      "body": "<center> <h1>  GOBIERNO DE VENEZUELA CONFIESA QUE NO TIENE INTENCIÓN DE ENTREGAR EL PODER. QUIEN GANE SE ENCARGA EN EL 2019. <h1> </center>\n<p><div class=\"text-justify\"> A pocos días de realizarse elecciones presidenciales, Maduro anuncia un nuevo cambio de monedas, creó el billete de 100 mil y a los pocos días le quiere quitar los ceros. No había visto mayor improvisación. Cuando Maduro anuncia medidas tan precipitadas es porque no quiere entregar el coroto. Es una realidad que revela que algo huele muy mal en el simulacro electoral que quieren montar para engañar a los incautos. </div></p>\n<p><div class=\"text-justify\"> Si el gobierno pretende que los ciudadanos lleven los billetes al banco, tienen que garantizar la entrega de los nuevos billetes; porque nadie quiere caer en el engaño de los billetes de 100, que todavía están circulando. Sabemos que esta medida es para captar dinero en efectivo, que los ayude a paliar el problema de la falta de dinero en efectivo; pero no creo que la gente acuda ciegamente a entregar su dinero, sabiendo que los bancos aceptan los depósitos pero ponen trabas para entregarlos a los ahorristas. </div></p>\n\n<p><div class=\"text-justify\">  Estoy seguro de que todos los candidatos ya se dieron cuenta de la trampa en la cual están metidos, y a estas alturas deben estar estudiando como salirse de esta comparsa grotesca. Yo creo que hasta el más incauto se da cuenta de la emboscada en que  quiere montar el régimen.  Claro está que quienes participan del engaño se hacen los locos. </div></p>\n<p><div class=\"text-justify\">NO EXISTEN CONDICIONES PARA REALIZAR ELECCIONES. Sin un acuerdo nacional la oposición no puede cubrir los testigos de mesa. Eso no es problema para el oficialismo, pues, los guardias, reservistas, maquinistas y coordinadores están cuadrados con el régimen, y no necesitan testigos extras; otro problema es el de la comida y transporte: no se consigue ni agua, y el único que tiene recursos es el gobierno. ¿Dónde se va a conseguir ese realero para alimentar a los funcionarios electorales? </div></p>\n<p><div class=\"text-justify\"> NO ES LA INTENCIÓN DESANIMAR AL PUEBLO; pero es que todo el mundo sabe que ganando o perdiendo, Maduro se queda en el poder, al menos tiene un año para armar sus trampas, pues,  la entrega del poder está pautada para el año 2019. Esto no tiene sentido, pues, cuando se vota es para que el nuevo gobierno se encargue los más rápido posible. </div></p>",
