      "body": "¡Hola! Comunidad de steemit Venezuela, primero que nada, gracias por está comunidad. Este será mi primera participación en un reto, estoy emociónada. \n\nCuando yo era niña, solo me gustaba la TV, jugaba poco afuera, nunca he sido ya desde niña de muchos amigos, me gustaba estar sola. Amaba las películas, eso era lo que más llamaba mi atención. \n\nCon el tiempo me fui dando cuenta que pasaba mucho tiempo con películas y series. Para cuando cumplí 15 años en un verano dóndei familia no viajo descubrí la lectura. Comencé con Don quijote de la Mancha para niños, una versión más corta. \n\nRealmente me fascinó, jamás había sentido esa sensación de calma y amor, me parecía a mí, estar viendo una película. Me enganche de inmediato a partir de allí ya no pude parar, comencé a leer con ahínco, con ganas. \n\nAhora tengo 25 años y una librería gigante ellos mis libros son mis tesoros, me pierdo en sus hojas, en su olor a viejo, en su apariencia intelectual.       "body": "¡Hola! Comunidad de steemit Venezuela, primero que nada, gracias por está comunidad. Este será mi primera participación en un reto, estoy emociónada. \n\nCuando yo era niña, solo me gustaba la TV, jugaba poco afuera, nunca he sido ya desde niña de muchos amigos, me gustaba estar sola. Amaba las películas, eso era lo que más llamaba mi atención. \n\nCon el tiempo me fui dando cuenta que pasaba mucho tiempo con películas y series. Para cuando cumplí 15 años en un verano dóndei familia no viajo descubrí la lectura. Comencé con Don quijote de la Mancha para niños, una versión más corta. \n\nRealmente me fascinó, jamás había sentido esa sensación de calma y amor, me parecía a mí, estar viendo una película. Me enganche de inmediato a partir de allí ya no pude parar, comencé a leer con ahínco, con ganas. \n\nAhora tengo 25 años y una librería gigante ellos mis libros son mis tesoros, me pierdo en sus hojas, en su olor a viejo, en su apariencia intelectual.       "body": "Me desapareci pero aquí estoy de nuevo y creo que con más ganas. Iba a publicar primero aquí que en cualquier otro lado pero no encontraba la contraseña 😂 \nEste fin de semana fue movido y creo que cometí otra vez el error de no prepararme para el lunes, aunque me acabo de dar cuenta que es un error, que eso es lo que me hace sentirme perdida y no rendir en el día. \nNo fue el fin de semana horrible que piensan, en realidad fue genial de mucho aprendizaje. \nFui al Ávila con unos amigos, unos amigos hermosos con una tranquilidad y paz que deseas no salir de allí nunca. \nY allí en ese momento me di cuenta que debemos rodearnos de esas personas más amenudo. \nVeo a todo el mundo diciendo siempre el que no sume que no reste y cosas por el estilo pero nadie habla de si esa persona que resta es tu amigo o tu pareja o tu propia familia. \n\n![IMG_20210517_120413_990.jpg](https://cdn.steemitimages.com/DQmWowaREK5Bd5hsKeLJXy87rQXd7FzgQUQGEfjaWqdHKTd/IMG_20210517_120413_990.jpg)\n\nYo tomé acción hace años con mi familia, me aleje, estoy tomando acción con unos amigos, me estoy abriendo mi paso. Y no quiere decir hacer sentir mal a los demás, quiere decir que verás por ti y no dejarás que su resentimiento, odio, envidia te afecte. \nAllá arriba en nuestro Ávila mientras el agua corría por mi cuerpo me di cuenta que ya no tengo espacio en la vida para gente así.       "body": "No soy una persona madrugadora, pero tampoco duermo en exceso, no me levanto a las 5 AM pero tampoco me levanto a las 10 de la mañana, y eso me hace sentir en un limbo horrible. Porque si me gustan las mañanas, tomarme un cafecito, el sol de las mañanas tan acogedor, y como todo está en perfecta calma y sintonía además de que el tiempo te alcanza para todo. \n\nDesde hace un año y medio más o menos me propuse tener unos nuevos hábitos para llegar a ser una versión más alineada con mi ser interior. Levantarme temprano está en esa lista de hábitos, sin embargo se me estaba haciendo cuesta arriba, estaba desanimada, triste, apagada, y levantarme temprano era todo un reto y me martillaba la cabeza todos los días, como no te levantaste temprano? Ahora mira se te acumuló todo etc. Les quiero contar que ya llevo 3 días levantándome tempranito, y es una maravilla, me da tiempo de meditar, de desayunar en paz, tomar agua en ayuno, de todo. \n\nHoy les quiero dejar unos tips para esas personas que como yo, quieren crear este nuevo hábito. \n1.- Deja el teléfono y las pantallas 30 minutos antes de acostarte, estamos expuestos a tanta información todos los días que nuestro cerebro no descansa porque siente que debe estar siempre activo. \n2.- Crea un ambiente propicio para el descanso, apaga las luces, hasta las más mínimas, cierra tus cortinas o persianas y relájate. \n3.- Deja todo organizado para que tu cerebro se tranquilice, la ropa que te pondrás, el almuerzo, o escribe tus pendientes para que sepas que tienes que hacer y saques de tu cerebro esa información. \n4.- Duerme tus 8 horas. \n\nLa idea es disfrutar de las mañanas, para que no se me vuelva fastidioso yo me dedico a tomar fotos en las mañanas del camino o algo que me guste. Les dejo algunas. Now look, everything has accumulated, etc. I want to tell you that I have been getting up early for 3 days, and it is wonderful, it gives me time to meditate, have breakfast in peace, drink water while fasting, everything.\n\nToday I want to leave you some tips for those people who, like me, want to create this new habit.\n1.- Leave the phone and the screens 30 minutes before going to bed, we are exposed to so much information every day that our brain does not rest because it feels that it must always be active.\n2.- Create an environment conducive to rest, turn off the lights, even the smallest ones, close your curtains or blinds and relax.\n3.- Leave everything organized so that your brain calms down, the clothes you will wear, lunch, or write your earrings so that you know what you have to do and get that information out of your brain.\n4.- Sleep your 8 hours.\n\nThe idea is to enjoy the mornings, so that it does not become annoying for me, I dedicate myself to taking photos in the mornings of the road or something that I like.
