      "body": "![hapticpenna07.jpg](https://cdn.steemitimages.com/DQmcx2g4uCnQrbuBn5XjaC6pZJ59t4LD73NV5mDm7rCQJsh/hapticpenna07.jpg)국제 도서전에 처음 가봤다. 코엑스 방문은 3번째였다. 전시를 본 것은 2번째다.  고3때 정시박람회 이후 첫 전시이다. 왁자지껄한 사람들 사이로 무언가를 본다는 게 나에게는 너무 힘든 일이라 눈에 잘 들어오지 않았다. 혼자 갔을 때도, 여럿이 갔을 때도 그러했다. 아직 공황장애를 극복하지 못했나 보다. \n 그저 내가 느낀 것은 참 많은 책들이, 참 많은 출판사와 편집자와 작가들이 존재하는 구나. 책이 참 많은 사람들의 손을 거쳐 만들어지는 구나. 책 사이에 중간사람의 역할 많이도 하는구나. 가장 놀라웠던 것은 책에 관심을 가지는 사람의 수였다. 내 주변에는 그리도 없던 사람들이 여기 다 모여 있었다. 그래서인지 책을 어서 내고 싶어졌다. 욕심이라는 것을 안다. 그래도 나도 저기에 내 이름이 박힌 책 한권이 욕심나기 시작했다. 그러기 위해 꿈만필을 해야 하는 동기를 다시 한 번 되새김질 했다. \n 나는 내가 에세이를 쓰고 싶어 하는 줄 알았다. 내 이야기를 전반으로 한 에세이를 쓰고 싶어 할지도 모른다. 하지만 분명히 내가 12주간 꿈만필을 하면서 느낀 것은 쓸 수 없다는 것이다. 지금 나는 내 이야기를 글로 풀어내는 것조차도 버거워 한다는 것이다. 누군가에게 무언가를 전달할 만큼 내가 내 삶을 받아들이지 못한 것 같다. 그래서 수필과 소설의 중간지점의 글을 쓰고 싶다. 최대한 수필로 쓰고 싶지만 소설이라고 사람들이 느꼈으면 좋겠다. 이러한 삶이 어딘가에 있을 것이라고 생각하면 너무 마음이 아플 것 같다. \n두 번째 갔을 때 느낀 것은 다독을 해야겠다라는 생각이다. 안새봄작가님과 김지영작가님의 대화에서였다. 대화를 하던 중에 이번 미션 중 세월호 관련 이야기가 나왔다. 세대별로 느끼는 온도차이를 더욱 실감나게 느낄 수 있었다. 이렇게 온도차이를 계속 느껴야 나는 사회를 이해하려고 노력할 것이다. 그러기 위해서 다른 글, 다른 경험들을 수집해야 한다. 다른 세대의 이야기, 다른 사람들의 이야기가 필요했다. 직접 대면한다면 나는 그 자리에서 계속 답이 없는 토론만 하거나 의견을 무시할 확률이 높다. 그렇기에 간접적인 제어막이 필요했다. 혼자 책을 읽다가 던져도 안전한 공간에서 읽을 만한 그런 책이 필요했다. \n 독서나 글쓰기에 관련된 내용은 아니었지만 기억에 남는 이야기가 하나 있다. 바로 친목도모에 대한 이야기였다. 아직 꿈만필 문우님들과는 오프라인 모임보다 온라인 상이 더 편하고 익숙한 느낌이 든다. 서로 친해질 시기가 없었다는 것이 느껴졌다. 근황을 묻고, 서로간의 친밀도를 업시키는 그러한 좋은 방법이 없나 고민이 된다. 되는 사람들끼리라도 MT라도 갔다가 왔으면 좋겠다는 것은 욕심이려나 싶었다.",

