you,safely in the knowlege of asking me to condense several years of personal research and experience into a few facebook messages is a task some of the most talented writers would struggle with, that coupled with the majority being against form the get go who`s views would not be anaylized or ridiculded for probably no other reason than they conformed. The childish reactions designed to get emotional reactions in the hope to make any response less coherent, and make the opposing argument look stronger that what it actually was, was a regular thing, and any valid point of mine would be easier to negate with minor point or just be completly ignored, also the level of projection in some of this behavior was massive.\n\nWe are all human and we have all made good and bad choices in are lives, should we dwell too much on the wrong doing of are selves and others, or choices others make despite them not really effecting us passing some form of judgement i personally thing we need to leave the past behind as best we can.\n\nI post this as I will be making my facebook a more exclusive spot, but I see the sate of the world right now and I simply don`t like it. Discrimination of any type is something I don`t like but the severity of it is case by case as far as I am concerned not what type of discrimination it was. What is happening right now is likely to course more divide, and control the way we act to a level that is too controlled. I personally am not a fan of somewhat discriminative banter between people, and its not really something myself and my close friends do, however if a group of friends are in agreement that, that is what they want to do then that`s their choice, offensive is a subjective thing, and as much as I think we all have a personal responsiblity to avoid causing it sometimes it a simple case of it just has to be delt with.\n\nI have posted and spoke allot over the last 2 years or so, but I will be disengaging now from most media, I have spoke out allot because I disagree with the left and the right, and many other subtle divisions society has.For me we have to know are selves, change start with yourself we are are own gods, not governments or any other set of people (although sometimes others can hep) but are selves, I now we are lied to on allot of things my life style and diet are testament to the fact that diet keeps us away from illness and that natural cures are out there for illness and that exercise helps keep the mind healthy but its upto people themselves to consider these things.Over the last couple of years I have put things out their for people to consider or walk away from peacefully as i felt i had a duty, but now I will be disengaging more from media and i guess society more from now on, and focusing on my spiritual growth as that is something we ignore but it the ethos for me to making the world a better place.\n\nI could perhaps add more but i think i`m best to leave it here,well done if you read that,thank you.",

      "body": "I have been wanting to get this post out sooner , but allot has been happening as I type this we are in the mist  of a corona virus pandemic.Not only that big arrests are being made, the financial system as we know it is crumbling,everything is closed and most countries are in lock down, and voluntary martial law.\n\nSo here is my take on what happened and what is coming, and what is going on do, do I think this is something to worry about no. I know that last statement will be hard for allot of people to accept, but I personally planned for this years ago expecting it to be allot worse.       "body": "![Uploading image #1...]()\nSince my last post on this topic a few things have changed the majority of the people gang stalking me have gone, anybody who has any controversial will know you will usually be attacked by the usual suspects. I find most of the time these people tend to follow politics, which throw my experience does make people rather self righteous. It sometimes seem to be that all you need to be intelligent in society is an attitude an outspoken approach, a basic knowledge of the latest media stories and an opinion that is either the one pushed by the media or maybe one slightly different to make it seem like some thought and critical thinking has been put into it, or that at least seems to be the way it comes across.  \n\nHere are a few things I have received, one that I may think I`m an independent thinker but your just a contrarian, I have had this off 2 people both who I have not seen in a number of years. And also never had a face to face exchange with on the topic, infact not even a proper online exchange for that matter as to why I have come to the conclusions I have come to, so these people are quite frankly in no position to judge, a interest in politics and a bit of reading the news certainly seems to give these people the idea that they can enter somebodies being.\n\nNow its safe to say I have not always done myself any favours when it comes to these people often sharing articles with the primary intention of just exercising  my right to speak my mind, initially I was careful with what I shared the articles in my view were only anti vaccine via ones perception. The first one being anti vaccine japan have lowest infant mortality rate, now other than the words anti vaccine, the article for me was stating japan record of low infant mortality rate, and that there was no longer mandatory vaccines, and their vaccines programme was rather small compared to some.