      "body": "<前言>   中国是一个历史悠久的文明古国，在历朝历代都存在一党专政（或者叫一皇帝），体制一直未曾变更，但文明进程一直随历史车轮前进；中国人口基数大，国土广袤更适合一党专政，国体会比较稳健（不会出现内部动乱,及暴乱），但缺点明显，历朝历代国家总领导人都是想国富民强，但一些政策在地方上就会出现贪污腐败，造成政策执行黑幕，而且屡禁不止。\n\n     在这些腐败中，最明显的就是“招标办公室腐败”，围标 内部标 及划定参标单位 ， 情况严重 ；\n1.如果采用区块链技术，把招标办公平台公开化（相当于自媒体不可更改性），参标单位资料公开化。\n2.把招标评审团（评标人）改成市场化，由职业评审机构统一收费标准，（比如500家平台  单个项目 随机抽选5家评标单位）随机评审，而这些评审机构也采用区块链技术，随机内部抽调有资格的评审员。\n如果以上这两点做到了，那么中国很多有创新人才的企业，就不会被市场同化；\n\n其实以上两个平台的建立和评审公司资格 只要国家支持，很容易建立；我想应该会还中国一片公证。\n\n（如果我们steemit   可以创建一个 基于：区块链技术 的招标平台，让中国的新兴民营产业公司提前体验这种好处，通过目前中国“高速自媒体时代”传播速度，中国会早日走上招标公开化平台。",

      "body": "简单的说，我来STEEMIT社区，是因为我感觉STEEMIT是区块链技术支撑，并最终成为全球最大的分类信息交流中心；因为只有在没有国家政治干预下的交流才能促进全球文化各个行业的发展。\n\n下面我说下我的心路历程：\n       首先自我介绍下 我是一名室内设计师，但对法律 社会文学 天文 经济有极大的兴趣（虽然不是这些专业，但很喜欢）。\n        我最的兴趣爱好就是看新闻，一些新闻的APP都下载过，每天不停的刷，虽然对我喜欢的高端领域也是一知半解，但也能看出来，国内新闻工作者对一些专业的新闻娱乐化，而且一些国外报道极端不负责任，国内报道也很多跟黑幕利益挂钩（当然现在的中国在自媒体时代，还是好了很多）， 造成中国目前自媒体时代的混乱；\n       2017年之前我对虚拟加密代币一点都太懂，一般也就投资一些稳定型的货币基金，对于加密代币一点都不了解；只是听说“比特币 莱特币”什么的是虚拟金融诈骗 ，新闻媒体把西方这些东西全部描述为“洪荒猛兽”我也没怎么关注；2017年10月份 一个好朋友说让我去参加一个赚钱的学习组，说跟ETH BTC 类似，我进去后发现是“庞式骗局的变异体”后来就退了微信群。\n        本来我对经济还是教感兴趣的（其实也不怎么懂啦吃瓜群众 嘿嘿 ）退出了微信群后，就去查了 比特币和以太币这些相关信息，看看是不是真的金融诈骗；后来就了解这些代币的支撑技术就是“区块链”； 而其核心是“分布式存储 ”“点对点信任传输”“ 加密传输” ；我当时就想这些技术应该跨国银行应该用得上，再后来我就搜索到了 steemit，而且steemit是把区块链应用到了自身，我突然意识到，这可能是“区块链”除去在跨国银行便捷交易这个应用外的最好的东西了；因为这会把steemit 最终变成全球性的各行业文化交流中心；分账式记录整个人类文明进程，我个人感觉这是个跨时代的起端；所以我就注册这个号，想来看看全球交流中心论坛的繁荣；看看世界各国的学术交流（我的想法是不是很幼稚和可爱 哈哈）。\n        我刚才注册好，迫不及待的登陆网站看帖子，虽然写的很多文化技术的东西都很好；但感觉好没人气呢！之前查资料说注册用户好几十万，但来的人太少了，还是希望大家把STEEMIT 在各自的国家论坛加大宣传（其实为什么说全球性的交流中心，而且不能抹掉记录的论坛这么重要呢，我个人认为，全球交流论坛，一些有开创性的言论和想法，不会因为某些国家的个体论坛内部和谐和私吞了；一个开创性的技术一般需要后世很多人的努力去完善并拓展（举个例子，如果一个很孤僻的科学家，发现了宇宙第四维度的线索 或者论证的方法，发表某个国家的个人论坛，但是考虑国家政治原因，这个线索被藏了起来，由一个国家的科研人员来研究，就会推迟研究进程，甚至推迟太长时间，如果发表全球的交流论坛网站；比如：steemit，这个线索既不会被抹去，全球所有科研人员一起研究 肯定更快，即使在N年内也没人发现这条线索的价值，但毕竟一直被保存，N年后随着技术的发展，也许这个问题就迎刃而解了，所以我认为steemit 有希望成为全球文明记载者。\n     最后我也会在这个大家庭好好学习，好希望早点看到steemit 推动地球文明的发展。![微信图片_20180112001139.jpg](https://steemitimages.com/DQmTMfJaTRCr6K17UBmwnKUyvRDunmPpkYNM7ZB25wzXheG/%E5%BE%AE%E4%BF%A1%E5%9B%BE%E7%89%87_20180112001139.jpg)",
