      "body": "Bitcoin and other cryptocurrencies have been accused to fund criminal and terrorist organisations but the fact is every other form of money has also been used for the same purposes. A Europol report found that there was no evidence of terrorists using bitcoin. Ransomware extortionists and hackers prefer cryptocurrencies, other crimes are very rare in bitcoin. \n\nReport from the European Commission to the European Parliament and Council found that the risk of digital currencies being used to finance terrorism is moderately significant (level 2). Low significant  (level 1) and very significant (level 4).\n\nMoney laundering possibilities are also addressed. Per the report, criminal organizations could use virtual currencies to gain access to ‘clean cash’ while hiding its transaction trail. The report states that so far cases of this happening are “quite rare”, the reason for this being the technical expertise required to use virtual currencies. Moreover, criminals don’t seem to be very interested in using cryptocurrencies like bitcoin and ethereum because of their volatility.\n\nNotably, the report implies that terrorists and criminals aren’t smart enough to properly use digital currencies like bitcoin and ethereum. It reads:\n\n“From a technical point, virtual currencies present some commonalities with e-money but the IT expertise at stake for virtual currencies means that organized crime would have lower capability to use them than e-money which is more widely accepted.”\n\nThe report adds that taking into account virtual currencies aren’t regulated in Europe, these are at risk of being misused for terrorist financing and money laundering, despite the lack of cases so far. The threat, as such, may be relevant in the future if nothing is done about it.\n\nThe implementation of appropriate Anti-Money Laundering (AML)/Counter-Terrorist Financing (CTF) legal framework, according to the report, will help mitigate the risk, despite being hard to find adequate tools to do so. Given that the sector is still rather new, it is noted that no international cooperation exists, at least yet. It reads:\n\n“The lack of a legal framework is the most important element of vulnerability. In the current situation, VCs providers cannot be monitored and supervised. There are no common rules in the EU to ensure that VCs providers apply AML/CFT requirements.”\n\nIt’s noted that there is little evidence that virtual currencies are currently being used for money laundering, or to finance criminal or terrorist organizations. Nevertheless, the report finds the vulnerability as “significant/very significant (level 3/4).”\n\nThe European Commission’s  report seems to show that criminal organization are, for now, not that interested in virtual currencies, but people in Venezuela, on the other hand, are already using bitcoin and other cryptocurrencies to survive government failures.",

Starting MLM at 19 i had financially retired at the age of 23 and with the freedom better financial situations i got from MLM. \n\nMLM is a great place to learn  and grow yourself to be a true entrepreneur. However i must say tons of people who joined my team quit, there were days where i had no income but what MLM teaches is about the right attitude, planning, strategies, goals , leadership and much more. For one to succeed in MLM one must never quit, as well as for someone to be successful in MLM the system of the company needs to be right. I don't believe in binary system and the distributors don't earn much. If you are in the right company with right products and right leader you will succeed.",

The way i see it either we can be scared of AI taking our jobs or we can embrace it and enjoy our life spending time with out families and by letting AI’s do the work. We are all aware when technology improved during the industrial revolution millions of jobs were lost. The time has once again come when a new revolution is going to start. Today i wanna talk about how IBM Watson AI is composing music.\n\nIBM Watson Music \n\nGrammy award-winning music producer Alex Da Kid collaborated with IBM watson to see if they could possibly create a song together. Watson is well capable of turning millions of unstructured data points into emotional insight that would create a new kind of music. \n\nWatson Tone Analyzer Api read over 26,000 top 100 songs while Cognitive Color Design Tool ingested its album art. Watson beat then analysed the compositions and created its own patterns of keys, chord progression and genres completing an emotional fingerprint of music. \n\nTechnology Behind the music \n\nTone Analyzer - Measures Human Emotions, Social Tendencies and language style from lyrics or text \nAlchemyLanguage - Understands finer details in text like sentiments, entities, concepts and more through natural language processing. \nWatson Beat - Interprets musical theory, structure and emotional intent from a few notes and can expand upon it to create entire songs. \nCognitive Color Design Tool - Unerstands the Psychological effects of colors, the interrelationships between emotions and image aesthetics.",
