The State will promote the national manufacture of raw materials from the exploitation of non-renewable natural resources, in order to assimilate, create and innovate technologies, generate employment and economic growth, and create wealth and welfare for the people.\"\n\nfor that reason, the National Assembly of Venezuela declared that the cryptocurrency Petro is unconstitutional. In spite of this, it does not seem that the cryptocurrency project is going to be pushed back, and that this duality exists between the Government and the National Assembly at least, conveying a lack of legal certainty. \n\n<center>![petro-scam.png](https://steemitimages.com/DQmU8wk1CjFrMcFFSdDW4Tgobq2owi6jJTDPFgwx2Qbp3mz/petro-scam.png)</center>\n\nMoreover, if an investor wants to expose himself to the price of a barrel of crude oil via the Petro, it is much easier and safer to acquire an ETF, since in terms of liquidity it will be much easier to find a counterpart and will not incur the political risk, a cryptocurrency linked to Venezuela.\n\nAnd it is that even the Government of Donald Trump has warned about the consequences of supporting the Maduro regime in its \"cryptoinvent\" that would seek to obtain financing outside the US influence circuits. There is not even a clear functioning behind this government cryptocurrency. You cannot \"mine\" new Petros as in the case of Bitcoin. They can only be bought from the Venezuelan government. And although it is true that he says he is going to establish a system to change this, he does not even explain how it would work.\n\nThere is an interesting fact about the **Petro**, it can only be acquired if you have dollars, not Bolivares fuertes, which means that the Venezuelan people are not allowed to buy them. Rampant inflation over 4,000% last year, shortages of food and medicine and political turmoil have left the country in a state of constant uncertainty. In the midst of this crisis, the government has proclaimed its new cryptocurrency, the **\"Petro\"**, as a digital alternative to its physical currency, the **Bolívar fuerte**. \n\nThe Maduro's regime agreed to the creation of the \"Petro\" as part of a plan to avoid the effects of international sanctions; however, it is just another violation of the Constitution of Venezuela.\n\n<center>![petro2.png](https://steemitimages.com/DQmdDyRpoGCQERp8kjJKPyzviZoXaxZezZrr2FdpcGuYyXk/petro2.png)</center>\n\n\nThe **Petro** is the \"revolutionary\" version of Bitcoin in Latin America and is considered the first sovereign cryptocurrency in the world. It is backed by oil assets and issued by the Venezuelan State. It was announced by President Nicolás Maduro in **December 2017** and the pre-sale began on** February 20th of this year**. Likewise, it approved that a series of services be paid in any cryptocurrency such as those related to fuel and services associated with airlines and tourism. Under this new system of payment will also be the collection of all consular services in the embassies and consulates of Venezuela, along with the payments at the gas stations bordering **Colombia** where both bolivars and pesos are accepted.\n\nThe regime, which has a price control, a change and a series of undemocratic laws that regulate the country's economy, now wants to venture into cryptocurrencies. \n\nI will continue explaining more on this subject on next posts.",

There we will have the possibility to delete cookies and files stored in the cache. We use internet for different things,we visit web pages to do shopping, to play video games or even watching movies. However, we should not be careless, we must remember that we are connected to a big network at the same time as millions of people and not each one of them has good intentions.  Taking in account this fact, we should not forget some aspects related to our security while we browse on internet. \n\nTo access the internet in a total safely way is difficult, but not impossible if you follow  these basic tips to navigate safely and not die trying: \n\n## **Awareness**\n\nWhen browsing on the internet we should be aware about the risks we take. That is why it is essential to be careful and cautious about the web pages we visit and the files we download. \n\n## **A Good Antivirus**\n\n<center>![security-tech-internet-security.jpg](https://steemitimages.com/DQmcSgXB3QHKPwFfHKm4CShSJBA1i71JdiAcqX6DYuYHXDB/security-tech-internet-security.jpg)</center>\n\nWe have wrote about this on our previous posts: [part I](https://steemit.com/technology/@heero83/how-to-keep-your-pc-protected-from-viruses-and-your-software-updated-part-i) and [part II](https://steemit.com/technology/@heero83/how-to-keep-your-pc-protected-from-viruses-and-your-software-updated-part-ii).  To have a good security software, which is always updated, it is one of the main measures  that can be taken to avoid fall victims of a cyberattack.  If you use a firewall or antivirus and you receive a warning before entering a page, follow it. There may be cases where these programs are wrong, but it usually does not happen.\n\n Therefore, if your program tells you that you should not visit a certain site, do not do it. Nothing to turn off the antivirus to enter, no matter how interesting the content seems to you. It will usually be accompanied by the **\"https: //\"** protocol before each address. When that security cannot be guaranteed and we see an exclamation symbol, we must be alert. It does not necessarily mean that we are on a dangerous page, but it may be a first indication.\n\n##  **Be careful With Your Downloads**\n\nAvoid unknown downloads. One of the biggest security breaches comes from the download of files. These extensions detect which pages perform web tacking and which do not. In this way, you can make a selection of the type of sites you prefer to visit.\n\nIf we use Firefox or Google Chrome, these browsers include an integrated feature called **\"Do Not Track\"**. This does not prevent, as in the case of **Ghostery** or **Disconnect** that they actually do the tracking. Of course, send a message to the pages where it is clear that you do not agree with these practices.
