But here is a quick guide where to start.</p>\n<p><strong>1) Enlarge your marketplace</strong></p>\n<p>I mentioned above that your blog is your marketplace. The larger your influence, the more money you are able to make.</p>\n<p>Blogs with less than 500 daily readers struggle with income. From my experience, you start seeing exciting results if your blog gets over 1k readers. Blogs with 10k+ daily readers are the big money many tools. Of course if they are well monetized.</p>\n<p>There are 3 main ways to grow your marketplace:</p>\n<ol>\n  <li><strong>Publish useful,shareable and SEO-friendly content</strong>. There is no way around it. If your content helps your readers solve their problems, they will share on social media, bringing many more readers. If your content is SEO-friendly, you get targeted traffic from search engines</li>\n  <li><strong>Tap into others markets.</strong> There are many other successful bloggers out there in your niche. Remember you cannot succeed as an island. Connect with like-minded bloggers through blog commenting and guest posting.</li>\n  <li><strong>Keep building an email list</strong>. One of the most interesting section of your marketplace is your email list. That's simply because you own it and you can tap into it any time. The larger your list, the bigger your marketplace.</li>\n</ol>\n<h2>Ways to make money legitimately</h2>\n<p>Now, as your marketplace grows, here are some few ways to legitimately make money blogging:</p>\n<blockquote><strong>1 - Affiliate marketing</strong></blockquote>\n<p>This is one of the oldest and the most exciting ways to make money with your blog. Affiliate marketing is not dead and it's not going anywhere. The tools used may change but the foundadtional principle remains.</p>\n<p>In affiliate marketing, you recommend products, make sales and get paid a commission.
