| title | Ice Cream Cheesecake :D :P!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! |
| body | Ingredients to prepare the chocolate-based ice cream cheesecake - four bars of cream cheese (at room temperature) - 1 1/2 liter of whipping cream - two shots of lemon juice - a cup of icing sugar - two teaspoons of vanilla extract - a mold desmoldable - forty oreo cookies without filling - a cup of strawberries - 1/2 cup of milk Preparation of ice cream cheesecake with chocolate base: The first thing you should do is grind the cookies in a blender until they are powdery, without lumps. In a bowl, sprinkle the biscuit powder, add the milk, mix well and knead until it has a solid consistency. In another bowl, add cream cheese, lemon, vanilla, half of the icing sugar and beat very well, until no lumps are visible. In another bowl, add the cream to beat and beat for 15 minutes, until it doubles its size and looks thick. Add the remaining glass sugar and beat for one minute. Cover the bottom and walls of the mold with the cookie dough, until a layer of 1/2 cm thick is obtained and cut by the edge, to leave it as even as possible. Add the cheese mixture to the whipped cream mixture and beat very well, very carefully. Empty the mixture in the mold and flatten little by little to avoid bubbles. Freeze for five hours, carefully shake and let stand for 15 minutes at room temperature. Cut the strawberries and decorate. |

| title | Are they on the verge of extinction? |
| body | Tree Kangaroo: These graceful marsupials inhabit the rainforests of New Guinea and how their name indicates they are relatives of the kangaroos. Unfortunately hunting and deforestation has reduced a paltry 1% of its original population. Osprey: These towering birds inhabit Everest, the Himalayas and other mountainous regions of Europe and Asia. In the last century the bearded vultures have been practically exterminated for fear of attacking lambs and children in the area. WWF currently estimates that there are only 10,000 copies left. Ajolote: Also known as the Mexican salamander, this cheerful amphibian can be found in several lakes in Central America, including Lake Xochimilco in Mexico City. Since 2010 its population has declined alarmingly and was classified as at risk of extinction. During the development of a study in 2013, no wild axolotl could be found. Saiga Tatarica: The Saiga is a mammal belonging to the antelope family that lives in the steppes of Eurasia, including Zungaria and Mongolia. This incredible creature has a curious, extremely flexible "alien" nose that filters the dust raised in these arid climates. Hunting and loss of habitat has reduced its species to a few thousand copies. The Olm: The Olm is one of the few fully aquatic amphibians in the world, that is, it eats, sleeps and breeds underwater. It lived in dark caves in Central and Southeast Europe but pollution decimated its population. By living in complete darkness, the Olm has not developed the eyes and instead has an incredible sense of hearing and smell. (https://steemitimages.com/DQmY31wJwvSeDNcN4Xu8fXzVatVV81ySoSJD4Y9Hf2tJxnT/%C3%B1l.PNG) Flat nose monkey: These little primates can be found in Asia at the incredible altitude of 13,000 feet. This species of monkey "addicted to plastic surgery" is in danger of extinction due to deforestation. The Gavial of the Ganges. This curious crocodile typical of the fluvial systems of the Indian subcontinent is in serious danger of extinction due to hunting and it is estimated that its population is less than 235 individuals. His long and thin jaw makes him a great fisherman and can reach up to 6 meters in length and 160 kilos in weight. Nargus Monkey or Proboscis: This strange species of monkey can only be found on the Island of Borneo. The population of these primates has been reduced by 50% in the last 40 years as a result of deforestation. Irrawaddy dolphin: The Irrawaddy Dolphin is found in the coastal areas of South and Southeast Asia. They are known for their domed forehead and short beak that gives them a stranger look than their dolphin cousins. Recent studies estimate its population in only 77 individuals due to overfishing. Casco Seal: They are only found in small areas of the North Atlantic due to excessive hunting. These huge animals can weigh 400 kilos and measure 2.40 meters and are known to have on their head a nasal cavity that inflate and deflate if it feels threatened, to swim or to show hierarchy. Coconut crab: Considered a delicacy by some, coconut crabs are the largest arthropod in the world and can weigh up to 9 kilos. As its name suggests, this animal has specialized in climbing trees to collect coconuts that it then crushes with its powerful claws. They have recently begun to protect themselves in certain areas because overfishing has left them on the verge of extinction. Dugongo: The Dugongo is only one of the four species of marine cows and can be found from the Pacific Ocean to the east coast of Africa. Hunted for their flesh and oil these gigantic beings are in danger of extinction. Loris: In the plains of Horton in the region of Sri Lanka live the elusive Loris that has only been seen four times since 1937. Between the third and fourth sighting spent 63 years so this primate was believed extinct. His large eyes give him excellent night vision but they have also been his downfall as some communities believe that his flesh can take care of leprosy and his body protect from curses. The Pallas cat: In the meadows and steppes of Central Asia lives this little wild cat, its thick fur makes them look bigger than they really are. They are solitary animals that only emerge from their caves in the afternoon to start hunting. The degradation of their habitat is the main threat. |

| title | The cardinal bird :) |
| body | The Cardinal, also known as the red bird, is characterized by having a distinctive ridge and chest with a bright red color (although it can also be yellow in color). The cardinals received this name because the first found specimens presented the red plumage (cardinal of Virginia), the color of the clothes used by the religious cardinals. This bird of scientific name Cardinalis cardinalis, is the symbol of the North American state of Virginia and six other states, besides being also a symbol in other countries such as Mexico and Guatemala. characteristics The Cardinal can be found in the gardens of North America, in Mexico and Belize. It lives in arid and semi-arid zones, in mezquitales and low jungle. Cardinal is the common name given to several species of birds of small to medium size that are found throughout the Americas. The Cardinals measure between 20 and 23 cm and weigh from 42 to 48 gr. They are characterized by having a plume and chest of red color, although it can also be yellow. They have a powerful cone-shaped beak that is well adapted to their seed diet. The species presents sexual dimorphism (in almost all variants): the male has the red beak; the pointed crest and legs gray, is bright red, but more opaque in the upper parts. The Cardinal with the red plume, the yellow Cardinal, the Northern Cardinal and the Cardinal Pope are known. - Red-capped cardinal: This species, which is 17 to 18 cm in size, can be found in the northern part of South America, more specifically in Bolivia, Uruguay, Paraguay and Argentina. Just as the Cardinal pope, male and female do not present many differences. - Yellow Cardinal: is present in the Northeast region of Argentina, Brazil and Uruguay. They are birds that measure 18 to 20 cm, approximately, and whose main characteristic is the tranquility with which they live with their master. This male has a pretty nice song. The differentiation between males and females can be determined through the coloration, since the female presents less colors and more discrete spots on the head, and the males present yellow spots below the peak. -Cardenal norteño: it is distributed from Central America to Canada, and these specimens measure between 18 and 20 cm, approximately. The males have a brighter red color and the females are more brown. - Cardinal Pope: lives in the Northeast of Brazil, and can have 16 to 18 cm. In this species it is more complicated to distinguish males from females. Behavior The Cardinals are very calm and sociable birds, which coexist well with other birds, except at the time of gestation when they become more nervous and must be separated from other birds. They like spacious environments. This bird is recognizable by its strong and clear song, which can animate any house. When spring arrives you can hear its chant in the form of chirps or whistles, similar to the sounds that a flute emits. Cardinal females also sing, practically unusual in northern songbirds. These birds can often be seen in large flocks, and were once very popular as pets, but are currently classified as a species at potential extinction risk and are protected by conservation laws. Feeding The cardinal's diet consists of seeds, fruits, flowers and berries, occasionally insects and other invertebrates. As there is no special preparation for these birds, the owner can prepare a mixture. You can mix two parts of food for parakeets and one part of food for canaries. To this mixture you must add green foods, fruits, panizo or insects. During the breeding it is necessary to administer yolk of egg so that the little children grow more healthy. Reproduction The females and chicks are pardoamarillent, with touches of red on the crest, wings, tail and chest. The cardinals do not migrate. They have a resounding song, which is also produced by females, which is unusual in northern songbirds. They can be heard on the first sunny days of the end of winter. The nests are bulky and heavy, they build them with twigs, rootlets and strips of bark and cover them inside with grass and other finer materials. Care Cardinals are usually very selective about their partner. Thus, a good upbringing goes through choosing a good couple of cardinals. The laying is three to five eggs, which have a blue-green color with black spots. The incubation period of the eggs lasts from eleven to twelve days. The young need frequent care from their parents and are fed by their father with live insects. Its plumage grows during the first eight after birth. The Cardinals build their nest with coconut fibers and dry branches, on top of a bush. In captivity It is not recommended to raise the cardinals in a closed cage or birdhouse. These birds need a large place, with plenty of space for their movements and the presence of plant elements. Although special heating is not necessary, the housing must be protected from currents, especially in winter. It may be advisable to cover the floor of the housing with sand since these birds like to dig the ground to look for small insects. |