      "body": "“ 합격팀은 개별 문자로 안내사항을 공지하겠습니다.”\n밤샘을 몇차례나 하여 준비한 대외활동이 마지막 면접에서 떨어졌다. 우울함에 몸부림치던 날, 갑자기 전화 한 통이 걸려왔다. **학원인데 과학교사를 구한다는 내용이었다. 이 결과를 잊고 싶다는 마음 하나로 갑작스럽게 학원알바를 수락하였다. 무슨 생각으로 한 것인지 지금도 잘 모르겠다. 그러고 면접을 보러갔다.\n 건물 앞 **학원이라는 가판대가 있다. 계단을 올라가는 곳에는 여러 상장들이 붙여져 있다. 계단을 올라 2층에 학원이 있다. 아이들이 앉을 수 있게 밖에 의자가 3개가 있다. 학원 문에는 종이 달려있다. 학원은 주로 초록색으로 되어있다. 학원에 들어가면 왼쪽에 원장실이 있다. 교실은 총 4개로 구성되어있다. 나는 원장실 바로 옆 교실인 교실 2를 이용한다. 교실에는 한쪽은 책꽂이로 되어있다. 아이들의 과학교구상자와 완성작, 수학교구자료 등이 있다. 교실 한가운데 책상과 의자가 있다. 나의 자리는 문 바로 맞은편에 작은 책상이 있다. 이 자리에서 나는 노트북을 하기도 하고, 개인적인 일은 물론 수업일지도 작성한다. 그 옆에 있는 7개의 의자와 큰 테이블 하나가 있다. 여기서 나는 수업을 하게 된다. 과학교구수업, 수학교구수업, 국어와 사회 문제풀이, 중학팀 과학 수업 등 많은 수업들을 하게 된다. 일주일에 약 12시간 정도의 수업을 진행한다. 나머지 시간은 교실 4로 가서 아이들의 문제집을 채점해주거나 모르는 문제의 질문을 받아준다. 그렇게 2주가 똑같은 하루들이 반복되며 지나간다. 매번 달라지는 아이들임에도 불구하고, 매일 똑같이 말을 안 듣는 아이들이여서 차이를 느끼지 못한다.\n 그러다 갑자기 원장선생님의 호출. 이리저리 돌려가며 이야기 하다가 시급이야기를 힘들게 꺼내신다. 이전 강사님의 불만을 수리하기 위해서는 나의 시급을 깎아야 한다는 말도 안 되는 이야기를 하시기 시작했다. 교실 4에 들어가서 땀을 뻘뻘 흘려가며 채점을 하며 아이들의 질문을 받아주면서 시급 12,000원을 받을 생각을 하였다. 그것이 조금 억울했다. 그 시간이 가장 나에게 무의미한 시간이었기 때문이다. 아이들을 가르치는 것이 아닌 채점기계가 된 기분을 느끼는데, 나의 시급이 갑자기 깎아져 버렸다. 기계노동의 대가가 사라진 것이다. 시급이 줄어들지 않으면 새로 뽑아야 한다는 그 말, 그 말이 나에게 족쇄가 되어 그냥 10,000원으로도 하겠다고 웃으며 이야기를 하였다. 계약서를 쓰면 고용인에게 더 안 좋다는 말 덕분에 계약서도 쓰지 않고 시작한 아르바이트였다. 방법이 없었다. 그저 열정페이를 조금 더 낸 것이었다. 입은 웃으며 기쁘지 않은 이야기를 마치고 나와 아이들과 수업을 하면서 조금씩 방금 있던 일을 잊으려 노력했다. 그래야만 아이들과 수업을 재미있게 할 수 있기 때문이다. 그렇게 1주일을 보내며 나는 계속 고민했다. 과연 10,000원의 가치가 나의 휴학생활 중 제일 높은 가치일까? 그 가치를 유지하는 것이 맞는지, 아니면 다른 가치로 바꿔보는 것이 맞는 것인지 고민이 되었다. 그러다 문득 데자뷰 같다는 느낌이 나의 온몸을 스쳐 갔다.\n 아침 7시에 일어나던 그 시절. 그 때가 떠올랐다. 나는 근로알바를 하면서 아침 7시 알람소리를 들었다. 일어나서 칫솔과 치약을 챙겨 화장실로 향한다. 양치질을 하면서도 부스스 깬 눈은 여전히 가릴 수 없다. 양치를 끝내고 나는 그 상태에서 옷을 갈아입는다. 오늘의 옷은 어제 다 정해두었기에 그저 입기만 하면 된다. 양말까지 장착하고 나면 항상 7시 25분이 된다. 