This was taken four years ago. Oh my. Since then, I've had a darling baby girl which I stay at home for. I no longer teach fitness like I used to, but my love for health and fitness really never stopped. Fitness is not just what I did for a living. It's how I've always lived. \n\nThe best way to invest in your own body is not to invest in topical creams, silly fitness gadgets, and cosmetic surgery that may help you look good on the outside while your body on the inside is rotting away.
