In spite of the overwhelming pressures in one’s life, there &nbsp;are limitless reasons why a person would follow this heroic way of life. &nbsp;Some may choose to do it for the animals they love, some want to save &nbsp;the planet, some want to shed some weight and look good, some are in &nbsp;pursuit of perfect health, some are pursuing a spiritual path and some &nbsp;want all the aforementioned.</p>\n<p><img src=\"https://commons.wikimedia.org/wiki/File%3ADamage_of_Tsunami_in_Tagajo.JPG\"/></p>\n<p>Whatever the case, vegans are seriously cool. Vegans are generally &nbsp;informed and know a thing or two about ‘this and that’, especially &nbsp;issues pertaining to the environment. Vegan philosophy has gone from &nbsp;subculture to mainstream. Furthermore, science has proven beyond &nbsp;reasonable doubt that it is economically and environmentally unfeasible &nbsp;to sustain a world where we eat animals and wear them for opulence &nbsp;status. I’ve read once, where it said that “it takes 16 times more water &nbsp;to produce animal protein than it does to produce plant protein”. &nbsp;That’s the premise of this dialogue. Statistically speaking this is &nbsp;clearly one of the reasons we cannot use our precious resources &nbsp;sparingly and responsibly. The urgency to refrain from eating meat &nbsp;demands everyone’s attention today. A couple of years back you might &nbsp;have thought selfishly about this topic and got away with it, but &nbsp;according to the United Nations <a href=\"http://www.healsa.org.za/wp-content/uploads/2018/03/DTIx1262xPA-PriorityProductsAndMaterials_Report.pdf\"><em><strong>Priority Products and Materials</strong></em></a> report<em>,&nbsp;</em>we are far better off eating&nbsp;plants than eating meat. Eating&nbsp;animals has dire consequences for our bodies and environment. <a href=\"http://www.healsa.org.za/lifestyle/\">In the year 2013 alone natural disasters have displaced over 22 million people.</a> If this is not scary, nothing will ever scare you!</p>\n<p><strong>Common Sense</strong></p>\n<p>Even with the already known observable adverse effects that minerals &nbsp;processing has on the environment, the so-called meat farming model has a &nbsp;greater negative impact on the environment. Did you hear that? These bankers and social engineers are building world-class &nbsp;cities, if this excites you, you have just the appropriate amount of &nbsp;brainwash dosage as prescribed by the ‘MAN’. Who will occupy these &nbsp;places when everyone is wiped out by a mega tsunami or another &nbsp;mishandled man-made virus? We have directly and indirectly displaced &nbsp;life and peoples in the quest for vanity. Today, the average household &nbsp;has enough food than they ever needed but malnutrition is prevalent. <em><strong>We live to eat, we no longer eat to live</strong></em>. &nbsp;There is a HUGE difference there. For instance, there are many minerals &nbsp;and vitamins that make up the human body. We need to be replenishing &nbsp;our bodies as we use up the food/fuel that energizes our bodies. Every &nbsp;time we indulge should be an opportunity to bring back what was taken &nbsp;out of the body. Foolishly, we have depleted the earth’s natural &nbsp;resources that sustain life. Just like food, we have more information &nbsp;going through our brains than ever before, but we are so hollow and &nbsp;miseducated than ever. Humans&nbsp;do not need to eat animals. Why? Animals &nbsp;source their minerals and vitamins from plants, a man can simply eat &nbsp;plants and live a healthy long life too. All herbivorous animals are &nbsp;fattened by plants alone. The largest mammal on land is naturally &nbsp;vegan/vegetarian, depending on whose zoo they are enslaved in. They do &nbsp;not need to eat junk to maintain their bulky bodies. So does this mean &nbsp;grass has fat for the cow?