\n\nA friend of mine who had worked in a hospital when training to mid midwife commented stating that she did not vaccinate her kids, this was a women who if you speak to certainly knows a thing or two, as she studied the topic is sociology and was one of the people who encouraged me to look a bit deeper and ultimately begin to discus the topic more. However the usual judgements were to follow, your denying science and listening to dismissed doctors like Andrew wakefield and Hollywood doctors, this is the type of thing people such as myself and my friend are often up against this was a judgement by this man about someone he knew nothing about and had never met before. Little did he know she most likely knew more on the topic than he did, but for me the whole il do a google search read a bit about it then I can pass myself off as informed, the level of narrow mindedness really stunned me. The man even went to the extreme of slightly implying my friend was an unfit mother, in which she delt with it very well saying her children are raised vegan, and given the opportunity to exercise etc, and touched on the fact that children given poor diets are potentially being abused.\n\nI must admit usually I`m allot more sharp with what I am currently saying here, I am normally allot more neutral and less scathing with my opinions on other people`s behaviour and views, however its become abundant that, that will only get you so far with some people.\n\nI was later randomly trolled by many people I used to have contact with on facebook, quite often on unrelated posts such as a quote by plato, and a post about the riots in france I mentioned I had herd form a reasonably reliable source that their was a protest in regards to vaccines weather or not this was true I don't know.\n\nA couple of months after being confronted on a plato post by two other people, one to be fair being reasonable in the end the other using the power of judgement for self and social importance and approval, hoping that I would react on impulse and emotion to give off the elusion that their argument had some truth to it. Basically I was accused of not taking another persons views in to account, and that I was posting this stuff without any real reaserch.  Again I believe here that he was hoping I would get on the defensive and I think we all know when someone gets on the defensive they often loose credibility in the moment because they are often driven emotion too much. I quietly reminded him that I had never expressed my view on vaccines previously and had only made 1 previous post several months before in which I declined to get into any type of dialog,I also reminded this man we had not had contact with each other for years so he was not really in a position to say anything.  \n\nA couple of months after I herd a news story of two babies dyeing after being injected with MMR, I decided I wanted to post the news story on social media despite the likely push back and ridicule.I made a decision which I knew was going to likely be at my expense to share the story form an unknown news source, I was safe in the knowledge that this was out in the mainstream, however to see if I got the reaction I was expected which was `fake news` it was worth it. Straight away I was met with my ususal fan club first up was my childhood friend who sadly was someone I was vastly loosing time for.He was making his usual pompous comments trying to make out his complete disregard for another human being was justified because he felt I was wrong, and that all his judgements of me were ture, this is clearly for me an issue with the person spouting the negative energy and not me.From a spiritual point of view I think people like this are often corrupted but that's another story for another time.\n\nUnfortunately despite not drinking much these days this was a rare day where I was a little bit drunk,my response was a rather blunt more than usual but I guess after this man had abused 2 of my friends in the past I felt it was fair game. My response was met with desperate attempts to create a BS irony in order to try get into my head and make me angry.I mentioned mercury and femeldahyde in my scepticism of vaccines which I was told science says their say quote what else you got.It became evident to me that these people were not going to listen to anything I had to say, at this point it also seemed that they were implying that the article was fake news while bizarrely also telling me that investigations showed the vaccines were not a bad batch just the wrong one was given.\n\nNow given the past record of pharmaceutical companies that is not something I would personally trust at least with allot of research, however even if it was human error like this pro vaccine claimed for me that does not dissolve any concern or settle the matter that vaccines are safe, for me personally if they were truly safe and not dangerous in any way these deaths would not have accrued regardless. I also felt the whole line of people need to be educated on doing the right thing argument I often received and that I was causing harm was rather self righteous,for me people do not need internet politicians and internet activists telling other people what to do, your opinion does not mean much its their for others to take or leave, people do not have to have a PHD to make a decision, further having an attitude and a computer does not make you an expert, but I guess I'm just ranting now.