      "body": "No system is perfect. There is only the right system needed at the right time. So is the power hierarchy. The power to people is still very weak and it's proven that democracy to vote will never solve the most basic problems toady with ever complex steps and procedures. It's what type of politician involved that matters. The arguments over Pro and Con and comparison is not one luxury those in third world countries can afford. Provide their basic need and they don't care if you are left right or center. Even in US how many % of the voters bother to know their constitution or amendments rights if they don't have legal issues with them, less than 10%. In the end you get a white supremacist as president  democratically. Now only stock exchange have milliseconds transactions done across the globe and actually if FB got the guts to let people votes with authentification, the voices of 1B people in the largest social media platform can be heard as the first step. From there you will see how pointless when you see low importance on type of  government civic system or political ideology. People just want problems solved and needs provided.",

      "body": "The 1% are only part of the problems who influenced most of the corrupted system. That's why they need new scheme of donating 99% of wealth to hide their wealth and prevent further public outrage. Only if the fund managers are selected randomly in 100s or 1000s like juries then I believe they are really that charitable and not just evading taxes.\n\nGod only stand on the side with the bigger cannons. As much as I would like to believe man are born good and they should live freely without any restriction (the only tribe I know is the sentinelese that have no written law or constitution etc to rule them, even thou India claim their island) Human are intelligent beings but also extremely probe to emotionally incitement like you said. In this current world we just need list the fact and figure and set in the threshold when certain number is exceeded, the degree of punishment will rise automatically like the stock exchange. \n\nPeople protest and riot is only because the petitions are useless and legal procedures too long are not enough to get them basic justice. An angry bull charging is a rare event to me because I won't go to attend any of Spain bull run and if it's humans I dealing with, either suppress them or kill them in self-defence. I won't be Jesus waiting to be crucified because there might be a mob and I as a planner don't have the foresight to anticipate such events.\n\nEvery system on earth is already complicated enough with all pro and con well debated over the centuries but the stupidity is to think one system can only exist on one principle. Good intent policies/actions are all covered by hyprocrisy of politicians to the maximum extent that Iraq war can still go unpunished till today. Not surprise rise of trump or durtuete type of speech can only make people feel more secured than hate them if they even had time to think properly.  The faults are mainly in the financial and legal system, not the lack of solutions. When the cases of injustice piled up like those rich and powerful getting away too often then I rather use the guilty till proven innocence approach when you don't see once in a century type of case anymore. The school killings, bank frauds, rapes get unpunished, etc all sort of new crimes that sometimes went out of the legal coverage especially in IT advancement or even scientific range. Solutions are simple and it's not new tech close to driver-less car required but implementation is always stuck at legistrative or government bodies.\n\nFind me a person that after so long that trade had cross all borders but not a single person can be respectably elected world president. UN is by choice of elite and not by votes. Now there is also thinking of election of parliamentarians by lottery like how juries are chosen which is in right direction. If all government personnel had a body cam like police had and a stock index openly rating all their actions and policies with full transparency, then my project is half way towards redundancy. Now all the bad news and facts are already out in today's fast social media and the continuous complaints serve no purpose if people can't rationally sit down and build the system of solutions together instead. It's not knowledge or words we need from every activists of all causes but actions that we can identify out of all the common interest to unify everyone instead of thousands more NGOs that always can't group together and get pathetic results. Unity is strength and it's not invented today. Self-interest  is only for those doom to fail. \n\nI liek to use the infamous \"I'm not a scientist\" on me but I can think outside the box and identify from a third party the solutions easily in each country. like China need more democracy and US need more communisn or even dictatorship to reunify. \n\nLast fact is we can talk about freedom, privacy, human rights, LGBT, abortion, equality, climate etc etc. Billions living under USD2 per day never have luxury to think about all these issues. If someone else really work on the project to unify them and represent them on a platform like FB and give them a USD$30 smartphone (from India) to register under blockchain, give them UBI of $500 monthly, create social business entities, group them together for bigger loans and register offshore to run tax like the rich did legally, easily 50% of all world problems solved in a year!",

