We had a total of about 12 people attend and several new people that were new to trading and blockchain. Special shout out to Jake Sparks and Chris Collins for helping some of the new guys get set up on the Bitshares platform and for answering some of the questions I couldn't get to while I was helping others get set up. All in all it was a great meetup and look forward to the next one.       "body": "There is a fire that burns bright in the minds of men, consuming everything around it, even the air that it breaths, until in the end there is nothing left but ash. We believe that intellect and technology will save us from ourselves but the truth is no amount of intellect can save mankind if the principles and ideals that it's founded upon are toxic. If there is one thing that I have learned in life, it's that selfish desire is like a flame\n\nBirth Pains of a World Order-\n\nBelow is an image you may have already seen. It is a poster for the EU containing 11 upside down stars in the shape of an eye and an image that bears a striking resemblance to the tower of Babel under construction. Notice how all the people standing around have brick heads accept the child in the lower left corner which hasnt been indoctrinated yet. In the lower right hand corner the phrase \"Many Tongues, One Voice\" can be read. Scripture tells us that while the tower was being built the Most High scattered the people by confusing their language, hence the phrase \"Many Tongues, One Voice\" instead of \"Many Voices, One Tongue\". The ideological belief systems of these individuals can be traced directly back to what is known as the ancient mystery schools of antiquity, also known as mystery religion. These schools were based upon the Babylonian mysteries which later grew into the Eleusinian, Dionysian, Orphic and Mithraic mystery schools. Over time they developed into the secret societes that have existed throughout history, often concealing themselves from the general public through rites of initiation. There is a reason the beast of Revelations is called Mystery Babylon the Great and what you are now witnessing in the world is the birth pains of its creation.\n\nOver the past few decades researchers have tried to warn the public concerning this agenda. We now know who many of these individuals are as well as the organizations \"they\" belong to. Sadly due to the nature of this agenda many feel they are unable to speak out for fear that they are their families would be targeted, so i've decided to speak out for them. There is a lot to expose so ill try to break it down into pieces.\n\nSecret Societies and the Occult-\n\nIt is no secret that many of the secret societies that have existed throughout history have for centuries practiced a form of occultism based on the ancient mystery schools. \nAlbert Pike a well known Freemason wrote:\"Nothing excites men's curiosity so much as Mystery, concealing things which they desire to know; and nothing so much increases curiosity as obstacles that interpose to prevent them from indulging in the gratification of their desires. Of this the Legislators and Hierophants took advantage, to attract the people to their sanctuaries, and to induce them to seek to obtain lessons from which they would perhaps have turned away with indifference if they had been pressed upon them.\" (Albert Pike, Morals and Dogma, p. 384).\n\n\"Masonry is a search after Light. That search leads us directly back, as you see, to the Kaballah.\" --Freemason Albert Pike, 33rd Degree, as quoted in Ankerberg and Weldon's book, \"Secret Teachings of the Masonic Lodge,\" page 217 \n\nThe term magic comes from the root word Magi or Magus, a priestly sect of Zoroastrian fire worshipers which originated in Chaldea and Babylon. They believed that through the worship of fire they could control spirits and would often pass their children through the flames. Over time the word Magi took on the form magic which derives from the Greek word mageia. This is why we often see mages in video games and movies shooting fire balls. \n\nMany of the occult practices of these schools were incorporated into a form of mysticism known as the Kabbalah which dates back to a time when the jews were in captivity in Babylon. Before people jump out of their seats and yell anti-semite you should know that I'm part jewish. Whether during captivity in Egypt or during their enslavement in Babylon the incorporation of these mystery schools into their teachings lead to the worship of false gods. This is why the Talmud in the dictionary is referred to as the Babylonian Talmud. They will thus create a world public opinion which will be so forceful and so outspoken on the side of human welfare that leaders, statesmen, politicians, businessmen, and churchmen will be forced to listen and comply (sounds like the left to me). Steadily and regularly, the general public must be taught an internationalism and a world unity which is based on simple goodwill and on cooperative interdependence.\"  p. 178)\n“The new world order must meet the immediate need and not be an attempt to satisfy some distant, idealistic vision. A targeted population will be shaped mentally by new forms of public education in the schools, media indoctrination, and by elitist pronouncements. Under the article entitled \" The Esoteric Meaning of Lucifer\" which can be found on the Lucis Trust website, a clear example of how these individuals seek to deceive the public concerning their true motive can be seen. This was to be done through what Alice Bailey a well known theosophist called \"the Externalization of the Hierarchy\", in her book she states..