      "body": "https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=cBrH3IjB5ZQ\n\nIn this post, I will share with you a basic knowledge that can lead you anywhere from being “lost” in life, feeling stuck without direction or purpose into living your dreams, a fulfilled life filled with happiness, love, and passion living your life’s purpose on a daily basis.\n\nStage 1: “From being lost into living overwhelming Happiness”\nLet’s say that you feel completely lost in life, that you feel without any direction to follow, that you feel stuck, that you wonder what the hell are you doing here? What the hell is your purpose in life? How is life supposed to be lived?\n\nLet’s say that you are in that stage.\n\nOne crucial thing that I want you to understand, to take my words and take a leap of faith is knowing that life is supposed to be happy! You are supposed to experience happiness in your life.\n\nEspecially when you feel so stuck or when you feel so lost, you need to take that leap of faith, trusting that life is indeed made to be happy and that’s possible for you to be happy in life.\n\nAnd you will start to take small steps in the right direction.\n\nIt means that you will start to feel happy,  you will start to feel happiness and nothing outside of you needs to change in order for you to feel happiness.\n\nIt doesn’t matter how you feel it, just feel it!\n\nThink about happy things, imagine happy moments, be grateful for small things that make you happy in your daily life.\n\nYou can be grateful for the air that you breathe, you can be grateful for the water that you drink, you can be grateful for the food on your table, you can be grateful for a beautiful flower in a garden, you can be grateful for the small change in your pocket.\n\nThat feeling of gratefulness, that feeling of happiness will generate a momentum, especially when you commit to it!\n\nLet me tell you that…\n\nYour life will change when you commit to follow your happiness and when you commit to be happy no matter what!\n\nThat’s when things ‘click’ and your life changes.\n\nEspecially when you understand that your circumstances do not determine your state of being, when you understand that you can feel happiness without anything outside of you changing.\n\nYou commit to feel happy, you commit more and more to your happiness, you make a contract with yourself stating that you will be happier each and every day more. \n\nIt doesn’t matter how the day will look like you will feel happier!\n\nThat will generate a momentum and you will start to feel more happiness, more happiness, more happiness, each and every day and …\n\nSuddenly and “magically” your life, your circumstantial life will begin to look brighter, things will begin to look different, but they are looking different because you are changing, you are committing yourself to your happiness.\n\nYour happiness will generate such a momentum, you will feel happier, and happier, and happier, every day more.\n\nYou will look for happy thoughts, you will imagine happy moments, you will look for things to be grateful and suddenly … Your happiness is under your control! \n\nYou are no longer stuck, you are no longer without a direction because your direction is called ‘Happiness’.\n\nThe things that make happy are the direction to go.\n\nYou can follow that flow of happiness because you are the one creating it, you are the one choosing, deciding, committing to be happy and that commitment, that flowing, that momentum will generate your life and will create opportunities, a lot of them.\n\nSo …\n\nIf you lack any direction in life know that the direction is the direction of happiness, your happiness and you can start with very small steps in the right direction, those steps will gain momentum and they will soon begin to be huge steps into your happiness.\n\nThis is stage 1, the stage where you commit to be happy no matter what! \n\nYou commit each and every day more to your own happiness, to feel happy, to be grateful and to follow what makes you happy.\n\nStage 2: “From being lost into live overwhelming Happiness”\nThe state 2 happens when your stage 1 gains such a momentum, your happiness gains such a momentum, you are feeling happier, and happier, and happier each and every day, you are experiencing happiness, and happiness, and happiness each and every day more and suddenly …\n\nYou realize that your state of ‘happiness’ is also bringing to you the state of ‘love, the state of ‘freedom’, the state of ‘abundance’, the state of ‘joy’, the state of ‘peace’, … Every single good feeling that you always wanted is now being given to you by your happiness.\n\nYou are effortlessly feeling loved, feeling free, feeling happy, feeling abundant, …\n\nYou realize very easily that, as you create and you generate your feeling of happiness, you also generate any other good feeling!\n\nYou generate the feeling of love, the feeling of freedom, the feeling of joy, the feeling of passion, the feeling of excitement and more than that, your feeling of happiness, your stream of happiness is not only a feeling of ‘happiness’ but that it also contains every other good feeling that you always wanted.\n\nLove, freedom, peace, excitement, abundance, passion, whatever …\n\nSo …\n\nLife is not only supposed to be happy, … life is also supposed to give you any good thing that you want.\n\nAll those amazing feelings are supposed and are truly yours, meant to yours and meant to be in your life.\n\nFollowing your happiness will lead to those feelings, as you realize that you can create your happiness, you also realize that you can create all those amazing moments.\n\nWhen you realize that you can create those amazing moments, that once again, are generated by your state of being… For example, when you feel love, when you generate love intentionally, you will experience love outside of you.\n\nIn that way, you can very easily create a life that is fulfilling to you.\n\nYou will very easily experience all those beautiful feeling outside of you.