그리고 나는 어제 다 싸둔 가방을 매고, 핸드폰을 들고 가방을 메고 기숙사 계단을 내려간다. 기숙사에서 가장 멀리 있는 건물의 근로 알바를 하고 있다. 걸어서 가는 것만 해도 15분이 걸리는 건물이다. 의미를 부여하기 위해 하루에 같은 시간, 같은 곳에서 3개월간 달라지는 계절 사진을 찍어보고 싶었다. 물론 처음 10일하고 관뒀다. 의미가 없었다. 의미는 돈뿐이었다. 20분의 청소와 잡일을 하고 얻는 최저시급, 그것만이 유일한 의미였다.\n 단순노동에서 내가 얻은 것은 최저시급이었고, 강사로써 내가 얻은 것은 아이들과 함께 한 나의 교사생활의 예행연습이었다. 단순노동은 6,780원보다 적게 일한 것 같아 계속 불편했다. 그것도 20분의 가치라고 쳐주는 것이 나와 같이 1시간을 일하고 받는 그들의 가치와 같다는 것이 불공평하다고 느꼈다. 하지만 12,000원에서 10,000으로 내려간 나의 시급에도 나는 불평보다 즐거움이 더 컸다. 그 아이들과 함께하는 시간이 즐거웠고, 나의 경험이 증가했기 때문이다. 경험치를 12,000원 보다 더 받은 것 같았다. 그리고 학원의 시스템에 대해서 더 많이 알게 된 것도 또 다른 추가 아이템을 장착하였다. 생각지도 않았던 새로운 진로의 길의 맛을 본 것이다. 교사도 좋지만 학원 역시도 교사가 가지고 있는 특성을 가지고 있다는 것을 몸소 느꼈다. 굳이 학교가 아닌 사교육 현장에서도 인성 또한 이야기할 수 있고, 지식 또한 충분히 증가됨을 알 수 있기 때문이다. 어쩌면 더 많은 보상금을 받는 채로 말이다. \n 하지만 결국 지금은 시급 10,000원의 가치는 넘는 일을 하고 싶었다. 그래서 멈추기로 하였다. 계속된 권유에 흔들릴 위기도 있었다. 결국은 그만 두었다. 여러 감언이설과 함께 나는 그만 두었다. 마지막으로 중학팀 보강을 해주고 나는 빠지기로 하였다.\n 후회는 없다. 또 다른 것에 나는 도전할 것이기 때문이다. 새로운 대외활동. 팀원을 모았고 할 일은 정해져 있다. 과연 이번 활동은 어디까지 할 수 있을까? 나는 어떤 가치를 찾으러 떠날지 궁금하다.\n\n\n\"Passing team will announce announcement with individual letter.\"\nThe outside activities prepared by several times of night shift fell from the last interview.       "body": "스누피야 내가 해 줄 조언은 조금 많은데, 한번 들어볼래? 일단 가장 먼저 하고 싶은 말은 너는 충분히 잘 하고 있다는 말이야. 나는 너가 쓰고 있는 방식이 틀리다고 생각하지 않아. 너는 충분히 다른 사람들의 말에도 귀 기울이고, 너의 마음속에서 나오는 말도 무시하지 않고 쓰려고 애쓰고 있는 모습으로 나는 보았어. 물론 그 기준이 조금 흔들리는 것 때문에 상처를 받을 수 있지만, 나는 그러한 너의 모습도 글에는 필요하다고 생각해. 그렇기에 충분히 잘하고 있으니까 내 말 또한 그저 참고하는 하나의 의견으로 생각했으면 좋겠어. 글을 쓰는 것은 너고, 네가 쓰고 싶은 것을 쓰는 거니까 말이야.\n\n  나의 첫 번째 생각은 주제를 하나만 잡을 필요가 없다는 말이야. 나는 예전에 보고서를 쓸 때 여러 보고서들을 같이 쓰는 습관을 가지고 있어. 