How to Fix Team Creep - HBR Ideacast</a></h2>\n<p><strong>Podcast Rating - 3.5/5 (24 mins - Needs some concentration, new concept)</strong>. This podcast covers what should be obvious but isn't i.e. the downsides of matrix and project based work where people are stretched across multiple projects increasing stress and decreasing productivity. Mark Mortensen identifies the issues and possible solutions. A topic that will keep you thinking next time you go back to the workplace.</p>\n<p>Best for: Anyone interested in how people work, HR, Organisation Change</p>\n<h2><a href=\"http://www.bbc.co.uk/programmes/w3csv3gq\">4. Double Entry Bookkeeping - 50 Things That Made the Modern Economy</a></h2>\n<p><strong>Podcast Rating - 3.5/5 (9 mins - Easy Listening but you need to be curious)</strong>. A short history of the foundational element of modern accounting which made Finance a critical part of organisations and the economy.       "body": "Maybe a quality dimension can be added in addition to the quantity aspect. Not sure how this will work but some kind of algorithm similar to google search which gives a quality score based on length, links, quality of comments etc. I agree there is a lot of junk and momentun posts.",