\n\nI did agree at one point to perhaps put forward some information as what I had posted had been written off, so called evidence that had been provided to me was quite clearly found on the first page of google (subject to article 13) as I checked. I would like to state as much as I am against animal testing as I don't think its necessary I`m aware its unlikely to stop anytime soon, so as long as these tests are as humane as possible with no cost cutting and the test will only go ahead if their is going to be no major effect on the animal then is something I guess might have to be tolerated for now.I would also like to add that the world health organisation classifies the ingredients mentioned as forms of poison\n\nHerd immunity. this concept not only has not been proven but, in my view is very unlikely to be true at all, vaccines have \nan effectiveness time period usually of around 5-10years then it would mean that adult must re-new their vaccines post school, throw my experience most adult have not, there for the majority of the population is un vaccinated so if all these diseases were rife and dangerous surely we would see more cases.\n\nStates in the 1960 in the usa the states for measles showed : CDC estimate one in 7,500 resulted in death and falling, more recent states from the UK show 1 death per year from measles if that these states do not take into account age, or underline health issues, which if their were underline health issues something as simple as a common cold could have killed a child.\n\nThe vitamin K jab given to a child at 2 moths old is 20,000 more than an infants body can handle thus leaving the window open to infection. Now some may say what happens if children are allergic to vaccines and it is a good question however if the herd immunity argument comes into it I will automatically disengage, their are ways to support the immune system via natural remedy and ultimately diet and their are parent groups out their doing this. An example off the top of my head is vitamin A12 being good support for measles.       "body": "For many years we have been told about world war 3, its been in TV shows  and just put out their over the years in conspiracy's. What`s really going on well could it be problem reaction solution, could it be goverments knowing war creates resources well yes. But what is this really about ask yourself are you afraid ?? What do you do in your day to day life ?? are you peaceful is that reflected in your day to day life ?? \n\n What do I think, am I clear of fear no, no I`m not but when I am faced with it my true self comes forward, one thing I have also noticed if you do not learn form the past you will repeat it, have you learnt from your past could you be doing more to change yourself ??       "body": "Every so often I dwell on things, its a blessing and a curse, over the past few years especially I have realised that the person I`m becoming it the one I was working toward as a child before the conditioning  of society friends and family kicked in, of course I can`t really shift blame here obstacles are part of life and if I have learnt one thing is that obstacles will arise in pretty much everything you do in life.\n\nAs a child I remember walking throw a hunting trophy room of a relative, I remember going to see the chickens at a local farm, I remember thinking as an animal lover, I`m kind of living a double standard. After attempting vegetarianism a few times as a child but giving up mainly due to the social disapproval etc.\n\nI guess as a teenager I became numb always thought, il change later I don`t eat many animal products, as long as I try limit it and try get the most humane animal products as I can until such a time I can give it up that's the main thing. I always feared that slaughter and animal products were very brutal over time I guess I took the position of its not nice but can be relatively smooth.\n\nI used allot of excuses when I started to work for myself I noticed vegan vegetarian products were cheaper, an obstacle I had at the time was a friend borrowing drinking money off me every week, as a result of that it kind of meant I would scrap and save money elsewhere. I guess one thing was buying chicken nuggets instead of quorn. I may have largely been meat free at this point but weaknesses such as not standing up to people like that sadly cost some animals their lifes. I have often thought back to the point of when they were about to die, I guess if they could ask me one thing it would be please, no one else is sticking up for me your my last hope stand up for yourself and me.\n\nSadly back then I didn't stand up for them, on a spiritual level I know energy cant be destroyed only transferred, I hope those animals are in a better world now I`m sure they are but that doesn't dissolve my guilt.Please consider not eating animals or consuming animal products if you currently do.  \n\nThe only thing one can do now is dedicate one life to positive change, not just with animal right but everything in life,kindness to the planet, kindness to other beings, offerings of support, random acts of kindness self improvement and spiritual growth,evryone has something to offer![75323374_10159071927138626_2256033500387868672_n.jpg](https://cdn.steemitimages.com/DQmf3hgmVdkTodfzKwM8gPSobd6dFB62mnZ8s6eKhK2Q18b/75323374_10159071927138626_2256033500387868672_n.jpg). \n\npeace",