한 보고서를 쓰고 있다가 갑자기 다른 보고서의 좋은 문구나 내용이 떠오르면 쓰고 있던 보고서에 적어두고 나중에 옮겨 적어. 때때로 내용이 넘칠 만큼 생각이 나거나 지금 쓰고 있는 보고서가 재미없을 때는 그냥 그 보고서를 접고, 쓰고 싶은 보고서를 쓰기도 해. 나는 책을 쓸 때도 이 방법을 쓰고 있어. 쓰고 싶은 내용은 많은데 정작 하나의 주제를 잡으면 다른 주제가 생각나고, 그것에 대해 더 쓰고 싶고 어서 완성하고 싶다는 생각이 들거든. 보통 3~4개 정도의 주제를 잡아두고 파일을 만들어서 여러 글을 동시에 써. 그럼 내가 가장 쓰고 싶은 것부터 쓰게 되고, 그러다 보면 글 쓰는 것이 너무 힘들지 않더라고. 좋아서 시작한 글쓰기가 싫어지게 된다면 많이 슬프더라. 다른 사람의 말을 듣다 보면 주제가 종종 새로 떠오르거나 주제를 바꿔야 하나 고민이 들 때도 이런 방식을 쓰면 쓰고 싶던 글도, 쓰고 싶어진 글도 모두 얻을 수 있는 방법이라고 생각해.\n\n  두 번째는 적당한 시간제한이 있는 것이 도움이 돼. 너무 긴 시간을 두고 글에만 매달리면 글 쓰는 것이 지루해지더라. 다른 일을 하고 싶고, 시간이 많으니까 나태해지는 경향이 있어. 그렇기에 때때로 글 말고 다른 정기적인 일을 하나 했으면 좋겠어. 나 같은 경우에는 아르바이트와 같이 글을 쓰다보니까, 쓸 수 있는 시간이 제한되어 있어서 그 시간에는 꼭 글쓰기를 했던 것 같아. 물론 피곤해서 못 쓰는 시간도 생기지만 그것이 시간이 많을 때보다는 훨씬 효율적이었어. 즉 부업으로 글을 썼으면 좋겠어. 그러면 조금 더 편하고 부담도 적을 거야. 글쓰기가 부업이 되는 순간 글을 쓸 수 있는 시간의 양과 그 시간이 정해져서 그 시간이 되면 몸이 자연스럽게 글을 쓰게 되는 습관을 얻을 수도 있어.\n\n  세 번째는 절대적인 시간이 필요하다는 이야기를 하고 싶어. 글을 쓰는데 사람마다 걸리는 절대적인 시간이 있어. 글의 주제를 잡고, 차례를 정하고, 양을 정하고 하는 기초 작업과 책 안의 글을 쓰는 시간을 분리해서 자신에게 필요한 그 절대적인 시간을 알면 도움이 될 것 같아. 물론 첫 책을 쓸 때는 그것을 모르겠지만 점점 초고가 많을수록 그 시간은 일정하게 나올 거야. 그 절대적 시간을 알면 내가 지금 느리게 쓰고 있는지 불안해하지 않아도 되고, 빨리 쓰고 있다면 한 번 더 퇴고할 시간을 가질 수 있어서 좋은 방법이라고 생각해.\n\n 네 번째는 너를 믿으라는 이야기를 하고 싶어. 글을 쓰고, 퇴고를 하고, 첨삭을 하는 과정에서 분명 많은 부분을 수정하다 보면 가끔 네가 쓴 글이 네가 말하고자 하는 의도를 흐리게 만들 때가 있어. 그렇기에 정말 네가 쓰고 싶은 주제에 필요한 글이라면 때로는 너를 믿고 밀고 나갈 필요도 있다고 생각해. 아니면 다른 방식으로 그 이야기를 전해야 하는 것인지 고민하는 방법도 있다고 봐. 랜덤의 독자들이 너의 의도를 파악하지 못했다는 것이니까 다른 방식으로 이야기를 풀어나가는 것이 독인지 약인지 잘 판단했으면 좋겠어. 글을 수정할 때 당연히 너만 믿으면 안 되지만 너도 믿었으면 좋겠어. 그래야 좋은 글, 쓰고 싶은 글, 사람들에게 도움을 줄 수 있는 글을 쓸 수 있지 않을까?\n\n  마지막으로는 아까 첫 번째 이야기와 유사한 이야기야. 