"body": "The Cardinal, also known as the red bird, is characterized by having a distinctive ridge and chest with a bright red color (although it can also be yellow in color). The cardinals received this name because the first found specimens presented the red plumage (cardinal of Virginia), the color of the clothes used by the religious cardinals. This bird of scientific name Cardinalis cardinalis, is the symbol of the North American state of Virginia and six other states, besides being also a symbol in other countries such as Mexico and Guatemala.\n\n\n\ncharacteristics\n\nThe Cardinal can be found in the gardens of North America, in Mexico and Belize. It lives in arid and semi-arid zones, in mezquitales and low jungle. Cardinal is the common name given to several species of birds of small to medium size that are found throughout the Americas.\n\nThe Cardinals measure between 20 and 23 cm and weigh from 42 to 48 gr. They are characterized by having a plume and chest of red color, although it can also be yellow. They have a powerful cone-shaped beak that is well adapted to their seed diet. The species presents sexual dimorphism (in almost all variants): the male has the red beak; the pointed crest and legs gray, is bright red, but more opaque in the upper parts.\n\nThe Cardinal with the red plume, the yellow Cardinal, the Northern Cardinal and the Cardinal Pope are known.\n\n- Red-capped cardinal: This species, which is 17 to 18 cm in size, can be found in the northern part of South America, more specifically in Bolivia, Uruguay, Paraguay and Argentina. | body | We continue with the story of Moisés if you did not see the previous chapters are on my blog :) Chapter 4 4 Then Moses answered, saying, Behold, they will not believe me, nor hear my voice; for they will say: Jehovah has not appeared to you. 2 And the Lord said, What is that in your hand? And he answered: A rod. 3 He said to him, Cast it on the ground. And he threw it on the ground, and it became a snake; and Moses fled from her. 4 Then the LORD said to Moses, Stretch out your hand, and take it by the tail. And he stretched out his hand, and took it, and it became a rod in his hand. 5 Therefore they will believe that the Lord has appeared to you, the God of your fathers, the God of Abraham, the God of Isaac, and the God of Jacob. 6 Jehovah also said to him, Now put your hand in your bosom. And he put his hand in her breast; and when he took it out, behold, his hand was as leprous as snow. 7 And he said, Put your hand back into your bosom. And he put his hand back into her breast; and when he took it out of the breast again, behold, it had become like the other flesh. 8 If it happens that they do not believe you and obey the voice of the first sign, they will believe the voice of the last. 9 And if they have not yet believed these two signs, and have not heard your voice, you shall take of the waters of the river and pour them into the ground; and those waters that you will take from the river will be changed and blood will be made in the earth. 10 Then Moses said to the LORD, "Oh, Lord! I have never been a man of easy words, neither before, nor since you speak to your servant; because I am slow in speech and clumsy in language. 11 And the LORD answered him, Who has made man's mouth? Or who made the mute and the deaf, the seeing and the blind? Am I not Jehovah? 12 Now therefore go, and I will be with your mouth, and I will show you what you shall speak. 13 And he said: Oh, Lord! send, I beg you, through which you must send. 14 Then the LORD was angry with Moses, and said, "Do not I know your brother Aaron, the Levite, and that he speaks well? And behold, he will come out to meet you, and when he sees you, he will rejoice in his heart. 15 You shall speak to him, and put words in his mouth, and I will be with your mouth and with his mouth, and I will show you what you are to do. 16 And he will speak for you to the people; he will be to you instead of mouth, and you will be to him instead of God. 17 And you shall take this rod in your hand, with which you shall do the signs. Moses returns to Egypt 18 So Moses went and returned to his father-in-law Jethro, and said to him, "I will go now, and I will return to my brothers who are in Egypt, to see if they still live." And Jethro said to Moses, Go in peace. 19 And the LORD said to Moses in Midian, Go and return to Egypt, for all those who sought your death have died. 20 Then Moses took his wife and children, and put them on an ass, and returned to the land of Egypt. Moses also took the rod of God in his hand. 21 And the LORD said to Moses, When you have returned to Egypt, see that you do before Pharaoh all the wonders that I have put in your hand; But I will harden his heart, so he will not let the people go. 22 And you shall say to Pharaoh, The LORD has said thus: Israel is my son, my firstborn. 23 I have already told you to let my son go, so that he may serve me, but you have not wanted to let him go; behold, I am going to kill your son, your firstborn. 24 And it came to pass on the way, that Jehovah met him in a inn, and wanted to kill him. 25 Then Zipporah took a sharp flint and cut off the foreskin of her son, and threw it at his feet, saying, "You are indeed a bridegroom of blood to me." 26 So he let him go then. And she said: Husband of blood, because of the circumcision. 27 And the LORD said unto Aaron, Go to meet Moses in the wilderness. And he went, and found him on the mountain of God, and kissed him. 28 Then Moses told Aaron all the words of the LORD that he sent him, and all the signs that he had given him. 29 And Moses and Aaron went and gathered together all the elders of the sons of Israel. 30 And Aaron spake concerning all that the LORD had spoken unto Moses, and did the signs before the eyes of the people. 31 And the people believed; and when he heard that the LORD had visited the children of Israel, and that he had seen their affliction, they bowed down and worshiped. Chapter 5 Moses and Aaron before Pharaoh 5 Then Moses and Aaron went into Pharaoh's presence and said to him, "The LORD, the God of Israel, says thus: Let my people go to celebrate a feast in the wilderness. 2 And Pharaoh said, Who is the Lord, that I should hear his voice and let Israel go? I do not know Jehovah, nor will I let Israel go. 3 And they said, The God of the Hebrews has found us; Let us go now, three days' journey through the wilderness, and offer sacrifices to the Lord our God, so that he will not come upon us with plague or with the sword. 4 Then the king of Egypt said to them, Moses and Aaron, why do you make the people to cease from their work? Go back to your tasks. 5 Pharaoh also said: Behold, the people of the land are now much, and you are making them cease from their labors. 6 And Pharaoh commanded that day the officers of the people who were in charge of him, and his overseers, saying, 7 From henceforth you shall not give straw to the people to make brick, as hitherto; go and collect the straw for yourselves. 8 And you will impose on them the same brick task they did before, and you will not diminish them at all; because they are idle, so they raise their voices saying: Let us go and offer sacrifices to our God. 9 Let the bondage be laid upon them, that they may occupy themselves with it, and not listen to lying words. 10 And the barbers of the people and their overseers went out and spoke to the people, saying, Thus says Pharaoh, I give you no straw. 11 Go ye and pick up the chaff where you find it; but nothing will be diminished from your task. 12 Then the people scattered throughout the land of Egypt to gather stubble instead of straw. 13 And the taskmasters urged them, saying, "Finish your work, the work of every day in his day, as when you were given straw." 14 And they beat the overseers of the children of Israel, whom Pharaoh's officers had set over them, saying, Why have you not fulfilled your task in brick, neither yesterday nor today, as before? 15 And the overseers of the children of Israel came to Pharaoh and complained to him, saying, Why do you do this with your servants? 16 There is no straw given to your servants, and yet they say to us: Make the brick. And behold, your servants are scourged, and your people are the guilty. 17 And he said, You are idle, yea, idle, and therefore you say, Let us go and offer sacrifices to Jehovah. 18 Go now, and work. You will not be given straw, and you will hand over the same brick task. 19 Then the overseers of the children of Israel saw themselves in affliction, saying to them, "Nothing shall be diminished from your bricks, from the work of every day. 20 And finding Moses and Aaron, who were in sight of them when they left Pharaoh's presence, 21 They said to them, "The LORD look upon you and judge; for you have made us detestable before Pharaoh and his servants, putting the sword in their hands to kill us. Jehovah commissions Moses and Aaron: 22 Then Moses turned to Jehovah and said, "Lord, why do you afflict this people? What did you send me for? 23 For since I came to Pharaoh to speak to him in your name, he has afflicted this people; and you have not delivered your people. Chapter 6 6 The LORD answered Moses, Now you will see what I will do to Pharaoh; for with a strong hand he will let them go, and with a strong hand he will drive them out of their land. 2 And God spake unto Moses, and said unto him, I am the LORD. 3 And I appeared to Abraham, to Isaac, and to Jacob as God Almighty, but in my name I did not make myself known to them. 4 I also established my covenant with them, to give them the land of Canaan, the land in which they were strangers, and in which they dwelt. 5 I have also heard the groaning of the children of Israel, whom the Egyptians serve, and I remembered my covenant. 6 Therefore you shall say to the children of Israel, I am the LORD; and I will bring you out from under the heavy tasks of Egypt, and I will deliver you from their bondage, and I will redeem you with an outstretched arm, and with great judgments; 7 And I will take you for my people and I will be your God; And you will know that I am the LORD your God, who brought you out from under the heavy tasks of Egypt. 8 And I will bring you into the land by which I raised my hand, swearing that I would give it to Abraham, to Isaac, and to Jacob; and I will give it to you as an inheritance. I JEHOVAH. 9 In this way Moses spoke to the children of Israel; but they did not listen to Moses because of anguish of spirit, and of hard servitude. 10 And the Lord spoke to Moses, saying, 11 Go in and speak to Pharaoh king of Egypt, that he let the children of Israel go out of his land. 12 And Moses answered before the LORD, Behold, the children of Israel hear not me; How, then, will Pharaoh listen to me, being clumsy with my lips? 13 Then the LORD spoke to Moses and to Aaron, and gave them a commandment to the children of Israel, and to Pharaoh king of Egypt, to bring the children of Israel out of the land of Egypt. 14 These are the heads of the families of their fathers: The children of Reuben, the firstborn of Israel: Hanoc, Fallu, Hezron, and Carmi; these are the families of Rubén. 15 The sons of Simeon: Jemuel, Jamin, Ohad, Jachin, Zohar, and Saul the son of a Canaanite woman. These are the families of Simeon. 16 These are the names of the sons of Levi according to their generations: Gershon, Kohath and Merari. And the years of Levi's life were one hundred thirty-seven years. 17 The sons of Gershon: Libni and Shimei, by their families. 18 And the sons of Kohath: Amram, Izhar, Hebron, and Uzziel. And the years of the life of Kohath were one hundred thirty-three years. 19 And the sons of Merari: Mahli and Musi. These are the families of Levi for their lineages. 20 And Amram took to wife Jochebed his aunt, who bore him Aaron and Moses. And the years of Amram's life were one hundred and thirty-seven years. 21 The sons of Izhar: Korah, Nefeg and Zicri. 22 And the sons of Uzziel: Mishael, Elzaphan, and Sitri. 23 And Aaron took for a wife Elizabeth, the daughter of Amminadab, the sister of Nahshon; which gave birth to Nadab, Abihu, Eleazar and Ithamar. 24 The sons of Korah: Asir, Elkanah, and Abiasaf. These are the families of the Korahites. 25 And Eleazar the son of Aaron took for himself a wife of the daughters of Putiel, which gave birth to Phinehas. And these are the heads of the fathers of the Levites by their families. 26 This is the name of Aaron and Moses, to whom the Lord said: Bring the children of Israel out of the land of Egypt by their armies. 27 These are they who spoke to Pharaoh king of Egypt, to bring out the children of Israel from Egypt. Moses and Aaron were these. 28 When Jehovah spoke to Moses in the land of Egypt, 29 Then the LORD spoke to Moses, saying, I am the LORD; Tell Pharaoh king of Egypt all the things that I say to you. 30 And Moses answered before Jehovah: Behold, I am clumsy with lips; How, then, will Pharaoh hear me? Chapter 7 7 The LORD said to Moses, See, I have made you a god for Pharaoh, and your brother Aaron will be your prophet. 2 You shall say all that I command you, and Aaron your brother shall speak to Pharaoh, that he may let the children of Israel go out of his land. 3 And I will harden the heart of Pharaoh, and multiply in the land of Egypt my signs and my wonders. 