      "body": "안녕하세요 Hungry Jack 입니다\n\n오늘 같이 알아볼 내용은 바로 '집 구하기' 인데요\n\n안식처가 있어야 마음이 안정되고 다음스텝으로 넘어 갈 수 있자나요?\n\n그래서 호주에서 집(방) 구할 때 tips 알아보도록 해요!\n\n![2011-10-18 08.23.25.jpg](https://steemitimages.com/DQmS4xkacdJHJzXPGascZ6dRN6MPygtCZwvDLaVCum9yPwF/2011-10-18%2008.23.25.jpg)\n\n1. 호주에서는 방값을 주 단위로 지불한다.\n급여도 마찬가지이며 돈관련은 주 단위로 보시면 되요. 보통 2주마다 방값을 지불해요. \n\n2. 보증금을 디파짓(Deposit) 이라 부른다.\n마음에 드는 방을 찾아 들어가기로 결정하면 2주치 방값 + 디파짓(보통 2주치방값)을 지불해야 해요. 디파짓은 우리나라에서도 마찬가지지만 입주자가 방값을 제대로 납부하지 않을때 혹은 집에 뭔가 피해를 입혔을 때를 대비해서 주인(landlord) 입장에서 세입자로부터 디파짓(보증금)을 받는것이죠.\n그래서 처음 방을 구하고 들어가때는 방값2주치 + 디파짓(보통2주치) 이렇게 초기비용이 필요하답니다.\n\n3. 방을 3명이상의 사람들이 같이 사용하는 것은 불법이다. \n호주에서는 흔히들 룸쉐어를 많이 합니다. 한방을 3,4명에서 같이 생활하는건데요. 법적으로는 한방에서 2명까지 생활가능합니다. 하지만 호주 부동산도 다 알아요. 한방에 많은사람들이 같이 생활하는거를요. 평상시에는 문제는 없을지 모르지만 만약 뭔가 문제가 생긴다면 법적으로 보호받기는 힘들어요. 그래서 정신멀쩡한 주인 만나는것도 집을 알아볼때 꼭 체크해야할 포인트죠!\n\n4. 모르는사람과 한방에서?\n'난 절대 누구랑 같이 한방에서 못 지낸다' 이런 분들은 독방 생활하시길 권해드려요. 방값을 세이브하기 위해 저렴한 곳을 찾다보니 아무래도 많은사람들이랑 같이 지내면 방값이 내려가죠. 그렇게 모르는사람들과 생활을 시작하게 되는데요. 본인 물건은 본인이 잘 관리해야해요. 서로 힘이되면서 정보교류하며 잘 지내는 경우도 물론 있지만 서로 처음본 사이기 때문에 나쁜일을 하는경우도 있어요. 서로 배려안해서 싸우고 나가는 경우도 있으니 쉐어생활하는분들 모두들 기본적인 매너는 지켜주는게 좋겠죠?\n\n![2012-06-29 15.42.26.jpg](https://steemitimages.com/DQmRaVr33MvU9rtfCFUq6QxMePCFqEphVuNvLRgC29BswUe/2012-06-29%2015.42.26.jpg)\n\n5.방은 숙박업소 이다!\n방값을 조금 세부적으로 살펴보면... 예를 들어 1주일에 $150 의 경우를 봐요. 7번의 밤을 보내는 가격이란 말이에요.  \n즉, 일요일날 들어왔으면 다음주 일요일날이 나가는 날 입니다.  \n월요일날 들어와서 1주일이니깐 일요일날 나갑니다. 이러는 주인들 있는데 이러면 6박이 되어버리고 1주일치 방값에 하루가 빠져버리죠. 처음부터 집주인이랑 이런부분도 꼼꼼하게 미리 말을 맞추고 들어가는게 좋아요.\n추후에 이사를 나갈때 딱 1주일에 맞춰서 나가는게 아니라 중간에 나가게 되면 방값을 하루치로 나눠서 정산을 하게 될텐데 이럴경우 앞서 이야기한데로 해두면 편해요.\n\n6.노티스(notice) 미리 주기!\n이사를 나갈때 주인입장에서는 다음사람을 찾을 시간이 필요하기 때문에 이사나가는 사람이 나가기 2주전에 주인에게 알림을 줍니다. 보통2주에요. 이부분도 이사 들어갈때 주인과 확인해 볼 부분이에요. \n만약 1주에 딱 맞춰서 나가는게 아니라면 방값을 하루치로 쪼개서 계산을 해야겠죠. \n노티스를 안주게 되면 주인입장에서는 노티스 짧게받은만큼 보증금에서 까버립니다. 노티스 주는거 어려운거 아니니깐 꼭 하세요~\n\n7.청소\n많은사람들이 같이 생활하기에 집은 순식간에 더러워져요. 화장실, 부엌은 뭐 금방 더러워지죠. 이 부분은 집에 매니저를 두면서 그 매니저가 관리하는경우도 있고 같이사는 모든 사람들이 돌아가면서 청소하는경우도 있어요. 본인방은 본인들이 청소하고 공동구역은 돌아가면서 청소하죠. 이런부분은 세입자는 내가 돈 내는데 청소까지? 주인입장에서는 사는사람들이 청소해야한다 라는식의 생각들을 하게되면 문제가 꼬이기 시작하죠.\n생활하는 사람들이 기본적인 청소는 하면서 지내는게 서로에게 좋을거 같아요. \n\n더 많은 팁들이 있겠지만 오늘은 여기까지 제가 드리는 팁 입니다 ㅎㅎ\n추가 궁금한 사항이나 더 할 부분이 있으면 댓글 부탁드려요~\n\nFrom Hungry Jack",

