There was a mechanism that allowed the masses to reject or support, in a forceful way, in terms of credibility to the government in power. There was, in some other electoral process, inconsistencies in terms of the minutes and votes, but nothing compared to the excess of vices that today seriously compromise the transparency of the process.\n\nA CNE, whose maximum authority was good weather had to be renewed and that paradoxically is affecting the governing party. The same integrated by five members, of which, 4 are sympathizers of the oficialismo and only one of them represents the opposition; a very uneven correlation of forces with obvious advantage for the ruling party.\nElections are called by an illegally elected entity; the ANC, organism that represents a parallel National Assembly, to whom the government, from the very beginning of its swearing-in, undertook to neutralize at all costs, with the support of the TSJ, also adept at its cause. On the other hand, the government politically disables the leaders with greater force within the opposition to prevent having a contender that could pose a risk to their petty interests.\n\nVenezuela is facing a scenario that does not meet the minimum guarantees to go to an electoral process, in which we all know what the results will be. In this context, the culture of abstention is imposed, as the only valid element to categorically reject the brazen pretensions of the government in power. The silence expressed in the abstention of the voters, would be a very interesting lesson and at the same time a primary input for the international community as a whole, to pronounce itself forcefully.",

Existía un mecanismo que le permitía a las masas, rechazar o apoyar, de manera contundente, en términos de credibilidad al gobierno de turno. Hubo, en alguno que otro proceso electoral, inconsistencias en cuanto a las actas y a los votos, pero nada comparado con el exceso de vicios que hoy comprometen seriamente la transparencia del proceso.\n\nUn CNE, cuya máxima autoridad hace buen tiempo debió ser renovada y que paradójicamente es afecta al partido de gobierno. El mismo integrado por cinco miembros, de los cuales, 4 son simpatizantes del oficialismo y solo uno de ellos representa la oposición; una correlación de fuerzas muy dispareja con evidente ventaja para el partido de gobierno.\nLas elecciones son convocadas por un ente elegido de manera ilegal; la ANC, organismo que representa una Asamblea Nacional paralela, a quien el gobierno, desde el mismo inicio de su juramentación, se ocupó de neutralizar a ultranza, con el apoyo del TSJ, también adepto a su causa. Por otro lado, el gobierno inhabilita políticamente a los líderes con mayor fuerza dentro de la oposición para impedir tener un contendor que pudiera representar un riesgo para sus mezquinos intereses.\n\nVenezuela se encuentra ante un escenario que no reúne las garantías mínimas para acudir a un proceso electoral, en el que todos sabemos cuáles  serán los resultados. En este contexto, se impone la cultura de la abstención, como único elemento válido para rechazar categóricamente las descaradas pretensiones del gobierno de turno. El silencio expresado en la abstención de los votantes, sería una lección bien interesante y a la vez insumo primario para que la comunidad internacional en pleno, se pronuncie enérgicamente.",

Sin duda, el docente de matemática tiene ese reto; suavizar en la medida de lo posible el salto que significa pasar de lo concreto a lo abstracto y, no es fácil, hay que usar muy bien la transposición didáctica para empalmar ambos peldaños de la escalera.\nAlgo que recomiendo es partir desde lo concreto en el entorno del estudiante para introducir los conceptos abstractos de modo que el estudiante, pueda advertir sobre la estrecha relación entre una y otra cosa y, entender el significado de esa mezcla de números con letras , desde su cotidianidad. En este orden de ideas, el estudiante capta el sentido práctico de las expresiones algebraicas. Tal es el caso del concepto de polinomios.\nDebemos como profesores de matemática, previo a la formalización de este concepto, construir puentes para transitar de lo concreto a lo abstracto, y no cometer el error de desarrollar el contenido sobre la base de los aspectos formales.",

With the infrastructure on the floor, which subjects the population to hours or days without basic services. With the highest inflation in the world, which destroys the ability of people to buy. No bills or coins to pay. With galloping shortage, making huge queues to buy a bread tap. Begging for a box of government food that may or may not arrive and on which entire families depend who can not protest at the risk of losing what they are given, sometimes every month, sometimes quarterly, sometimes 12 kilos, sometimes 10 and do not ask or leave.\n\nAnd then you understand those who left and those who leave.
