      "body": "![8857509_orig.jpg](https://steemitimages.com/DQmPbRpi4T4nzUhCtzUom7bWYAVgCpA52wd2xL1d118MT3H/8857509_orig.jpg)\n\n<h1>***NOTE:*** This is a free platform to share everything and anything and just a head's up before reading this, you may rated it as SPG if you are too conservative.\n<hr>\n\nWe're actually setting our business in Calamba last week and after the tiring planning and decision-making, I planned to visit UPLB Botanic Garden as I believe that I'll be relaxed there.\n\nI think it's 1 1/2-2 hours from Pansol to Los Baños because it is super traffic.\n\nMoving on, to visit the botanical garden, you have to pay the entrance of only 20php .\n\nNarelax ako ng sobra,hindi mainit nung time na un so sakto punta namin.\nNung time na pababa kami sa ladder yung way pa-ilog,may nakasalubong kami na lalaki na naasumbrero idk if sya yung nagaalaga dun.\n![dsc_46021.jpg](https://steemitimages.com/DQmRr7psqNyY97daJP1aD1jety1s5PdagBR1432vzq4FS3w/dsc_46021.jpg)\n\nSabi nya sa'min,ingat kayo jan baka may mabulabog kayo with matching smile pa,so natakot ako ng very slight baka si Makiling I guess,but tinanong ko pa din sya kung ano yung mabubulabog namin?\n\nThen he answered me na may nag lolove-making daw dito kasi tago at konti lang ang dumadaan.\nAnd ako naman nashock ng bongga.Hindi namman sa pagjujudge pero para naman walang pinag aralan at doon na lang naglandi (sorry for the word) Parang nakakababa lang ng pagkatao for me na dun gawin ung ganung bagay.\n\nTapos sumabat na naman si Kuya,sabi nya may navideohan nga daw dun,maliit na babae na naskirt pero matagal na daw yun mga 2011 or 2012 if di sya nagkakamali.Meron naman foreigner at filipino nung 2014.At marami pa daw 😯\n\nAkala daw nya noon,inaayos lang yung damit nung girl,sinilip pa ni Kuya at ayun buhat buhat si girl habang ng mamaking.\n\nVinedeohan nya daw para madisiplinary action sana,or atleast maprevent na maagkaroon ulit ng ganong acts.\n\nI asked him kung nasan na yung video,and he said na nanakaw na yung phone nya na un and ang malas nung navideohan pero malabo naman dahil lokal phone lang daw.\n\nHe also added na marami talagang ganon,kahit sa classroom may gumagawa nun,and based sa mga experience at naririnig nya marami dun ay mga students from Forestry daw meron din Engineering yata.\n\nFrom that time na kinwento ni Kuya,naging disappointed ako.So it's like 10,% naniniwala ako.Iniwan na namin si Kuya kaasi ayokong magspoiled ang gala ko.\n\nSo yun naglakad kami pataas pala yung dulo kaya nakakapagod,may nakita din ako mga abadoned room and nakakatakot talga may videos ako pero di ko na lang siguro iuupload.\n\nSa second abadoned room na nadaan namin,may narinig ako na umuungol and natakot ako baka ghost thing ek ek.\n\nSobrang bilis ng heartbeat ko that time di ko mamove ang paa ko agad agad,pero nung narinig ko yung boses babae na \"ayoko na\"\nAnd I was like \"what?\"so tao pala.\nNaglakad lakad kami ng konti para malagpasn lang yung room then,tinignan namin ung likod at ayon! Lumabas si girl at boy and I think si Kuyang caretaker or whatever is right.\n\nTotoo pala yung di makapagpigil,na kung saan makaramdam ng heat ng katawan dun gagawin.\nAnd I'm really disappointed na ginawang motel ang botanical ng UPLB well I think buong UP siguro 😒\n\nHaving second thoughts to take foreign language na there,nakakadumi kasi sa image.\nThis blog is just for sharing of experince and thoughts.No bad intention 😔",

      "body": "Ang blog na ito ay base sa totoong pangyayari.\nThis is a free platform to share everything and anything and just a head's up before reading this, you may rated it as SPG if you are too conservative.\n\nI won't be uploading any pictures here,para walang ma-harm na tao.\n\n<Hr>\n\nSo,it started nung magplano kami magvisit sa UPLB kasi dun din dapat ako magcollege dati pa,so while doing our business sa Calamba tumuloy nadin kami sa UPLB dun sa Botanical gusto ko kasi marelax.\n\nAfter siguro ng 1 1/2-2 hours travel from Pansol nakarating kami ng Botanical.\n\nAng entrance is only 20php and pede mo na malibot yung buong forest.\n\nNarelax ako ng sobra,hindi mainit nung time na un so sakto punta namin.\nNung time na pababa kami sa ladder yung way pa-ilog,may nakasalubong kami na lalaki na naasumbrero idk if sya yung nagaalaga dun.\n\nSabi nya sa'min,ingat kayo jan baka may mabulabog kayo with matching smile pa,so natakot ako ng very slight baka si Makiling I guess,but tinanong ko pa din sya kung ano yung mabubulabog namin?\n\nThen he answered me na may nag lolove-making daw dito kasi tago at konti lang ang dumadaan.\nAnd ako naman nashock ng bongga.Hindi namman sa pagjujudge pero para naman walang pinag aralan at doon na lang naglandi (sorry for the word) Parang nakakababa lang ng pagkatao for me na dun gawin ung ganung bagay.