\n\"It is only in the later stages, and when the time has come for the return into recognised physical expression of the Christ, leading to the definite restoration of the Mysteries, that certain of the senior Members of the Hierarchy will appear and take outer and recognisable physical control of world affairs.\"  p. 570\n\"Members of the new group of world servers and men and women of goodwill must be sought for in every department of life. They will be found among the adherents of all the current ideologies and in political and scientific circles, among the world educators and philanthropists, among the creative workers, the industrialists, in ordinary homes and in the ranks of labour. I call on all the men and women of goodwill in the world to study the principles of the new world order. I call upon them, as they fight for justice and the rights of the little nations and the future of the children of all nations, to begin to educate those whom they can reach, in right attitudes and in that foresighted vision which make the mistakes of the past impossible in the future.\"(Externalisation of the Hierarchy, p. 204-207)\nBelow is a quote from Alice Baileys book  \"The Problems of Humanity\" published in 1964 which outlines how they seek to bring about this change.\n\"These men and women of goodwill must be found and organized and thus discover their numerical potency -for it is there. They must form a world group, standing for right human relations and educating the public in the nature and power of goodwill. They will thus create a world public opinion which will be so forceful and so outspoken on the side of human welfare that leaders, statesmen, politicians, businessmen, and churchmen will be forced to listen and comply (sounds like the left to me). Steadily and regularly, the general public must be taught an internationalism and a world unity which is based on simple goodwill and on cooperative interdependence.\"  p. 178)\n“The new world order must meet the immediate need and not be an attempt to satisfy some distant, idealistic vision. The new world ordermust be appropriateto a world which has passed through a destructive crisisand to a humanity which is badly shattered by the experience. The new world order must lay the foundation for a future world order which will be possible only after a time of recovery, of reconstruction, and of rebuilding.\"\nRemember the phrase the left likes to use \"let no crisis go to waste\"? Where a crisis does not exist these individuals often create one for the sole purpose of exploiting and steering public opinion in the direction that they want. It is based upon a philosophy known as the Hegelian Dialectic in which the public is often persuaded into accepting solutions to a problem that have been manufactured, what I like to call good cop-bad cop, otherwise known in politics as the left vs the right. \nThe Liberal Progressive movement is being used to carry out much of this agenda through social engineering of which Theosophy has played a key role.  During the 60's and early 70's new age Theosphic  teachings were being promoted among the youth which over time grew into the new age hippie movement. The tenents of these teaching were heavily centered on communism and American communalism, mixing eastern religious thought with western teachings. The goal was  to create a grass roots movement that could effectively influence the youth of the nation and through them bring about the social change needed to further this agenda. While the hippie movement fizzled out by the 80's, the religious teachings of the new age movement had cemented in the minds of many of these individuals, influencing the core of much of the Liberal Progressive movement today. This can be seen through the Occupy Wallstreet movement which was organized as a counter to the Tea Party movement. Its important to understand that the Liberal Progressive movement was created and is currently being used as both a political and social arm in the aims of pushing the world closer towards a unified world government. This is to be done in stages through the promotion of globalization, the threat of climate change, the need for financial stability in world markets and ultimately the call for unification among the worlds religious institutions (equality). \nSocial Engineering \nThe public is being socially engineered into accepting many of these changes through social media, the entertainment industry (Hollywood), the music industry  as well as educational institutions and programs such as Common Core. The progressive movement while it believes it is bringing about positive change for the world is actually being used to promote and bring about this future World Order. Many of the individuals and organizations involved in these programs are unaware of their true nature or the agenda behind them, such as Agenda 21. Sadly children today are being attacked from every direction, especially from their peers, searching for acceptance among a generation of youth that is becoming increasingly disconnected. This is in part due to a lack of morals and principles found in the world today. Even worse is the complacency mankind has found itself in making it increasingly difficult to reach people.