Understanding patterns is critical as patterns are prevalent in both nature and the focused efforts of men. Patterns represent recurrence and regularity within the universe, unilaterally occurring on every scale. Their constant influence is indeed subject to the realm of mathematics, as patterns are the manifestation of mathematics in that they represent the same constant quantity that both possess- they are forever the same no matter where you observe them from. Something that is constant within the universe is in essence something divine- it is immutable and permanent, a column supporting the functioning and operating qualities of the Universe.  It is interesting to ponder how patterns by essence are designs and how their repetitive persistence is indeed so forceful and inspiring. Patterns can easily be described as high frequency, in that the regularities inherent of patterns represent recurrence. Consciousness, in it being the result of constant mental energy is itself a high frequency pattern. It requires constant reactionary motions to stimulate neurons into producing emergent behavioral results. The final product is the thinking, feeling, and sapient ability of the human mind. [This is the divine energy of the Universe, an ever present vital life energy that all conscious things possess. This energy is emergent and apparent within all aspects across every scale macrocosmic and microcosmic in cause and effect and action within the Universe as resulting to manifest as a conscious and godlike existential ultimatum. This ultimatum is the Consciousness of the Universe- as a self organizing pattern it is ultimately what every pattern develops into; every pattern is a manifestation of godlike energy from being part of the grand self emanating design of the Universe. By being a part of the whole it is able to reveal quantifiable elements of that grand system by measure of scale.] \n\nTo say that god made man in his image is a quite accurate statement outside Christian considerations. In order to quantify thing’s there must be an observer and an observation made- the observation serving as the validation. If an inanimate object exists, how would it ever know? Consciousness is unique in that it allows otherwise inanimate thing’s in their own right (matter as it comprises the various parts of the human body separately) to be aware of itself and its surroundings. Consciousness is taken for granted because everyone is conscious, and there is no known way to observe consciousness outside the context of being a conscious entity. In order to quantify thing’s there must be an observer and an observation made- the observation serving as the validation. If an inanimate object exists, how would it ever know? Consciousness is unique in that it allows otherwise inanimate thing’s in their own right (matter as it comprises the various parts of the human body separately) to be aware of itself and its surroundings. Consciousness is taken for granted because everyone is conscious, and there is no known way to observe consciousness outside the context of being a conscious entity. It is the richest and wealthiest religious place of worship in the World. \n\nOne family serves as the Temple Host maintaining and protecting the Temple, they are descended from the ancient royalty of Kerala.\n\nThe Temple is said to have been carved from a single piece of granite, which is quite amazing to think about when you see the huge size of the Temple and the complexity of sculptures and reliefs that adorn it. \n\nOf particular note is that the Indian Supreme Court is once again in the process of trying to court order the opening of one of the remaining unopened vaults in the Temple- the so called Chamber B vault. While the antechamber to this vault has been opened, the main vault itself has proven extremely difficult to open. Just ask, I'm cool as fuck about that shit.\n\n----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------\n\nSo I am reading this book and it has a chapter on Human Consciousness (It's on the origin of mankind in a scientific/evolutionary manner). So the author is trying to ask why human consciousness exists and what it's nature is with the evolution of the brain. They discuss whether consciousness is essential to survival and could it be a by-product of natural selection- that conscious species developed to help gather resources to survive (food, shelter, etc). The author talks about one zoologist Richard Dawkins (maybe you have heard of him) who has this to say on the subject:\n\n\"He speaks of the need for organisms to be able to predict the future, an ability that is achieved through the equivalent in brains of simulation in computers. This process, he asserts, need not be conscious. And yet, he notes, \"the evolution of the capacity to simulate seems to have culminated in subjective consciousness.\" Why this should have happened is, he contends, the most profound mystery facing biology. \"Perhaps consciousness arises when the brain's simulation of the world becomes so complete that it must include a model of itself.\" \n\nThe author goes on to argue another potential theory is that consciousness is the by product of large brains. \n\nI think something of a combination of the two is most likely- larger brains have more neurons and mass, so they are more capable of processing more information from the senses. I think as an adaptation to survival the brain learned how to not only take in and process information but to also bet against it, to think about it analytically. Thus simulation comes into play with the byproducts of consciousness (thinking about the self in the current [thinking about time and the past and future probably evolved later] ) and imagination. Imagination is important because it allows us to conceive our thoughts. I think when consciousness first evolved that imagination was part of the simulating capabilities of the bran. Maybe a precursor, or perhaps the essential part of analyzing the information the senses take in the world is to think of the world in the absence of sensory data- to artificially represent it in the mind. \n\nThus the ability to imagine things came as a natural advantage to survival. \n\nHowever how can life imagine things if it can't comprehend them with understanding, or with meaning? What is thought without language? \n\nLanguage I think evolved in part as a way to represent the world in the mind. To categorize it. Using sounds to describe things and having words for things naturally puts them in a category, your attributing some quality to that variable that is constant with it. The brain is like a giant computer, it has to archive data just as it processes it. \n\nBefore language evolved as a trait I think imagination within consciousness was relegated to a systematic thinking of images seen by an organism through it's visual centers to systematically approach the world. If you will, when an organism thought of something it was simply