I didn’t think it was my fault but criticize others.\n\nMy father gave me 3 sentences to help me in life.\n\nOne day, my father cooked 2 bowls of noodles put the 2 bowls on the table. One bowl has one egg on top and the other bowl does not have any egg on top. He said ”My child. You choose. Which bowl do u want”. Eggs were hard to come by those days! Only get to eat eggs during festivals or New Year. Of Cos I chose the bowl with egg! As we started eating. I was congratulating myself on my wise choice/decision and wallop up the egg. Then to my surprise as my father ate his noodles, there were TWO eggs at the bottom of his bowl beneath the noodes! I regretted so much! And scolded myself for being too hasty in my decision. My father smiled and sad to me, ”My child. You must remember what your eyes see may not be true. If u intent on taking advantage of people, u will end up losing!”\n\nThe next day, my father again cooked 2 bowls of noodles: one bowl with an egg on top and the other bowl with no egg on top. Again, he put the two bowls on the table and said to me, ”My child. You choose. Which bowl do u want?” This time I am smarter. I chose the bowl without any egg on top. To my surprise, as I separated the noodles on top, there was not even a single egg at the bottom of the bowl! Again my father smiled and said to me, ”My child, you must not always rely on experiences cos sometimes, life can cheat u or play tricks on u. But u must not be too annoyed or sad, just treat this as learning a lesson .You cannot Learn this from textbooks.\n\nThe third day, my father again cooked 2 bowls of noodles, again one bowl with an egg on top and the other bowl with no egg on top. He put the 2 bowls on the table and again said to me, ”My child. You choose. Which bowl do u want?”. This time, I told my father, ”Dad, u choose first. You are the head of the family and contributed the most to the family. ”My father did not decline and chose the bowl with one egg on top. As I eat my bowl of noodles, Sure in my heart that there is no egg inside the bowl. To my surprise! We didn't have iodised salt! We all must switch to Rock Salt. What is bad for hypertension is iodized salt, which is fake. It is made up of only 3 synthetic chemicals, sodium, chloride, iodine. It does not melt in water, does not melt in the body, does not melt in the kidneys, gives kidney stones, and raises blood pressure. However, it is the salt favoured by the drug-based doctors who say it is very clean and sanitary, pointing to how white it is and how it glistens like diamonds. Fake salt is man-made in a factory.\n \nTrue salt, which comes from the sea and dried under the sun and commonly called rock salt, has 72 natural minerals including natural sodium, chloride, and iodine. It melts in water, melts in your body, melts in the kidneys, does not give kidney stones, and best of all, brings down blood pressure and stops/prevents  muscle cramps, numbness, tingling.  If you get muscle cramps in the lower legs at night, just take a half teaspoon of rock salt and a glass of water, and the cramps with its horrific pain will be gone in 5 minutes.\n \nA woman who had a BP of 240/140 and was visited at 10:30 pm by a doctor said it was a matter of \"life and death\" because the high BP was already giving her a crushing headache, especially the back of her head. She could not walk up the 6 shallow steps to her porch. Two men had to help her, one on each side, in addition to the cane that she needed to prop herself up. She was muscle tested and found to have a BP of 240/140 with crushing pain in her head, her body's water content was only 6% (normal is 75%), salt content was zero, potassium was 96% deficient, and cardiac output (blood flow from the heart) was only 40% (normal is 100%).\n \nSo the blood supply to the head was 60% deficient. The doctor gave her a 6\" long green chilli (hot pepper), 1 raw ripe Saba banana, 1/2 teaspoon of rock salt and 3 8-oz glasses of tap water.\n \nThe chilli was to normalize cardiac output and shoot blood to the head, the saba banana was for the potassium deficiency and to have food in the stomach because pepper will give a stomach ache if the stomach is empty, and the rock salt and the water were the first aid for her severe dehydration which was causing her arteries to be dry and stiff and her blood to be thick and sticky, because she was dehydrated.\n \nAfter 5 minutes, she said, \"The pain in my head is gone.\" He took her BP, it was 115/75, and cardiac output was up to 100%. She walked out of the house to her car without the men helping her and without the cane.\n \nShe has been taking 2.5 teaspoons of rock salt, 15 glasses of water, 6 Saba bananas and 3 of the long pepper daily since then (beginning September 2009), and her BP and cardiac output have been normal since then.\n \nWhy salt? Because without salt the body cannot retain water no matter how much water is drunk. You will still be dehydrated because you will just keep urinating and sweating the water out.\n \nThis is not an isolated case. When BP is rising high but there is little or no headache but there is stiffness of shoulder and neck muscles, all you need to normalize the BP and remove the stiffness and the pain in 5 minutes is 1/2 teaspoon of rock salt and 3 glasses of water. If there is crushing pain in the head, it means blood supply to the head is lacking, and you will need the chilli to normalize it and shoot blood to the head and remove the extreme pain.\n \nPLEASE SHARE.
