| title | Mental illnes is a nervous system injury! |
| body | Whenever you get sick, you experience two types of symptoms. Physical symptoms and negative emotions associated with that pain. In the case of a cold, you get high temperature, cough, muscle cramps etc. also your emotions will match the pain you are in. You might feel sad, isolated, your emotions might fluctuate a lot etc. What is so interesting about mental health is that you get the emotional symptoms as if you were substantially damaged but you don't get any localized pain or physical symptoms. The conclusion so far was that it is all in your head. If you look at the most popular forms of therapy are based on targeting directly and fixing the mind. Like the theory of the emotional trauma, that is supposed to be an unprocessed negative memory from the past, or the other popular theory as a genetic chemical unbalance in the brain, that can be fixed with medication. Well as interesting as this two theory's are, they were never scientifically proven, and the success rate of the therapy based on it is miniscule. Why would your body give you a distress signal as if you were being damaged by an infection or injury but no pain? What part of your body if injured doesn't give any physical pain signals? It's your nervous system, because it is the job of it to process and localize pain, if you injured it there is nothing to tell you that you sustained damage to it. You would need a nervous system for your nervous system. Nervous system injuries are pain free and mostly asymptomatic. like in the case of a concussion, nerve imping meet or a spinal cord injury. The body is pretty well designed, in order to compensate for this your brain and spinal cord are completely incased in bone, but this doesn't make it completely invulnerable you can still get injuries to it. And when you do there is no way to let you know directly through localized pain, the only way for your body to signal to you that something is wrong is through emotions. |

| body | If you look at the etymology of the word gender you can see that the original meaning of the word is class. The purpose of gender is to create artificial divisions between people in order to maintain an artificial hierarchy, and prevent the most competent people from assuming the leadership position. In the past there were two genders: man and woman. A divisions based on biological sex. Sex is not the same as gender, sex is determined by your natural biology that you are born with, there are male, female and the rare case of hermafrodit. However gender is different from sex because, gender comes with a prescribed artificial behavior. For example if you are a man you are expected to behave in a certain way otherwise you are not going to be considered a real man. There are natural predominant patterns of behavior for males, determined by things like hormones and other biological factors. But man are expected to behave in certain ways that are not necessarily dictated by biology or even the best interest of that individual. For example: real man die for their country, real man don't cry, or the way a hysterical woman night tell you that you are not a real man whenever you are doing something that displeases her. Generally speaking being a real man means to sacrifice yourself for others at no benefit for yourself. The word man comes from Old English man, mann "human being, person (male or female); brave man, hero; servant, vassal,". Not to far ago woman were locked in a certain position by their gender classification. This restrictions were purely artificial, there is no reason why woman couldn't pursue higher education, careers or become athletes. By simply classifying woman as unable to pursue this paths you eliminate them out of the competition. Simply the fact that there are now woman successfully pursuing careers it proves that the restrictions were based solely on social convention's not facts. Sure there are some not so desirable negative side effects, like the changes in the family or the increase competition in the job market etc. Besides that what defines a man is neither empheric or objective, what defines a man changes all the time arbitrarily. Being considered a real man in the eighteen century is almost completely different from what most people would recognize today as the ideal of a real man. Gender is a straw man argument, a man is a fictional title, whit arbitrarily defined characteristics and patterns of behavior, as well as artificial negative consequences whenever the individual deviates from the predetermined behavior. It is impossible to have genders without authority, and because of that there are no free man. Free man is really a pleonasm as a man is a servant, sa then saying free man you are really saying free slaves. You could make the argument that a lot of the tools we use are based on fiction. Like money for example, there is no real value in a bill but we all pretend that is it valuable because it allows us to better compare the value of goods and exchange it, there are a few negative side effects like inflation, but the benefits exceed the negatives. Gender on the other hand is fictional too but the benefits of it I can't find, it doesn't make people be better parents, kind or fair. It does quite the opposite, it allows people to exploit and abuse each other. The current debates about feminism or gender pronouns, are great in some ways, but both sides are missing the main point. One side is so identify with the fictitious title that they are resisting any changes, while the other side are simply trying to redefine what gender means. That is like arguing over what super power elf's should have. But the reality might just be that there are no genders and we don't need it in order to function or accomplish anything. |

