      "body": "When I was young, I knew only few things in this world. What I fed to my brain are things that is pleasurable to me. Then, I become grown-up and discovered many things I'm not expose to when I was young. I remembered that my Biology teacher once told us to 'take care your brain class'. 'Well, what's in our brain exactly?' I silently questioned myself. I went to college and met friends who are studious and had a chance to talk with them and shared what we've read. One of them shared about the importance of changing lifestyle. It includes changing the kind of food you are eating and preferably eat vegetables and fruits. Seemingly a spark in my brain that I became so interested to know more about it. My friend lend her book she read and I studied it by myself and search further. Then, I figure out that changing your lifestyle helps making your brain healthy. Healthy Diet. Most people love to eat. Don't even have temperance in eating as long as it tastes good and made them full.  But the question is, does your food you are eating or drinking is healthy? Remember this, our brain is the capital of the body, the seat of all nervous forces and of mental action. 'In order for the other parts ofthe system to be healthy the brain must be healthy. If correct habits of eating and drinking the blood is kept pure, the brain will be properly nourished.' 2MCP 385.1. Our mind can't be healthy also if we will not practice or exercise critical thinking through diligently studying God's word that guards us from Satan's wiles. The great psychologist, Satan, knows about the Bible and the Spirit of prophecy. So he made his best efforts to deceive people and will be trapped in his wiles. It is important to study, not just merely reading, the word of God. A widely known author wrote, 'Studious habits, a firm hold from above, will qualify them for their position as ministers of the goslel of Christ. Mental activity will produce health, and this is better than a sluggish, disorderly, untrained mind.' Reflecting to this, are we going to taxed our brainin studying only? I could still remember a story of an old man who cared a herd of cows joined in a 100km marathon. He registered himself to that event. He made a physical preparation until the event approached. He was able to reach the finishing line. Among the runners, he is the oldest and able to get the first place. People ask on how he made the preparation. He relayed the story and said, 'before the event he is use to run and woke up early in the morning to care the herd'. In his story, the preparation of this kind of event isn't done only at one time or short time but it should be a lifestyle. This old man shows how physical activity has an important role in man's life.       "body": "Truth is what we seek to discover. It is what we seek to believe for the purpose of acting in the world. We typically prefer to know and be told the truth than to be told a lie. Anyone does not like lies. Naturally, we bent to the truth and no one depend to lies. How many of us won’t be hurt if you are deceived and you are in the verge of believing that was true? I guess none of us. Thus, by telling you some points here to answer the question will possibly justify the affirmative answer.\nI.\tBiblical Perspective\n ![BIBLE.jpg](https://steemitimages.com/DQmefS3PX2ybe9kb3eURwRBwdX5Xwi5bvLZ6XiDws6wjhmL/BIBLE.jpg)\n      \n A common verse found in John 14:6 saying, ‘Jesus saith unto him, I am the way, the truth, and the life: no man cometh unto the Father, but by me.’ Who said that He’s the way, the truth and life? Obviously it is Jesus, our living Savior. Why we need to believe in Him? Because thru Jesus Christ we made to reconnect again to the Father. It says, “For God so loved the world that He gave His only begotten Son [ Jesus] that whosoever believes in Him will not be perished, but have everlasting life.” John 3:16. Why God gave His only begotten son? It is because of LOVE! Can you not imagine that a Father sacrifice His only son for the sin-sick people/ world! If you are among those people, how did you use your time and life for God? The answer depends on you. Furthermore, what will happen to them that believes Him? They will have everlasting life! But by merely believing and have the knowledge of God would it guarantee that we will receive the said ‘eternal life’? Neither! The book of Revelation 1:4 reminded us, saying, “Blessed [is] he that readeth, and they that hear the words of this prophecy, and keep those things which are written therein: for the time [is] at hand.” Who will be blessed? Are those who reads and hear the words of the prophecy. What are they reading and listening? Is it the novel, eBook, movies, dramas, entertainment and vines? No, it is the PROPHECY! Why they are reading and listening to it? Because the time is at hand. Why it is says ‘the time is at hand’? 2 Timothy 3:1-7 says, “1This know also, that in the last days perilous times shall come. 2For men shall be lovers of their own selves, covetous, boasters, proud, blasphemers, disobedient to parents, unthankful, unholy, 3without natural affection, trucebreakers, false accusers, incontinent, fierce, despisers of those that are good,  4Traitors, heady, high-minded, lovers of pleasures more than lovers of God;  5Having a form of godliness, but denying the power thereof: from such turn away.  6For of this sort are they which creep into houses, and lead captive silly women laden with sins, led away with divers lusts, 7Ever learning, and never able to come to the knowledge of the truth.” In these last days becoming what it says in 2 Timothy 3:7. If you have noticed that verse in Revelation 1:4 says also ‘…and keep those things which are written therein.’ It is not only reading/studying and listening of the prophecy, but by walking or applying what we or you have studied. It might sounds either good or bad! That in human family we missed to listen why a family member kept on muttering or objecting a demand from a family member. On the other hand, maybe there are cockroaches in our houses because there are human cockroach within the family member. They are family member who zip their mouth and chose to be quiet because they are rejected and ill-treated.\n\nThe different sounds we created everyday has different messages. Hoping that we won't missed or taken for granted those cicadas and cockroaches within the family member.