4 And Pharaoh will not hear you; But I will lay my hand on Egypt, and will bring forth my armies, my people, the children of Israel, out of the land of Egypt, with great judgments. 5 And the Egyptians shall know that I am the LORD, when I stretch out my hand upon Egypt, and bring the children of Israel out of their midst. 6 And Moses and Aaron did as the LORD commanded them; they did so. 7 Moses was eighty years old, and Aaron was eighty-three years old when they spoke to Pharaoh. The rod of Aaron 8 The LORD spoke to Moses and to Aaron, saying: 9 If Pharaoh answers you, saying, Show miracle; You shall say to Aaron, Take your rod, and cast it before Pharaoh, that it may become a serpent. 10 So Moses and Aaron went to Pharaoh, and they did as the LORD commanded. And Aaron cast his rod before Pharaoh and his servants, and became a serpent. 11 Then Pharaoh also called wise men and sorcerers, and the wizards of Egypt also did the same with their enchantments; 12 For each man cast his rod, and they became serpents; but the rod of Aaron devoured their rods. 13 And Pharaoh's heart was hardened, and he did not listen to them, as the Lord had said. The plague of blood 14 Then the LORD said to Moses, "Pharaoh's heart is hardened, and he does not want to let the people go. 15 Go in the morning to Pharaoh; behold, he goes out to the river; and you take the bank in front of him, and take in your hand the rod that became a snake, 16 And say to him, Jehovah, the God of the Hebrews, has sent me to you, saying, Let my people go, that they may serve me in the wilderness; and behold, until now you have not wanted to hear. 17 Thus saith the LORD: By this thou shalt know that I am the LORD: behold, I will strike with the rod that is in my hand the water that is in the river, and it shall turn to blood. 18 And the fish that are in the river shall die, and the river shall stink, and the Egyptians shall be disgusted to drink the water of the river. 19 And the LORD said unto Moses, Say unto Aaron, Take up thy rod, and stretch forth thine hand upon the waters of Egypt, and upon her rivers, and upon her brooks, and over her ponds, and over all her pools of water, that they may become blood, and there is blood throughout the region of Egypt, both in wooden vessels and in stone vessels. 20 And Moses and Aaron did as the Lord commanded; and he lifted up the rod and struck the waters that were in the river, before Pharaoh and his servants; and all the waters that were in the river turned to blood. 21 Likewise the fish that were in the river died; and the river was corrupted, so much so that the Egyptians could not drink from it. And there was blood throughout the land of Egypt. 22 And the sorcerers of Egypt did the same with their enchantments; and Pharaoh's heart was hardened, and he did not listen to them; as Jehovah had said. 23 And Pharaoh turned and went to his house, and paid no attention to this either. 24 And in all Egypt they made wells round the river to drink, because they could not drink of the waters of the river. 25 And they were fulfilled seven days after the Lord struck the river. Chapter 8 The plague of frogs 8 Then the LORD said to Moses, "Go into Pharaoh's presence and say to him, 'The LORD has said thus: Let my people go, so that they may serve me.' 2 And if you will not let it go, behold, I will punish all your territories with frogs. 3 And the river will raise frogs, which will come up and enter your house, in the chamber where you sleep, and on your bed, and in the houses of your servants, in your people, in your ovens, and in your troughs. 4 And the frogs will come up on you, on your people, and on all your servants. 5 And the LORD said unto Moses, Say unto Aaron, Stretch forth thine hand with thy rod over the rivers, and over the brooks, and over the ponds, that he may cause frogs to come up upon the land of Egypt. 6 Then Aaron stretched out his hand over the waters of Egypt, and frogs came up that covered the land of Egypt. 7 And the sorcerers did the same with their enchantments, and made frogs come upon the land of Egypt. 8 Then Pharaoh called Moses and Aaron and said to them, "Pray to the Lord to take the frogs from me and from my people, and I will let your people go to offer sacrifices to the Lord. 9 And Moses said to Pharaoh: Tell me when I should pray for you, for your servants and for your people, so that the frogs will be taken from you and your houses, and that they will only remain in the river. 10 And he said: Tomorrow. And Moses said, It shall be done according to your word, that you may know that there is none like Jehovah our God. 11 And the frogs will leave you, and your houses, your servants and your people, and only remain in the river. 12 Then Moses and Aaron went out from Pharaoh's presence. And Moses cried to Jehovah concerning the frogs that he had sent to Pharaoh. 13 And Jehovah did according to the word of Moses, and the frogs died from the houses, from the farmhouses, and from the fields. 14 And they gathered them together in heaps, and the earth stank. 15 But when Pharaoh saw that they had given him rest, he hardened his heart and did not listen to them, as the Lord had said. The plague of lice 16 And the LORD said to Moses, Say to Aaron, Stretch out your rod and strike the dust of the ground, that it may become lice for all the land of Egypt. 17 And they did it like that; and Aaron stretched forth his hand with his rod, and smote the dust of the earth, which became lice, both in men and in beasts; all the dust of the earth became lice throughout the land of Egypt. 18 And the sorcerers did likewise, to get lice with their enchantments; but they could not. And there were lice in both men and beasts. 19 Then the sorcerers said to Pharaoh, This is the finger of God. But Pharaoh's heart was hardened, and he did not listen to them, as the Lord had said. The plague of flies 20 The LORD said to Moses, "Get up early in the morning and stand before Pharaoh. Behold, he goes out into the river; and say to him, Jehovah has said thus: Let my people go, that they may serve me. 21 For if you will not let my people go, behold, I will send on you, on your servants, on your people, and on your houses all manner of flies; and the houses of the Egyptians will be filled with all kinds of flies, and also the land where they are. 22 And on that day I will divide the land of Goshen, in which my people dwell, so that no kind of flies may be in it, that you may know that I am the Lord in the midst of the earth. 23 And I will put redemption between my people and yours. Tomorrow will be this signal. 24 And Jehovah did so, and all sorts of troubled flies came on the house of Pharaoh, on the houses of his servants, and on all the land of Egypt; and the earth was corrupted because of them. 25 Then Pharaoh called Moses and Aaron and said to them, "Go, sacrifice to your God on earth." 26 And Moses said, It is not expedient that we should do so, because we would offer the LORD our God the abomination of the Egyptians. Behold, if we sacrificed the abomination of the Egyptians before them, would they not stone us? 27 We will go through the desert three days, and offer sacrifices to the LORD our God, as he will tell us. 28 And Pharaoh said, I will let you go, that you may offer sacrifices to the LORD your God in the wilderness, provided you go no farther; pray for me 29 And Moses said, Behold, as I come out from before you, I will pray to the Lord that the various kinds of flies will leave Pharaoh, and his servants, and his people tomorrow; provided that Pharaoh does not lack more, not letting the people go to give sacrifice to Jehovah. 30 Then Moses went out from the presence of Pharaoh, and prayed to the LORD. 31 And the LORD did according to the word of Moses, and took away all the flies from Pharaoh, from his servants, and from his people, and there remained not one. 32 But Pharaoh hardened his heart even this time, and did not let the people go. Chapter 9 The plague in cattle 9 And the LORD said to Moses, Go into Pharaoh's presence, and say to him, The Lord, the God of the Hebrews, says thus: Let my people go, that they may serve me. 2 Because if you do not want to let it go, and you still stop it, 3 Behold, the hand of the LORD shall be upon your cattle that are in the field, horses, donkeys, camels, cattle, and sheep, with a most grievous plague. 4 And Jehovah will make a separation between the cattle of Israel and those of Egypt, so that nothing dies of everything of the children of Israel. 5 And Jehovah set a time, saying, Tomorrow the LORD will do this thing on the earth. 6 The next day Jehovah did this, and all the cattle of Egypt died; But one of the livestock of the children of Israel did not die. 7 Then Pharaoh sent, and, behold, one of the livestock of the children of Israel had not died. But Pharaoh's heart was hardened, and he did not let the people go. The plague of ulcers 8 And the LORD said to Moses and to Aaron, Take handfuls of ashes from a furnace, and Moses will scatter them to the heavens before Pharaoh; 9 and it will become dust on all the land of Egypt, and it will produce a rash with ulcers on men and beasts throughout the land of Egypt. 10 And they took ashes from the furnace, and stood before Pharaoh, and Moses scattered it to heaven; and there was a rash that produced ulcers in both men and beasts. 11 And the sorcerers could not stand before Moses because of the rash, because there was a rash on the sorcerers and on all the Egyptians. 12 But the LORD hardened Pharaoh's heart, and he did not listen to them, as the Lord had said to Moses. The plague of hail 13 And the LORD said to Moses, Get up early in the morning, and stand before Pharaoh, and say to him, Jehovah, the God of the Hebrews, says thus: Let my people go, that they may serve me. 14 For this time I will send all my plagues to your heart, to your servants and to your people, so that you may understand that there is no one like me in all the earth. 15 For now I will stretch out my hand to smite you and your people in plague, and you will be taken from the earth. 16 And indeed I have set you to show you my power, and that my name may be proclaimed in all the earth. 17 Do you still pride yourself against my people, so as not to let them go? 18 Behold, by this time tomorrow I will rain heavy hail, such as there has never been in Egypt, from the day it was founded until now. 19 Send therefore, to gather your cattle, and all that you have in the field; for every man or animal that is in the field, and is not gathered into the house, the hail shall fall on him, and he shall die. 20 Of the servants of Pharaoh, he who was afraid of the word of the LORD made his servants and his cattle flee home; 21 But he who did not put the word of the Lord in his heart, left his servants and his cattle in the field. 22 And the LORD said unto Moses, Stretch forth thine hand toward heaven, that there may come a hail in all the land of Egypt, upon man, and upon beast, and upon all the grass of the field in the land of Egypt. 23 And Moses stretched out his rod toward heaven, and the LORD sent thunder and hail, and the fire was burst upon the earth; and the LORD rained hail on the land of Egypt. 24 So there was hail, and fire mixed with the hail, so great, as there was none in all the land of Egypt since it was inhabited. 25 And that hail smote in all the land of Egypt all that was in the field, both man and beast; Likewise all the grass of the field shattered the hail, and broke down all the trees of the land. 26 Only in the land of Goshen, where the children of Israel were, there was no hail. 27 Then Pharaoh sent and called for Moses and Aaron, and said to them, I have sinned this time; The Lord is righteous, and I and my people are ungodly. 28 Pray to Jehovah so that the thunder of God and the hail may cease, and I will let you go, and you will stop no more. 29 And Moses said unto him, As soon as I go out of the city, I will spread forth my hands unto the LORD, and the thunder shall cease, and there shall be no more hail; so that you may know that the earth belongs to Jehovah. 