Semogaaa bisa jadi inspirasi buat bunda bunda di rumah.\n\n1. Untuk daun salam dan daun jeruk saya cuci terlebih dahulu, lalu saya masukin ke dalam plastik klip. Alhamdulillah bisa tahan dua bulanan, dan masih tetap seger, baik warnanya maupun aromanya.\n\n2. Untuk Batang sere, saya potong-potong terlebih dahulu, lalu saya cuci bersih kemudian saya masukan ke dalam plastik klip. Nah untuk bagian atas batang sere saya gak buang ya, tetap saya ambil lalu saya masukan juga ke dalam plastic klip.\n\n3. Untuk laos, saya sudah kupas, cuci bersih, lalu saya potong-potong ukuran 2 ruas jari kemudian saya masukan ke dalam plastik klip.\n\n4. Khusus untuk jahe, saya kupas dulu, kemudian saya potong-potong ukuran 1 ruas jari, lalu saya cuci dan saya masukan ke dalam kotak lock and lock.\n\nAlhamdulillah, sejauh ini cara ini sangat memudahkan saya dalam memasak sehari-sehari. Karena pengalaman saya, saya beli banyak-banyak daun jeruk dan salam, baru seminggu udah layu dan menguning. Begitupun jahe, kalau kelamaan dia akan menyusut menjadi kecil, batang sere pun baru 3 hari udah menguning. Jadilah saya kepikiran buat seperti ini.\nItu daun jeruk saya dan laos udah hampir dua bulan loh 🤗\n\nSemoga postingan saya yang ini bisa bermanfaat buat teman-teman ya 😘",

      "body": "Kue Lumpang Hijau\n\nBahan;\n-150ml santan kental\n-350ml juice pandan \n(8-10lembar daun pandan yg tua yah, blender dgn air kemudian peras dan ambil airnya sebanyak 350ml)\n-200gr tepung tapioka cap tani gunung\n-50gr tepung beras rose brand\n-150gr gula pasir\n-Sejumput garam\n\nTopping;\n- Kelapa parut \n- sedikit garam\n* campur kelapa parut dan garam aduk ratakan kemudian kukus 15menit..angkat sisihkan\n\nCaranya;\n1.Satukan santan, juice pandan dan gula pasir pada 1wajan....masak dengan api sedang aduk terus yah...masak hingga mendidih, angkat dan sisihkan biarkan hingga suhu ruangan/dingin.\n2.Satukan tepung tapioka dan tepung beras juga sejumput garam pada 1wadah...tuang santan yg telah dingin tadi kemudian aduk rata smp licin kemudian saring...\n3.Tuang adonan pada cetakan kecil hingga setengah penuh...ini cetakan bisa dioles minyak sayur tapi tanpa dioles juga gapapa ga lengket krn adonan kita pake santan jadi udh minyak yah...\n4.Panaskan dandang kukusan dengan sedikit air...pastikan air sudah mendidih yah baru mulai mengukusnya...kukus adonan lumpang hijau +/- 15-20 menit hingga matang...jangan lupa penutup dandang kukusan diikat kain agar uap air tdk jatuh kedlm kue...\n5.Angkat dan biarkan hingga hangat br kemudian keluarkan kue dr cetakan...Kue Lumpang hijau yang kenyal siap dinikmati dgn topping kelapa parut😊\n ![image](https://img.esteem.ws/zsomeiz8zg.jpg)\nhasilnya sekitar 15-17bh kue yah...kue lumpang ini sepertinya anti gagal and pasti keluar lesung yah...cuman kekurangannya itu bagian lingkaran tengah lesungnya emg agak keras yah hasil kuenya...mungkin krn lekukan lesungnya yg pake tepung beras...krn sy pengen kuenya ad lesung tapi tanpa pake air kapur sirih ato air abu...pernah coba yg pake tepung terigu and tepung tapioka hasilnya lembut kenyal enak sih tapi ga keluar lesungnya😂...trs mst pake air kapur sirih ato air abu baru bsa keluar si lesung pipit kuenya hehe jadi sy malas mo pake itu...jadi sy kasi tau dl sblm dicoba...jgn trs heran napa tengahnya keras xixixi😀 gak keras semua sih cuman bagian lingkaran lesung tengahnya doang kok😁",
