      "body": "![](https://cdn.steemitimages.com/DQmZATMAtujzRUVM7Stff58QCoZ8xaYKTjUUsm6ySwu3vts/image.png)\n\n  Venezuela convertida en los baños públicos de la corrupción.\n\nHistóricamente la degradación del Sistema Político Venezolano  ha subsistido por la carencia de representatividad y protagonismo en sí del ciudadano de a pie, si bien es cierto que el Proceso Constituyente llevado a referéndum y aprobado como nueva Constitución de la República en 1999 venía a cambiar varios parámetros que estaban establecidos en la anterior Constitución de 1961, donde el ciudadano era representado únicamente por los  principales actores políticos pertenecientes a un partido, pero aunque hoy día se puede hablar “ que cambio la forma de régimen en Venezuela” sería falso dar testimonio de que hoy por hoy no seguimos los mismo reglamentos que existían antes.\n\nDe alguna u otra forma  ahora el ciudadano común puede participar en las políticas públicas que gestiona el gobierno, pero siguen siendo todavía los partidos políticos los vasos incomunicantés entre el ciudadano que representan y el gobierno de turno, convirtiéndose estos en simple entidades de negocios que terminan por financiarse entre ellos mismo, cada día ellos obtienen más ingresos, y es la sociedad venezolana supuestamente “ REPRESENTADA” que sufre los pormenores políticos, sociales, y económicos de un desarrollo nacional que ni siquiera ha comenzado a encaminarse o a caminar por decirlo de alguna forma.\n\nAnte los ojos de un fanatismo político se han apoyado cosas incongruentes y nada elocuentes para promover un signo de aprobación con respecto al gobierno de turno, el mismo que ha desplazo aquellas personas que no son simpatizantes de su gestión, reviviendo en la historia de Venezuela la imagen de las Clases Dominantes y las Clases dominadas, solo que en la actualidad los mismo que repudiaron y rechazaron a las Clases dominantes son los que actualmente dominan a las clases dominadas, en este caso las masas populares.\n\n Bajo un contexto de hegemonía comunicacional y una política convencional, estos consiguieron  remover el sentido de identificación de los venezolanos y logrando esto, empiezan a pulsar en donde se encontraba el punto de quiebre de los ciudadanos, en la “INCLUSIÓN SOCIAL” esta frase les trajo éxitos en sus campañas políticas, masas populares, hasta de las zonas rurales, gente cansada de la Venezuela Agro-exportadora creyó en el hecho de una Venezuela diversa de industrias, oportunidades de una mejora en la calidad de vida y sobre todo  en un estado de confort económico, social y político  en el país.\n\n Sin embargo no fue sino hasta estos tiempos donde han mostrados sus intereses reales, a pesar de que en sus gestiones gubernamentales hubo muy buenos auges económicos no utilizaron estrategias suficientemente efectivas para la producción nacional o la instalación de industrias o plataformas, entre otras. Y que un porcentaje de las ganancias por ventas del producto sean dirigidos al proceso de investigación y aplicación del uso medicinal del cannabis en si.\n\nEl cannabis esta muy satanizado y el argumento de su uso medicinal es un buen fuerte para incentivar a su legalización,  pero a la opinión publica no le importa si cura el cáncer, el sida, el comunismo o el herpes. Les preocupa la incertidumbre concreta de que su consumo pueda ocasionarles daño.  Y hay que curar esa incertidumbre demostrando que el uso recreativo de la marihuana puede ser seguro.\nA lo que voy es que las personas gastan mas en placeres que en salud y si lo que se quiere es utilizar la planta para uso medicinal, habrá que llegar a eso atacando el problema de raíz. In that sense, changes have been adopted in the perspective of traditional medicine. It is only used to cross various drugs, it offers a space for specific alternatives for new ways to save lives and / or maintain them. Thus, the use of this plant becomes a natural alternative in terms of health to treat specific diseases.\n\nCannabis is a medicinal plant that has served in the healing process as a companion in the formal treatment of certain diseases by mitigating symptoms. Thus, people use it to treat a variety of medical problems, such as; Multiple sclerosis, epilepsy, glaucoma, Alzheimer's, HIV / AIDS, cancer, muscle spasticity, chronic pain, which results in greater efficiency in the medical process.\n\n\nOn the other hand, the documentary and experiential references of scientific support with respect to the damages or benefits on the use of cannabis in health therapy indicate that the benefits are quite significant in comparison with the ills that it can cause to health.\n\n\nHowever, there is research in opposition to the legalization of Cannabis, referring to the progressive release of information on the medical benefits of the healing plant have dismissed future considerations such as addiction, mental health and behavioral effects. Starting from the previous assumptions, it is conducive to the research that is intended to be carried out in order to know the benefits and damages that it may cause in the social system.\n\n\nTaking into account the aforementioned, in Venezuela there are unfavorable conditions in public health institutions for society. However, under these difficulties services are provided to the Venezuelan community. Also, the situation of many patients is increasingly vulnerable to these conditions and this is compounded by the central problem that is the shortage of medicines and low levels of production.\n\nHowever, the disposition of the Venezuelan State regarding Cannabis has not had any pronouncement beyond a declaration made by the former Foreign Minister of the Republic of Venezuela Elías Jaua (2013), when he made a reference to the process of legalization of Cannabis that It was presented in Uruguay by former President José Mujica. And, commented on the matter that would be evaluated such unpublished experience.