| body | 1. How will your life be different in a year? Think about what’s not perfect in your world, whether it’s a self-destructive habit, burdensome debt, loneliness, or anything else. Considering that it takes 28 days to change an ingrained behavior, resolve now to invest one month in doing things differently. 2. What are you grateful for? Researchers have found that gratitude correlates with better mood and sleep, higher confidence, and lower fatigue and inflammation. Don't have anything to be thankful for? Start with electricity, running water, and a roof over your head. 3. What nice thing can you do for someone else today? Give someone your spot in line, buy a co-worker his favorite morning drink, or call your mother and mindfully listen to her tell you about her week. Even little things can make a big difference in someone's day. Plus, researchers have found that performing acts of kindness make people feel happier. 4. How much do you worry about what others think? You can't be present and your best self if you’re constantly asking yourself questions such as: Did they think that I was smart? Did they think that I was successful? Did they think what I said was stupid? In truth, you can never really know what someone else thinks of you. So, instead of worrying about it, be your most confident self and concentrate on what you want to communicate, ask good questions and look people in the eyes. 5. What are you doing to invest in your relationships? After following the lives of 268 Harvard undergraduate males from the classes of 1938 to 1940 for decades, psychiatrist George Vaillant concluded something you probably already know: Love is the key to happiness. Even if a man succeeded in work, amassed piles of money, and experienced good health, he wouldn't be happy without loving relationships. The longitudinal study showed happiness depends on two things: "One is love," he wrote. "The other is finding a way of coping with life that does not push love away." 6. What do you do for fun? If you have to think about this one, your work-life balance is probably askew. On your deathbed, you will never say “I wish I would have worked more.” If working too much isn’t your problem you also will never say “I wish I would have watched more TV.” 7. Are you comfortable with your skin? Blogging for Tiny Buddha Melissa Dinwiddie tells the great story of having a miserable time during her high school class's senior trip to the beach, all because she forgot a T-shirt, was worried her stomach wasn't flat enough, and sweated all day under a sweatshirt. Meanwhile, a friend laughingly discovered she had forgotten to shave one of her legs and announced it to the entire bus. Her friend--who had a fantastic day despite her one hairy leg--proved that the people who have the most fun are comfortable in their skin. 8. Is anxiety something that dampens most of your days? Nearly one in five people has some kind of anxiety disorder, which is the most common mental illness in the U.S. If this is you, be honest and admit that 90 percent of what you worry about never comes to fruition. The other benefit to removing fear and anxiety from your life: You'll appear more confident, a character trait that breeds success. 9. What have been your biggest mistakes? Chances are, your mistakes taught you valuable lessons which strengthened your character. Take some inspiration from J.K. Rowling, who said “It is impossible to live without failing at something unless you live so cautiously that you might as well not have lived at all - in which case, you fail by default.” 10. What will people say about you at your funeral? Think about the people you miss the most on this planet. Chances are interested in other people’s lives, generous, and set a good example. Work now to be someone who makes a positive impression. |

| body | Once a young newly wedded couple lived on a small farm. They were poor and there were not many jobs around for men to do. so one day, the husband said to his wife, “My love, For work I have to leave our house and travel far away to get a job so that I can earn enough to give you the comfortable life that you deserve. While I am gone, I won't be in touch with you and I don't know how long I will stay away. I just want to ask one thing before I leave. That is Please wait for me to return. Don't ever betray me. Will be faithful to you even if I am gone. The young man left and walked for many days until he reached a big city. There he looked for people who were in need of help. At last, he found an employer. Before getting started with his work, he discussed the terms of his employment. He said, “Let me work as long as I want and when I think I should go home, please relieve me of my duties. I don't want to receive any salary during my work time, please save it with you, for me until the day I leave. The day I leave, please give me all money I earn during my work here." Employer agreed. The young man was a hard worker. He never took any holiday and didn't give any reason for the complaint to his employer. Years went by and After twenty years, one day a man came to his employer and said, "Sir, I want to leave. I have to return home now. can I have my wages?" Employer replied, "Sure but before you go I want to offer you something." Man questioned, "What?" The employer said, "Here is an offer: I will give you all your money and send you away or I can give you three pieces of advice for your life and send away but without money. The choice is yours to make. The man asked for time to think. He thought hard for two days. He knew that he would lose all his hard-earned money if he asks for advice. At last, he decided and went to his employer. He said, “I want three pieces of advice." The employer reminded him that if he asks for advice then he won't be getting any money. The man replied, “I have lived with you and learned everything from you. That is enough. I shall be able to make a good life with all the experience. I only want the 3 pieces of advice." The employer then told him three pieces of advice: 1. Never take shortcuts in your life. Shorter or unknown paths can cost your life. 2. Never be too curious, for curiosity towards evil can be deadly. 3. Never make decisions in moments of anger or pain because when you repent it could be too late. After this employer handed him three loaves of bread and said, “two are for you to eat during journey and the last one that is packed separately is for your wife. Eat it with her when you get home." The man thanked his employer and left for his home. On the first day of travel, he meets an old man who greeted him and asked, "Where are you going?" He replied, "To a distant place. I would take about 20 days to reach if I continue walking." The old man said, “Oh, this path is too long. I know a shortcut that is safe and you will be able to arrive at your destination in five days." Man wanted to reach home early, so he began to follow the path suggested by the old man until he remembered advice from his employer. Just then he returned to his previous and long path and followed it. Days later he got to know that that shortcut was a way for robbers to trick people into going through that path so that they can ambush travelers there and take all their belongings. After few more days of travel, he found an inn by the roadside. He went to the inn to rest for the night and paid for the room. After taking a bath, he lay down asleep but during the night he woke up hearing a terrifying scream. He went toward the door to check what happened. As he was going to open the door, he remembered second advice. Therefore, he returned, lay down, and slept again. The next day he asked the owner of the lodging if he had heard a scream at night. The owner confirmed it. The owner asked, “Didn't you check out for what's the reason for a scream? Weren't you curious?" The man replied, "No." At this owner replied, "You are one of few guests who managed to leave this inn alive. We have heard that in the night, a demon shouts and scream to call the attention of wayfarers and when curious guests go outside to check, he drags them to the forest and kills them." The man was saved again. He thanked God and continued his journey. After many days and nights of walking, he was tired. Finally, he saw the sight of his house from far away. He was very happy to see it. It was night, he saw some light coming out of the window of his house, he was able to see his wife but then he saw that she was not alone. When he came closer he saw that there was a man with her and she was softly caressing his hair. When the man saw that scene, his heart was filled with anger and wanted to kill both of them mercilessly. But then he remembered the third piece of advice and took a deep breath and stopped. He decided to sleep outside the house that night. He slept in midst of bushes, determined to make a decision the next day. When he was calmer, he thought, “I will not kill my wife and his lover. I will go back to my employer and work there for the rest of my life. But before leaving I want to tell my wife that all these years I was faithful to her." The man went to the front door and knocked. When wife opened the door, she recognized him and cried, embraced him warmly. The man tried to push her away but was not able to. With tears in his eyes, he asked, "Who is the man that you were with, yesterday?" She said, "That is your son. When you left, I discovered that I was pregnant. Today, he is twenty years old." Hearing that man cried and thanked his employer for all his advice. Then wife called out for his son who was asleep. The man ran in and hugged his son. Then he told them all about the experience he had while he was away. He finally told them of the employer and his 3 pieces of advice. He then put the last loaf on the table saying, “This is all that I have earned in twenty years." The wife smiled and said, “That's enough. I am happy that now we will be able to live together." Then for dinner, the wife broke bread and when looked inside, they found that bread contained gold coins that were much more than the right amount of payment for man's twenty years of hard work and dedication. |