Even in US where democracy turn into a vote on unpopularity for presidential election. Singapore had been criticise as being a dictaorship even thou it had a democratic election because it had less freedom that majority people don't mind giving up for security and prosperity. Today US is talk about being Divided States of America after being one of the democratic society. China communist style thou still need improvement in human rights issue but managed to bring millions out of poverty no one can deny. Socialism causing welfare bankruptcy is no fault of the system but of politicians using it to buy vote where free stuffs get over paid in unsustainable policies. Now it reach the max and tried use basic income to solve the issue once and for all with another good policy tool but poorly planned system to gain new votes. I advocate for a global universal system -GUS that have a social business component that can give lifetime UBI with a innovative new lifetime loan scheme. The UBI will be used to provide better housing,food education, medical that is falling in current situation and will not required funding from any government that is so much rejected in any proposal to increase tax to fund it. The properties and social business will be collateral to the loan that any funder will  accept with 100% guaranteed repayment and since the loan look use average lifespan and BI+any current wages or salary, it will make many unqualified loan applicants qualified at a much lower interest rate. Plus those above 60+ will also have access to restart their life if they fail in business or get retrench due to age and many are expected to live to 90 or 100 years old given today medical advancement.  \n\nThe GiveDrectly experiment is to be commended for working out the reasons in improvement in third world with UBI. But at the same time the amount they used in not even 10% of the UBI discussed in the developed countries.       "body": "16 Create the best government that can be replicated anywhere in the world.\n16.1 I see no real 100% democracy even in 2016 today. Every countries running by any particular system is imperfect and yet we will only enlarge the cons of each other and cover the logical reasoning and methods available that today is easily implementable with the level of technology we had. All for the gains of 1%. The focus on political power and economy using legislation in laws are forever one step behind to ensure the advantage of minority over the majority.\n16.2 The China issue is not so much about democracy/human rights but how much can they had improved till today in such a short time and their current system is proven to be right for this country. Yes. freedom, media control, human rights issue, corruption, injustice are still prevailing but until the rest of the world can stop trading with them or willing to send army in to take over then its pointless to keep talking but rather try and change them faster for the better.\n16.3 Democracy had started on a stage of one people one vote in the west and let the majority of people decide. We had set legal age limit on when you can vote through logical reasoning but yet failed to move to next stage when our evolution required a more responsive, rational democratic system. It will need to take into considerations of factors like age ( why a first time voter young man had same voting right as a 70 grandfather contributing.), qualification(professional of all fields can have their own associations or NGOs globally and yet experts view are so minimized and influenced so great greatly by political parties or corporations. We are fast to create profits with bad products and services but take how long to stop or control them (tobacco, bacon and ham and now wifi) Always selling to the poorly informed common people for our convenience of quick profit.\n16.4 The format of using western developed countries as a model that they are the current best should not be defined 10/10 but rather what else in term of possibility of IT we use to enhance as the correct perfect score. Then this will also bring the developing nations to accelerate faster for improvements. Eg laws should be enforced using all available statistic on a dashboard to put into stricter punishment when certain crime reach certain level and decrease accordingly if necessary (low possibility again as our population increase worldwide only increase crime rate with more criminals of all kinds).eg Even traffic fines should be based on % of income reported or assets instead of fixed amount that is so unfair to the poor and won't hinder the rich behaviour.\n\n16.5 The main cons of democracy is that 1. as long majority of people allowed, there is few mechanism to stop our current system from implementing new rules that are totally wrong morally, logically or rationally. There need to be same counter force to prevent wrong judgement. The scale of moral and populism must be managed evenly. 2. the term of 2-5 year of any election is too long to wait for next better option and too hard to bring them any elected ones. Look at the poll figures for any person in elected position for any countries in this century and you realized how hard is it to name one person who exit on non-popularity issue. So what incentive is there to be good man all the way when we can have restrictive terms on reasonable doubts to rotate officers but public can't even rate them properly to bring them down fast enough when required based on few bad decisions. We can have millions of transactions daily trading in miliiseconds and yet don't even have people based KPIs rating on all government servants like the rating on bank clerk or Mac cashier with a smiley or grumpy face? Even S & P or Moody standards are what we supposed to be paid by govt and yet till the day banks crushes the rating is still good as even for they are paid by their big bank customers.