30 But I know that neither you nor your servants will yet fear the presence of the Lord God. 31 The flax, then, and the barley were shattered, because the barley was already full, and the flax was in the reed. 32 But the wheat and the rye were not shattered, because they were late. 33 And Moses went out from the presence of Pharaoh, out of the city, and stretched out his hands to the LORD, and the thunder and the hail ceased, and the rain fell no more upon the earth. 34 And when Pharaoh saw that the rain had ceased, and the hail and the thunder, he persisted in sinning, and his heart and his servants hardened. 35 And the heart of Pharaoh was hardened, and he did not let the children of Israel go, as the LORD had said through Moses. chapter 10 The plague of locusts 10 The LORD said to Moses, Go into Pharaoh's presence; for I have hardened his heart, and the heart of his servants, to show these my signs among them, 2 and that you may tell your children and your grandchildren the things that I did in Egypt, and my signs that I did among them; so that you may know that I am Jehovah. 3 Then Moses and Aaron came to Pharaoh and said to him, "The LORD, the God of the Hebrews, has said thus: How long will you not humble yourself before me? Let my people go, that they may serve me. 4 And if you still refuse to let him go, behold, tomorrow I will bring the locust upon your land, 5 which will cover the face of the earth, so that the earth can not be seen; and she will eat what escaped, what is left of the hail; He will also eat every tree that bears you in the field. 6 And it shall fill your houses, and the houses of all your servants, and the houses of all the Egyptians, which your fathers and your grandfathers have not seen, since they were on the earth until this day. And he turned and went out from before Pharaoh. 7 Then Pharaoh's servants said to him, How long will this man be a snare for us? Let these men go, that they may serve Jehovah their God. Do not you still know that Egypt is already destroyed? 8 And Moses and Aaron were called again unto Pharaoh, and he said to them, Go, serve the LORD your God. Who are the ones who have to go? 9 Moses answered: We are to go with our children and with our old men, with our children and with our daughters; with our sheep and with our cows we must go; because it is our solemn feast for Jehovah. 10 And he said to them, "So may Jehovah be with you! How will I let you and your children go? !!Look how the evil is in front of your face! 11 It will not be like that; Go now, you men, and serve the Lord, for this is what you asked for. And they were driven out of Pharaoh's presence. 12 Then the LORD said to Moses, "Stretch out your hand over the land of Egypt to bring the locust, that it may go up on the land of Egypt, and consume all that the hail left." 13 And Moses stretched out his rod over the land of Egypt, and Jehovah brought an east wind over the land all that day and all that night; and as the morning came the east wind brought the locust. 14 And the locust went up over all the land of Egypt, and settled in all the land of Egypt in as great a quantity as there was not before, and there shall be no more; 15 and covered the face of the whole land, and darkened the earth; and he consumed all the grass of the earth, and all the fruit of the trees that the hail had left; There was nothing green left in trees or grass of the field, in all the land of Egypt. 16 Then Pharaoh hastened to call Moses and Aaron, and said, I have sinned against the LORD your God, and against you. 17 But now I beg you to forgive my sin only this time, and to pray to the LORD your God to take away this least mortal plague from me. 18 And Moses went out from Pharaoh, and prayed to Jehovah. 19 Then the LORD brought a mighty west wind, and took the locusts and threw them into the Red Sea; not one locust was left in the whole country of Egypt. 20 But the LORD hardened Pharaoh's heart, and Pharaoh did not let the children of Israel go. The plague of darkness 21 The LORD said to Moses, "Stretch out your hand toward heaven, that there may be darkness over the land of Egypt, so that everyone will feel it." 22 And Moses stretched out his hand toward heaven, and there was thick darkness over all the land of Egypt, for three days. 23 No one saw his neighbor, nor did anyone rise from his place in three days; But all the children of Israel had light in their rooms. 24 Then Pharaoh called for Moses and said, "Go, serve Jehovah; only your sheep and your cows remain; your children also go with you. 25 And Moses said, You also will give us sacrifices and burnt offerings that we may sacrifice for Jehovah our God. 26 Our cattle will also go with us; there will not be a hoof left; because of them we must take to serve Jehovah our God, and we do not know with what we are to serve Jehovah until we get there. 27 But the LORD hardened Pharaoh's heart, and would not let them go. 28 And Pharaoh said unto him, Get you from me; Beware that you do not see my face anymore, because in any day that you see my face, you will die. 29 And Moses said, You have said well; I will not see your face anymore Chapter 11 Announced the death of the firstborn 11 The LORD said to Moses, "I will bring a plague on Pharaoh and on Egypt, after which he will let you go from here; and it will surely drive you out of here altogether. 2 Speak now to the people, and let each one ask his neighbor, and each one his neighbor, jewels of silver and gold. 3 And Jehovah gave thanks to the people in the eyes of the Egyptians. Also Moses was considered a great man in the land of Egypt, in the eyes of Pharaoh's servants, and in the eyes of the people. 4 And Moses said, Thus saith the LORD, At midnight I will go out into the midst of Egypt, 5 And all the firstborn shall die in the land of Egypt, from the firstborn of Pharaoh that sitteth on his throne, even unto the firstborn of the maid that is behind the mill, and all the firstborn of beasts. 6 And there shall be a great cry for all the land of Egypt, such as never was, nor ever shall be. 7 But against all the children of Israel, from man to beast, not a dog will move its tongue, so that you may know that Jehovah makes a difference between the Egyptians and the Israelites. 8 And all these thy servants shall come down unto me, and bow down themselves unto me, saying, Go, thou, and all the people that are under thee; and after this I will leave. And he left very angry of the presence of Pharaoh. 9 And the LORD said unto Moses, Pharaoh shall not hear you, that my wonders might be multiplied in the land of Egypt. 10 And Moses and Aaron did all these wonders before Pharaoh; for Jehovah had hardened Pharaoh's heart, and he did not send the children of Israel out of his land Chapter 12 Easter 12 The LORD spoke to Moses and to Aaron in the land of Egypt, saying: 2 This month will be the beginning of the months; for you this will be the first in the months of the year. 3 Speak to all the congregation of Israel, saying, On the tenth of this month, let each one take a lamb according to the families of the fathers, one lamb for a family. 4 But if the family is so small that it is not enough to eat the lamb, then he and his immediate neighbor to his house will take one according to the number of the people; according to the eating of each man, you will count the lamb. 5 The animal will be without defect, male of one year old; You will take it from sheep or goats. 6 And you shall keep it until the fourteenth day of this month, and all the congregation of the people of Israel shall immolate it between the two evenings. 7 And they shall take some of the blood, and put it on the two side posts and on the lintel of the houses where they are to eat it. 8 And they shall eat the flesh that night, roasted with fire, and unleavened bread; with bitter herbs they will eat it. 9 Ye shall eat nothing of it raw, neither baked in water, but roasted with fire; his head with his feet and his entrails. 10 You shall not leave anything of him until the morning; and what will remain until the morning, you will burn it in the fire. 11 And you shall eat it thus: your loins girded, your shoes on your feet, and your staff in your hand; and you will eat it hastily; it is Jehovah's Passover. 12 For I will pass through the land of Egypt that night, and will smite all the firstborn in the land of Egypt, both man and beast; and I will execute my judgments on all the gods of Egypt. I am Jehovah. 13 And the blood will be a sign for you in the houses where you are; and I will see the blood and I will pass over you, and there will be no plague in you when I strike the land of Egypt. 14 And this day shall be to you in remembrance, and ye shall keep it a feast to the LORD throughout your generations; by perpetual status you will celebrate it. 15 Seven days you shall eat unleavened bread; and so on the first day you will cause no leaven in your houses; for whoever eats leavened from the first day until the seventh day will be cut off from Israel. 16 On the first day there will be holy convocation, and likewise on the seventh day you will have a holy convocation; no work shall be done in them, except only that you prepare what each one has to eat. 17 And you shall keep the feast of the unleavened bread, for on this very day I brought your hosts out of the land of Egypt; therefore, keep this command in your generations by perpetual custom. 18 In the first month you shall eat the unleavened bread, from the fourteenth day of the month in the evening until the twenty-first day of the month in the evening. 19 For seven days there shall be no leaven found in your houses; for everyone who eats leavened, whether foreign or natural, will be cut off from the congregation of Israel. 20 You shall not eat anything that is leavened; In all your rooms you will eat unleavened bread. 21 And Moses called all the elders of Israel, and said to them, "Draw out and take lambs for your families, and sacrifice the passover. 22 And take a bunch of hyssop, and dip it in the blood that is in a bason, and strike the lintel and the two side posts with the blood that will be in the basin; and none of you leave the doors of your house until morning. 23 For Jehovah will pass through to smite the Egyptians; and when he sees the blood on the lintel and on the two doorposts, the LORD will pass over that door, and will not let the destroyer enter your houses to strike. 24 You will keep this by statute for yourselves and for your children forever. 25 And when you enter the land that the LORD will give you, as he promised, you will keep this rite. 26 And when your children say to you, What is this rite of yours? 27 you will answer: It is the victim of the Passover of Jehovah, who passed over the houses of the children of Israel in Egypt, when he smote the Egyptians, and delivered our houses. Then the people bowed and worshiped. 28 And the children of Israel went and did so punctually, as Jehovah had commanded Moses and Aaron. Death of the firstborn 29 And it came to pass at midnight that Jehovah struck every firstborn in the land of Egypt, from the firstborn of Pharaoh that sat on his throne to the firstborn of the captive that was in the prison, and all the firstborn of the cattle. 30 And Pharaoh rose that night, he and all his servants, and all the Egyptians; and there was a great cry in Egypt, because there was no house where there was not one dead. 31 And he called for Moses and Aaron by night, and said unto them, Come out of the midst of my people, both ye and the children of Israel, and go, serve the LORD, as ye have said. 32 Take also your flocks and your herds, as you have said, and gone; and bless me too. 33 And the Egyptians pressed the people, in haste to drive them out of the land; because they said: We are all dead. 34 And the people took their mass Well, guys, here I'll let you continue posting the story :) I hope you like it |