\n\nYou will experience this because you understand from the beginning, from stage 1, that you are the creator of those feelings and that you can from ground 0 and feeling stuck, you can create those amazing feelings.\n\nWhen you create those amazing feelings and especially when you commit to create those amazing feelings each and every day more, your life will become very abundant in those amazing feelings and those amazing experiences.\n\nWhat you generate inside will be reflected in your outside world.\n\nWhen you commit each and every day more to feel happy, your happiness will take the form of many other good feelings (love, freedom, excitement, passion, …) and those amazing feelings will create in your outside world experiences that will reflect those good things to you.\n\nYou create outside of you what you are believing what you are projecting, what you are intentionally creating.\n\nThe stage 2 is when you realize, when you experience and when you live everything that you wanted to live!\n\nRemember, in stage 1 you were so stuck, you lacked such direction, you began to follow your happiness and now suddenly you happiness lead you into love, into freedom, into joy, into abundance, into passion and now, you are experiencing those things inside of you and in your outside world.\n\nYour circumstances by now are changing or already changed and you are experiencing everything you once believed was impossible.\n\nThis is an overwhelming realization … You were so stuck and now you are living your dream life.\n\nStage 3: “Living your dream life, sharing your passions with the world and living your life’s purpose”\nThe stage 3, once again happens when stage 2 gains such a momentum.\n\nYou are committed each and every day more to feel more love, to feel more happiness, to feel more freedom, to feel more abundance, to feel more joy, to feel more peace, …\n\nEach and every day more, those feelings are increasing!       "body": "https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=yJB0kUUoBD4\n\nEmotions are a compass, a guidance system.\n\nThey will let you know if you are on track with everything you desire to live, with everything you desire to be, if you are on track to make your dreams come true (literally)  … Or, if you are stepping out of alignment with everything that you are and with everything you desire to live and to be.\n\nThis is how it functions …\n\nEvery emotion is a response to a thought or a belief that you are having at this moment and even though we can experience a lot of different emotions, we can make it simple and define it as “good” or “bad” emotions.\n\nBad emotions can be anything from being “bored” to being “depressed” or even “suicidal” and good emotions can be anything from feeling “fine and ok” to feeling “ecstasy” or “unconditional love”.\n\nThose are just different ends of the emotional guidance system.\n\nSo, what happens is …\n\nWhen you think a thought that is in alignment with your true self, that is in alignment with the frequency of your dreams, with the frequency of everything you desire to live, in fact, with your true frequency … You will feel good!\n\nAs an example, if you think “I am loved”, “I am happy”, “the world is on my side”, “everything is unfolding perfectly for me”, that feels good to you because those perspectives you are choosing, those beliefs you are picking are in alignment with your true self, with your true frequency. Also, they are the ‘shortcuts’, in other words, that’s the way you need to follow to make all of your dreams come true and to be everything you desire to be in this life.\n\nOn the other hand …\n\nIf you think something that makes you feel bad, it simply means that that thought you are having is not true for you!\n\nThat thought, that perspective you are choosing is not in alignment with your true self, with your true frequency, with the frequency of everything you desire to live in this life and with everything you desire to be.\n\nEvery time you feel bad is a good thing 🙂 Because it lets you know that you are choosing the wrong side, you are choosing to believe in something that is not true, that does not match your frequency, your core essence.\n\nEvery time you feel a negative emotion look at the belief you are choosing and say something along these lines:\n\n“Oh wait I am feeling bad!?… It does not mean I am a bad person, or that the world is against me, or whatever the belief I am believing is true…\n\nIt simply means that I am choosing to believe in something that is not in alignment with everything I desire to be, with everything I desire to live.\n\nI will just look at it, be thankful for the message that my emotional guidance system is telling me and simply let go of that belief and pick another belief that feels good to me, because that feeling good belief is in alignment with my true self, with my true frequency.”\n\nImagine, if your essence, if your energetic field is was an energetic field of cold, like the energy of ice, and that’s your true nature, your true frequency! … Every time you step into something hot, something that is not cold, something completely out of your energetic field, you would feel the contraction of it, you would feel the pull of “this is not me! This is not my intention! This is not my core frequency!”\n\nThe same happens with your emotional guidance system.\n\nEvery time you are feeling amazing, every time you are feeling happy, its because your beliefs and your thoughts and your actions are a match to your core frequency, to your true energy!\n\nThe energy of all your dream! Of all the things you want to live and experience in this life!\n\nOn the other hand …\n\nEvery time you step of that energetic field of yourself, you will feel the contraction, you will feel a negative emotion letting you know: “Hey! That is not the way to go! You are not like that! That’s not true for you!”\n\nIt is amazing when you realize that everything that feels bad to you actually means that you are the opposite of it.\n\nEverything that makes you feel bad literally lets you know that… “Hey this is not you!