\nVladimir Lenon once said “Give me just one generation of youth, and I'll transform the whole world.” \nWhat better way to insight nations to revolution then through a youth that has been socially engineered to bring about those desired changes. It is for this reason that the Obama administration often praises the youth of nations such as Egypt for their fight for freedom. Meanwhile the unsuspecting public has no idea of what is really happening or that these revolutions are actually being manufactured for the sole purpose of bringing each nation one step closer to global governance. The fight for oil is but a means to an end in maintaining the global elites geopolitical endeavours, as one cannot truly control a nations people unless it first controls its natural resources, which includes its monetary system. \nOne of the greatest tools in socially engineering the worlds population into accepting globalization is multiculturalism as it not only allows for the weakening of sovereign nations, both economically and socio politically, but also prepares the population as a whole for the shift towards global governance through the promotion of global unity, peace and security. \n\"Within the fabric of multiculturalism exists the propaganda opportunity for re-education of the people into a more malleable entity. A targeted population will be shaped mentally by new forms of public education in the schools, media indoctrination, and by elitist pronouncements. Thus placed in a crucible of economic necessity and social pressure, once free citizens become despondent masses, adjusting to and accepting fundamentally changing national circumstances as a matter of expedient survival. For the reticent, conformity by force will ensue in the form of legal penalties disguised as anti-drug, anti-terrorism, or anti-hate laws. All of this leading toward what George Orwell so aptly predicted in his book 1984:\"\nIn October, 2009, Andrew Neather, the former advisor of British Prime Minister Tony Blair, confirmed that the British Government had deliberately organized mass immigration as part of a social engineering project. The Blair Government wanted to –I quote –“make the UK truly multicultural.” To achieve this end, 2.3 million foreigners were allowed to enter Britain between 2000 and 2009; Neather said this policy had ‘enriched” Britain.\" \nNow you know why the immigration issue in the US has been allowed to go on for as long as it has, divide and conquer as they say.\nThe entertainment industry is by far the most visible tool used in socially engineering public opinion ( Tel a Vision).  It is for this reason that early Theosophists such as HP Blavatsky and other science fiction writers such as L Ron Hubbard sought to teach the mysteries through science fiction. Blavatsky believed that through story telling her audience would be more susceptible to ideas and teachings that would otherwise raise dogmatic walls if taught directly, after all its just fiction right?\nThe worlds first science fiction convention was held on January 3rd 1937 at the Leeds Theosophical Hall. Alfred Orage who was a well known socialist and Theosophist founded the Leeds branch of the Theosophical Society. \nThe goal of many of these groups put simply was to target young children between the ages of 6 and 11. One of these groups was called the Inklings of which both C.S Lewis and J. R. R. Tolkien were both members of at Oxford. The list of Theosophical writers is extensive, L. Frank Baum, author of the Wizard of Oz, Sir Arthur Conan Doyle, British author of Sherlock Holmes, William Butler Yeats and HP Lovecraft to name a few. \n\nRecently Freemasonry which is probably the most well known of these societies launched a campaign directed at calming claims that the organization was secretly plotting to take over the world. Several documentaries were aired on the History Channel in the hopes of distancing the organization from conspiracy theories, stating such claims were unfounded and that 10\n\nFreemasonry was not in league with the devil. They go on to explain that many of these conspiracies are based upon the misinterpretation of a quote writen by Albert Pike in his book Morals and Dogma, which states  \"Lucifer, the Light-Bearer! Strange and mysterious name to give to the Spirit of Darkness! Lucifer, the Son of the Morning! Is it he who bears the light, and with its splendors intolerable blinds feeble, sensual or selfish Souls? Doubt it not!\". They claim that Lucifer means Venus the morning star (which it does) and that this was in fact what Albert Pike was talking about, sighting the quote was taken out of context. \nInterestingly enough this is the same claim made by the Theosophical Society concerning the publishing company created by Alice Bailey called Lucifer Publishing  in 1920, which was later changed to Lucis Publishing in 1925 due to public outrage and is still in use today by organizations such as the United Nations. Under the article entitled \" The Esoteric Meaning of Lucifer\" which can be found on the Lucis Trust website, a clear example of how these individuals seek to deceive the public concerning their true motive can be seen. I will let you decide if Albert Pikes quote was taken out of context. The article states the following.