And he answered: A rod.\n\n3 He said to him, Cast it on the ground. And he threw it on the ground, and it became a snake; and Moses fled from her.\n\n4 Then the LORD said to Moses, Stretch out your hand, and take it by the tail. And he stretched out his hand, and took it, and it became a rod in his hand.\n\n5 Therefore they will believe that the Lord has appeared to you, the God of your fathers, the God of Abraham, the God of Isaac, and the God of Jacob.\n\n6 Jehovah also said to him, Now put your hand in your bosom. And he put his hand in her breast; and when he took it out, behold, his hand was as leprous as snow.\n\n7 And he said, Put your hand back into your bosom. And he put his hand back into her breast; and when he took it out of the breast again, behold, it had become like the other flesh.\n\n8 If it happens that they do not believe you and obey the voice of the first sign, they will believe the voice of the last.\n\n9 And if they have not yet believed these two signs, and have not heard your voice, you shall take of the waters of the river and pour them into the ground; and those waters that you will take from the river will be changed and blood will be made in the earth.\n\n10 Then Moses said to the LORD, \"Oh, Lord! I have never been a man of easy words, neither before, nor since you speak to your servant; because I am slow in speech and clumsy in language.\n\n11 And the LORD answered him, Who has made man's mouth? Or who made the mute and the deaf, the seeing and the blind? Am I not Jehovah?\n\n12 Now therefore go, and I will be with your mouth, and I will show you what you shall speak.\n\n13 And he said: Oh, Lord! send, I beg you, through which you must send.\n\n14 Then the LORD was angry with Moses, and said, \"Do not I know your brother Aaron, the Levite, and that he speaks well? And behold, he will come out to meet you, and when he sees you, he will rejoice in his heart.\n\n15 You shall speak to him, and put words in his mouth, and I will be with your mouth and with his mouth, and I will show you what you are to do.\n\n16 And he will speak for you to the people; he will be to you instead of mouth, and you will be to him instead of God.\n\n17 And you shall take this rod in your hand, with which you shall do the signs.\nMoses returns to Egypt\n\n18 So Moses went and returned to his father-in-law Jethro, and said to him, \"I will go now, and I will return to my brothers who are in Egypt, to see if they still live.\" And Jethro said to Moses, Go in peace.\n\n19 And the LORD said to Moses in Midian, Go and return to Egypt, for all those who sought your death have died.\n\n20 Then Moses took his wife and children, and put them on an ass, and returned to the land of Egypt. Moses also took the rod of God in his hand.\n\n21 And the LORD said to Moses, When you have returned to Egypt, see that you do before Pharaoh all the wonders that I have put in your hand; But I will harden his heart, so he will not let the people go.\n\n22 And you shall say to Pharaoh, The LORD has said thus: Israel is my son, my firstborn.\n\n23 I have already told you to let my son go, so that he may serve me, but you have not wanted to let him go; behold, I am going to kill your son, your firstborn.\n\n24 And it came to pass on the way, that Jehovah met him in a inn, and wanted to kill him.\n\n25 Then Zipporah took a sharp flint and cut off the foreskin of her son, and threw it at his feet, saying, \"You are indeed a bridegroom of blood to me.\"\n\n26 So he let him go then. And she said: Husband of blood, because of the circumcision.\n\n27 And the LORD said unto Aaron, Go to meet Moses in the wilderness. And he went, and found him on the mountain of God, and kissed him.\n\n28 Then Moses told Aaron all the words of the LORD that he sent him, and all the signs that he had given him.\n\n29 And Moses and Aaron went and gathered together all the elders of the sons of Israel.\n\n30 And Aaron spake concerning all that the LORD had spoken unto Moses, and did the signs before the eyes of the people.\n\n31 And the people believed; and when he heard that the LORD had visited the children of Israel, and that he had seen their affliction, they bowed down and worshiped.\n\nChapter 5\n\nMoses and Aaron before Pharaoh\n\n5 Then Moses and Aaron went into Pharaoh's presence and said to him, \"The LORD, the God of Israel, says thus: Let my people go to celebrate a feast in the wilderness.\n\n2 And Pharaoh said, Who is the Lord, that I should hear his voice and let Israel go? I do not know Jehovah, nor will I let Israel go.\n\n3 And they said, The God of the Hebrews has found us; Let us go now, three days' journey through the wilderness, and offer sacrifices to the Lord our God, so that he will not come upon us with plague or with the sword.\n\n4 Then the king of Egypt said to them, Moses and Aaron, why do you make the people to cease from their work? Go back to your tasks.\n\n5 Pharaoh also said: Behold, the people of the land are now much, and you are making them cease from their labors.\n\n6 And Pharaoh commanded that day the officers of the people who were in charge of him, and his overseers, saying,\n\n7 From henceforth you shall not give straw to the people to make brick, as hitherto; go and collect the straw for yourselves.\n\n8 And you will impose on them the same brick task they did before, and you will not diminish them at all; because they are idle, so they raise their voices saying: Let us go and offer sacrifices to our God.\n\n9 Let the bondage be laid upon them, that they may occupy themselves with it, and not listen to lying words.\n\n10 And the barbers of the people and their overseers went out and spoke to the people, saying, Thus says Pharaoh, I give you no straw.\n\n11 Go ye and pick up the chaff where you find it; but nothing will be diminished from your task.\n\n12 Then the people scattered throughout the land of Egypt to gather stubble instead of straw.\n\n13 And the taskmasters urged them, saying, \"Finish your work, the work of every day in his day, as when you were given straw.\"\n\n14 And they beat the overseers of the children of Israel, whom Pharaoh's officers had set over them, saying, Why have you not fulfilled your task in brick, neither yesterday nor today, as before?\n\n15 And the overseers of the children of Israel came to Pharaoh and complained to him, saying, Why do you do this with your servants?\n\n16 There is no straw given to your servants, and yet they say to us: Make the brick. And behold, your servants are scourged, and your people are the guilty.\n\n17 And he said, You are idle, yea, idle, and therefore you say, Let us go and offer sacrifices to Jehovah.\n\n18 Go now, and work. You will not be given straw, and you will hand over the same brick task.\n\n19 Then the overseers of the children of Israel saw themselves in affliction, saying to them, \"Nothing shall be diminished from your bricks, from the work of every day.\n\n20 And finding Moses and Aaron, who were in sight of them when they left Pharaoh's presence,\n\n21 They said to them, \"The LORD look upon you and judge; for you have made us detestable before Pharaoh and his servants, putting the sword in their hands to kill us.\n\nJehovah commissions Moses and Aaron:\n\n22 Then Moses turned to Jehovah and said, \"Lord, why do you afflict this people? What did you send me for?\n\n23 For since I came to Pharaoh to speak to him in your name, he has afflicted this people; and you have not delivered \nyour people.\n\nChapter 6\n\n6 The LORD answered Moses, Now you will see what I will do to Pharaoh; for with a strong hand he will let them go, and with a strong hand he will drive them out of their land.\n\n2 And God spake unto Moses, and said unto him, I am the LORD.\n\n3 And I appeared to Abraham, to Isaac, and to Jacob as God Almighty, but in my name I did not make myself known to them.\n\n4 I also established my covenant with them, to give them the land of Canaan, the land in which they were strangers, and in which they dwelt.\n\n5 I have also heard the groaning of the children of Israel, whom the Egyptians serve, and I remembered my covenant.\n\n6 Therefore you shall say to the children of Israel, I am the LORD; and I will bring you out from under the heavy tasks of Egypt, and I will deliver you from their bondage, and I will redeem you with an outstretched arm, and with great judgments;\n\n7 And I will take you for my people and I will be your God; And you will know that I am the LORD your God, who brought you out from under the heavy tasks of Egypt.\n\n8 And I will bring you into the land by which I raised my hand, swearing that I would give it to Abraham, to Isaac, and to Jacob; and I will give it to you as an inheritance. I JEHOVAH.\n\n9 In this way Moses spoke to the children of Israel; but they did not listen to Moses because of anguish of spirit, and of hard servitude.\n\n10 And the Lord spoke to Moses, saying,\n\n11 Go in and speak to Pharaoh king of Egypt, that he let the children of Israel go out of his land.\n\n12 And Moses answered before the LORD, Behold, the children of Israel hear not me; How, then, will Pharaoh listen to me, being clumsy with my lips?\n\n13 Then the LORD spoke to Moses and to Aaron, and gave them a commandment to the children of Israel, and to Pharaoh king of Egypt, to bring the children of Israel out of the land of Egypt.\n\n14 These are the heads of the families of their fathers: The children of Reuben, the firstborn of Israel: Hanoc, Fallu, Hezron, and Carmi; these are the families of Rubén.\n\n15 The sons of Simeon: Jemuel, Jamin, Ohad, Jachin, Zohar, and Saul the son of a Canaanite woman. These are the families of Simeon.\n\n16 These are the names of the sons of Levi according to their generations: Gershon, Kohath and Merari. And the years of Levi's life were one hundred thirty-seven years.\n\n17 The sons of Gershon: Libni and Shimei, by their families.\n\n18 And the sons of Kohath: Amram, Izhar, Hebron, and Uzziel. And the years of the life of Kohath were one hundred thirty-three years.\n\n19 And the sons of Merari: Mahli and Musi. These are the families of Levi for their lineages.\n\n20 And Amram took to wife Jochebed his aunt, who bore him Aaron and Moses. And the years of Amram's life were one hundred and thirty-seven years.\n\n21 The sons of Izhar: Korah, Nefeg and Zicri.\n\n22 And the sons of Uzziel: Mishael, Elzaphan, and Sitri.\n\n23 And Aaron took for a wife Elizabeth, the daughter of Amminadab, the sister of Nahshon; which gave birth to Nadab, Abihu, Eleazar and Ithamar.\n\n24 The sons of Korah: Asir, Elkanah, and Abiasaf. These are the families of the Korahites.\n\n25 And Eleazar the son of Aaron took for himself a wife of the daughters of Putiel, which gave birth to Phinehas. And these are the heads of the fathers of the Levites by their families.\n\n26 This is the name of Aaron and Moses, to whom the Lord said: Bring the children of Israel out of the land of Egypt by their armies.\n\n27 These are they who spoke to Pharaoh king of Egypt, to bring out the children of Israel from Egypt. Moses and Aaron were these.\n\n28 When Jehovah spoke to Moses in the land of Egypt,\n\n29 Then the LORD spoke to Moses, saying, I am the LORD; Tell Pharaoh king of Egypt all the things that I say to you.\n\n30 And Moses answered before Jehovah: Behold, I am clumsy with lips; How, then, will Pharaoh hear me?\n\nChapter 7\n\n7 The LORD said to Moses, See, I have made you a god for Pharaoh, and your brother Aaron will be your prophet.\n\n2 You shall say all that I command you, and Aaron your brother shall speak to Pharaoh, that he may let the children of Israel go out of his land.\n\n3 And I will harden the heart of Pharaoh, and multiply in the land of Egypt my signs and my wonders.\n\n4 And Pharaoh will not hear you; But I will lay my hand on Egypt, and will bring forth my armies, my people, the children of Israel, out of the land of Egypt, with great judgments.\n\n5 And the Egyptians shall know that I am the LORD, when I stretch out my hand upon Egypt, and bring the children of Israel out of their midst.\n\n6 And Moses and Aaron did as the LORD commanded them; they did so.