      "title": "¿Entonces, está mal tener una mente inquieta? Algo que escribí en mi diario en algún momento del 2015.",
      "body": "Después de que una mente se logra expandir por alguna nueva idea, jamas vuelve a estar en su tamaño original. Cuando cierro los ojos me veo por dentro. Lo que puedo observar es que definitivamente mi ser se encuentra en una constante expansión. Sin un comienzo verdadero y sin un final. Aprendí que la ley de la atracción existe y que solo indica que atraemos a nuestra vida aquello en lo que enfocamos nuestros pensamientos de manera repetitiva y constante. O al menos así lo he sentido. Todos mis temores, creencias, debilidades y sensibilidades existen solo en mi cabeza plasmados en forma de pensamientos. Pero, eso no los hace menos reales. Mis pensamientos son tan reales como cualquier objeto tangible.       "body": "¿Cuantas veces nos repetimos a nosotros mismos que este año si será nuestro año?  Que esta vez si cumpliremos nuestros retos y proyectos... a mi parecer, todo comienza en el día a día. Al momento de despertar, y todas las emociones envueltas desde el momento de despertar. Para comenzar mi ritual es vital quitarme las malas energías de la calle, en mi mente solo pienso en que el agua esta liberándome de ese calor en el autobus, de todas esas malas vibras de personas que se quejan a diario por absolutamente todo, en fin, mas que un baño rutinario es un baño energético. O al menos así me gusta verlo. \n\n2) Cenar algo ligero. Es algo que marca la diferencia enormemente. Cuando como cosas muy pesadas de noche, mi sueño se interrumpe con esa constante sensación de pesadez. \n\n3) ¡Agarra tu diario y escribe todo lo que quieras! muy a la antigua, pero no hay nada mejor que sacar tus emociones afuera sin nadie que juzgue, solo tu, tu diario y un bolígrafo. \n\n4) Dormir temprano. Sobre todo para despertar con alegría y cumplir mis hábitos por la mañana (todo es un ciclo).\n\nPor ultimo solo coloco algunos aceites en mi cuerpo, como coco o almendras, y cumplo con mi piel. La idea de tener estos pequeños hábitos (no necesariamente los mismos) nos hace vivir mas en el ahora, sin enfocarnos en todo lo que tenemos que hacer al día siguiente o que estamos perdiendo el tiempo.  Hacer las cosas que realmente le aportan algo a tu ser, sea lo que sea, nos hace ser sin duda alguna mas felices.  Cabe destacar, que los hábitos luego se vuelven parte de tu vida, y comenzar con hábitos pequeños nos hará capaces de ir por retos mas grandes y cumplir nuestros sueños y metas. \n\nGracias por leer este post y espero haber servido de motivador para hacerte pensar en esas pequeñas cosas que quieres llevar a cabo para convertirte en mejor persona.",

      "body": "¡Hola! Estoy de nuevo por acá con muchas pilas para recargarme este nuevo año. Esta vez quiero compartir con ustedes mis resoluciones (en cuanto a hábitos se refiere) para compartir un poco y para servir de motivación para todos aquellos que no han revisado sus hábitos y puedan hacer un buen uso de su día a día. \n\nUno de los mas grandes retos para mi ha sido mantener mi fuerza de voluntad a diario para convertirme en la persona que quiero ser. Esos pequeños pasos o ''baby steps'' que definen tu verdadera esencia mas allá de tu trabajo, del dinero, de todo lo que sea material, y de las preocupaciones. Hablo de todo aquello que no nos toma mucho tiempo para realizar pero que marca la diferencia y te hace sentir bien con la persona que eres. \n\nPara empezar, en la mañana, te tenido la batalla desde hace un par de meses en levantarme temprano. (QUE DIFERENCIA HACE) Todo en tu día esta mas en orden, te enfocas mejor porque comenzaste con buen pie. Para esto he colocado la alarma del teléfono muy lejos de mi cama para tener que levantarme a apagarla.\n\n2) Meditar y hacer yoga unos 5 minutos, para todas las personas ansiosas como yo, esto puede resultar muy útil, pues te calma tu mente sin siquiera haberte sumergido en todo el día a día ( y mas para quienes viven en Venezuela)\n\n3) Un ducha muy fría. ¡Despierta y te da energía! \n\n4) Un desayuno que realmente te aporte algo. La idea en esta resolución de las mañanas no es tener un presupuesto muy alto para las comidas, pues en mi caso no es posible. Sino, realizar una lista con todos esos alimentos accesibles y saludables que puedo adquirir aun en mi país e informarme de recetas que sean rápidas y económicas pero que al mismo tiempo me brinde la nutrición necesaria.       "body": "Hola a toda la comunidad de Steemit. \n\nMérida, Venezuela, es uno de esos lugares donde quisieras quedarte una eternidad a pasar tus vacaciones. También es la musa y la reina de las fotografías hermosas. Excelente lugar para capturar tanta belleza. Esta fotografía fue tomada en  la Cascada de la India Caru.  Cuenta la leyenda que  un dolor insoportable rompió el alma de Carú cuando su novio fue asesinado por un combate en Bailadores. Con una increíble fortaleza que brotaba de su amor, Carú cargó el cadáver cerro arriba. Llegaría con él a la cumbre, donde moraba la divinidad, para rogarle que le devolviera la vida. Al tercer día, de jornada, le fallaron por completo las fuerzas. No pudo proseguir más. Abrazada al cuerpo de su amado, comenzó a llorar, primero se durmió y luego quedo muerta.\nEl Dios de la montaña recogió sus lágrimas y las arrojo al espacio para que su pueblo y todos los que habitaran después estas tierras, conocieran y recordaran a Carú.