A good friend of mine said the other day to me, we have already lived second lives since school as its been over 15 years now since we left    \n\nTo find our higher self each of us will take different paths to finding that, and to grow we try to become better people by trail and error most of the time perhaps we will meet these people again further up the scale of consciousness, to move on however if positive and exciting as well one can look forward to the future of being a better man/women, and look forward to new quality friendships.       "body": "I`m am going to write a short few paragraphs on extinction rebellion, now I have my own personal suspicions here that I will keep largely out of this post. Now before we get started yes I do have my suspicions on climate change, I`m yet too see much research into the earths cycles over the past few hundred years, and also most of the data used seems to only date back to the 80s. There was also a period of time when governments were warning over cooling climates, and also the basic matter that co2 is good for plants, plus the possibility of geo engineering but that perhaps for another post.\n\nOne thing that I can agree on however with the protesters is that mother earth is having is life blood i.e oil drilled from her and the burning of such fuels does not make for pleasant air to be breathing, the logging of the amazon rain forest and the general deforestation destroying animal and human habitat is quite frankly heart breaking, I could go on but any questioning I do have is more surround the natural climate temperature not the damage to the quality of air and nature, and quality of life on the planet.So to those every day people protesting genuinely trying to make a positive difference, I have allot of respect for as doing something is better than nothing if its positive.\n\nNow the title of the article questions extinction rebellion and yes I do question the organisation to a degree, For starters they have a very fancy London headquarters, and I have to ask who is funding this, there was a protest in my home city a few months back were a boat had blocked a main road in the city centre, again I must ask how have they got it their without the police stopping them,who funded it and why were they not moved on.Most of the videos I see online of extinction rebellion are from the mainstream media throw my experience of protest groups they get very little if any air play. For me and I know some will not like this but holding up central London and having a place to camp for 5 nights seems like the authorities and government have some control over this, it was pointed out on a daily politics show on BBC TV one most be rather privileged to be able to just go to a several day protest in the middle of the week. I must say I found zion lights response to that quite bizarre saying since she is from an ethnic minority group I`m not sure we should have the conversation about privilege. \n\nIt may be said by some, does it matter if this group is financed, does it matter id their controlled opposition and perhaps it doesn`t too much. However for me perhaps all of us have to ask are self`s what is the best way to change the world for the better, maybe politics and protest might come into it to a degree, but what about what we do in are everyday lifes, it took me years for example form about the age of around 8-9 to my early 20s to finally give meat up and I guess one thing looking back that highlighted was the importance to make small changes and keep going, and keep focussed, I for example still don`t buy as much locally sourced products as I would like this would have benefits for my local economy, and small businesses you would be surprised by the power of spending your money at independent/small businesses without share holders has.\n\nSo maybe if we all though hang on perhaps il stop buying that product with palm oil in or soy, il working on changing my habbits, Il ride my bike a bit more or walk eventually big companies would have to change or cease to exist, grow your own veg, it can be done on your window ceil from cuttings, it would save you money and the environment the fumes from the transport. or maybe check out a local market, perhaps get your fitness up by walking or cycling more.\n\nThe best way forward in making change I guess is an individual decision to make but I would encourage everyone to think form all areas on consciousness, If you are planning on heading to a protest good luck, and I hope you walk their.\n\ntake care world.![extinction rebelion.png](https://cdn.steemitimages.com/DQmYhyu83hUxFuRH7wZKPKSvQkaYzYFYcU7jwnVEyRLLnYk/extinction%20rebelion.png)",

      "title": "Vaccines, no I won`t take a vaccine.",
      "body": "This is a topic that will divide opinion, and from what I have experienced this topic can also be used as an excuse. An excuse to simply act high and mighty and for people to try justify themselves to themselves. I have had some Facebook politicians  often attack me for simply asking questions surrounding the validity and effectiveness of such phramasuitical products, many exposing themselves in the process for have little or no knowledge on the topic in the process, instead simply refusing to question what they have been taught as fact and knowing that the average uninformed man or women will join in the attack often for no other reason other than the want to feel superior knowledge wise. For me these are the acts of insecure individuals looking for escapism via ego, sadly society is still very backward and they will mock what they don`t understand.\n\nSome often say to me your believing  `fake news` or what proof do you have and the truth is I have no definitive proof, but neither do they, as much as they might think they do everything in life is a touch of grey. This post however is not designed to be a rant about internet trolls, I must say usually I have been quite good at avoiding drama but their are times when I bite, and while this is not a topic I post about much I feel it important I speak my mind on this view as respectfully as I can.  \n\nI personally was given an MMR shot at the age of 7 I believe , not sure if its still given at that age but this was given I believe my whole school if I remember correctly, shortly after being given this shot I was I had chronic kidney pains a feeling of have a stitch that would not relent. Shortly after this I had several sudden on sloughs of kidney pain which lead me to being monitored by the hospital for around 2 years ,and on finding myself in pain went urinating and at one point even bleeding in the process, Was this down to the MMR jab I personally feel as though it was.\n\nI very much stayed quiet about vaccines perhaps a small bit of questioning was there but it took the lime light in 2008,  when my employer was recommending it work force get vaccinated against swine flu.This seemed to be an illness that came out of no where, and for me did not seem too serious, in reality I was never going to take a shot unless I felt it was needed, I had other suspicions about the whole swine flu epidemic but for me it was a simple choice that needed little more thought.\n\nThis post is definitely threatening to become rather long, so I will get to the real parts of interest, I had spoken to allot of parents about this topic and it was a common theme many saying the suspected their children of developing difficulties after taking vaccines. Later on I took a look at states and noticed that illnesses such as polio were on the decline before a vaccine was introduced in fact it was claimed the vaccine wiped out polio despite only 9 percent being vaccinated. A similar trend when it came to measles can be seen, in the UK a large drop in measles cases was seen when in door plumbing came a more common feature.\n\nLobbying is a common trait of many governments  across the world, the government often signs big money deals with these companies for their products, expecting everyone to take these drugs is massive money, this also removes any liability from the companies making these products. Some may ask why would the government do this well in the UK G4s happened to be given massive contracts funded by the government, making share holders millions and it just so happened that the husband of then priminister Theresa may had a very nice position in said company.\n\nA british medical journal that examined randomised vaccine trails it found that non pharmasuitical funded trials were more likely to report negative or mixed finding.Most of the vaccine manufacturers are often the ones doing the safety testing and unfortunately that is something that I would not trust.\n\nCNN reported back in 2017 that large pharmasuitical companies lied about patients having cancerin order to get products approved \n\nGlaxosmith kline and Pfizer paid out 10.5 billion in settlements for injury over a 21.5 year period, however in 2014 those companies posted net profits of 17.7 billion USD.\n\nIn 2012 Glaxo smith kline payed 3 billion in a settlement with the US government over misleading medical journal articles.\n\nGKS also failed for 6 years from 2001 to include safety data about avandia to the FDA, this was needed to determine weather the FDA should approve the drug.\n\nA article reference News week big pharma plays hide ball with data.\n\nMerick voluntarily removed Vioxx after it was bought to light that their was significant evidence that it  caused severer cardio vascular harm.\nMerick researchers had raised some concerns about this in 1996 in its early trail however this was not reported to the FDA .\n\nI feel that it is a possibility that the 5 yes only 5 companies that own the mainstream media could also have links to these companies in the form of share, or simply accept money to show there companies products in a positive light.Health care is big business and getting people who have no health issues to start taking medication is massive business.\n\nI have spoken with a friend about this he asked a nurse what was in a vaccine she said she did not know, he also said that a company that a relative of  his works for sells these drugs, and if the GP prescribes said drugs they get a bonus.\nI could go on allot longer on this but my over all thought is that doctors etc will only give you advice based on what they are taught and what they are taught is based on a business and profit.\n\nI personally as a vegan who eats a rather raw diet, practises meditation gets regular exercise meditates, and spends allot of time in nature and has some decent friends, I have only been to the doctors twice in almost 15 years, I have often cured myself of colds and various other bugs using natural cures and generally taking it easy during times of illness.So perhaps big pharma is not the only way to go when it comes to taking care of your health,this information is in front of everyones eyes its not conspiracy or people just trying to got against the grain for the sake of it,goverments have in the past experiment on their citizen eg in America some African American gentlemen were told they were getting free health care when in fact they were injected with syphilis.\n\nThey also told us smoking was safe and radio active lipstick was safe,so having a jab containing cells from aborted fetues ,monkey blood alumimum,mercury and many more questionable ingredients being give a free pass throw the blood brain barrier, that is not something I want and many will say they believe in freedom of speech religion open mindedness etc but often when it comes to deciding what is injected into you many turn into dictators, most importantly here in my view trust your instinct.\n\nThank you\n\n .![vaccineOP1.jpg](https://cdn.steemitimages.com/DQmfNcEwajjXUzKJaQPcD5xyJsb2pjdCFmegPvva7o4pFAm/vaccineOP1.jpg)",