\n\n7 Moses was eighty years old, and Aaron was eighty-three years old when they spoke to Pharaoh.\nThe rod of Aaron\n\n8 The LORD spoke to Moses and to Aaron, saying:\n\n9 If Pharaoh answers you, saying, Show miracle; You shall say to Aaron, Take your rod, and cast it before Pharaoh, that it may become a serpent.\n\n10 So Moses and Aaron went to Pharaoh, and they did as the LORD commanded. And Aaron cast his rod before Pharaoh and his servants, and became a serpent.\n\n11 Then Pharaoh also called wise men and sorcerers, and the wizards of Egypt also did the same with their enchantments;\n\n12 For each man cast his rod, and they became serpents; but the rod of Aaron devoured their rods.\n\n13 And Pharaoh's heart was hardened, and he did not listen to them, as the Lord had said.\nThe plague of blood\n\n14 Then the LORD said to Moses, \"Pharaoh's heart is hardened, and he does not want to let the people go.\n\n15 Go in the morning to Pharaoh; behold, he goes out to the river; and you take the bank in front of him, and take in your hand the rod that became a snake,\n\n16 And say to him, Jehovah, the God of the Hebrews, has sent me to you, saying, Let my people go, that they may serve me in the wilderness; and behold, until now you have not wanted to hear.\n\n17 Thus saith the LORD: By this thou shalt know that I am the LORD: behold, I will strike with the rod that is in my hand the water that is in the river, and it shall turn to blood.\n\n18 And the fish that are in the river shall die, and the river shall stink, and the Egyptians shall be disgusted to drink the water of the river.\n\n19 And the LORD said unto Moses, Say unto Aaron, Take up thy rod, and stretch forth thine hand upon the waters of Egypt, and upon her rivers, and upon her brooks, and over her ponds, and over all her pools of water, that they may become blood, and there is blood throughout the region of Egypt, both in wooden vessels and in stone vessels.\n\n20 And Moses and Aaron did as the Lord commanded; and he lifted up the rod and struck the waters that were in the river, before Pharaoh and his servants; and all the waters that were in the river turned to blood.\n\n21 Likewise the fish that were in the river died; and the river was corrupted, so much so that the Egyptians could not drink from it. And there was blood throughout the land of Egypt.\n\n22 And the sorcerers of Egypt did the same with their enchantments; and Pharaoh's heart was hardened, and he did not listen to them; as Jehovah had said.\n\n23 And Pharaoh turned and went to his house, and paid no attention to this either.\n\n24 And in all Egypt they made wells round the river to drink, because they could not drink of the waters of the river.\n\n25 And they were fulfilled seven days after the Lord struck the river.\n\nChapter 8\n\nThe plague of frogs\n\n8 Then the LORD said to Moses, \"Go into Pharaoh's presence and say to him, 'The LORD has said thus: Let my people go, so that they may serve me.'\n\n2 And if you will not let it go, behold, I will punish all your territories with frogs.\n\n3 And the river will raise frogs, which will come up and enter your house, in the chamber where you sleep, and on your bed, and in the houses of your servants, in your people, in your ovens, and in your troughs.\n\n4 And the frogs will come up on you, on your people, and on all your servants.\n\n5 And the LORD said unto Moses, Say unto Aaron, Stretch forth thine hand with thy rod over the rivers, and over the brooks, and over the ponds, that he may cause frogs to come up upon the land of Egypt.\n\n6 Then Aaron stretched out his hand over the waters of Egypt, and frogs came up that covered the land of Egypt.\n\n7 And the sorcerers did the same with their enchantments, and made frogs come upon the land of Egypt.\n\n8 Then Pharaoh called Moses and Aaron and said to them, \"Pray to the Lord to take the frogs from me and from my people, and I will let your people go to offer sacrifices to the Lord.\n\n9 And Moses said to Pharaoh: Tell me when I should pray for you, for your servants and for your people, so that the frogs will be taken from you and your houses, and that they will only remain in the river.\n\n10 And he said: Tomorrow. And Moses said, It shall be done according to your word, that you may know that there is none like Jehovah our God.\n\n11 And the frogs will leave you, and your houses, your servants and your people, and only remain in the river.\n\n12 Then Moses and Aaron went out from Pharaoh's presence. And Moses cried to Jehovah concerning the frogs that he had sent to Pharaoh.\n\n13 And Jehovah did according to the word of Moses, and the frogs died from the houses, from the farmhouses, and from the fields.\n\n14 And they gathered them together in heaps, and the earth stank.\n\n15 But when Pharaoh saw that they had given him rest, he hardened his heart and did not listen to them, as the Lord had said.\nThe plague of lice\n\n16 And the LORD said to Moses, Say to Aaron, Stretch out your rod and strike the dust of the ground, that it may become lice for all the land of Egypt.\n\n17 And they did it like that; and Aaron stretched forth his hand with his rod, and smote the dust of the earth, which became lice, both in men and in beasts; all the dust of the earth became lice throughout the land of Egypt.\n\n18 And the sorcerers did likewise, to get lice with their enchantments; but they could not. And there were lice in both men and beasts.\n\n19 Then the sorcerers said to Pharaoh, This is the finger of God. But Pharaoh's heart was hardened, and he did not listen to them, as the Lord had said.\nThe plague of flies\n\n20 The LORD said to Moses, \"Get up early in the morning and stand before Pharaoh. Behold, he goes out into the river; and say to him, Jehovah has said thus: Let my people go, that they may serve me.\n\n21 For if you will not let my people go, behold, I will send on you, on your servants, on your people, and on your houses all manner of flies; and the houses of the Egyptians will be filled with all kinds of flies, and also the land where they are.\n\n22 And on that day I will divide the land of Goshen, in which my people dwell, so that no kind of flies may be in it, that you may know that I am the Lord in the midst of the earth.\n\n23 And I will put redemption between my people and yours. Tomorrow will be this signal.\n\n24 And Jehovah did so, and all sorts of troubled flies came on the house of Pharaoh, on the houses of his servants, and on all the land of Egypt; and the earth was corrupted because of them.\n\n25 Then Pharaoh called Moses and Aaron and said to them, \"Go, sacrifice to your God on earth.\"\n\n26 And Moses said, It is not expedient that we should do so, because we would offer the LORD our God the abomination of the Egyptians. Behold, if we sacrificed the abomination of the Egyptians before them, would they not stone us?\n\n27 We will go through the desert three days, and offer sacrifices to the LORD our God, as he will tell us.\n\n28 And Pharaoh said, I will let you go, that you may offer sacrifices to the LORD your God in the wilderness, provided you go no farther; pray for me\n\n29 And Moses said, Behold, as I come out from before you, I will pray to the Lord that the various kinds of flies will leave Pharaoh, and his servants, and his people tomorrow; provided that Pharaoh does not lack more, not letting the people go to give sacrifice to Jehovah.\n\n30 Then Moses went out from the presence of Pharaoh, and prayed to the LORD.\n\n31 And the LORD did according to the word of Moses, and took away all the flies from Pharaoh, from his servants, and from his people, and there remained not one.\n\n32 But Pharaoh hardened his heart even this time, and did not let the people go.\n\nChapter 9\n\nThe plague in cattle\n\n9 And the LORD said to Moses, Go into Pharaoh's presence, and say to him, The Lord, the God of the Hebrews, says thus: Let my people go, that they may serve me.\n\n2 Because if you do not want to let it go, and you still stop it,\n\n3 Behold, the hand of the LORD shall be upon your cattle that are in the field, horses, donkeys, camels, cattle, and sheep, with a most grievous plague.\n\n4 And Jehovah will make a separation between the cattle of Israel and those of Egypt, so that nothing dies of everything of the children of Israel.\n\n5 And Jehovah set a time, saying, Tomorrow the LORD will do this thing on the earth.\n\n6 The next day Jehovah did this, and all the cattle of Egypt died; But one of the livestock of the children of Israel did not die.\n\n7 Then Pharaoh sent, and, behold, one of the livestock of the children of Israel had not died. But Pharaoh's heart was hardened, and he did not let the people go.\nThe plague of ulcers\n\n8 And the LORD said to Moses and to Aaron, Take handfuls of ashes from a furnace, and Moses will scatter them to the heavens before Pharaoh;\n\n9 and it will become dust on all the land of Egypt, and it will produce a rash with ulcers on men and beasts throughout the land of Egypt.\n\n10 And they took ashes from the furnace, and stood before Pharaoh, and Moses scattered it to heaven; and there was a rash that produced ulcers in both men and beasts.\n\n11 And the sorcerers could not stand before Moses because of the rash, because there was a rash on the sorcerers and on all the Egyptians.\n\n12 But the LORD hardened Pharaoh's heart, and he did not listen to them, as the Lord had said to Moses.\nThe plague of hail\n\n13 And the LORD said to Moses, Get up early in the morning, and stand before Pharaoh, and say to him, Jehovah, the God of the Hebrews, says thus: Let my people go, that they may serve me.\n\n14 For this time I will send all my plagues to your heart, to your servants and to your people, so that you may understand that there is no one like me in all the earth.\n\n15 For now I will stretch out my hand to smite you and your people in plague, and you will be taken from the earth.\n\n16 And indeed I have set you to show you my power, and that my name may be proclaimed in all the earth.\n\n17 Do you still pride yourself against my people, so as not to let them go?\n\n18 Behold, by this time tomorrow I will rain heavy hail, such as there has never been in Egypt, from the day it was founded until now.\n\n19 Send therefore, to gather your cattle, and all that you have in the field; for every man or animal that is in the field, and is not gathered into the house, the hail shall fall on him, and he shall die.\n\n20 Of the servants of Pharaoh, he who was afraid of the word of the LORD made his servants and his cattle flee home;\n\n21 But he who did not put the word of the Lord in his heart, left his servants and his cattle in the field.\n\n22 And the LORD said unto Moses, Stretch forth thine hand toward heaven, that there may come a hail in all the land of Egypt, upon man, and upon beast, and upon all the grass of the field in the land of Egypt.\n\n23 And Moses stretched out his rod toward heaven, and the LORD sent thunder and hail, and the fire was burst upon the earth; and the LORD rained hail on the land of Egypt.\n\n24 So there was hail, and fire mixed with the hail, so great, as there was none in all the land of Egypt since it was inhabited.\n\n25 And that hail smote in all the land of Egypt all that was in the field, both man and beast; Likewise all the grass of the field shattered the hail, and broke down all the trees of the land.\n\n26 Only in the land of Goshen, where the children of Israel were, there was no hail.\n\n27 Then Pharaoh sent and called for Moses and Aaron, and said to them, I have sinned this time; The Lord is righteous, and I and my people are ungodly.\n\n28 Pray to Jehovah so that the thunder of God and the hail may cease, and I will let you go, and you will stop no more.\n\n29 And Moses said unto him, As soon as I go out of the city, I will spread forth my hands unto the LORD, and the thunder shall cease, and there shall be no more hail; so that you may know that the earth belongs to Jehovah.\n\n30 But I know that neither you nor your servants will yet fear the presence of the Lord God.