\n16.6 The fault lines of democracy are so clear cut and yet logical reasoning on simple problems that explode into headlines will take years to solve. IT will need be used intensively to help people manage the government errors that results in huge monetary and environmental losses to the people. We are still living in the world where in any countries there is no index to know exactly how many people are there alive, gonna be dead or given birth soon. People are missing in Flight like MH370 and Harry porter name can even come out in the Panama Paper. These solutions won't need scientist to come out with and preventive step can easily be written and modified by experts, but never instant to implement. Justice will never come fast enough and might even take forever while crime take only seconds to commit. Protest and riots are too slow or even easily suppress to make real impact. The level of colluding by govts on a level never will be open to public unless wikileak happen is what we can wish for now. Therefore any fight of democracy, human rights, justice, transparency, climate, animal rights etc are all only tools to bring either left, right or center party in any government down but they all have certain level constraints here or there to individuals. The participation rate of any voting that is so hard to reach the 2/3 or 3/4 level is indications of how dishearten people are really. Life goes on when good and bad event is still 50/50 in any country. The chance any of us get kill in school or by police in US or by China government is the same. I'm lucky to be born in one of those country singapore that neither will EVER happen. Privilege only for 5m and rich ones who can migrate here and yet restricted by sovereignty when choosing a leader to lead by example elsewhere. Case of so successful on international scale and yet silence on global issues to avoid earning the irks of trading partners.       "body": "A “basic income” is a general income unconditionally granted to all, without any means test or requirement to work. It is an individual entitlement with no strings attached.\n\nIn GUS there will be means test and requirement to work as broadly defined if required subject to different environment.  The time to waste on productivity or feeding the lazy arguments can be countered with a meritocracy policies to convince the mass public.  There is no country in the world that is 100% without laws, regulations or policies. Any sane man want to argue that its an infringement of 100% freedom and human rights will be out of mind. Every place need a governing body to set the rules for peaceful social interaction in peaceful manners and therefore the unconditional UBI always in discussion is really only for dreamers that believe all human being are born good, will work productively by self and will never cause harm or take advantage of another beings. The facts and figures on crime rate despite what our current system created is proof to counter this or individuals can be easily identified in any part of the communities to be unproductive as defined. \n\nMeritocracy will be replacing unconditional under GUS as more effective and convincing system.\n\nAs for the 'universal' definition, as long as the biggest membership organization UN representing the majority country is unable to come up with an UBI globally for all from birth equally, its only fake universal that treat people unequally from different regions or countries as they deem fit to solve the domestic overblown social budget at hand only. Either excuse to raise tax as major source of funding UBI or as means to reduce minimum wages/ salaries ceiling that will benefit corporations further.  Refer to www.globalbasicincome.org for my concept of UBI, but not on the unconditional definition.\n\nThe UBI should be changed to domestic or local basic income instead as it only address a country basic income, not globally. No organization yet to discuss how a higher UBI in one country higher /lower over another really address the issue of equality from birth. Therefore GUS will calculate UBI for everyone alive from birth and set a basic living standard that guarantee shelter, food and education foremost.\n\nGUS will start off as fully 100% users registered owned in future of any corporations or organizations it may need to create and be 100% open for accountable and transparent as possible for public scrutiny. The objective to set benchmark policies and rules over current world standard in place will be an ongoing drive. Democratic voting over secured blockchain platform eg dash.org or theDAOhub.org will be in place to govern the system running in proper best available structures. There will not be hidden operations under the clauses of confidentiality, trade secrets or legal loopholes to make extra profit for any individuals or partners.",

      "body": "GUS will have KPIs on morality of every users and management measured based on Virtue, Prudence, justice, and beneficence as certify by users themselves in creating the reputation index when selecting committee members or put people in power positions democratically. Every decisions made or actions can be reflected and graded under a platform open for public scrutiny free and openly. No longer do we need to only choose for people who are best in the climb of power leader to get voted but failed badly in all other aspects (Trump vs Hillary).\n\nIn all developed nations the basic structure support the public will never fail as shown in the case of Spain which go on living (even better)without a government for months. The commercial world is best in setting all sort of KPIs and methods of governance yet not seen much in public governmental bodies. The shift of this century will be measurement in moral and ethics in figures. If we can do so with psychology test on work attitude etc, the same can be done too on moralities and ethics instead of depending on news that frequently can't be measured numerically. Vote or poll will determine the weight of issues and support under GUS more clearly.  \n\nCorporations are able to choose HR from the lowest cost pool of talent eg IT programmers from India, as the education quality of degrees are narrowing to replace higher cost local workforce. No one is indispensable in work now with ready pool of replacement ready and cheaper daily as MNCs and SMEs alike look for lower labor cost across borders easily to run their SOPs in profit maximization. The uncertainty faced by the middle and low income alike with automation and AI replacing their jobs and thereby affecting the livelihood are real but over stated.