      "body": "시드니에서 어학원을 다니면서 잡에이전시에 가서 잡을 구하기위해 상담을 했었죠\n\n저는 한국에서부터 어학원 + 일자리 프로그램으로 와서 잡 에이전시가 있었어요\n\n시드니 시티에서 CTIC 라는 어학원에서 3달 공부하고 그리고 모두들 리조트, 호텔 등으로 팔려(?)나갔어요. \n\n워홀러는 외국인노동자에 불과(?)하자나요 ㅜㅜ\n\n![DSC08211.JPG](https://steemitimages.com/DQmbHiE3eXJF4QsvjxuCRncdzCmwWnRvmjCaqo4dXw87D73/DSC08211.JPG)\n\n이력서, 영어수준등을 기준으로 잡에이전시측에서도 순위를 잡아둔거 같아요\n\n어떤학생을 먼저 보낼지... 그래서 1팀이 울룰루 리조트 인터뷰를 보고 붙어서 3명이 일자리를 구해서 먼저 떠났어요\n\n그후...\n\n\n\n저는 잡에이전시에서 케언즈에 있는 '리자드 아일랜드' 전화인터뷰를 먼저 arrange 해주었어요.\n\n그때 저랑 저친구 두명이서 전화인터뷰를 봤는데 저는 떨어지고 그친구만 붙어서 그친구는'리자드 아일랜드'로 향했었죠\n\n\n\n점점 초초해지기 시작했죠\n\n가져온 돈이 다 떨어져가는데\n\n일자리는 안구해지고...\n\n\n\n속상해 하던중 '에어즈락 리조트'에서 사람을 또 뽑는다고 해서\n\n이번엔 저도 면접에 볼수 있었어요\n\n시드니 시티에 Voyage resort 사무실에 직접 방문해서 직접 인터뷰를 봤습니다.\n\n\n\n아 그리고 저는 잡 에이전시가 있었지만 개인적으로 컨택하는 친구들도 있었어요\n\nwww.seek.com 에서 voyage 검색하시면 available positions 쭉 나와요\n\n거기에 이력서 제출하면서 지워해도 되구요\n\n좀 위험한 방법이지만 무작정 울룰루로 가서 현지사무실에 찾아가서 일 찾는다고 하는 친구들도 봤어요\n\n물론 그친구들도 일을 구하기는 구했어요.\n\n무조건 에이전시를 통해서만 갈수있는지는 저도 확실하게는 모르겠어요\n\n![DSC07933.JPG](https://steemitimages.com/DQmSTzbnkekyDFgtAUvq1RgVgezfJwVqiwCrt9tQz3jaxC8/DSC07933.JPG)\n\n\n다시 제 이야기로 돌아와서 ~\n\n다행스럽게도 합격해서 '에어즈락'행 비행기티켓을 살 수 있었어요\n\n면접내용은 한국에서의 경력(아르바이트등)과 관련된 질문을 많이 받았어요.\n\n여기서는 어떤일을 했니? 저기서는 어떤일을 했니? 등등\n\n\n에어즈락에 도착해 비행기를 내리는 순간 숨이 '턱'\n\n사막이자나요.... 공기자체가 다른걸요...\n\n\n\n제가 11월6일날 도착했어요 \n\n겨울이 가고 여름이 올때즘음이였죠\n\n\n\n먼저 울룰루에서 일하고있는 동생들이 있어서 덕분에 적응하기 쉬웠어요\n\n\n\n직원숙소를 조금 설명해드리면\n\n한집에 총 4명에서 지내며 방만 보면 두명에서 생활한다고 봐도 되요. \n\n방 하나와 다른방 하나 사이에 부엌과 화장실이 있죠. \n\n\n저는 4명이 모두 같은 리조트에서 같이 키친핸드로 일했기때문에 생활패턴이 너무 똑같아서 \n\n불편함은 없었어요 ㅎㅎ\n\n\n\n저희는 저녁 로스터여서 새벽 2시에 일끝나고 들어와서 아침 6시까지 스타크래프트도 하고\n\n한국TV 도 보면서 시간을 보내다가 6시에 직원 수영장으로 가서 수영을 하고 하루를 마감했다죠 ㅎㅎ\n\n\n\n저는 5개월 지냈었는데요\n\n괜찮아요 돈 모으기 좋고 재밌는 경험도 하고 만족스러워요\n\n너무 한국친구들과 어울린다면 술값을 많이 지출하겠지만\n\n적당히 지내면 돈벌어 가기 좋습니다.\n\n같이 일하는 외국인들이랑 지내면서 영어도 많이 사용할 수 있었던것 같아요.\n\n저는 5개월지내고 세컨워킹홀리데이비자를 위해 농장으로 이동했어요.\n\n나중에 에어즈락리조트에 키친핸드경력이 있다보니 시드니시티 레스토랑에 이력서를 넣으면 인터뷰보자는 연락을 거의 매번 받았던것 같아요. 그래서 경력이 중요하다고 하는것 같아요.\n\n여러분도 화이팅하시구요!\n기본적인 영어와 자신감만 있으시다면 충분히 좋은 일 구할 수 있다고 생각해요~\n\n오늘도 화이팅!!\n\nFrom Hungry Jack",
