      "body": "The process called decarboxylation is in reality just the act of heating the THC-crystals prior to consuming them. The reason for doing this is that several chemical processes happens in the cannabinoids when they are heated. The psychoactive properties of the cannabinoids are multiplied many times by decarboxylation. This happens \"automatically\" when you smoke it. It is adviced to decarb THC and CBD (and all the other \"brandings\" that will soon become common knowledge). That means that decarbing also activates and amplifies the medical/healing properties of the plant. It also makes it taste alot better. IMO. \n\nIf you are looking to use marijuana as a medicine, you should consume it in a decarbed state, smoking it is not effective for body-healing purposes.\n\nThe way to decarboxylate is very easy, put your grinded weed in the oven at 110 C/230 F, and leave it there for at least an hour. I usually just leave it with heat on for 3-4 hours, then I turn off the oven and leave it there overnight. You will wake up to a nice smell in you entire house. This smell can be countered by putting bowls of water and vinegar (20 parts water, 1 part vinegar 5-7%), this works for removing any kind of smell. The weed will then be brown and smell very mildly and unintrusive. Now you can just eat it as is, or mix it with whatever you want. It is easier for your body to process if you mix it with oil or fat before consuming it. I usually mix it with butter or coconut-fat, and make cakes, brownies or chocolate.",

      "body": "My name is Fredrik. I am borned and raised in Oslo, the capital of Norway. I am 36 years old at the moment, and I have a degree as a constructional technician. I have been smoking weed since I was 17 and have grown it since I was 23. The first setup I had was with two stolen lamps that we took from a industrial area at night. I remember sitting in my apartment with two of my friends discussing where to go find lamps, and how to cut them down. What I remember strongly is the lack of will to go out in the middle of the night (3PM), how much I just wanted to just sit there and smoke another one, we all felt that, but we went, and I have not regretted it yet. Actually it has grown on me to be the smartest thing I have ever done. \n\nWe live in a world of unspeakable abundance in every area that man needs to survive and grow, even if we try our best to create scarcity, it only takes ONE free thinking individual to see the truth of the matter and create the conditions necessary for growth and abundance. If you just create the right conditions, life will flourish. \n\nWe live in a belief system (at least the MSM) that we live on a planet without enough resources to sustain us, in our current number. That is wrong in so many ways; if we stop eating meat we would have enough food as it is to feed a 100 billion people. If we all start growing our own gardens we could all be self sufficient in a matter of months. If we stopped abusing and started cooperating with nature we would not have any health/environmental issues. At least we would eliminate most of it. And so on...\n\nWe have a very sick economic system that is used for exploitation and slavery of free people all over the globe. I don't believe going to a protest with a sign, and at the same time paying your taxes, is anything but a waste of energy. You pay the bills and then complain... That to me is insane. If someone takes your money and use them to supress you, maybe you should stop giving them money? \n\nThat is why I write here today, to say that I have a solution to these problems. I didn't know when I started that growing weed would define me as much as it has. This plant has taught me about patience, abundance, cooperation, the joy of beeing alive, the power of humans as caretakers, the connectedness of reality. Humans are not build for fighting, we are build to care for and nourish. To sing and dance/to move in unison. We don't live in a hostile world, we live in a living world. Everything is connected. \n\nIt took alot of time and dedication to learn how to grow, but also it took some time to realize my freedom. To start using my freedom, my new power to create my reality as I wanted it to be. \n\nI am now free, I only need one seed of any plant, and I will create abundance within some months, depending on the plants and conditions. I live in one of the harshest conditions on earth and I still create abundance for me, my family and my friends, so I know I am capaple of surviving no matter where on this planet you put me. Not only will I survive, I will create abundance.\n\nI choose not to pay taxes to the norwegian government, I choose to give free medical marihuana to whoever needs it, I choose to speak my mind even if it may endanger my safety. I choose!!\n\nI don't care if I get busted anymore, its more important to me to be honest than to be safe. I don't think the cops here care too much about a small timer like me anyway. AND I don't think they read this. :)",