\n\n31 The flax, then, and the barley were shattered, because the barley was already full, and the flax was in the reed.\n\n32 But the wheat and the rye were not shattered, because they were late.\n\n33 And Moses went out from the presence of Pharaoh, out of the city, and stretched out his hands to the LORD, and the thunder and the hail ceased, and the rain fell no more upon the earth.\n\n34 And when Pharaoh saw that the rain had ceased, and the hail and the thunder, he persisted in sinning, and his heart and his servants hardened.\n\n35 And the heart of Pharaoh was hardened, and he did not let the children of Israel go, as the LORD had said through Moses.\n\nchapter 10\n\nThe plague of locusts\n\n10 The LORD said to Moses, Go into Pharaoh's presence; for I have hardened his heart, and the heart of his servants, to show these my signs among them,\n\n2 and that you may tell your children and your grandchildren the things that I did in Egypt, and my signs that I did among them; so that you may know that I am Jehovah.\n\n3 Then Moses and Aaron came to Pharaoh and said to him, \"The LORD, the God of the Hebrews, has said thus: How long will you not humble yourself before me? Let my people go, that they may serve me.\n\n4 And if you still refuse to let him go, behold, tomorrow I will bring the locust upon your land,\n\n5 which will cover the face of the earth, so that the earth can not be seen; and she will eat what escaped, what is left of the hail; He will also eat every tree that bears you in the field.\n\n6 And it shall fill your houses, and the houses of all your servants, and the houses of all the Egyptians, which your fathers and your grandfathers have not seen, since they were on the earth until this day. And he turned and went out from before Pharaoh.\n\n7 Then Pharaoh's servants said to him, How long will this man be a snare for us? Let these men go, that they may serve Jehovah their God. Do not you still know that Egypt is already destroyed?\n\n8 And Moses and Aaron were called again unto Pharaoh, and he said to them, Go, serve the LORD your God. Who are the ones who have to go?\n\n9 Moses answered: We are to go with our children and with our old men, with our children and with our daughters; with our sheep and with our cows we must go; because it is our solemn feast for Jehovah.\n\n10 And he said to them, \"So may Jehovah be with you! How will I let you and your children go? !!Look how the evil is in front of your face!\n\n11 It will not be like that; Go now, you men, and serve the Lord, for this is what you asked for. And they were driven out of Pharaoh's presence.\n\n12 Then the LORD said to Moses, \"Stretch out your hand over the land of Egypt to bring the locust, that it may go up on the land of Egypt, and consume all that the hail left.\"\n\n13 And Moses stretched out his rod over the land of Egypt, and Jehovah brought an east wind over the land all that day and all that night; and as the morning came the east wind brought the locust.\n\n14 And the locust went up over all the land of Egypt, and settled in all the land of Egypt in as great a quantity as there was not before, and there shall be no more;\n\n15 and covered the face of the whole land, and darkened the earth; and he consumed all the grass of the earth, and all the fruit of the trees that the hail had left; There was nothing green left in trees or grass of the field, in all the land of Egypt.\n\n16 Then Pharaoh hastened to call Moses and Aaron, and said, I have sinned against the LORD your God, and against you.\n\n17 But now I beg you to forgive my sin only this time, and to pray to the LORD your God to take away this least mortal plague from me.\n\n18 And Moses went out from Pharaoh, and prayed to Jehovah.\n\n19 Then the LORD brought a mighty west wind, and took the locusts and threw them into the Red Sea; not one locust was left in the whole country of Egypt.\n\n20 But the LORD hardened Pharaoh's heart, and Pharaoh did not let the children of Israel go.\nThe plague of darkness\n\n21 The LORD said to Moses, \"Stretch out your hand toward heaven, that there may be darkness over the land of Egypt, so that everyone will feel it.\"\n\n22 And Moses stretched out his hand toward heaven, and there was thick darkness over all the land of Egypt, for three days.\n\n23 No one saw his neighbor, nor did anyone rise from his place in three days; But all the children of Israel had light in their rooms.\n\n24 Then Pharaoh called for Moses and said, \"Go, serve Jehovah; only your sheep and your cows remain; your children also go with you.\n\n25 And Moses said, You also will give us sacrifices and burnt offerings that we may sacrifice for Jehovah our God.\n\n26 Our cattle will also go with us; there will not be a hoof left; because of them we must take to serve Jehovah our God, and we do not know with what we are to serve Jehovah until we get there.\n\n27 But the LORD hardened Pharaoh's heart, and would not let them go.\n\n28 And Pharaoh said unto him, Get you from me; Beware that you do not see my face anymore, because in any day that you see my face, you will die.\n\n29 And Moses said, You have said well; I will not see your face anymore\n\nChapter 11\n\nAnnounced the death of the firstborn\n\n11 The LORD said to Moses, \"I will bring a plague on Pharaoh and on Egypt, after which he will let you go from here; and it will surely drive you out of here altogether.\n\n2 Speak now to the people, and let each one ask his neighbor, and each one his neighbor, jewels of silver and gold.\n\n3 And Jehovah gave thanks to the people in the eyes of the Egyptians. Also Moses was considered a great man in the land of Egypt, in the eyes of Pharaoh's servants, and in the eyes of the people.\n\n4 And Moses said, Thus saith the LORD, At midnight I will go out into the midst of Egypt,\n\n5 And all the firstborn shall die in the land of Egypt, from the firstborn of Pharaoh that sitteth on his throne, even unto the firstborn of the maid that is behind the mill, and all the firstborn of beasts.\n\n6 And there shall be a great cry for all the land of Egypt, such as never was, nor ever shall be.\n\n7 But against all the children of Israel, from man to beast, not a dog will move its tongue, so that you may know that Jehovah makes a difference between the Egyptians and the Israelites.\n\n8 And all these thy servants shall come down unto me, and bow down themselves unto me, saying, Go, thou, and all the people that are under thee; and after this I will leave. And he left very angry of the presence of Pharaoh.\n\n9 And the LORD said unto Moses, Pharaoh shall not hear you, that my wonders might be multiplied in the land of Egypt.\n\n10 And Moses and Aaron did all these wonders before Pharaoh; for Jehovah had hardened Pharaoh's heart, and he did not send the children of Israel out of his land\n\nChapter 12\n\nEaster\n\n12 The LORD spoke to Moses and to Aaron in the land of Egypt, saying:\n\n2 This month will be the beginning of the months; for you this will be the first in the months of the year.\n\n3 Speak to all the congregation of Israel, saying, On the tenth of this month, let each one take a lamb according to the families of the fathers, one lamb for a family.\n\n4 But if the family is so small that it is not enough to eat the lamb, then he and his immediate neighbor to his house will take one according to the number of the people; according to the eating of each man, you will count the lamb.\n\n5 The animal will be without defect, male of one year old; You will take it from sheep or goats.\n\n6 And you shall keep it until the fourteenth day of this month, and all the congregation of the people of Israel shall immolate it between the two evenings.\n\n7 And they shall take some of the blood, and put it on the two side posts and on the lintel of the houses where they are to eat it.\n\n8 And they shall eat the flesh that night, roasted with fire, and unleavened bread; with bitter herbs they will eat it.\n\n9 Ye shall eat nothing of it raw, neither baked in water, but roasted with fire; his head with his feet and his entrails.\n\n10 You shall not leave anything of him until the morning; and what will remain until the morning, you will burn it in the fire.\n\n11 And you shall eat it thus: your loins girded, your shoes on your feet, and your staff in your hand; and you will eat it hastily; it is Jehovah's Passover.\n\n12 For I will pass through the land of Egypt that night, and will smite all the firstborn in the land of Egypt, both man and beast; and I will execute my judgments on all the gods of Egypt. I am Jehovah.\n\n13 And the blood will be a sign for you in the houses where you are; and I will see the blood and I will pass over you, and there will be no plague in you when I strike the land of Egypt.\n\n14 And this day shall be to you in remembrance, and ye shall keep it a feast to the LORD throughout your generations; by perpetual status you will celebrate it.\n\n15 Seven days you shall eat unleavened bread; and so on the first day you will cause no leaven in your houses; for whoever eats leavened from the first day until the seventh day will be cut off from Israel.\n\n16 On the first day there will be holy convocation, and likewise on the seventh day you will have a holy convocation; no work shall be done in them, except only that you prepare what each one has to eat.\n\n17 And you shall keep the feast of the unleavened bread, for on this very day I brought your hosts out of the land of Egypt; therefore, keep this command in your generations by perpetual custom.\n\n18 In the first month you shall eat the unleavened bread, from the fourteenth day of the month in the evening until the twenty-first day of the month in the evening.\n\n19 For seven days there shall be no leaven found in your houses; for everyone who eats leavened, whether foreign or natural, will be cut off from the congregation of Israel.\n\n20 You shall not eat anything that is leavened; In all your rooms you will eat unleavened bread.\n\n21 And Moses called all the elders of Israel, and said to them, \"Draw out and take lambs for your families, and sacrifice the passover.\n\n22 And take a bunch of hyssop, and dip it in the blood that is in a bason, and strike the lintel and the two side posts with the blood that will be in the basin; and none of you leave the doors of your house until morning.\n\n23 For Jehovah will pass through to smite the Egyptians; and when he sees the blood on the lintel and on the two doorposts, the LORD will pass over that door, and will not let the destroyer enter your houses to strike.\n\n24 You will keep this by statute for yourselves and for your children forever.\n\n25 And when you enter the land that the LORD will give you, as he promised, you will keep this rite.\n\n26 And when your children say to you, What is this rite of yours?\n\n27 you will answer: It is the victim of the Passover of Jehovah, who passed over the houses of the children of Israel in Egypt, when he smote the Egyptians, and delivered our houses. Then the people bowed and worshiped.\n\n28 And the children of Israel went and did so punctually, as Jehovah had commanded Moses and Aaron.\nDeath of the firstborn\n\n29 And it came to pass at midnight that Jehovah struck every firstborn in the land of Egypt, from the firstborn of Pharaoh that sat on his throne to the firstborn of the captive that was in the prison, and all the firstborn of the cattle.\n\n30 And Pharaoh rose that night, he and all his servants, and all the Egyptians; and there was a great cry in Egypt, because there was no house where there was not one dead.\n\n31 And he called for Moses and Aaron by night, and said unto them, Come out of the midst of my people, both ye and the children of Israel, and go, serve the LORD, as ye have said.\n\n32 Take also your flocks and your herds, as you have said, and gone; and bless me too.\n\n33 And the Egyptians pressed the people, in haste to drive them out of the land; because they said: We are all dead.\n\n34 And the people took their mass\n\nWell, guys, here I'll let you continue posting the story :) I hope you like it\n\n\n\n\n\n",