| body | <center></center> There are some cases in which people will develop really strong anxiety disorders like agoraphobia or generalised anxiety disorders. Where almost everything is going to trigger their anxiety, even things which who they never had a negative experience. I sort of went through something like this a few years ago, it was hard for me to even buy something out of a supermarket, or wait in a line. And wherever I went my anxiety followed, it didn't really matter how familiar the people I was around wore or how safe the place was. I had a recent epiphany a few weeks ago, what I was scared of was myself, you see there was always this dialogue inside my head, what if I'll do something and hurt myself!? Or what if I'll say something stupid and embarrass myself!? My anxiety followed me everywhere because I was everywhere, I was the common element of all this situations and environments. I wasn't afraid of everything I afraid of me. My vitality was so low in the past, that I have accumulated so many bad experiences, to the point that interacting with almost everything new or ever so slightly risky was enough to make me anxious. Because until I haven't changed anything about myself there was no reason to assume that things are going to happen any different from the past. |

| title | The necessity of destruction |
| body | <center></center> It is impossible to avoid destroying things and people, even if you choose to behave only in a constructive way. For example if you are going to plant a tree, in order to do that you have to first dig a hole in the ground, through this act you are going to destroy all the already existing life forms that are established there. Conceptually all constructive actions are acts of reconstruction. Which means that in order to construct something new you first have to destroy the old. Not only externally but also internally, digging that hole in the ground is going to put some strain on your body and cause some damage to you. It is impossible to destroy something external without destroying yourself, some things will do more mental damage to you then physical, like the soldiers that come back from war physical fine but suffer from sevear PTSD, and at the same time it is impossible to not destroy anithing at all. This aspect of natural law when misunderstood can create an existential crisis. How is it possible to be a decent human being when it is impossible to avoid damaging others and the environment around you!? So why not just fall into the nihilistic wiew of the world, of dog eats dog. Like most things that are impossible to avoid it doesn't mean that you can't minimize the damage of those on your life. The purpose of conservation is not to achieve immortality or keep things going indefinitely, but to maintain the quality of life. You see no matter what you do or don't do you are still going to die, but are you going to live a quality life, is your life going to be worth living? The way to minimize the amount of destruction you do on yourself is by choosing to cause external destruction only with the intention to build or protect not violate. |

| title | Why happiness doesn't last! |
| body | <center></center> Some people might tell you that the purpose of life is to be happy. Happiness is the emotion that informs you when you are making progress towards a goal. The problem is that progress happens in an inconsistent way. In the book "Mastery" by George Leonard, the author describes the process of mastery as being non linear, if you would draw a graf of it would look something like this: <center></center> When you start practicing a new skill you are going to make a lot of mistakes, for a while there will be no perceivable, signs of improvement. If you remain consistent with your practice you will eventually experience a short growth spurt, there is where you have a perception of progress that your body will recognize and communicate it to you with happiness. If you are going to keep making progress, you have to keep challenging yourself in order to grow. When you do that there will be a small deep in your performance because of the increase challenge followed by another long plateo. Most of your life will happen on a plateo where there is no percivebal progress so no happiness. To say that happiness is something that should last, is like saying that one day you will eat something so good and high quality that the pleasure you get from it will last for the rest of your life. Happiness is allways short lived and happens in episodes with large intervals of time in between. There is also another problem about making happiness a priority, if happiness is the emotion associated with progress this doesn't necessarily means that it matters towards what you are making progress. Could be something constructive or destructive. For example if a serial killer makes progress towards killing his next victim, he is probably going to be very happy doing so. I think people who prioritize happiness might sell themselves a little short. It is not enough to be happy to have a good quality of life. There is one positive emotion that is associated with the phenomena of sustainability and has the potential to last, that is love. Love is what is sustaining people on the plateo and keeps them going despise the lack of immediat results. But even love can't be the priority because sometimes people choose, disfunctional and unstable strategies to get love which is going to compromise other areas of their life, and make it difficult to experience other positive emotions. This is why the priority should be on integrity. Which is the ability to choose strategies to meet your needs without compromising other areas of your life, and that's how you Will get the highest quality of life. |