recalling something it has seen before with it's own eyes or registered with it's senses. This type of thinking is limited though- the organism can't think about things it has never seen before, nor can it think about the visually recalled item outside the context of the recollection. I term this type of thinking \"Vision-Recollection Based Thinking\" in that it is a by product of the sense of sight. I'm sure with any sense, even ones we humans lack like a dog's super smell, or a bugs UV vision that the same can be applied- thoughts only occur if the sense is triggered or the main catalyst to the thought. (I think insects do not posses consciousness however, I believe they are automaton like natural machines.) \n\nBack to vision-recollection based thinking however, we have to think about how the brain can recall images to think about them. The answer to that I think lies in DMT. As we know, DMT is a powerful hallucinogenic that is present in all mammals. I think mammals naturally represent life that has consciousness, or at least rudimentary access to some form of it. (Just as insects represent life that simply is. It is primitive and robotic. Like a simple calculator rather than a computer...) \n\nDMT probably exists in mammals to aid in this visual thinking consciousness. It probably is the element that allows the process to exists. DMT is released when humans dream (a form of simulation and recollection combined) and at death. Just ask, I'm cool as fuck about that shit. \n\n---------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------\n\nUsing Art to Quantify the Self Through Expression: A Thought\n\nArt is a means of expression, to produce art you must enable your body to do some sort of activity- whether it is utilizing your hand and moving your arm to produce the motion inherent to the creation of paint strokes on canvas, or if it is your brain rapidly firing your CNS to make your muscles act in a manner to make your body dance. All forms of expression require input- from physical processes as well as mental processes. Imagination is an example of mental process which is required to produce art- you must imagine things in your mind whether if it is specific [in this example of producing a drawing or painting] to the subject of the piece to the minor thoughts on coloration details, the decision to cross hatch a portion of the drawing, or even the shading features. These are technical in nature, however they blend with another threshold of materium required in the grand process of creation. In my religious views the act of creation is a sacred cosmic force inherent to our universe balanced by destruction. Many religious and spiritual movements have concepts of duality, including western philosophy the bastions of ration and logic. \n\nMusic is a powerful form of artistic expression. Music seems to speak to a higher numinous element of human existence. Music is so powerful overwhelming to human consciousness, spanning across a scale of effect from behavioral to biological that makes it so powerful divine. One can only wonder if perhaps music is a natural byproduct of conscious living thinking things in the Universe, and if maybe if Music exist in some sort of cosmic more grand and collective form of operation. Music however has this element that exist outside it’s physicality that aides to a nondirect form of influence- through the metaphysical aspect of human behavior as influenced by the single individual and human psyche. This scale of influence is such a emanating aspect of the operational qualities of the Universe, as the Universe exists within a state of ultimate duality- the active and inactive, the passive and impassive, yin & yang, etc etc- words CANNOT describe this duality but it’s influence is felt in its resonant creations. [In science and physics/astrology you can think of matter/dark matter or sub particles that simultaneously exist and don’t exist. ] \n\nFocusing on the technical aspects of creation- of their conceptualization and materialization from the realm of possibility and spiritual divine unconscious, and the observable acting Universe. I use highly esoteric terms because only they can signify the magnificent and almost sacred and perfect way our Universe is and works and will be. The act of creation is inherently capable of being refined through the processes of review, admiration, and engagement. This is why artistic forms of expression are so powerful and prevalent- one can view the masterpieces produced and gain mental energy and spiritual/psychic influence from them, the transferring of the momentum inspired from the processes placed into the development of the expression. To create music you have to produce sounds and arrange them in a pattern. Patterns are a quantitative icon to the compartmentalization our brain does with the information we receive from the world. If the Universe is a computer (or a machine.. or a living thing, a thing that exists and exerts energy), then certainly compartmentalization reflects an effort to analyze received data.  It is an evolutionary advantage for an organism to have any sort of tactical or strategic component. Analyzing data is a form of strategy for it allows the drafting of patterns. \n\nPatterns are reflected as operations- they are arrangements (like the sounds and notes of music) into particular forms (formulas on all sorts of mathematic, physical, chemical, and scientific of ways) [conceptualization state] that in turn mimic the methods of action required in the active state [materialization]. Quantification is a creative aspect of conceptualization and materialization, it is the border of the two realms of duality. Quantification allows the input of data received from previous acts of expression/creation and produce methods for future expressions/creations. It is the law of survival and evolution in action. It is the balance of yin and yang in continuous harmony, the divine nature of the Universe. \n\nUnderstanding this, in all its lofty and high forms is the key to mastering success. However this grand understanding cannot be endeavored into every aspect of existence- that is the nature of the consciousness of the Universe, to be forever perfect and harmonious in it’s states and forms. The Universe and it’s consciousness consists of all things within it. This concept is so hard to understand because the nature of the Universe is beyond us. Consider it divine and sacred, for it is. \n\nEverything has within it some trace of resonance from the nature of the Universe, whether in conceptualized or materialized influences. This energy is what people tap into constantly- for it is resonant in LIFE. As a living thing you can dedicate time [conceptualization aspects] and energy [materialization aspects] to your goals and manifest them into mobilizations towards the various paths of your life. Look at people who dedicate themselves to fitness, or the arts, or to knowledge, or to their work/career.