\n\"There are comments on the World Wide Web claiming that Lucis Trust was once called the Lucifer Trust. Such was never the case. However, for a brief period of two or three years in the early 1920’s, when Alice and Foster Bailey were beginning to publish the books published under her name, they named their fledgling publishing company “Lucifer Publishing Company”. By 1925 the name was changed to Lucis Publishing Company and has remained so ever since. Both “Lucifer” and “Lucis” come from the same word root, lucis being the Latin generative case meaning of light. The Baileys' reasons for choosing the original name are not known to us, but we can only surmise that they, like the great teacher H.P. Blavatsky, for whom they had enormous respect, sought to elicit a deeper understanding of the sacrifice made by Lucifer. Alice and Foster Bailey were serious students and teachers of Theosophy, a spiritual tradition which views Lucifer as one of the solar Angel's, those advanced Beings who Theosophy says descended(thus “the fall”) from Venus to our planet eons ago to bring the principle of mind to what was then animal-man. This can be seen in the Masonic Order of the Eastern Star as its membership is primarily for women. The Eastern Star is not a star but is in fact Venus (also termed the Morning Star) and has for millenia been connected to goddess fertility worship as can be seen through the stories of Aphrodite, Ishtar and Astarte. Easter sunday was originally called hot buns sunday and was practiced in fertility worship. This is why the rabbit lays an egg on easter sunday as both the egg and the rabbit symbolize fertility.  The First Council of Nicaea in 325 AD adopted the holiday in order to make christianity more appealing to pagans.       "body": "We have all seen the technical side of Bitshare's and how it's revolutionizing blockchain application, so I wont delv into it's stats today but rather why I believe it will one day out perform Bitcoin in every areas including price (bold claim I know). Hear me out for a second because I want to explain a scenario most have not yet considered.\n\nThe International Monetary Fund is currently looking at ways to tether the SDR (Special Drawing Right) to a form of digitized currency. Some have suggested that this currency would in fact be Ripple as you can purchase SDR using XRP. In the wake of a global financial collapse the IMF would begin printing trillions in SDR's as nation states begin to print trillions in fiat to stabilize their economies. This would in turn lead to hyperinflation causing the value of currencies around the world to collapse. In such a scenario the IMF would allow nations to swap a % of their currency for SDR's, which are backed by gold,  making it the new world reserve currency. As the stock markets and bond markets began to crash most would flood into commodities like gold and silver until no one was left selling. This would in turn lead many to flood to Bitcoin accept for one small problem, It can barely handle the traffic it is seeing now. So where do the trillions of dollars that are losing value by the second turn? In such a scenario I believe that currency will be Bitshares due to the fact that it can be pegged to assets such as gold, not to mention it is the fastest decentralized exchange in the world. \n\nSome of you are aware that the banking institutions have over the past few years ensured that a global financial collapse is just around the corner. In fact it is my personal belief that this has been done on purpose to pave the way for what is being called a New International Economic Order. Nations have been pushed into massive debt to ensure that once the market begins to collapse it will cause a domino effect world wide. In such a scenario the public would be told that in order to stabilize the world economy and save what little remains of the public's wealth, that a move towards a New International Economic Order was the only option. Banks over time would tether the SDR to a digitized form of currency like Ripple. As inflation spiraled out of control people would shift to this new system as the dollar and other currencies began to collapse in value. The question many have raised is whether or not currencies like Bitcoin have been allowed to thrive by the banks for the very purpose of creating a digitized global currency backed by the SDR.  If your goal is a digital global currency but you know the public doesn't trust you, how do you go around them? Create a grass roots movement allowing the public to believe they're in control and then co-opt the movement after mass adoptions begins to occur. Believe me when I tell you that the only reason Bitcoin is still alive is because the big banks have allowed it. \n\nWhere does this leave Bitshares? Right now Bitshares is the only truly decentralized exchange, whether they remain that way in the future will depend on how much of a threat they become to the powers that be. While I don't see the price hitting 100+ dollars a coin in the near future, if the above scenario occurs and people are unable to move their money in or out of Bitcoin due to transactions clogging up the system then the only real option would be Bitshares. Right now Bitcoin is hovering around 6k a coin with a cap of 21 million coins not including all the new forks recently. This means that Bitshares at 2.5 billion has roughly 125x the amount of coins as Bitcoin and yet is 120,000 times cheaper. Bitshares would need to increase by a thousand times to reach the same value as bitcoin on a coin to coin basis which right now would put it at around 50 dollars a coin. Add to this a global financial collapse and who knows where it might end up. \n\nWith Bitspark moving its remittance system to Bitshares and companies like Tenx allowing users to spend their crypto where ever they go, its only a matter of time before Bitshares gains mass adoption.",