Fitness is divided into two parts: General Fitness (Health & Wellbeing) Special fitness (its definition is based on the ability to perform specific aspects of sport or any other function). Physical fitness is usually achieved through proper nutrition, exercise, and adequate rest. | title | Why I haven't exercise in more than 2 years, and how I didn't gained any weight! |
| body | <center></center> I am sure that by now, you heard over and over again how important exercise is, and that if you want to lose weight you have to move more. The irony is that whenever you move you burn glucose not fat, it is only when you run out of glucose that your body starts to burn fat. So every time you exercise you burn mostly glucose, and a miniscule amount of fat. The reality is that it is impossible to out run your mouth, the best way to lose weight is to not gain it in the first place, and if you already gain it allow your body to detoxify gradually over time by eating healthy. I had great success with a whole foods plant based diet, high in carbohydrates low in fat. This type of diet allow you to listen to your body appetite without the need of starvation. Also it is important to mention all the injuries that you risk aquaiering whenever you exercise. According to some statistics 80 procent of people who exercise are going to get a significant injury. I think that by now we have sufficient evidence to admit that telling people to exercise for weight lose or health is a mistake. You might have a sport as a hobby or a career, which is fine, I can't tell you what to do, my point is that it is not necessary to do in order to stay healthy or live long, and there are some risk associated with it. As I have discovered over the years, growing up had a very sedimentary life and a terrible diet, as a result of that I gained quite a lot of weight and develop some health issues. In my effort to fix my problems I started to experiment with various diets and exercise. After trying all kinds of form's of exercise from exercise DVD's to running, cycling, yoga etc. I was always working myself through some injury, on top of that it was really hard to sustain. I would go through periods of months working out frequently follow by periods of months doing almost nothing. Than the obvious question that probably should have asked myself years ago popped into my head: If this is so good for me than why it is so unpleasant, and why do I get injured so frequently? Your body does have a requirement for motion, but it doesn't have a requirement to be constantly overloaded with strenuous activity. At best you can think at exercise as a vitamin pill. A concentrated source of something that you need in a certain amount of quantity in the right context. Spending all day on a chair in front of a computer, and going for a run at the end of a day. It would be the equivalent of eating fast food all day and ending the day with a big multivitamin pill. It have been more than two years since I last worked out. My weight remained constant for as long as I eat healthy, despise my lack of constant viguros activity. Other than some rate occasion when I went for a bike ride or a hike for pleasure not to work out. I find myself fit enough for all my life activities, I think I have more energy than before since I am not as exhausted or have sore muscles. Also I find it important to keep the alignment of your body, so I try to sit as little as I can, and walk daily. |

| title | On love and corruption |
| body | <center></center> In the beginning you needed only one thing to survive. The love of your parrents, if your parents loved you as a child they did they're best to provide to all your other needs. However if your parents were corrupted, this made it impossible for them to love you. Love doesn't exist under corruption, if love is an involuntary response to virtue, and virtue is the opposite of vice. This not only means that someone with a lot of vices is unlovable, but because vices happen under denial, the person with a lot of vices is unable to differentiate between virtue and vice. To that extent a corrupted person is also unable to love others. For example if you are eating healthy, someone who is eating whatever whenever might look at you like you are stupid and you are wasting your life. It is going to be very hard for them to understand why you don't just eat whatever gives the most amount of pleasure. Even though you are demonstrating virtue it is not going to inspire love in someone who holds a vice opposite of your virtue. Whenever you are exercising a similar vice in the presence of another corrupted person, you will receive they're approval, but that it is a completely different phenomena than love. As love is all about virtue, and virtue is about sustainability. Than the purpose of love is sustainability. If you receive some sort of positive feedback from someone for any behaviour that it is unsustainable, you can be sure it is not love. People who approve of your vices don't love you at best they are accomplices in crime, and as a result of your relationship with them you will slowly deteriorate and end up in a much worse place than you are today. Equally if you try to win the approval of someone who is corrupted you will lower yourself at their level and become corrupted yourself. Growing up with corrupted parents, corrupted yourself, because your parents encourage you to develop vices instead of virtues. That might cause you to have problems earning love as an adult. Luckely this cycle can be stopped as much time you learn to differentiate between vice and virtue. |
