      "body": "Hola comunidad steemit,  mi nombre es: Fabiana Colina,  tengo 29 años de edad, y hoy comienzo mi #viaje por esta plataforma,  vivo en #Venezuela, junto con mi familia: esposo e hija de 3 años, estudié comunicación social/publicidad y relaciones públicas, pero debo aclarar que nunca ejercí esta carrera, me interesó en su momento estudiarla pero a medida que transcurría el tiempo el interés fue disminuyendo, en primer plano porque mi personalidad no estaba para nada ligada a la profesión, soy una persona tímida, muy tímida para hablar en publico de igual modo terminé la carrera y obtuve mi título como licenciada, fue una etapa muy linda que agradezco al universo porque a pesar de todo; hice amistades, aprendí muchas cosas que luego pude poner en práctica y sacarle provecho. \n\n![IMG_1432.jpg](https://cdn.steemitimages.com/DQmenGo7nqW1JvbsN7uLfJoUqFq2yhxqyhXDe9WeYnsrzic/IMG_1432.jpg)\n\nDigamos que en este momento soy mamá a tiempo completo, me encanta cocinar comida saludable, desde hace varios años adopte este estilo de vida y aunque a veces abandone por raticos no puedo separarme por completo de el, me encanta hacer actividad física, me llena de ánimo,  de energía, y me motiva, la actividad física mas allá de lo que hace con tu aspecto físico te da vida, te llena de salud, no se si me explico, te permite drenar cuando estas pasando por situaciones incómodas, celebrar cuando has alcanzado un logro, es algo que puedes hacer para sentirte bien contigo mismo, y es por eso que me encanta y disfruto. Si hay personas como yo en esta comunidad podríamos compartirnos tips culinarios incluso. No soy chef ni entrenador personal, así que no soy profesional, pero podría ayudar a otras personas que están comenzando en esto con las cosas que a mi me han funcionado. Conocí esta plataforma gracias a a mi prima @anailuj1992.",