| title | Let's talk about the Bible |
| body | I speak of a well-known story Let's talk about Moisés Birth of Moisés A male from the family of Levi went and took a daughter of Levi for a wife, 2 who conceived, and bore a son; and seeing that he was beautiful, he had him hidden for three months. 3 But being unable to hide him longer, he took a basket of reeds and caulked it with asphalt and pitch, and placed the child in it and placed it on a reed by the river. 4 And a sister of his stood in the distance, to see what would happen to him. 5 And the daughter of Pharaoh came down to wash herself in the river, and her maidens walked along the bank of the river, and she saw the basket in the reed, and sent a maid of his to take it. 6 And when he opened it, he saw the child; and behold, the child was crying. And having compassion on him, he said: Of the children of the Hebrews is this one. 7 Then his sister said to Pharaoh's daughter, "Shall I go and call you a nurse of the Hebrews, that this child may raise you?" 8 And the daughter of Pharaoh said, Go. Then the maiden went, and called the child's mother, 9 to whom the daughter of Pharaoh said: Take this child and raise him, and I will repay you. And the woman took the child and nursed him. 10 And when the boy was grown up, she brought him to the daughter of Pharaoh, who forsooth him, and she named him Moses, [a] saying, "I took him out of the waters." [B] Moses flees from Egypt 11 In those days it happened that Moses, grown up, went out to his brothers, and saw them in their hard work, and observed an Egyptian who was striking one of the Hebrews, his brothers. 12 Then he looked everywhere, and seeing that no one appeared, he killed the Egyptian and hid him in the sand. 13 The next day he went out and saw two Hebrews quarreling; Then he said to the one who mistreated the other: Why do you hit your neighbor? 14 And he said, Who has made you a prince and a judge over us? Do you intend to kill me as you killed the Egyptian? Then Moses was afraid, and said: Certainly this has been discovered. 15 When Pharaoh heard of this fact, he sought to kill Moses; but Moses fled from Pharaoh, and dwelt in the land of Midian. 16 And while he was sitting by the well, seven daughters that the priest of Midian had had come to draw water to fill the piles and to give drink to his father's sheep. 17 But the shepherds came and drove them away; Then Moses got up and defended them, and gave his sheep a drink. 18 And when they had returned to Reuel his father, he said to them, "Why did you come here so soon? 19 They answered, "An Egyptian man defended us from the hand of the shepherds, and he also took the water from us and gave the sheep a drink." 20 And he said to his daughters, Where is he? Why did you leave that man? Call him to eat. 21 And Moses agreed to dwell with that man; and he gave his daughter Zipporah as wife to Moses. 22 And she bore him a son; and he called his name Gershom, because he said, "I am stranger in a strange land. 23 And it came to pass after many days, that the king of Egypt died, and the children of Israel wailed because of bondage, and they cried; and their cry went up to God because of their servitude. 24 And God heard their groaning, and remembered their covenant with Abraham, Isaac, and Jacob. 25 And God looked on the children of Israel, and God recognized them. Call of Moisés: 3 And Moses shepherd the flock of Jethro his father-in-law, the priest of Midian, and led the sheep through the wilderness, and came to Horeb, the mountain of God. 2 And the Angel of the Lord appeared to him in a flame of fire in the midst of a bush; and he looked, and saw that the bush burned with fire, and the bush did not burn. 3 Then Moses said: I will go now and see this great vision, why the bush does not burn. 4 When Yahweh saw that he was going to see, God called him from the midst of the bush and said: Moses, Moses! And he replied: Here I am. 5 And he said: Do not come near; remove your shoes from your feet, because the place where you are, holy ground is. 6 And he said, I am the God of your father, the God of Abraham, the God of Isaac, and the God of Jacob. Then Moses covered his face, because he was afraid to look to God. 7 And Jehovah said, I have seen the affliction of my people who are in Egypt, and I have heard their cry because of their taskmasters; for I have known their anguish, 8 And I came down to deliver them out of the hand of the Egyptians, and bring them out of that land to a good and wide land, to a land flowing with milk and honey, to the places of the Canaanites, the Hittites, the Amorites, the Perizzites, the Hivites, and the Hivites. of the Jebusite. 9 The cry, then, of the children of Israel has come before me, and I have also seen the oppression with which the Egyptians oppress them. 10 Come, therefore, now, and I will send you to Pharaoh, that you may bring my people, the children of Israel, out of Egypt. 11 Then Moses said to God, Who am I that I should go to Pharaoh, and bring the children of Israel out of Egypt? 12 And he said, Go, for I will be with you; and this will be a sign to you that I have sent you: when you have brought the people out of Egypt, you will serve God on this mountain. 13 Moses said to God, "Behold, I come to the sons of Israel, and I say to them, The God of your fathers has sent me to you. If they ask me: What is your name? What will I answer? 14 And God answered Moses: I AM THAT I AM. And he said: Thus you shall say to the sons of Israel: I AM sent me to you. 15 And God said to Moses, Thus you shall say to the children of Israel: Jehovah, [a] the God of your fathers, the God of Abraham, the God of Isaac, and the God of Jacob, has sent me to you. This is my name forever; with him he will be remembered for all the centuries. 16 Go, and gather the elders of Israel, and say to them, "Jehovah, the God of your fathers, the God of Abraham, of Isaac, and of Jacob, appeared to me, saying," I have visited you, and I have seen what is true. " does in Egypt; 17 And I said, I will bring you out of the affliction of Egypt into the land of the Canaanites, the Hittites, the Amorites, the Perizzites, the Hivites and the Jebusites, into a land flowing with milk and honey. 18 And they will hear your voice; and you shall go, and the elders of Israel, to the king of Egypt, and you shall say to him, Jehovah the God of the Hebrews has found us; therefore, we will now go three days in the wilderness, that we may offer sacrifices to Jehovah our God. 19 But I know that the king of Egypt will not let you go except by strong hand. 20 But I will stretch out my hand, and I will smite Egypt with all my wonders that I will do in it, and then it will let you go. 21 And I will give this people favor in the eyes of the Egyptians, so that when you go out, do not go empty-handed; 22 But each woman will ask her neighbor and her hostess for silver jewelry, gold jewelry, and clothing, which you will put on your sons and daughters; and you will strip Egypt. what do you think I will continue talking about this story |

| body | The roots of the current situation in Venezuela.... How did Venezuela fall in this difficult economic situation? What happened after the death of Hugo Chávez? Did the project derail, get stuck, hit a speed-breaker, or totally crash? The current economic, political and social situation in Venezuela is very complicated, which makes it a bit difficult for outsiders to understand. On the one hand, there are many people who defend the Bolivarian Revolution, pointing to the successes it has had in the reduction of poverty, inequality and in the increase of citizen participation and self-government. On the other hand, there is a chorus of critics, not only the usual ones of the political right, but also of the left, who criticize the economic management of the Maduro government, corruption, the high rate of inflation and scarcity, and the judgment of a high profile opposition politician, whom the government accuses of fomenting violence. How did Venezuela get here? What happened after the death of Hugo Chávez? Did the project derail, get stuck, hit a speed-breaker, or totally crash? In order to answer these questions, I will first analyze the origins of the current economic situation. The Bolivarian Revolution, without a doubt, is going through one of its most difficult periods at this time. With inflation reaching an unprecedented 160-200 percent by 2015, the long queues, almost constant in subsidized supermarkets, and the sporadic shortage of many consumer goods, the entire population - be it Chavista, opposition sympathizers , or "ni-ni" (neither from one side nor the other) -is frustrated with the situation. While the Maduro government says that the problems are the result of an economic war waged against their government, the opposition maintains that it is their economic mismanagement that is to blame. The truth, as always, is more complicated. The roots of today's economic problems can be found in Chávez's efforts as early as 2001, to radically reorganize Venezuela's economy and politics. That is to say, at that time Chávez demonstrated to the old elite of the country that he was not going to be his pawn or to carry out his orders as many Presidents before Chavez had done. On the contrary, at the end of 2001 the agrarian reform and the reform legislation of the oil industry that touched the two most important sources of economic power of the elite were introduced. In reaction to this movement, the opposition launched the coup attempt of April 2002 and the closure of the oil industry in December of the same year. These efforts of political and economic destabilization led to a massive flight of capital in early 2003. Initially, the government tried to counteract capital flight by intervening in the foreign exchange market, using its dollars to buy the bolivar, with the order to keep it stable. However, this caused the Government to lower the foreign exchange reserves in dollars precipitously and thus abruptly changed gears and introduced a fixed exchange rate in March 2003. Since then, the currency has been corrected and adjusted very rarely. Only those who meet government conditions to buy dollars with bolivars are allowed to do so. The conditions to access the official exchange rate include international travel, support for a son or daughter with their studies abroad, or - most importantly - importation of basic necessities in Venezuela, among several other types of uses. Of course, almost immediately a black market of dollars was born, with an exchange rate that was very different from the official one. At the beginning, the official exchange rate was 2.15 bolivars per dollar, while in the black market rate it quickly reached double or triple that rate. For a long time, from 2004 to 2008, the Venezuelan economy did quite well, growing at a very fast rate of, on average, 10 percent per year. This was partly possible because the price of oil was quite high (and rising), which meant that the government could accommodate most requests for dollars at the official exchange rate. In addition, government policies to capture a much larger proportion of dollars that the country earned and then reinvest that money in social programs, education, and efforts to diversify the economy also made a difference. However, in mid-2008 the global financial crisis hit and brought the price of oil, from US $ 140 per barrel in mid-2008, to less than US $ 40 per barrel at the beginning of 2009. Suddenly, the Government no longer can cover all imports with the profits of the oil industry, so in June 2010 the Government introduced a new exchange mechanism, the SITME, which sold dollars-denominated bonds that could be purchased in bolivars at an exchange rate that was twice the previous rate. The combination of SITME and the loan to cover the budget deficit meant that the total external debt increased rapidly in the period from 2006 to 2014, of 10% of GDP. BUT I LOVE AMI COUNTRY: D !!!! |