가끔 방언이 터지는 것과 같이 어떤 생각들이 막 떠오를 때가 있기도 하고 써야 하는 글이 생각이 안나서 고생을 할 때가 있어. 그럴 때는 생각 없이 글을 써보는 것도 좋은 방법이라고 생각해. 쓰다보면 결국 순서의 문제더라고. 어딘가에는 결국 쓰이는 글들이 많기에 지금 내가 쓰려는 부분의 주제에서 벗어나도 가감없이 파일에 적어두고 나중에 순서를 맞춰도 될 것 같아.\n\n  스누피야 나는 이렇게 글을 썼고, 이렇게 앞으로도 쓰려고 해. 내 방법이 항상 다 옳지는 않겠지만 너가 참고할만한 이야기가 있었으면 좋겠어. 다른사람에게 참고를 줄 수 있는 글을 쓴다는 것은 정말로 기쁜 일이니까 말이야.\n\n\nSnoopy. I usually hold about 3 or 4 topics, create a file and write several articles at the same time. Then I write from what I want to write the most, and then writing is not too hard. It was a lot sad if I did not like to start writing good. When I listen to others, I think it is a way to get all the articles you want to write and the articles that you want to write, even if the subject is often new or you have to change the subject or worry.\n\n  Second, it is helpful to have a reasonable time limit. It took a long time to write and it became tedious to write. I want to do other things, and because I have a lot of time, I tend to be lazy.       "body": "![person-centred-3337893_1920.png](https://cdn.steemitimages.com/DQmXucWCRujBVzqx1xN7CYAg2Lc1o7GsgqoqeaJG8eKqVF8/person-centred-3337893_1920.png)\n\"한 국가의 장애인 복지수준은 길거리에 돌아다니는 지체장애인의 수에 의해 결정된다.” 한 웹툰에 나오는 문구이다. 우리나라에 길거리에 돌아다니는 장애인 수는 몇 명이나 될까? 길거리가 아니어도 좋다. 한국에 살면서 1년에 과연 몇 명의 장애인을 볼 수 있을까? 2014년 통계청 자료에 의하면 6명이 채 안 된다. 그렇다면 장애인의 수가 그만큼 적은 것인가? 아니다. 그저 장애인이 생활하기에 어려운 국가일 뿐이라서, 보이지 않는 사각지대에 있을 수밖에 없는 것이다. 보편적 복지제도에 대해 제대로 이루어지지 않고, 그들에게 적합한 복지제도가 이루어지지 않고 있기 때문이다. 사회생활의 첫 번째인 이동에 대해 생각해보자. 대중교통인 지하철에 대해 이야기해보자. 장애인 1~3급은 동행보호자까지 총 2인 무료로, 4~6급은 본인 1인만 무료로 이용가능하다. 