\n\nFor this reason, this research aims to study the use of Cannabis in health therapy as an alternative policy for Venezuelan society to analyze the possible improvements in the different diseases that the country's members have. As a contribution to the socio-economic crisis that crosses the country to a medicine of an entirely natural nature.\n\nIn this sense, this research will have a methodology of documentary design that will be based on a bibliographic inventory with documented experiences of other countries that have adopted cannabis within their health policies. This will allow to have scientific support on research, with a descriptive level that explains a phenomenon that is innovative in terms of health and has produced great scientific contributions that have made progress in the evolution of alternative medicines of a natural nature.\n\nThus, this research project can be a breakthrough in health for Venezuelan society. And, currently a natural reinforcement of medicine as an expression of the therapeutic and mitigating properties that the plant contains, and which were of scientific ignorance.       "body": "![](https://cdn.steemitimages.com/DQmfFNFVstGkDzZqdhWeWd3gjbwgfTVhrH8c3z8r27et6hL/image.png)\n\nEn la actualidad, en países de América y  Europa como Chile, Argentina, Uruguay, Finlandia, Alemania, Holanda, entre otros, se ha implementado legalmente el uso terapéutico y medicinal del cannabis con resultados satisfactorios demostrando los beneficios medicinales en terapia de salud que esta planta puede ocasionar a las personas a las que se les suministra. En ese sentido, se han generado cambios en la perspectiva de la medicina tradicional utilizada solo a través de diversos fármacos, brindando espacio a alternativas para permitir articular nuevas formas de salvar vidas y/o mantenerlas. Así, el uso de esta planta se convierte en una alternativa de carácter natural en materia de salud para tratar enfermedades específicas.\n\nEl Cannabis es una planta con fines medicinales que ha servido en el proceso de curación como acompañante en el tratamiento formal de algunas enfermedades determinadas mitigando los síntomas. Así, las personas la usan para tratar una variedad de problemas médicos, tales como; esclerosis múltiple, epilepsia, glaucoma, Alzheimer, VIH/SIDA, cáncer, la espasticidad muscular, los dolores crónicos, lo que trae como resultado una mayor eficiencia en el proceso médico.\n\nPor otra parte, las referencias documentales y vivenciales de soporte científico con respecto a los perjuicios o beneficios sobre el uso del cannabis en terapia de salud señalan que los beneficios son bastante significativos en comparación con los males que puede ocasionar a la salud. \n\nSin embargo, existen investigaciones en oposición a la legalización del Cannabis, aludiendo que en  la liberación progresiva de información sobre los beneficios médicos  de la planta curativa  han desestimado  consideraciones a futuro como pueden ser la adicción, efectos sobre la salud mental y conductual. Partiendo de los supuestos anteriores es propicia la investigación que se pretende realizar para saber los beneficios y perjuicios que puede ocasionar en el sistema social.\n\nTomando en consideración lo anteriormente expresado, en Venezuela existen condiciones desfavorables en las instituciones de salud pública para la sociedad. No obstante, bajo esas dificultades se prestan los servicios a la comunidad venezolana. Asimismo, la situación de muchos pacientes es cada día más vulnerable por esas condiciones y a esto se le suma la problemática central que es la escasez de medicamentos y los niveles bajos de producción. \n\nSin embargo, la disposición del Estado venezolano con respecto al Cannabis no ha tenido pronunciamiento alguno más allá de una declaración realizada por el Ex Canciller de la República de Venezuela Elías Jaua (2013), cuando hizo una referencia al proceso de la  legalización del Cannabis que se presentaba en Uruguay por el ex presidente José Mujica. Y, comentó al respecto que se evaluaría tal experiencia inédita.\n\nPor ese motivo, esta investigación tiene como propósito  el estudio del uso del Cannabis en terapia de salud como una política alternativa para la sociedad venezolana para analizar las posibles mejoras en las diferentes enfermedades que poseen los integrantes del país. Como aporte ante la crisis socioeconómica que atraviesa el país  a una medicina de carácter íntegramente natural.\n\nEn este sentido, esta investigación contará posee una metodología de Diseño documental que se basará en un arqueo bibliográfico con experiencias documentadas de otros países que han adoptado el cannabis dentro de sus políticas de salud. Esto permitirá tener soporte científico sobre la investigación, con un nivel descriptivo  que explica un fenómeno que es innovador en materia de salud y ha arrojado grandes aportes científicos que han hecho progresar la evolución de las medicinas alternativas de carácter natural.  \n\nAsí, este proyecto de investigación puede ser un avance en materia de salud para la sociedad venezolana. Y, actualmente un refuerzo natural de la medicina como expresión de las propiedades terapéuticas y mitigantes que contiene la planta, y que eran de desconocimiento científico. Su actuación en la sintomatología de determinadas enfermedades que han evidenciado que las propiedades que contienen son beneficiosas para el organismo del ser humano.\n\n Por lo tanto, podría ser una contribución importante al ámbito social porque a través del conocimiento expresado en la investigación se puede poner en práctica su uso y así lograr  una mejor calidad de vida para los ciudadanos.\n\nFinalmente, es importante el estudio del Cannabis para el Estado venezolano como una política alternativa que permita articular soluciones en el ámbito asistencial del sector salud, y complementar los servicios con una medicina de carácter íntegramente natural sin un costo excesivo,  que puede ser auto cultivada.",
