Why has this project become so relevant?\n\nStatistics of the World Health Organization says respiratory diseases account for up to 10% of the period of disabled years. To identify diseases of the respiratory tract using a proven method of auscultation, which is to listen to the sounds and the subsequent assessment of the condition of organs based on noise, wheezing and crepitations. Even the presence of up-to-date ultrasound machines leaves the stethoscope still relevant in medicine, helping doctors to make accurate diagnoses that are not obvious in the medical images. However, the method has failures.\n\nWhen using a stethoscope, doctors have no tools for a completely objective assessment of acoustic sounds. The results of an auscultatory study cannot be accurately recorded, and the diagnosis is based only on the doctor’s experience and qualifications. Although the accuracy of diagnosis with the use of a stethoscope is about 67% by average estimates from several scientific researches. However, the Laeneco intelligent stethoscope completely solves these problems.\n\nThe device runs together with a smartphone, based on the developed functional application. The device is equipped with an ultra-sensitive microphone that allows to analyze an extended range of sounds that are inaccessible to the human ear. Neural networks allow to capture and identify hidden sounds that accurately indicate the presence of lung disease.\n\nAn additional advantage is the connection of the stethoscope to the smartphone, which allows the specialist to increase the volume of listening to internal noises. Often, even experienced doctors in years, when making a diagnosis can fail. However, the project can solve even this problem. All diagnostic results are stored in a certain audio file, providing the ability to re-analyze.\n\nThe accuracy of the “smart” stethoscope according to results of the tests was 83% and further, with the addition of the training selection, the accuracy can be increased to 99%. It is already known that the device has received approval from the medical community and this device will be the first to enter the Japanese market.",

What does it mean?\n\nAs far back as May 2018, representatives of the IMF stated that the digital asset market does not pose a risk to the global economy and its stability. The World Bank, together with the International Monetary Fund, followed to the policy that cryptocurrencies would not create vulnerability for the global economy and would not affect participants in financial markets. However, the situation has changed. Already in October, from the head of the IMF, Christine Lagarde, in one of the interviews with CNBC, the following phrase was voiced:\n\n “Our found does not need innovations that can create conditions for the world system, accompanied by a loss of stability. Employees will receive cryptocurrency as part of certain courses, lectures and other stages of education. However, a team of researchers from the University of Goethe decided to force machine learning into the solution of the problem of analyzing scientific works and forming their summary on field-specific topics.\n\nThe result of the engineering team is a fully- written AI 250-page scientific work on the topic “Lithium-ion accumulators. Automatically written summary of current researches.\n\nIt is important to note that the choice of topic is indirect. The developers of “Beta Writer” artificial intelligence determined the main task of the project, as a discussion of scientific literature created entirely by computer based on machine learning. With the help of this scientific work, the topics of the technical component of publications, the generation of material and the responsibility for “machine” content from an ethical point of view have risen. In the follow-up discussions between the project team, their colleagues and industry experts, questions were raised regarding the consideration of the machine content’s authorship. Who is responsible for generating material and setting various parameters for filtering feed data? We will tell you about all of this below.\n\n “Beta Writer” Artificial Intelligence wrote a scientific work by sorting and analyzing more than 150 articles on the topic of lithium-ion accumulators. AI algorithms searched for materials on a high-tech topic by filtering keywords, other references and conclusions by the author of scientific works. The found information in all documents was analyzed and compiled into a single book in which all the researches, theses and examples were formed into groups and distributed in a logical sequence. The result is a completely readable literature with logically assembled chapters, which absorbed a summary of all the available information in published sources.\n\nThe AI development team noted that the project is not yet perfect. “Beta Writer” is great on documents well enough to interpret the words “this” and “consequently”, to rephrase sentences under the correct context. However, the AI model allows complex turn of phrases and occasionally creates irregular structures. However, the book was completely readable. Experts noted its “massiveness”, but also stressed the usefulness and capacity of the materials.\n\nThe “Beta Writer” project team did not specifically “polish” the scientific work in order to show in a clear form the result of the work of artificial intelligence at the current moment of development. The main goal set by the staff of Goethe University during the demonstration was achieved. The world community accepted the machine content and noted its advantages at the initial period.\n\nIn the future, with such a development, scientists will be able to make requests from artificial intelligence for the content of a fixed scope, and the AI in return will collect, analyze and present key information on the topic for a specific period in a few minutes. An additional advantage of the project is its “flexibility” and “parameterization”. It is enough to set key requests, select a language, select regions or exclude specific unnecessary topics. AI will be able to prepare a brief summary of a given number of pages, which will facilitate the work of any scientific departments and save  some time on reading numerous publications.",