각 지역마다 대중교통 무료카드나 복지카드를 통하여 혜택을 받을 수 있다. 하지만 우리가 주로 이동하는 출퇴근시간을 살펴보자. 사람 한명 서있기도 벅찬 지하철이다. 하지만 그들도 출퇴근을 해야 한다면, 그들은 지하철을 타고 혹은 버스를 타고 출근을 할 수 있을까? 상대적으로 많은 공간을 차지하는 휠체어에 앉아 출근하며 매번 비장애인들의 불편한 눈길을 받으며 지낼 수 있을까? 안내견을 데리고 혹은 흰 지팡이를 가지고 지하철을 탈 수 있을까? 현실적으로 휠체어석이 있는 칸은 너무나도 적다. 사람으로 가득 찬 지하철 안에서 점자표시를 찾아 혼자서 이동할 수 없다. 필자의 경우도 이 휠체어좌석을 이용하는 지체장애인은 시외로 나가는 지하철에서나 볼 수 있었다. 즉 휠체어만 탔다는 이유만으로 우리나라에서는 이동권이 전혀 보장받지 못하고 있다. 기본권조차도 지켜지지 않은 국가에서 얼마나 많은 복지제도를 바랄 수 있겠는가? 심지어 현재의 복지제도까지 이르기에 장애인의 투쟁은 너무나도 힘들었다. 단순한 주장이 아닌 힘든 투쟁을 해서 얻은 결과이지만 아직까지도 너무 미비한 수준이다. 현재 장애인의 전체적 복지, 장애급수에 따른 복지도 빛 좋은 개살구에 불과하다. 이동할 수 없는 건물에 무료로 볼 수 있는 문화 혜택이 있다. \"누구를 위한 제도며 복지일까?\" 이러한 복지는 의미가 없다고 생각한다. 청각장애인이 자막이 없는 영화를 본다면, 그 영화의 가격이 얼마이든 무슨 관련이 있는 것일까? 그저 비장애인들이 탁상공론하면서 만들어 낸 복지제도에 불과하다. &nbsp;평소 필자는 “장애를 무기로 사용하며 지내자”라는 말을 되새기며 살았다. 그저 휠체어를 안탔다는 이유만으로, 소리가 들린다는 이유만으로 그들과 같은 복지를 누렸다. 필요하지는 않지만 주어진 복지이기에 무기로 사용했다. 필자가 누리는 복지제도 중 \"과연 나에게는 정말로 없으면 안 되는 복지혜택이 있을까?\" 묻는다면 나는 없다고 대답할 것이다. 예시를 들어보면, 하지장애가 아니라는 이유 하나만으로, 필자는 장애인 전용 주차 칸에 주차할 수 없다. 필자는 이러한 불편함을 주장해야 하는 필요한 복지제도라 생각한다. 과연 그 장애인 전용 주차 칸이 휠체어를 필요로 하는 하지장애인에게만 필요할까? 주차를 스스로 하는 상지장애인들에게는 불필요한 복지 혜택인가? 그렇다면 의족을 끼고 운전을 하는 하지장애인에게는 필요한 복지 혜택이라고 볼 수 있는가?2018년 3월 5일 장애인 등급제도는 단계적으로 폐지하겠다는 내용의 계획을 발표하였다. 그리고 맞춤형 복지제도라는 이름으로 새로 개편된다. 새로운 복지제도가 말 그대로 “맞춤형”이기를 간절히 바란다. 정말로 필요한 장애의 유형별 복지가 이루어지기를 바란다. 여러 수요조사의 진행으로 비장애인들이 만드는 장애인 복지제도가 아닌, 장애인들의 불편함이 반영된 장애인 복지제도를 원한다. &nbsp;&nbsp;우리는 점점 많은 장애인 복지제도의 변화를 보고, 듣고, 경험할 것이다. 그 변화 하나하나가 좋은 변화이기를 간절히 바란다. 결국에는 불편함이 대부분 복지제도로써 해결이 되어 하고 싶은 것들을 할 수 있는 기회가 있는 사회가 왔으면 좋겠다. 장애가 있지만 어떠한 장애물도 없는 사회로써의 첫 발을 내밀 수 있기 바란다.&nbsp;</p>\n</html>",