\n\nTapos sumabat na naman si Kuya,sabi nya may navideohan nga daw dun,maliit na babae na naskirt pero matagal na daw yun mga 2011 or 2012 if di sya nagkakamali.Meron naman foreigner at filipino nung 2014.At marami pa daw 😯\n\nAkala daw nya noon,inaayos lang yung damit nung girl,sinilip pa ni Kuya at ayun buhat buhat si girl habang ng mamaking.\n\nVinedeohan nya daw para madisiplinary action sana,or atleast maprevent na maagkaroon ulit ng ganong acts.\n\nI asked him kung nasan na yung video,and he said na nanakaw na yung phone nya na un and ang malas nung navideohan pero malabo naman dahil lokal phone lang daw.\n\nHe also added na marami talagang ganon,kahit sa classroom may gumagawa nun,and based sa mga experience at naririnig nya marami dun ay mga students from Forestry daw meron din Engineering yata.\n\nFrom that time na kinwento ni Kuya,naging disappointed ako.So it's like 10,% naniniwala ako.Iniwan na namin si Kuya kaasi ayokong magspoiled ang gala ko.\n\nSo yun naglakad kami pataas pala yung dulo kaya nakakapagod,may nakita din ako mga abadoned room and nakakatakot talga may videos ako pero di ko na lang siguro iuupload.\n\nSa second abadoned room na nadaan namin,may narinig ako na umuungol and natakot ako baka ghost thing ek ek.\n\nSobrang bilis ng heartbeat ko that time di ko mamove ang paa ko agad agad,pero nung narinig ko yung boses babae na \"ayoko na\"\nAnd I was like \"what?\"so tao pala.\nNaglakad lakad kami ng konti para malagpasn lang yung room then,tinignan namin ung likod at ayon! Lumabas si girl at boy and I think si Kuyang caretaker or whatever is right.\n\nTotoo pala yung di makapagpigil,na kung saan makaramdam ng heat ng katawan dun gagawin.\nAnd I'm really disappointed na ginawang motel ang botanical ng UPLB well I think buong UP siguro 😒\n\nHaving second thoughts to take foreign language na there,nakakadumi kasi sa image.\nThis blog is just for sharing of experince and thoughts.No bad intention 😔",

I wish people would understand this.”</blockquote><hr>\n\n\n<center>![First-aid-for-depression.jpg](https://steemitimages.com/DQmWk8FTEn3Z4aEjBPBZhukPisMsLmBB4i9SJoyf2UXwcVT/First-aid-for-depression.jpg)</center>\nIt actually all started when I was on gradeschool , specifically on Grade 5th.\nI've had experienced traumatic acts from my Adviser/Instructor.\nTo make it short, I received embarrassment and cursed words every day when I was studying.\nShe mocked fun of me with other teachers, she always says scary things to me - more on cursing.\n\nI really don't know but I guess it was the religion- she's a racist one.\nFor me, I believe that we should respect everyone's faith, but for her, If we're not on the same faith then you're doomed.\n<center>![depression-cry.jpg](https://steemitimages.com/DQmTR9yjnz4VfxLmNuHxVESFT96gvf1d7mLvPjC2Czg7TLS/depression-cry.jpg)</center>\nSince that, I've started acting weird, I'm always crying alone in my room and it all happens everyday.\nAlways popping on my mind, what did I do to her to make feel in pain like this? Should I just not go outside anymore and just give up everything? What If my parents know this, I'm afraid that they'll be in trouble.\n\nYes, my parents are clueless about what I'm into that time. It's just I'm afraid that they'll be in trouble or they might get hurt ( i don't know)\n\nBut then, because of the faith in God, though struggling - I pushed very hard just to finish that year.\n\nMoving on, thanks God that I was able to overcome it and I'm grateful that the next year I have an awesome and a very considerate Instructor unlike the previous one.\n\nThen came the high school days,  again I've experienced bullying from my classmates.\nThey're always playing at me, making fun of my hair as they're riding a horse, do funny things with what I wear and etc.\n\nFrom those experiences that I've had, I become a loner, introvert and afraid of people.\nI don't talk unless something important or urgent. I have a friend but I don't talk to her about my experiences.\n\nAnd now I'm already working, can't move on from the past experiences that I've had.\nI had to file sick leave for 2 weeks because of depression - mood swings, can't be talking and always crying.\n\nEven in my office, I can't feel that I have a family except my Manager.\nOther co-employees don't treat me as I belong to the group and that hurts me so much.\nI know that for the others, it may sound sensitive but that's what I'm feeling.\n\nWith the support of my husband,and faith in GOD, I was able to conquer and face everything.\nAlso with the help of counseling, I was able to release all the pains.\n\nAnd now I'm feeling better, though I still have the abandonment feeling with my co-workers - I've learned that it won't make me of a lesser person if I won't be on the group.\n\nI will face everything in a positive way.
