      "body": "<html>\n<p><strong><em>Antiviruses are encoding programs which eliminate any error or leakage by any file that damages your operating system in any way, in other words, viruses.</em></strong></p>\n<p><strong><em>Created since the first computer virus was discovered, if it wasn&#x27;t for this reason, the Internet connection, computer work and even chat would be faster.</em></strong></p>\n<p><strong><em>\rBut that&#x27;s all they do? I&#x27;m not here to put conspiracies in anyone&#x27;s mind, but these are questions I&#x27;ve asked myself a long time ago. Whenever I had a computer I made sure that the first thing installed was an antivirus, to protect it, but I always wondered if it really protected it.</em></strong></p>\n<p><strong><em>For a long time, the best protection against viruses or threats has been a good antivirus; one that updates often, captures as many viruses as possible and gives us the assurance that we have our computers clean.</em></strong></p>\n<p><img src=\"https://encrypted-tbn0.gstatic.com/images?q=tbn%3AANd9GcQwikXlKZqdThHfehTpaJyxXhPy6rHCoPuMOw&amp;usqp=CAU\"/></p>\n<p><strong><em>An ex-hacker talked about how he had never used an anti-virus and that they were no longer needed on computers. Finding a bug without fixing it is the most popular method among hackers to attack a program. This way, hackers can create malware with the assurance that it will affect users, at least for a while. Unless you are a famous personality, have an important position, or are targeted for revenge, you are unlikely to be directly attacked by a hacker.</em></strong></p>\n<p><strong><em>\rIt&#x27;s simply too much work to attack one person for little profit. Your personal information is much more valuable to you than it is to a hacker. So unless they have a very good reason to attack you personally, they won&#x27;t.</em></strong></p>\n<p><img src=\"https://encrypted-tbn0.gstatic.com/images?q=tbn%3AANd9GcRNegDtDW52dZ7ANj-eE9wZ-2hyq3cLeQVPPQ&amp;usqp=CAU\"/></p>\n<p><strong><em>\rCellular Antivirus</em></strong></p>\n<p><strong><em>One of the best &quot;tricks&quot; for not being infected is to control a little what we install in our device; not to accept the first thing offered to us.</em></strong></p>\n<p><strong><em>That&#x27;s still necessary, by all means, but the popularity of app stores has eased this requirement a bit. If we download apps from these stores, we are sure that several requirements have been met and that they are being monitored so that they do not infect users.</em></strong></p>\n<p><img src=\"https://encrypted-tbn0.gstatic.com/images?q=tbn%3AANd9GcT0Qek9yrYf3MoGC43QuMRhMVyHqMMTMdqzBQ&amp;usqp=CAU\"/></p>\n<p><strong><em>You probably already use an anti-virus without knowing it. In Windows, it&#x27;s called Defender and has been pre-installed and activated in all new Windows installations for some time.</em></strong></p>\n<p><strong><em>Defender is perfectly valid for normal daily use, for most users. Most of the current operating systems have means to prevent the most typical attacks. </em></strong></p>\n<p><strong><em>But above all, the real reason why we don&#x27;t need an antivirus is because we are more responsible users.</em></strong></p>\n<p><strong><em>Obviously, there are still people who install the first thing they come across, who respond to emails they shouldn&#x27;t respond to, who give out their data in a surprisingly innocent way. For those users, it would make sense to use the best possible protection.</em></strong></p>\n<p><strong><em>And if you&#x27;re a business person or so. In those cases not using an antivirus can be qualified as negligence; the value of your data and your company is immensely superior to the cost of an antivirus.</em></strong></p>\n</html>",

