      "body": "El tiempo que he tardado en escribir este artículo, podría haberlo dedicado a escribir un artículo para cualquier campaña de recompensas, pero he preferido hacer un alto en el camino, dar mi opinión sobre lo que está pasando al respecto de esas campañas e intentar poner algo de cordura más allá de la pura especulación alejada de cualquier ética y sinrazón.\n\nUna persona o grupo de personas, deciden crear una campaña ICO, campaña de difusión para dar a conocer su idea, producto o proyecto, en esas, tienen dos opciones, crear los respectivos hilos en el foro dando de alta uno de los integrantes del equipo, con lo cual sería un usuario nuevo y sin prestigio en el foro, o contratar un administrador de recompensas que lo haga todo, incluso dar la cara cuando lleguen los malos ratos, que por otro lado, cuando alguien está subcontratando un servicio al que delega sin querer saber nada sobre los pagos, ya se está escondiendo, se crea una campaña de recompensas, se marca un hard cap de la hostia, donde no van a llegar de ninguna de las maneras.\n\nCon lo recaudado, poco o mucho, como toda recaudación u obtención dineraria, empiezan a darle vueltas al tema, a ver como lo hacen, sobre todo, como lo hacen para no pagar, porque el dinero cambia a las personas, y aquellas que antes solicitaban ayuda para recaudar dinero en favor de su proyecto, ahora se han convertido en cuentabilletes, ya no quieren repartir, como en cualquier atraco, mientras menos queden, a más tocan.\n\nEmpiezan a dar largas sin dar explicaciones y entender que esto de internet es algo abierto, y que blockchain no debería ser sinónimo de ocultación, si no de libertar y propagación, de ideas y de cumplimiento.\n\nContratos inteligentes, de qué sirven, si cualquier mal ilusionado cobrando tokens que nunca valdrán nada, está dando la cara en un chat de telegram que pronto desaparecerá. Los contratos no se cumplen porque las personas no quieren, no falla la tecnología, siempre son las personas, su avaricia.\n\n¿Las ICO pueden funcionar?