| body | It is impossible to do anything for sure .. but only when you try to do it .. Damn it is so easy. It is a habit of many to stay away from something that is difficult without getting down to it. Of course, it is a misconception. Anything should be looked down upon. Only then can we come to the solid thought of whether it is possible or not. Do not hesitate: Some people are reluctant to do a thing even before they think it will be difficult. But if you do that you will know that it is very easy. Whether a thing can be done easily or hard can depend on how we do it or not. I can : We need confidence that I can do anything. One must first think that nothing is possible. I can do it without worrying about the winning skin then I think I can do it. Daily Bottle Easy: Some call it difficult to account for. Putting ten accounts daily will make the account much easier. It's hard to see what's going on, but it's easy to act on what's going to happen. To be involved: Everything is easy to bear if done with enthusiasm and commitment. Self-confidence and perseverance will lead to our success. Do not think that everything in life is difficult. There is nothing impossible in this world. Everything is easy: Do not think that this is going to be very difficult as soon as you see anything. All this is not a big deal and I do it with the idea that I will definitely do this better. Everything is easy for you. |

| body | Once upon a time, a girl whined to her dad that her life was hopeless and that she didn't have the foggiest idea of how she planned to make it. She was worn out on battling and battling constantly. It appeared to be similar as one issue was settled, another before long followed. Her dad, a cook, took her to the kitchen. He filled three pots with water and set each on a high fire. When the three pots started to bubble, he set potatoes in a single pot, eggs in the subsequent pot, and ground coffee beans in the third pot. He then, at that point let them sit and bubble, without saying a word to his girl. The little girl groaned and fretfully paused, thinking about the thing he was doing. Following twenty minutes he killed the burners. He removed the potatoes from the pot and put them in a bowl. He hauled the eggs out and set them in a bowl. He then, at that point spooned the coffee out and set it in a cup. Going to her, he inquired. "Girl, what do you see?" "Potatoes, eggs, and coffee," she hurriedly answered. "Look closer," he said, "and contact the potatoes." She did and noticed that they were delicate. He then, at that point requested that she enjoy an egg and reprieve it. Subsequent to pulling off the shell, she noticed the hard-bubbled egg. At long last, he requested that she taste the espresso. Its rich fragrance carried a grin to her face. "Father, what does this mean?" she inquired. He then, at that point clarified that the potatoes, the eggs, and coffee beans had each confronted a similar difficulty the bubbling water. Be that as it may, everyone responded in an unexpected way. The potato went in solid, hard, and unrelenting, however, in bubbling water, it turned out to be delicate and feeble. The egg was delicate, with the meager external shell ensuring its fluid inside until it was placed in the bubbling water. Then, at that point within the egg turned out to be hard. Be that as it may, the ground espresso beans were one of a kind. After they were presented with the bubbling water, they changed the water and made something new. "Which one are you?" he asked his little girl. "When misfortune thumps on your entryway, how would you react? Is it accurate to say that you are a potato, an egg, or a coffee bean?" The lesson of the story: Throughout everyday life, things occur around us, things happen to us, yet the lone thing that genuinely matters is the way you decide to respond to it and what you make out of it. Life is tied in with inclining, receiving, and changing over every one of the battles that we experience into something positive. |