body	<html> <p>Everybody probably thought this would be a good year, and what a surprise, it started badly, although one of my wishes is that it ends well, we are all aware of the things that are happening, and what many people talk about, just by going to Twitter you can see everything that is happening, I wouldn't recommend it to have a bad time</p> <p>A lot has been happening this year, first the fires in Australia, earthquakes, the volcanoes, the price of oil going down a lot, the pandemic, the economic crisis that will make many companies go bankrupt, the problem of racism and demonstrations in the USA. It is the year where more events have happened, mostly bad for everyone, and things continue to happen that impact us all.</p> <p>But maybe there are good things, like what are you going through this year? are you enjoying it? what activities do you do as a family? I have so many questions, I for one feel that it has not been such a bad year, it is true that horrible things have happened, there are people who are having a very bad time but you have to try to be positive, maybe there are people who are taking courses that in the future will make you a better person or can help others.</p> <p>What plans do you have for 2021? I know the year is not over yet, why would you hang on to that? but what do you plan to do? do you plan to travel the world or will you postpone it because of the current situation and because you don't know if it will get better.</p> <p>Think a little, this year has not been the best year that you can clearly see but maybe the skills you learned in quarantine will help you in the future, whether you improved in photography, graphic design, web design, digital marketing, or created your online store. You may have your leave this year but I think many people will value the time they spent at home developing or improving their skills. body	Whether on TV, internet or social networks, there is a lot of misinformation about the situation that many countries are going through, people are misinformed too much believing what inexperienced people can say and only wanting to make other people paranoid. In YouTube every video of the coronavirus, you will always see a URL where they explain really interesting things and try to inform you well. And that seems to me pretty good, many people still take this as a joke and misinformation is dangerous in this situation. I personally am still pretty calm, but I like to be well informed about the subject, although I don't leave my house unless it's an emergency. Mostly I listen to people who speak Spanish informing, I don't like the news because they only tell you how many cases there are and the deaths, that only distresses me, although I feel that sometimes they lie, but that's up to each person. Spanish: Quantum Fracture, Date un vlog, La Hiperactina, GlóbuloAzul English: Doctor Mike, MedCram - Medical Lectures Explained CLEARLY It's very easy to get misinformed, if they don't give you confidence either you can just watch interviews with professionals, or read reports, I don't know if they try to inform you well, I would just say that television is just trying to profit from all this because they don't inform you well or just try to scare you. I would recommend The Wild Proyect Podcast if you know Spanish and if you only know English I don't know any podcast in English at the moment

body	This 2020 did not start off on the right foot, and already many professionals have spoken about how we will not be able to live our lives normally this year, because until this pandemic is stopped, our lives will be somewhat limited to being in quarantine, whether we try to be productive or not. Where I live, you can see the paranoia that this virus is causing, there is also a lot of misinformation about it, but that is another issue. People even know what is happening in other countries like the United States, Italy, Spain, etc. They don't understand that you have to obey orders to be at home, to stay at home, and I understand that there are people who have nothing to do at home and it's boring, they don't have Internet, it's just hard for them to be at home or because of family problems, but to leave home exposes yourself and exposes others. And now suppose you get Covid-19, the first few days of infection you won't notice any symptoms and you'll keep leaving your house, chatting with your friends or going anywhere, and you'll be surrounded by people or you're with your friends, your friends have no protection and you don't either, you infect them, at that time they will infect more like you, and you've already done what is supposed to be prevented by quarantine, that you don't get infected so as not to spread the virus or for your own health. And you know the typical thing until you get it is that you realize your mistake, and so it will happen and it's happening with many, I at first thought it was stupid all the fuss that a simple flu with a weird name was causing, but I still didn't leave my house, but because I like to be in my house, then it was known that even though it's not very deadly it's very contagious and it's very dangerous for older people or people with diseases. We must also be aware of the economic problems that countries will have after this, that individuals will also have. But you can look for a positive side, you can try to work on the internet, if you don't have internet, do projects of what you like, do things that for work or for time you couldn't do, do it now because when all this calms down you will have finished things that before you thought you wouldn't, I am doing that, so I recommend it.

      "body": "<html>\n<p>In these dates of the year it is Christmas, there are Christmas trees, snow, joy, festivity, family together, children play and others. This year I feel that everything is different and it is, but I don't feel joy or happiness, I am feeling in any date of the year except December, my family is not together, there is no snow and no joy is felt in this Christmas, I always knew it was going to be very sad but I still wanted positivity....</p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p>And well, maybe in your homes if there's all that</p>\n<p>But in my case no, I feel that this year was not the best, it had its bad things and its good things, everybody made mistakes and learned from them</p>\n<p>So this year made us grow more like people</p>\n<p>I feel more empathy, I feel different but I'm still me</p>\n<p>I met people I regret meeting</p>\n<p>I met people who changed me and I don't know what would become of me without them</p>\n<p>It wasn't such a bad year but expect more, and as I expected more of it, I was disappointed</p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p>Maybe if I lived again this year I would change many things but others I would keep them as they are</p>\n<p>It wasn't all so bad, now that I see the positive things</p>\n<p>But I really hope to improve as people in 2020</p>\n<p>I won't expect it to be my year, because that never happens</p>\n<p>I just hope that I will be better and everybody will be better</p>\n<p>May our families be together</p>\n<p>May everything be better, and may we not have so much stress</p>\n</html>",

