Han pasado más de 24 horas del anuncio de las medidas económicas para nuestro país, muchas dudas e inquietudes he recibido de miembros de nuestra comunidad emprendedora.\n\nEs cierto que las emociones gobiernan nuestro ser, es normal y aún más en escenarios de tanta ansiedad, pero en estos momentos lo prudente es *actuar con cautela y revisar números en frío*.\n\nPor naturaleza nuestros emprendimientos no cuentan con grandes inventarios de recursos, materia prima o productos terminados y cualquier mal paso puede descapitalizarnos; además, al ser ideas de negocios en vías de consolidación no todas poseen identidad jurídica, por lo que no tienen trabajadores registrados y seguramente no entrarán dentro del **confuso sistema de compensación de salarios señalado.**\n\nMuchos de los anuncios todavía deben ser publicados en gaceta oficial para su efectivo cumplimiento, sin embargo **hay espacios por donde comenzar a trabajar ¡YA!** Para atenuar el impacto de incertidumbre de estas primeras semanas... así que manos a la obra.\n\nMis recomendaciones como emprendedor son:\n\n1. _**Tengan claro la estructura de costos de cada producto o servicio que ofrecen**_, preferiblemente digital (particularmente uso excel). Siéntate YA a actualizar salarios de estas estructuras y tener una idea preliminar de lo que incide este factor en la oferta de todos tus productos. Y manténganse atentos a actualizar servicios, alquileres, condominio, materiales, consumibles, equipos, herramientas y otros de acuerdo lo vayan actualizando tus proveedores, mientras tanto atrévanse a realizar una proyección razonada de éstos.\n\n2. _**Actualizada tu estructura de costos, identifica tu Producto de Menor Incertidumbre (PMI)**_, o como lo veo yo, aquel producto que nos genera dinero y en el que porcentualmente el costo de mano de obra (valor conocido) es MAYOR que el de los desconocidos actualmente: materiales, consumibles, alquileres, equipos y herramientas (aún cuando se proyectaron siguen siendo inciertos).\n\n3. _**Cuantifiquen stock**_, sepan cuanto tienen de material y para cuanto le puede alcanzar según su producción promedio al cierre del viernes 17/08/2018. Realiza el mismo ejercicio para tu PMI.\n\n4. _**Si tu emprendimiento tiene dinero no lo dejes en el banco**_, adquiere de manera racional los insumos necesarios para completar stock y crear la mayor cantidad de tus productos o de tu PMI. Incluso usa el poder del endeudamiento (tarjeta de crédito, extracréditos, etc).\n\n5. _**Evalúa entre crear variedad de productos o solo crear tu PMI en estas semanas**_.\n\n6. _**Valora otras posibilidades de operatividad**_, algunos podrían optar por sacrificar ganancias sobre materiales y consumibles al ser aportados por el cliente y obtener los beneficios de la mano de obra y uso de equipos. Es un placer conectar con esta maravillosa red. Soy <strong>Ranse</strong>, administrador de la cuenta instagram <a href=\"https://www.instagram.com/anzoateguiemprende/\">Anzoategui Emprende</a>. Padre y Esposo por gracia de Dios, Ingeniero de profesión y Emprendedor por vocación. Durante muchos años trabajé en grandes obras en mi país, hasta que el año pasado dije no más, quise vivir mi sueño, buscar mi *propósito de vida* y adentrarme en el mundo del <strong>emprendimiento</strong>.\n\nNecesitaba pasar más tiempo con mis bebés, compartir eso que me estaba perdiendo: un abrazo en la mañana, llevarlos al cole, participar en su día a día. Por otra parte, la compleja y desafiante situación venezolana invitaba, y todavía invita, a buscar otras maneras del hacer, a explotar tus talentos para crear otras realidades espirituales, económica y sociales. Es eso o dejarse llevar por la toxicidad, por sentimientos que no contribuyen a la construcción.\n\n\nY fue así como realice un programa de capacitación para <strong>emprender en Emprered </strong>y me quede conectado con el Club de Emprendedores de mi ciudad, del cual soy ahora uno de los líderes. Mi primera idea de negocio (de momento un pasatiempo) se llama <strong><a href=\"https://www.instagram.com/mobilart_vzla/\">Mobilart</a></strong>, Arte en Concreto. Es un placer conectar con esta maravillosa red. Soy <strong>Ranse</strong>, administrador de la cuenta instagram <a href=\"https://www.instagram.com/anzoateguiemprende/\">Anzoategui Emprende</a>. Padre y Esposo por gracia de Dios, Ingeniero de profesión y Emprendedor por vocación. Durante muchos años trabajé en grandes obras en mi país, hasta que el año pasado dije no más, quise vivir mi sueño, buscar mi *propósito de vida* y adentrarme en el mundo del <strong>emprendimiento</strong>.\n\nNecesitaba pasar más tiempo con mis bebés, compartir eso que me estaba perdiendo: un abrazo en la mañana, llevarlos al cole, participar en su día a día. Por otra parte, la compleja y desafiante situación venezolana invitaba, y todavía invita, a buscar otras maneras del hacer, a explotar tus talentos para crear otras realidades espirituales, económica y sociales. Es eso o dejarse llevar por la toxicidad, por sentimientos que no contribuyen a la construcción.\n\n\nY fue así como realice un programa de capacitación para <strong>emprender en Emprered </strong>y me quede conectado con el Club de Emprendedores de mi ciudad, del cual soy ahora uno de los líderes. Mi primera idea de negocio (de momento un pasatiempo) se llama <strong><a href=\"https://www.instagram.com/mobilart_vzla/\">Mobilart</a></strong>, Arte en Concreto. Son elementos decorativos realizados en concreto.\n\n<center>https://mamapediatrica.files.wordpress.com/2018/08/mobilart.jpg</center>\n\nEstamos trabajando a fondo con <strong>El Club de Emprendedores</strong> y con <strong>Anzoátegui Emprende</strong>, un emprendimiento social que impulsa, promueve y aporta herramientas creativas e innovadoras al ecosistema venezolano.\n\nSomos una comunidad ganada a la idea de construir la Venezuela posible, una <strong>Venezuela productiva, próspera y solidaria a partir del talento creativo e innovador de los emprendedores venezolanos.</strong> Nuestro movimiento social tiene Clubes formados a lo largo ancho de toda Venezuela, desde donde se conecta el sol en la sucrense Guiria la Costa, hasta donde se le bajan los Braker más allá de Maracaibo en el Zulia.\n\n<center>https://mamapediatrica.files.wordpress.com/2018/08/clubs.jpg</center>\n\n\nEn paralelo mi esposa y yo estamos iniciando un viaje, un desafío prometedor, la certificación como *Coaches Ontológicos en Emprendimiento e Innovación*, soy un terco empeñado en ayudar a la transformación necesaria para la profesionalización de nuestros emprendedores.
