      "body": "মোবাইল বা ইন্টারনেটে ব্রাউজিং করার সময় আচমকা আপত্তিকর বা বাজে ভিডিও বা বিজ্ঞাপন চলে আসা অত্যন্ত বিরক্তিকর এবং বিব্রতকর। বিশেষ করে শিশুদের হাতে মোবাইল থাকলে এটি আরও চিন্তার বিষয় হয়ে দাঁড়ায়। আজকের এই পোস্টে আমরা জানবো কিভাবে মাত্র কয়েকটি সহজ সেটিংস পরিবর্তন করে আপনি আপনার মোবাইল থেকে বাজে ভিডিও বা অ্যাডাল্ট কন্টেন্ট আসা বন্ধ করতে পারেন।\n\n\n![image.png](https://cdn.steemitimages.com/DQmNxpewD1UD1TZdwKYKV7bgFCHVEvn6ADtWauWzNfzFksW/image.png)\n\n\n৫/১) গুগল ক্রোম ব্রাউজারে সেফ সার্চ (SafeSearch) চালু করুন\n\nআমরা সাধারণত গুগলেই সব সার্চ করি। গুগলের মাধ্যমে বাজে রেজাল্ট আসা বন্ধ করতে সেফ সার্চ ফিচারটি দারুণ কার্যকর। প্রথমে আপনার ব্রাউজারে গিয়ে (www.google.com/search?q=google.com) লিখুন। পাশে থাকা Settings থেকে Search Settings-এ যান। সেখানে SafeSearch অপশনটি খুঁজে বের করুন এবং Filter বা Hide explicit results অন করে দিন।\n\n\n\n\n\n৫/২) ইউটিউব রেস্ট্রিক্টেড মোড (Restricted Mode) ব্যবহার করুন\n\nইউটিউবের হোমপেজে অনেক সময় আজেবাজে Strapless বা ভিডিও শো করে। এটি বন্ধ করতে। ইউটিউব অ্যাপের Settings এ যান। General অপশনে ক্লিক করুন। নিচে স্ক্রল করে Restricted Mode অপশনটি অন (Blue) করে দিন। এটি অন করলে ইউটিউব স্বয়ংক্রিয়ভাবে সম্ভাব্য আপত্তিকর ভিডিওগুলো ফিল্টার করবে।\n\n৫/৩) ফেসবুক ফিড কন্ট্রোল (Sensitive Content Filter)\n\nফেসবুকে ভিডিও স্ক্রল করার সময় হুটহাট বাজে ভিডিও আসা বন্ধ করতে ফেসবুকের Settings & Privacy-তে যান। News Feed অপশনে ক্লিক করুন। Reduce বাটনে ট্যাপ করে Sensitive Content সিলেক্ট করুন। সেখান থেকে Reduce more অপশনটি চালু করুন।\n\n৫/৪) প্রাইভেট ডিএনএস (Private DNS) ব্যবহার করুন (সবচেয়ে কার্যকর)\n\nএটি এমন একটি উপায় যা আপনার ফোনের সব অ্যাপ এবং ব্রাউজার থেকে বাজে সাইটগুলো ব্লক করে দেবে। ফোনের Settings-এ যান। সার্চ বারে টাইপ করুন Private DNS। Private DNS অপশনে গিয়ে 'Manual' বা 'Private DNS provider hostname' সিলেক্ট করুন। সেখানে লিখুন: family-filter-dns.cleanbrowsing.org।  তারপর Save করুন।\n\n\n\n\n\n৫/৫) প্লে-স্টোর থেকে প্যারেন্টাল কন্ট্রোল অ্যাপ ব্যবহার\n\nআপনার সন্তান যদি মোবাইল ব্যবহার করে, তবে গুগল প্লে-স্টোর থেকে Google Family Link বা BlockerX এর মতো অ্যাপ ব্যবহার করতে পারেন। এগুলো শুধু বাজে ভিডিওই নয়, বরং নির্দিষ্ট কিছু সাইট বা অ্যাপও লক করে রাখতে সাহায্য করে।\n\n\n\nইন্টারনেট একটি বিশাল জগত, যেখানে ভালো-মন্দ সব আছে। তবে উপরের সেটিংসগুলো সঠিকভাবে অনুসরণ করলে আপনি আপনার মোবাইলকে প্রায় ১০০% নিরাপদ রাখতে পারবেন। প্রযুক্তির সঠিক ব্যবহার নিশ্চিত করতে আজই আপনার ফোনের এই সেটিংসগুলো চেক করে নিন।\n\nমোবাইলে এই Settings করে রাখলে সর্বোচ্চ পরিমান আজে বাজে বিজ্ঞাপন ও বাজে ভিডিও আসা বন্ধ হয়ে যাবে। নৈতিক ও ব্যাক্তিগত অবক্ষয় রোধ করতে ও আপনার সন্তানকে পরিচ্ছন্ন ইন্টারনেট সেবা পেওদান করতে হলে প্রত্যেকের মোবাইলে এই গুরুত্বপূর্ণ Settings করে রাখা দরকার। তাই পোস্টটি বেশি বেশি শেয়ার করবেন।",

Cocoa—in particular, the flavones it delivers to the body—can help decrease blood pressure and reduce arterial stiffness as much as some blood pressure medications.\n\n#What This Heart-Health Study Found\nFlavanols are a type of antioxidant found in kale, red wine, berries, tomatoes and more, as well as chocolate. In previous research, cocoa flavanols have been linked to blood pressure benefits, but only within controlled clinical settings. So for this small study, English researchers tapped 11 healthy participants to test their theory of cocoa's impact on blood pressure in real-world settings.\n\n\"High blood pressure and arterial stiffness can increase a person's risk of heart disease and strokes, so it is crucial that we investigate innovative ways to treat such conditions. Before we even consider introducing cocoa into clinical practices, we need to test if the results previously reported in laboratory settings safely translate into real-world settings, with people going about their everyday lives,\" Christian Heiss, a professor of cardiovascular medicine at the University of Surrey, tells University of Surrey News.\n\nOver the course of eight days, each study participant consumed six cocoa flavanol capsules one day, then six placebo capsules the next, alternating days throughout the study. They tracked blood pressure via an upper arm monitor, and tracked arterial stiffness using a finger clip that measured a biometric called \"pulse wave velocity,\" or PWV. The scientists asked each person to measure their blood pressure and PWV at three times:\n\nBefore consuming the capsules\nEvery 30 minutes for the first three hours post-capsule\nEvery 60 minutes for the next nine hours\nRelated: 5 Sneaky Reasons Your Blood Pressure Is High, According to a Dietitian\n\nBlood pressure and arterial stiffness levels decreased among those who started the day with higher blood pressure, but there was no effect on those who had low blood pressure in the morning before they popped their pill. Among those for whom it did move the needle, however, the scientists discovered a fascinating detail: The blood pressure and arterial stiffness improvements were still seen eight hours after the cocoa was consumed. They guess that this second peak in blood pressure benefits (after the first noted benefit about three hours after consumption) might be due to how good bacteria in the gut metabolize the flavanols in cocoa.\n\n\"The positive impact cocoa flavanols have on our cardiovascular system, in particular, blood vessel function and blood pressure, is undeniable. Doctors often fear that some blood pressure tablets can decrease the blood pressure too much on some days,\" Heiss says, explaining why cocoa might be a potential first course of treatment for people who have mild hypertension. \"What we have found indicates that cocoa flavanols only decrease blood pressure if it is elevated. Plus, as with any study, this shouldn't be a replacement for a conversation with your primary care doctor if you notice your blood pressure readings are high.