This is the story.</p> <p>To answer this question, we will have to look to the United States in the 1960s.  For that decade, the waters were turbulent among various groups seeking to validate their individual liberties.  There was a call for peace, an end to racism and the exclusion of women, and an end to homophobia.</p> <p>The beginning of this revolution began at the Stonewall Inn in Manhattan on the night of June 28, 1969.  For three days, the LGBT community clashed with the NYPD.</p> <p>The following year not only was the 70's welcomed, but also the first LGBT pride march to remember the state's violence against the community in New York.</p> <p>From here, the Pride march is held on June 28, although it is held throughout the month to raise international awareness of the rights of this community and to stop homophobia.</p> <p>In short: June is about fighting homophobia and discrimination with the joy and unity of the LGBT community and society in general.</p> </html>

body	<html> <p>Taylor Swift, one of the singers I love most, and I love her music I was shocked with the video she made of the song You Need To Calm Down</p> <p>She inspires me a lot, I always felt good listening to her music, sometimes I read not good things about her and her ex-boyfriends but personally I have had many couples too and her music about her exes I loved, it was the best.</p> <p>And for her to bring out this video and song about the LGBT community, in Pride Month, makes me love her more. </p> <p>I've come across some things about why gays, bisexuals, lesbians and trans people want to keep supporting them because we're in the 21st century and nobody is homophobic anymore.</p> <p>What a good joke, they go on, and on with their minds closed.</p> <p>but they keep killing and hitting couples because of their sexual orientation, or trans people, people are still cruel.</p> <p>And the activism is very good, and more if they are famous like Taylor Swift, they give more visibility.</p> <p>I just want to say that if some people don't care about lgbt it's okay.</p> <p>And if you don't like but don't hate and don't insult, your opinion is respectable.</p> <p>in my clear view</p> <p>only if there is no hatred and mistreatment</p> </html>

body	It is no exaggeration to say that working for the rights of the LGBT (lesbian, gay, bisexual and trans) population in Venezuela today is like plowing in the sea. "Nobody. Neither Maduro's government nor the opposition is interested in talking about it. The political leadership of either side is dedicated to solving the political, economic and social crises. The rights of the LGBT population is the last thing you think about for a very basic reason: there is fear," says Quiteria Franco, researcher and director of the Affirmative Union of Venezuela, a civil association that watches over the LGBT population. The activist, who is part of the UN Women in Latin America civil society advisory group, takes away romanticism from the emergence of the figure of the president of the Venezuelan Parliament, Juan Guaidó. "Although he is part of a party (Voluntad Popular) that in its statutes says that rights must be governed for all people, he has not publicly expressed any support for this cause. And he doesn't do it because he runs the risk of losing followers; moreover, in his speeches he has shown himself to be Catholic. However, acknowledges Franco, Guaidó is a key card so that, in the event of a change of government in Venezuela, "the rights that have been denied for decades to the LGBT population, long before achieving the recognition that he has today, he signed an initiative for the legalization of egalitarian marriage. The discussion has been stalled in the Supreme Court for 20 years. Tamara Adrián, trans woman and deputy of the Venezuelan National Assembly, is one of the victims of the bloody train crash between the Assembly and the Supreme Court of Justice. "Although there are processes that can be solved in an hour, I have been waiting 14 years for the Supreme Court of Justice to recognize my identity. They don't decide anything. It's a case of transphobia by omission," he says in dialogue with El Espectador. "The LGBT population, like all other vulnerable populations in Venezuela, goes through disproportionately complex moments because of the crisis. There are people living with HIV and for the last two years they have not received retrovirals on a continuous basis. There are organizations that are documenting the issue of HIV and have found that AIDS is reaching levels similar to those we had in the 1980s. According to the Vienna-based Observatory of Trans Murdered People, 115 hate crimes have been committed against the LGBT community in Venezuela in the last ten years. However, warns Tamara Adrian, the figure may be higher "because these murders are rarely reported and rarely investigated. The fact that the Supreme Court of Justice does not recognize the union of same-sex couples aggravates the situation, including in the area of food. "Same sex couples, since they are not considered families, are excluded from the subsidized food of the so-called CLAP bags," which is the Venezuelan government's parallel food distribution system. "In these conditions he had proposed a partial reform of the organic law of civil registry, to recognize equal civil marriage, the rights of the couple and the identity of trans persons. I hated to see my dad's drunk part, I fought with my mom, he talked nonsense There came a point where he began to go out a lot of home sometimes not sleep and came days later, the first days that I did that worried little, because it is an adult and knew what he did, then stopped caring and I felt strange when he was at home He and I were never close, I was always more of being with my mom or so I remember A few days ago I was talking to a friend, he drinks, and I asked him why he drank so much and he told me that he doesn't drink much that he only does it to have fun in his quiet house and to de-stress because he spends a lot of time at work I always thought that my father would rather be with his friends than with his family, he and I don't talk so much anymore, well we never talk as much but it's because we are not as close as I am with my mother, I have tried alcohol and I just say and still say it it itches I'm not talking about health, I don't know about that I just know that in the opinion of my friend it's like music to me, music is like my other world, and I love it, for him the same.
