      "body": "**<h1>Hallo Ihr Steemians,</h1>**\n \nheute möchte ich hier mein erstes Rezept (👇) mit euch teilen und ich bin schon sehr gespannt wie ihr es finden werdet. 😊 Ich habe eine Süßkartoffelsuppe gemacht und dazu ein schönes Basisrezept geschrieben, das für euch auch noch viel Spielraum zum ausprobieren liefert. 😉\n\n![DSC_0199.jpg](https://steemitimages.com/DQmVo3jdjpE8JgzaQxURSSAbKrJzX6AY92ZAugJDv5XAV8e/DSC_0199.jpg)\n\nIch selbst halte mich eigentlich selten zu 100% an Rezepte, weil ich denke, dass jeder Mensch seinen ganz individuellen Geschmack hat und ich oft merke, dass mir bei einigen Rezepten etwas fehlt. 🤔 Das heißt nicht, dass die Rezepte nicht gut gemacht sind, sind sondern nur einfach nicht 100% meinem Geschmack entsprechen. Deshalb schreibe ich hier auch von einem \"Basisrezept\" weil ich denke, dass diese Suppe super vielseitig variiert werden kann, dennoch aber schon so wie sie ist sehr lecker schmeckt -angenehm leicht, süß, säuerlich und dezent mit einer leichten schärfe durch den Pfeffer.👌 Wer es allerdings saurer mag gibt gerne ein bisschen mehr Limette dazu. Wer es scharf mag kann gerne Cayenne Pfeffer oder Chili dazugeben. Natürlich gibt es noch viele weitere denkbare Möglichkeiten diese supe zu variieren. Also lasst euren Geschmacksbedürfnissen freien Lauf und lasst euch nicht durch Rezepte einschränken. And so it comes my individual taste is often telling me to \"pimp\" recipes to feel satisfied with a meal. 🤔 That's why I named this soup recipe a 'basic recipe', which I think itself is very delicious already- smooth, sweet & sour and a little spicy from the pepper.👌 But if you like it more sour, feel free to add some more lime juice. If you like it more spicy, add some cayenne or chili. Of course ther are a lot more possible combinations to vary this soup. So use this recipe as an inspiration but don't let a recipe limit your intuition and creativity. Add sweet potatos and apple cubes and fry on medium heat for 15 minutes until the sweet potato cubes turn slightly brown. Add the vegetable stock, close the pot with a lid and simmer for 20 minutes. If the sweet potato turns soft, puree altogether and add the coconut milk and lime juice afterwards. Add as much salt and pepper as you like.",
