      "title": "Tuning into Feeling 10 - Tips on Tuning into Your Soul!",
      "body": "<html>\n<p>Well today we have come to the last article in this tutorial series, so I do hope you have enjoyed reading this series and are feeling more in tune with your soul and intuition now than you were before you started this course!</p>\n<p>Today I'm going to go over some of the most important aspects about Tuning into Your Soul and things that can stop you from feeling this connection.</p>\n<p><img src=\"https://s19.postimg.org/sv0xpo83n/spiritual-1783943_1280.jpg\" width=\"1280\" height=\"720\"/></p>\n<h2>Blocks to Feeling Your Soul</h2>\n<p>The first thing that can block you from feeling your soul is mind chatter!</p>\n<h3>Mind Chatter</h3>\n<p>We have chatted about this on and off during this course, and I have shared my Free Audio with you to use to quieten your mind before starting to tune in.</p>\n<p>We have three main energy centres housed in our physical bodies that all need to be open and working in harmony with each other.</p>\n<p>Our mind can be very disruptive to the whole 'feeling and tuning in' process if it is busy. You might have thoughts about work or something that is on your mind there in the background that is distracting you from noticing your feelings, or you might have negative mind chatter that is actually putting down and working against you desire to tune in and feel.</p>\n<p>Thoughts such as:</p>\n<ul>\n  <li>This is ridiculous and is never going to work</li>\n  <li>Logic and thoughts are what counts</li>\n  <li>Feelings are sissyish and not reliable</li>\n  <li>You can't trust feelings</li>\n</ul>\n<p>are all negative beliefs that are working against you. They could be beliefs of people you know that are popping up or they could be coming from your sub-conscious, so working to silence these and feel peace before you start to tune in is really important.</p>\n<h3>Energy Work</h3>\n<p>If I have done a lot of energy work and can feel lots of energy leaving and going then I will find it harder to tune in, because the energy that is closest to me at that time, is the leaving energy so that is what I'm feeling, which is not my energy, or my guidance and so is not going to give me the correct Divine answers.</p>\n<h3>Crowds and Busy Places</h3>\n<p>Spending in close proximity of other people will also affect what we are feeling, so we need to work on clearing all this energy away before we can tune in and feel our own energy.</p>\n<p>For example, if you have a bad day at work, you are likely to bring that 'bad day attitude' home unless you make a conscious effort to let it all go before you arrive home.</p>\n<p>You can go for a walk in a park and take some deep breaths and let it go, listen to my audio to feel some peace or work it out with some physical exercise. Mulling it over and chuntering about it all the way home is not going magnifying so the first person you see when you get might well get an earful!</p>\n<h2>Soul Barriers</h2>\n<p>Once we have sorted out the busy mind issues, another block can be soul barriers. What is a soul barrier, you might be wondering?</p>\n<p><img src=\"https://s19.postimg.org/y9mzle5ir/connecting-soul3_1024x1024.jpg\" width=\"640\" height=\"640\"/></p>\n<p>A soul barrier is any energy that is blocking you feeling your soul, so this could be false beliefs or other invisible energies that are creating a block in some way. This can be from this lifetime, but is often from past lifetimes.</p>\n<p>If you feel calm when you are connecting to your soul and if when discerning you're asking the simple yes / no questions but not feeling any sensations then this will point to soul barriers.</p>\n<p>The way to clear soul barriers is through <em>Releasing Energy Work</em>.</p>\n<h3>Releasing Energy Work</h3>\n<p>A broad description of Energy Releasing is a method of letting go of all the thoughts, feelings, emotions, beliefs and patterns that are not allowing us to be our True Inner Selves and living the life we desire.</p>\n<p>To release energy blocks we are calling in a higher energy to tell these unwanted energies to leave and go.</p>\n<p>I simple energy release can be:</p>\n<blockquote><strong>I ask Pure Source Energy / Universal Power to release all energies causing and creating soul barriers now.</strong></blockquote>\n<p>For this to be powerful and really work for you, you need to be able to flow some higher energy to this blocked energy for it to release and go. Only a higher energy will be able to do this, so if someone is feeling low, depressed, exhausted etc then they are in a low energy and won't have the high power to do effective releasing energy work for themselves.</p>\n<p>This is where Releasing Energy Audios can be so helpful, when the person who made the audio is in high energy and integrity then they are using their higher power to release the unwanted energies for you.</p>\n<p>After doing releasing energy work we need to clear the unwanted energies to source, this means make sure they don't hang around to come back in later!
