      "body": "Let us first understand \"The ESBI Quadrant\"\n![1.png](https://cdn.steemitimages.com/DQmfYGrvcpueVCEoFLsfW9RxD81wHzN33RfXSwm5WD2XBzV/1.png)\nThe world is basically divided into 4 different categories of people :\n1.Employee\n2.Self-Employed\n3.Business Owner\n4.Investor\n![1.jpg](https://cdn.steemitimages.com/DQmZG1xjBquVvJdkB2DN3R7uCLB8Xxzmmqw9fVbmKAgPfe4/1.jpg)\n\n##  THE SHOCKING TRUTH : \n95% of the world’s population  falls into the left quadrant, & just 5% of the total population falls in the Right Quadrant.\nWhereas, 95% wealth of the entire world lies with these 5% people in the Right Quadrant & the rest 5% wealth is shared by all other 95% people present on the left quadrant.\n\n## BUT WHY?\nAs everyone start their life from school, the very basic things taught in our school is how to study hard to get a job i.e EMPLOYMENT ( Left Quadrant ) or we are taught to become professionals like Doctors,Engineers e.t.c which also comes under (Self Employed). Everyone of us has only 24 hours no matter how rich or poor you are. So in the left side of the ESBI Quadrant, we have 2  quadrants which are:\n\nEMPLOYED & SELF EMPLOYED : The issue with these profiles is that we need to trade our time with money in this side of the quadrant, that is why we spend our entire life working & saving money to retire.\n\nExample for Employed:  If you do a job with a very reputed company for which you are paid a good amount of salary, But what if you stop going to your job?\nWould you still get your salary? Absolutely No!\n\nSame Example for Self Employed:  If you are a very famous Doctor & charge very high fees from your patients, But one \nday if you don’t visit your chamber, Will your patients pay you?\nA BIG NO!\n### So if you are on this side of the quadrant, you can’t stop working until you retire.\n\n\nMoral: So if you are working in this quadrant, you have to work your ass off till retirement, & when you would have saved some money, you won’t have the age to enjoy life. If they want a Vacation they can go for it without even taking any permission from anyone, neither they have to think about their income. Because at this stage of life everything is quite automated, it’s like planting a tree & taking care of it until it starts taking care of yourself.\n\n## BUT HOW DO THEY MANAGE TO GET IN THE RIGHT QUADRANT?\n\nThe best part about the above profiles is that they can do whatever they want to do, because they know about the most important resource of the planet & utilizes it pretty well.\n\nTHESE PEOPLE BUY YOUR TIME WHICH IS THE MOST IMPORTANT ASSET FOR THEIR COMPANY.\n\nExample: If you work alone for 10 hours everyday for 10 days .\nSo You can work for 100 hours in 10 days (Maximum).\n\nBut if you hire 10 people for that particular work & each of the employee works for 10 hrs/day.\nYou can complete the work in the same day.\n\nThis is how the concept works in this side of the quadrant.![adult-chill-computer-450271.jpg](https://cdn.steemitimages.com/DQmfTCa9bU6qRk5sXhoBYL2QuyN81MknW38i2PT3nStCLR1/adult-chill-computer-450271.jpg)\nPeople like Bill Gates, Jeff Bezos, Mark Zuckerberg are in top 3 richest person list, not because they have got incredible talents but also because they used the resource called  “TIME “very well by utilizing thousands of hours of time of others to create big companies & gift themselves a life, from which they don’t need any vacation.\n\n## SO ASK YOURSELF THE QUESTION NOW?\nYou are in Which Quadrant right now,Do you still want to be a part of that quadrant or start chasing the right quadrant?\n\nComment below your opinion & Doubts, I will try to answer each of them.\n\n\n## Thank You  ,\n## ABHISHEK SINGH",
